The first time I ate here and they had a capella groups singing. That was an absolute blast. Ever since then, it has been a go-to place for work events. Their sandwhiches are so good. Always thrilled when someone wants to go there.

Such a cute place! I ordered the I’m Hot for Teacher Panini, which came with a side of fries and pesto mayo. The food was very tasty and the service was great! There is so much to try on the menu — we will back soon!

Delish meals every time I go! Update 1/2020 - still delicious food! Service seemed a little slower, but had plenty of company. And I was really hungry so that probably made the wait feel longer.

Love the live music here, always super class talents. Food is excellent, generous portions. Even has many vegetarian meals, even tofu to add. Wine pours are generous. Staff is great. Loved the Billy Joel Experience band, however they started late and ended early, which was unfortunate, because they were excellent and tickets were$ 25.00 each. If it's advertised for 2 hrs, they should play that long. Overall wonderful experience!

The food is pretty good. It's very loud there even when there's no band. If you're going to see a band then it's a reasonable place to go and get decent food and drinks. I like that they offer his coffee drinks too

Great environment and service. I ordered a Tangled up in Blue salad with steak and it was very tasty. The portion was pretty large. Fries and smoothie was also really good. We’re definitely going back.

Have been to Lovin’ cup a few times and they have never been disappointing. A little pricey but the food and the vibe are great. Friendly staff and quick service. Would definitely recommend.

Food quality seems to have gone downhill since the last time I ate here. Pretzel appetizer came out fast because it was microwaved. Cuban sandwich was also piping hot just out of the microwave. Cobb salad was just ok.

The doorman Pedro was abonoxous with his approach for collecting money. I was a first tone visitor at 6:30pm no idea there was Band. Pedro made it clear you either leave by 7:30 or pay $10. I was taken back by his demand as I did not know it was a band playing. He stared us down until 7:27pm when he came to collect the money. I was uncomfortable and disturbed by this approach. It was off putting and I would.not recommend anyone go unknowingly. The food was fresh but mediocre. Our waitress was pleasant and the band Blue was outstanding...soulful touch. I am on the fence on coming back tbd. I would suggest the doorman is trained in customer service.

Very poor restraurant management. We checked their website, google, and Facebook and everywhere said it was open. We placed an online order and when we arrived there was a sign on the door saying they were closed. Pretty scummy for a place to still let you order online and take your money when it's closed.
