Pretty decent for fast food, crispy bacon and thick pickles, soft toasted buns and real avocado. Menu is rather basic, but do a few things and do them well. Burgers, dogs and chicken sandwiches all delicious after a couple visits. No Loyalty Program though, and you need to check your drive thru order and make sure it's yours before you leave!

My friends and I decided to try Shake Shack for the first time and our overall thoughts were that it was great. We ordered takeout at the counter as we were paying cash, upon entry we noted it was very busy so finding a seat would take some time thus ordered to go. I was looking forward to the mushroom and shack burger but was disappointed they didn’t have it available. I ended up ordering the shack burger as well as the new bbq burger and fries. When you order you will receive a number that the workers will look for or call out your name when food is ready. If you are dining in they just look for the number that corresponds to your order which should be displayed on the table. The condiment stand is self-serve. Jeremiah who was running the orders to customers was great to my friends and I. The crinkle-cut fries were bomb and the burger was delicious once I added more sauce. Definitely would return to Shake Shack.

Took my husband and kid for their first time. I have been before but it never disappoints. I love all the fresh veggies on my burger and they just want the meat lol. So they got the double patty with bacon and shack sauce. We got fries to share which were crispy and hot as always. And my son tried the strawberry shake. We were practically the first people there that day, the restaurant was empty that early so we got our meal incredibly fast. And someone came to check on us right as we were finishing up. Overall, couldn't ask for a better first experience for my guys. We will be back 😁

The food and service at this Shake Shack are excellent. My order came out quickly, and everything was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient. I really enjoy the avocado bacon burger, which is always flavorful and perfectly cooked. Overall, a great experience with delicious food and great service. I will definitely be coming back.

Food was awesome. Wish meals were an option - you have to buy burger fries and drink separately. Being a Canadian price was high. Service was great, food brought right out to our table on the patio. The gentleman who served us was friendly and helpful. Good first experience!

Today was first visit to The Shake Shack and it didn't disappoint at all. I went at the start of lunch at 1130 am. The food came out fairly fast and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered the Carolina BBQ Burger with fired pickles. This was hands down better then Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's. The patties were juice and not over cooked. The pickles cooked to perfect with the right amount of crisp. I recommend the sandwich by itself or as a combo!

The food was good!! I'm from Brooklyn, NY and it's not my 1st time visiting Shake Shack, Highly Recommend the original Shack Burger and The Veggie Shack. Overall high quality gourmet burgers and shakes. I personally feel that the fries are overly priced. Restaurant could use some extra heat because it's not cozy inside it's always cold. Don't sit by the doors by the time you eat your food it's cold.
