Always good. My fave sub shop. All the ones I’ve been to have been consistently good. Can’t ask for anything more in a chain sub shop. But sometimes the soda machine runs out of syrup.

Always get the steamer. Every once in a while it is worth getting.

First time there and got the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich. It was so delicious. The meat was cooked very well with great flavoring and the sauce and melted cheese on it was amazing. Also, I love the fact that a portion of sales go to help our first responders. They help us when we need it so let's help them.

The sandwiches are great, but this location skipped us, & we were last. They almost gave us the wrong order till we repeated what we ordered & realized they forgot about us. They gave us a free dessert but that still don't take away the fact we waited about an hour due to they were short 1 person whom got there late for work. There were still 3 people there. I've been to other places where there's only 2 people & were faster than this. Disappointing 1st experience. I will try another location next time.

I had their smokehouse sub and it was very good. Fast friendly service. Restaurant was clean . For those wanting drink choices they had the Coke freestyle machine that you have several choices of drink and flavors of soda. I would recommend it as it's fast and friendly and good food. You can also order ahead and pick it up.

The Thanksgiving sub was not that great. By the time I drove 5 minutes back to my office the bread was soggy and falling apart. Not a good first impression unfortunately. $21 for a 12 inch sub, chips, and a drink not really worth it.

Eric the manager is very understanding however, the staff needs additional training. I've bought from other Firehouse locations and my food was simply appeasing. The sandwich made by this staff as well the lack of knowledge with pricing made my visit horrible. I did receive a replacement, but the worker that made that one needs additional training as well. LISTENING @ THE CUSTOMER IS ESSENTIAL

Food is great, but customer service is horrible, aside from the person making the sandwich she was nice and respectful. The girl that charged me though didn't even greet me, just demanded the payment. It looked like she was being forced to be there, and I almost walked out because of that attitude if it wasn't for my CO worker really wanting her sandwich. Don't get me wrong the food is good, but I think I'll be heading to Jersey Mike's next time.

Epic total fail. All the sandwiches were not assembled with any care and looked thrown together. The jerk chicken was all over the inside of the container. Same with the turkey & dressing. This is our second time in 2 days ordering the large turkey & dressing sandwich. The last one was at the McDermott location in Allen tx and it was stunning. This one was really a horrible disappointment. The sandwich was thrown together with the box saturated and mushy. The turkey looked hack with an axe rather than carved. Almost no cranberry sauce. The amount of turkey was disappointing and the taste was not good this time. The bread was barely if at all toasted. Tossed the sandwich. Every sandwich in this order was thrown together and a total mess and hard to handle. We really won’t be back to this location ever again. So hate the waste of time and money. We generally love firehouse subs but this must be a franchise because it was completely lacking happiness or experience and the product was completely substandard.

I love this location because it’s very close to my home, which makes it convenient. However, the customer service needs improvement. When my order was ready, they called my name, and I said “thank you,” but no one responded. A staff member also made me feel uncomfortable by just looking at me without greeting or speaking. I believe everyone should be welcomed and treated kindly. I hope management can work on improving customer service so all customers feel valued.

I watched these employees go outside with the gloves they were handling food with and touch the door handles, come back in and not change the gloves. We had to let them know that they had to change the gloves because that’s completely unsanitary! I ordered online and only went in because it was taking awhile….I wouldn’t have seen this and they would have made my sub with dirty gloves. Im very disappointed that they aren’t being careful with peoples food. Not coming to this location again.
