it's been awhile since i have been in, and i happened to choose dinner time on a saturday to come in for dinner for myself. the restaurant was very, very busy, but i found a seat at the bar to eat-in. yul, bri, and amara worked together like a well-oiled clock in the midst of a nutzo rush. it also seemed the entire restaurant was working well. i saw people gather at the host stand, and then i saw that crowd reduce. it looked like everyone was getting seated. i want to also give a hat-tip to the cooking line. i had a couple of special requests, and both were met perfectly, even in huge rush. i am grateful to be able to rely on the saltgrass team as a neighborhood spot, and, again, extra props to the line and the yul-bri-amara team at the bar.

Foods were amazing. Especially sirloin and ribeye were cooked perfectly. A number of staffs were working together so I didn't have to wait for ordering something (and their manner was impeccable).

Our meal was great and the young man waiting on us was outstanding. He always was checking on us to see if we needed anything or how the food was.

We celebrated a birthday. The food is always hot and freshly prepared. The waiter was very enthusiastic about making our visit perfect.

The flavors are sharp and fresh. Wait staff Chrissy has incredible high energy and provided great insights and could not be more accommodating. Blown away by our dining experience. I Absolutely recommend the Bacon wrapped Quail on a bed of delightful Brussel sprouts to start, followed by the house salad with in-house blue cheese, and a side of asparagus to accompany the Filet Mignon Trio. Breathtaking and absolutely unforgettable. Wish I lived closer to visit more often.

Was in December 11,2022 around 7:00 or 7:15 Best service we’ve had anywhere in a long while! I haven’t been in a long while and it was my husbands first time there (took him there for his birthday) Our waiter ✨Easton✨ was absolutely amazing, professional, so sweet and very attentive but not smothering which we like! (He needs a raise!) Place was pretty busy but we got our food in a timely manner! My husbands steak was cooked perfectly (he got medium rare) and I got the country fried steak, it was huge!! Typical, I'm lukewarm on Saltgrass but tonight they delivered. I believe steaks to be the power move. They have a special on a new Waygu 14 oz that has a thin bone so it's a hearty representation. Wedge salad always a WIN and asked for it chopped if you are feeling frisky. Our waitress Britney was on her game. She was ballin like she played for the Astros. The fish dish had flavor but a pinch heavy on the salt. We will be back.

Every time I come to visit, it's a sure stop here to eat. I really liked it, and especially the cuts of meat are fabulous. I recommend it 100%.

This place is my favorite place to go if I need a good steak. They have the best steaks. Great service from every waiter and waitress that has served us. We dined here recently and while it was not our first experience, it was by far my most favorite! Our server, Raven and her BFF behind the bar, treated us like royalty! Good food, good vibes! This is honestly my favorite Steakhouse! The range rattlers 🔥 The BBQ Shrimp Enbrochette is so delicious and the Silver Star Porterhouse 🌟 My wife and daughter loved the Pat's Ribeye, my toddler had the grilled chicken and we had some various other sides and appetizers but it was all really good! 😋

So here we go again, another high spoken of establishment, let's see if it holds up to the hype. We started out showing up about 5, and only a 25-30 minute wait. Not bad for a Saturday night. As we are looking around, the decor is similar to a Texas roadhouse. Think of Texas roadhouse as a dollar tree and salt grass is the Walmart, it's higher end and fancier in appearance. Once seated, our server immediately introduced himself and began suggesting some beverages to try, I went with the peach tea and my wife went with raspberry tea. Both were amazing. The peach is sweeter but the raspberry one is less overbearing and smooth flowing, highly recommend. Looking at the starters were tricky due to them all looking so delicious. We went with the cheese fries and asked for jalapeños to be put on them, no issue with that. Maybe 10 minutes later it came out. Not a massive amount of fries but easily enough for 2 or 3 adults. They were delicious with just enough of every ingredient, highly recommend. Next time I want to try the rattlesnake bites. For the entrée, I ordered the steak and shrimp 8oz and my wife got the top sirloin 10oz. I sprung for the soup this time instead of salad and they brought out the potato soup. It is not your traditional potato soup, maybe a hint of cheese flavor but absolutely mouthwatering. My wife got the salad and could not stop getting bites of mine. The house bread is just the standard table bread but nice touch either way. Out comes the steak shrimp and loaded baked potato. When I say this steak was amazing, it does it little justice. It was cooked to perfection and was so tender enticing you to take another bite. It had a small amount of butter on the top that when spread on just complimented it yet not overpowering it. If you need steak sauce, you might need to have your taste buds checked. The shrimp was meaty and came with cocktail sauce. My wife had 0 complaints about her meal and a smile sit on her face during the entire evening. We finished the dinner up with a slice of carrot cake. It was huge!! The frosting was delicious with the nuts and raisins in the cake itself. I would recommend the cake if you love carrot cake. I'm partial towards my own homemade cake but it was still tasty, my wife liked theirs better than my homemade one. Let me say that our server was well above expectations. He was present everytime I needed him and at one point I was going to ask for a refill of my tea but he was already on his way to our table with a full glass for me before I had the chance to ask him. Overall we absolutely loved this place. I have wanted to eat here for about 9 years and finally got the chance. I highly recommend it!!

1st time at this location on a Saturday night. Great service provided by Justine, Excellent customer service skills and communication. She suggested a new salad on their menu which I loved . Steak was a little rare but they quickly resolved and brought it out to me. Jennifer a visiting Manager from San Antonio was awesome. Wish she would stay in Austin/ Round Rock area. She was very kind. Food was great and service was excellent. We will be back and ask for Justine.

Steak tips on mashed potatoes really hit the spot. Dad swapped out his green beans with string onion rings and won dinner. There was a long horn cow grazing outside while I enjoyed my lunch. That was kinda cool in a weird way.

I like the inside so much plus the waiters were so nice the food was one of the most delightful dishes I’ve ever tasted I loved this place plus it was my mom birthday I would highly recommend visiting here!

I can't tell you how amazing this food is here! This was our second time and we had a blast even as much as the first time! Quality of the steaks are just as you like them and better! Drinks are great! There sides are great and the appetizers!!! We had fried jumbo jalapeños shrimp, which had a lot of lovely ingredients in them! It was our first time having that and blew us away! Quite expensive but well worth it's price. Overall! We sat at the bar this round, and was greeted by Heather! She was awesome, very Attentive and took care of all our needs! We even had her guess some steaks from some pictures we took and she was able to know them even with the steaks being cut into and different! Love love LOVE great service! Definitely come try this place! We will be back again!

Celebrated a birthday dinner here last night and it was the best experience. Leo was our server and he handled our party of 11 with the best care and attention to all of our needs. Definitely will be coming back!

We had the bacon wrapped quail and brisket queso for appetizers then prime rib, French dip, rib eye, kids meals, pecan bread pudding and drink. Everything was really good. The service was excellent, best server experience we have had in a long time.

I've only been to Saltgrass a couple of times and never to this location. I was not disappointed. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was top notch. I had the ribeye and broccoli with cheese. That cheese sauce was so good I was using it on my steak. The drink I got was also very good. It was called a grilled pineapple. I definitely recommend it. I will certainly be back here when I can.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Heather, William, Skyler and our waiter! Top notch service, friendly and very accommodating. Atmosphere was great with nice decor. Food was awesome, my filet was a bit chewy, but had superb flavoring! Now I know why we needed a reservation, very popular place!

Yesterday we had an incredible experience with friends and family. Our waiter was Daniel and he was amazing. He explained everything in detail, his service was super fast and friendly at all times. We will definitely return.

Ordered the Filet Oscar. But I am always careful of my fungus allergy. Because they fry mushrooms for appetizers, the chef recommended steaming the asparagus instead of frying it. Which I truly appreciate. Steak was cooked to perfection.

I had such a great experience dining here Wednesday evening . The food was truly beyond expectations fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell there’s care put into every dish. This has been my favorite restaurant for 5 years now specifically because of the amazing prime rib and their amazing customer service. I have only had an issue 2 times in the 5 years. Each time it was taken care of so swiftly the wait staff and or management goes above and beyond to do right by the customer, the frustration inside didnt even have enough time to surface in my tone or expression. The way they hire, train and operate is superb. A lot of restaurants should take notes. Love this place!

A lot of steakhouses in the area have gone downhill with both the quality of their food and service. I’m happy to say that is not at all the case with Saltgrass Steak House in Round Rock. We’ve been here several times and will be back many more times to come!

Relaxed, clean, clear atmosphere with tender, delicious steaks. Everything I ate was delicious from the fried pickles and peppers to perfectly steamed and seasoned broccoli to a Caesar salad with just the right amount of dressing... The staff were really busy but were friendly and helpful- they could likely use more help, which is a corporate issue, not their fault. Overall, it was a great environment to catch up with family and enjoy a delicious meal.

For a chain they do it well. They make everything mostly from scratch the waiter told me which was impressive. Only other chain I hear doing this is the cheesecake factory. The chicken fried steak was excellent. Note you need to ask for the happy hour prices if you are sitting in the main dining area. I think I would chose this place over Texas road house.

We had dinner at Saltgrass last night. It was my first time. Roland was our server and he was exceptional! He asked if we’ve been in before and when I said no, he gave us a little history of the restaurant and the brand which I found interesting. He made great menu recommendations, which we tried. He did notice when another staff member brought our drinks from the bar, one was not garnished and he apologized and corrected it. He was very friendly despite being busy. We had potato soup, Ribeye, Redfish with lump crab and cheesecake. Everything was wonderful!

I felt well taken care of. When I go back, I will definitely be asking for Raven, she was great and fun to talk to. The service was impeccable. My glass was never empty, and the food arrived promptly. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. I had a big plate of ribs. A salad and loaded potato with a Ronald Palmer and 2 glasses of jack and coke, doubles. It was close to 80$. Again, great food and an amazing waitress and great staff.

The steak was absolutely phenomenal — perfectly cooked to a juicy medium-rare, with a beautiful sear on the outside that locked in all the flavor. Each bite was tender, rich, and packed with a deep, smoky aroma. Truly one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

We went for Sunday dinner. The restaurant was very crowded, and our server was hard to find. We got the crab bites, and they were fantastic! We also got the bone-in and bone-less ribeye steak with salad. The steak was cooked well, and the portion was huge, but it was not as flavorful as I would have liked. The sweet potato fries were perfect! The cheesecake was good. I loved the Texan atmosphere, and the decor was fantastic.

A very Texan steakhouse. The portions are large, and the prices are quite reasonable. The quality of the meat matches the price, and the chef’s handling of the ingredients is above standard—no food was wasted at all. The other side dishes we chose were quite standard and met our expectations. So, I highly recommend this chain restaurant. The server intervenes and serves at just the right times, never feeling intrusive but always present. It’s a great place for a warm gathering with friends and family. Oh, and the photos at the entrance of the restroom are really cute.

We had THE BEST meal and service for Valentine's dinner! I was pleasantly surprised with the timeliness and quality of the food for such a busy, hectic night. You managed it exceptionally well and we appreciated it! Our server, Yul, was attentive and genuinely cared that we had a good experience. The 6 oz filet was cooked to perfection! We enjoyed EVERYTHING from start to finish and let me just say we had not eaten out on Valentine's Day in over 20 years because of our last horrible experience at another establishment. We had a reservation and arrived early, but we were seated at our exact time even though the reception lady said they were running 5-10 minutes behind. I watched her as she handled everyone who came thru that door without a reservation or late with GRACE and assertiveness, even when someone was not so nice!

We made a reservation for 5 for Christmas Eve. Our table was ready, our server was great and had the best energy. The prime rib and loaded baked potato soup were AMAZING.

Service was great while not being smothering. Food was also better than I remember, it had been a few years since we were here last. First time at this location. Atmosphere was good and the restaurant was busy. The steak, ribs and salmon were superb, as were the fried onions. We did have a problem withone side--- the broccoli.....it was rotten,and had black spots on it. The manager came out, took a look, and replaced it with a different side. Food was a solid 8 out of 10 only because the mushrooms and onion topper was not very good and I could have done without the mashed potatoes. Great steakhouse. Drinks and food were really delicious. Wait staff did take a while to get to our table for taking the order for my wife’s drink. So I ordered the shrimp and steak entree and when it came out there was obviously no shrimp. I asked the waiter that brought my entree out of the shrimp is coming on another plate. He asked me to check for the shrimp under the half rack of ribs. I mean really? You really think someone hid or stuffed the shrimp under there? Let’s use common sense folks. He was not a young kid either, a grown adult who should know how to handle the situation when the line in the kitchen messed up. That’s the only reason for 4 star. However I would definitely come back though.

This is a steakhouse with pretty good steak options. Had one order where the steak was overcooked but the food in general and appetizers were pretty awesome. The ribs in the appetizers fall off the bone well. Pretty good surf and turf options. A bit on the pricey side but probably in line with other steakhouses. Not top tier, but you still will spend around $30, at least, per person.

Service was great. They have a nice variety of cocktails. Atmosphere was nice, a little bit outdated with the carpet. The shrimps were too dry and cold for my taste but the ribs very flavorful and tender.

The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. But the grilled shrimp were a major fail. The mashed potatoes were tasty, but the herb rice was mushy. Service was fine.

Very nice place, perfect fresh food, delicious meat & beer, love the steak salad is one of my favorite and grilled shrimps, polite and fast service. We like the music and atmosphere too. Really recommended for families with kids as well. We have never been disappointed of this restaurant.

Had a great server at 1st but once the food was delivered he never came back to check on us. We wanted dessert but asked for the check instead. Too many places near by to have lack luster service.

The ambiance is good but when we got inside the restaurant it has a bad smell like something wasn't clean right. I'm still giving it 4 because the food is quite nice and our server Ms. Erica is phenomenal! She's very helpful with food choices, sweet and caring. That was our 1st time visit, hoping the next time we visit the place will smell clean.

The food was okay and the service was good overall. However, the tables were very small for a party of four—we barely had enough space and had to put our appetizers on our meal plates. One thing that caught me off guard was that the appetizers were automatically split among all four of us, even though I didn’t have any. I didn’t say anything at the time, but it was a bit awkward. Overall, it was an average experience with some seating and billing issues.

I recently visited Saltgrass for a client dinner meeting. Overall, the environment and atmosphere were great - very homey, down-to-earth, and country in the best way. The vibe made it easy to have a comfortable business conversation. Our server (I unfortunately don’t remember her name) was fantastic - very interactive, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. The food was okay - not the best I’ve ever had, but solid. My biggest issue, however, was the number of bugs. There were fruit flies and flies constantly around our table. Almost every minute we were swatting something away, which became distracting during both our meal and our conversation. Especially at night, it seemed noticeably bad. I’d definitely encourage the restaurant to address the bug situation, as it takes away from what is otherwise a pleasant dining experience.

The food is decent. We ordered the fried mushrooms they were a little overcooked based on what we liked, but they tasted good. The service was always been top-notch, which is why I am giving it 3.5 stars. The main-course was a little above average, the bread they gave was a little dry too. Could have been better.

As a whole I enjoy Saltgrass Steakhouse. The experience at this one here was my first and it was pretty nice. All I ordered was fries and a t because of the diet that I'm on and I did not care for the fries. I also did not ask for a replacement so it's okay. My sister ordered steak and broccoli and just loved it. My daughter ordered another meal with mac and cheese and as her side she ordered salad instead of soup and devoured the salad. Our waiter was very nice but I think once a waiter delivers the check if the people are still sitting there, then the waiter should still check on them to see if there's anything else that the party needs. Once we pay for our food, our waiter would just bypass the table. We paid, but because my sister was here from out of town we were still sitting down chatting. Drink were still needed. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor. It's worth visiting.

The food was good, most of the employees were pleasant. However, our waitress wasn't. She seemed more annoyed than anything. She did not smile once. She kept forgetting everything. (Which there were only 4 of us) It took about 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and when they finally arrived, all of our drinks were wrong, except my nieces water. The atmosphere in the entire restaurant just seemed so hectic, and it wasn't even really busy. Hopefully, our waitresses day ended up getting better for her. Thank you.. we do appreciate all the worker's

I really wanted to like this place whole heartedly, but I wasn't that thrilled. I got the patty melt sandwich on Texas toast. It had a decent flavor, however; the meat on the bread was little...there was so much of the bread without meat on it...it didn't fit. It literally needs two patties on it to cover the bread...so I would bite bread that just has onions and cheese on it. My husband enjoyed his steak...the macaroni was delicious, but it was lukewarm when they brought it out to our table. The brisket queso is ok...and once again the cheese wasn't super hot like if you were at a Mexican restaurant. This place is pretty pricey...we spent $87 and for that price point, I should have been wowed...so it's safe to say...we won't return...and just stick to Longhorn Steakhouse. I will applaud their customer service though.

Pretty good experience. It was lunch and it wasn’t busy. Inside was dark and appeared clean. Dusty wall art and walls. Service was good. The bread must have been made the day before because it was crusty and hard. Very disappointed. The house salad was good. We ordered the filet medium with French fries and one with Sweet Potato fries and it was great. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the meal.

We had a large work retirement party. The servers we awesome. Really attentive and friendly. The food on other hand was not, biggest issue was that the food was not hot. Medium rare steak was cooked good.

Make a reservation, we got on the wait-list 6:46, sat down 7:29, 7:37 apps arrived, 7:58, salads, 8:27 food finally arrived, not hot, just warm. Cashed out 9:09pm. Long night and we almost closed the restaurant.

With how well reviewed and popular this place seems i had high hopes. Our server kelly, amazing. So friendly, attentive, caring! The salad and homemade crutons! YUMMM! The potato? The outside was so hard that i couldnt eat it and its my favorite part! The steak, bland. For it being a scratch kitchen i figured theyd have a homemade sauce to offer, no. THE RIBS ARE WHERE ITD AT!!! My husband got a gunslinger and it cane in a wine glass, he usually doesnt care or complain. But he got a manly named drink in a wine glass, lol. The pomagranate mojito was good. Over all our server, the salad and ribs was the best part. The price was $20 to $40 per person.

The service was really good, you can see the manager visiting tables to assure everything was ok. But unfortunately my plate was chicken and look like they boiled only, in addition without salt and just drop “pico de gallo” over, I don’t recommend to anyone the chicken on that place. Salmon and shrimp was good.

Steaks were lame. No flavor. The prices are insane. We ended up paying over $40 per person. Definitely nowhere near worth it. Our waitress was great though.

First they gave me an extremely dirty/sticky placemat... I started off with a beer, dos equis tall... which ended up being warm.. I made a comment and the bar tender blamed it on the lack of cold glasses(later they revealed that the keg refrigerator door was open but never made up for it) it took forever to get service even though we were the only people at the bar besides these other 2 women.. they had 2 bartenders and all they did was talk with each other like two kids gossiping. The male bartender put in an order for an appetizer before we even decided because he seemed so distracted and claimed he heard that we said we wanted the order luckily we ended.up deciding thats what we wanted... we both ordered medium rare ny strip steaks and they both came out medium well. They swapped them out and resolved it.. I had one more beer finished it(bottled modelo because the kegs were room temp) waittress asked if I wanted another beer I said no but she never offered water? All in all extremely poor service this was my first time here with my wife and now she doesnt want us to ever come back.

This was our last time visiting. It has steadily gone downhill the last two years. Overcooked steaks. Chewy meat. Lukewarm food. Inattentive service. Leadership void. Allergy nightmare.

$101.24 for horrible food and a manager who said that congealed blood in the prime rib was, "normal". Covid hasn't left the building people! The tables are so close together that you can't even have dinner without overhearing the full conversation of people at the tables next to you. They brought me large sweet potatoes that where not fully cooked. They where hard and cut all the way through thus, the butter had run completely out and was all over the plate mixing with the meet. The asparagus was also under cooked and covered in an oil rendering it nasty! My experience at this establishment was the first and my last. It is my opinion that money spent here is money simply wasted.

Disappointing experience all around. The food was overpriced for the quality—steak came out undercooked and under seasoned, sides were lukewarm, and nothing felt fresh or memorable. Service was slow and inattentive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. For a place that markets itself as a classic steakhouse, the overall experience fell way short of expectations. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be rushing back.

We have eaten at RR Salt Grass many times and everything was always delicious. Unfortunately, January 31, 2026 was not what we have ever experienced. Seated within 25 minutes. Waited 15-20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The couple seated after us finished their salads before our order was ever taken. Salad was good. Steaks arrived which we always order medium rare. My filet mignon was so rare it was cold and had a large gristle through the entire center of steak. I had to flag down a different waiter to request my steak be sent back. My husband finished his steak before I even spoke with a “manager” to request my steak be sent back. He was not very professional nor apologetic for the poor quality and under cooked steak. He started to walk away and asked again, “you want a new steak and of course I said yes. When the steak came out 15-20 minutes later it was clearly not a filet mignon, which I stated that. He said yes it is! It was a flat steak. I ate the steak and he walked quickly by me and said I comped your meal, without asking me how it was or if I needed anything else. Not once did anyone refill our waters or ask if we needed anything. Our waiter finally came by with the check and said he had many tables and was busy.

Honestly, food is fine. My issue is the service. Why did it take 15 min to be acknowledged for a pick-up order? Why did it take almost 45 min + for a grilled chicken breast? Took an hour from order being made to order received. For chicken. 1 star earned.

My server was condescending about it, and it made me really uncomfortable. Ultimately, I didn’t even eat my meal because my steak was cooked so poorly, and I didn’t want to eat a sweet potato alone. I was NEVER offered the option to order something different, but I was instead expected to eat either a raw steak (twice) or a burned and overcooked one. Both managers were very rude and one didn’t even apologize. She simply jerked my plate off the table and stalked off before another raw steak was brought back. When I complained again, I was brought the SAME steak that had been put back on the grill and was so overcooked, that it became tough and I could barely cut it. The behavior of the staff is what made an already poor experience even worse. The biggest mistake Landry’s made was keeping this travesty open and closing Joe’s Crab Shack in Round Rock. This visit is a STARK contrast to the last visit we had at the same restaurant a couple of weeks ago. While we had an issue, it was resolved and our server was so phenomenal, that the other issue was minimized. This time, however, we were let down at every turn. I came to a steakhouse for dinner, and not only left starving because my meal was inedible, but left feeling resentful about how abysmally we were treated by our server in addition to two managers. Since there are no other Landry’s restaurants in the Austin area that I’m aware of, it’s highly likely that we will ultimately cancel our card if this is how we’ll be treated at our home restaurants.

This has always been our go-to for a solid meal and good service. This experience Saturday night (11/22/2025) was awful. The food was disgusting. Queso w/brisket: cold and the “brisket” looked like week old pot roast just globbed on top. It was so cold the chips broke when attempting to eat it. 12oz ribeye-first one came out and was no more than an 1/8” thick and very overcooked. Sent it back and the new one was cooked better but still very thin and had no seasoning or flavor. For $36 this should be a crime. Chicken fried chicken-was 90% breading and 10% chicken. Side salads were drowned in dressing, couldn’t even eat them. My bill for 3 adults and 2 kids was $175 (no alcohol or deserts). This is outrageous for the quality of food received. We will not be returning here and urge others to avoid this place. So disappointed since this used to be such a great place to eat.

I have ordered from here for the last 10 years many times. And every time I say stop doing it! They are incapable of making it to go order correct. I keep going back to them because they are close to where I live and they have prime rib. But I think I am finally done. I have no idea why they are incapable, absolutely incapable of getting a to go order correct. I’ve complained a couple of times and they gave me a next free meal. But when you’re ordering food, you want the meal you ordered to be correct.

I came into Salt grass on my only day off expecting a nice time and a good steak. This was totally just the opposite. I ordered a medium well steak and macaroni and cheese. My steak came out rare, and macaroni came out cold. So the server returned the food. The manager came out with my food with the remake she was soooo rude her name was Alissa. It read racism she didn’t resolve the issue just made it worse trying to explain she was right and I was wrong. This place is so close to my house so I loved coming here but not today.

Server was great, place looks fine. The food was not good and way too expensive. I can go to longhorns and feed my entire family with desert, getting the expensive foods with extra sides and toppings for $100, I took my wife on a date here and didn't get any special foods, appetizers, or drinks, and still spent $80 which is crazy expensive, and the food did not even taste good.

Alexis was are server tonight. Very poor service! Waited on her many times while she stood chatting either with other servers or at the kitchen. Had to flag down a manager to check us out and grab a box we asked for before our bills were even brought out and wasn’t given. Both our partners ordered steaks. Both medium well. Both came undercooked. Did the girl who dropped off the food and take it back apologize? No. When our server asked how the food was and she was made aware. Did she apologize? No. Did the KITCHEN MANAGER who brought it out apologize? Nooo. We shouldn’t go to to a steakhouse and pay as much as we do for undercooked food AND bad service. If the service would have been handled better the steaks would have not even been a bother because it happens. Poor service from our server the entire time and from management ruined this experience. Do better.
