It’s a vibe! Good conversation (not even with just the customers but amongst themselves felt like a family kitchen or a Sunday meal). They got a clean space, employees are happy inviting people in doing their thing (I thought it was the grand opening or something) and serving it up! I did not have to wait long at all and they gave recommendations and packed my meal well. Every trip I took to this place while I was in Lincoln was a joy so much so I didn’t want to leave. Last visit before I left I had the maple and highly recommend it. Can’t remember everyone’s name but from the greet to the cook to the ring out and then the bagel flawless I say flawless. Thanks for the hospitality keep killing it! Sorry I didn’t take pictures I got right down to it.

Noah’s NY Bagels never disappoints! No matter what I order from their menu, it’s always delicious. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast food. The staff is always lovely, service is fast, and pricing is fair.

UPDATE: Hey everyone, just wanted to compliment on how awesome the Noah's Bagels Guest Services team is for responding back to the below issue. They made things right!. I have been back to Noah's ever since! Hi all, so I typically rave about how awesome Noah's bagels is. However, this morning's experience has me questioning my future visits to Noah's. So I walked into the J street location this morning like always to pick up my mobile order. However, this morning was especially busy.....which is ok. But there was mass confusion and disorganization on customers picking up their orders......and the Staff DID NOTHING to engage the waiting customers. So they gave me my order WAY past the estimated wait time, which is fine, but my Vanilla Cold Brew had no vanilla in it, and no straw (they've always given a straw). Meanwhile still no engagement with waiting customers. Hence, I will be taking "a break" from Noah's for a while to decompress and go to Starbucks (sigh) for a few days.

The J Street staff are amazing! I mentioned that I'm pork intolerant and the staff went out of their way to clean their knives before they cut my food. I didn't ask for them to go to these lengths; they just did it. Their coffee drinks are also fantastic. I'd rather get one of their cold brews than anything the Starbucks next door has to offer!

I go here every weekday morning and they always have a smile and are quick to take and process my order. The egg/asparagus/mushroom bagel thin is so good and they make it perfectly every time. I have been to other Noah's and believe me you can mess it up - but they don;t. They rock!

The bagels tasted really good. I ordered ahead 3 days in a row. But they were very messy made. Cream cheese all over the wrappers. Also, the bagels were cut fat on one side and as thin as a cracker on the other side. I dont know if it was just that weekend or a normal thing. But I didn't really like it cut so thin the eggs and cream were on my fingers.

I like this place. They have good bagels. Chewy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The way a bagel should be. Friendly staff too. I ordered the power egg white sandwich, the turkey sausage tasted weird but everything else was good. My favorite bagel that I've tried so far is the onion bagel. I love onions! lol.

Nova Lox Sandwich is a classic and always delicious. Also ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich but that sandwich ain't it. It was lacking on the brisket and the flavor was just not there.

I placed an online order for my Husband to pick up for takeout around noon. I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches (1 asiago and 2 cheddar Jalapeños) and 2 bagels on the side (plain and cheddar Jalapeños). When he got there to pick it up, most of the bagels were out, but I completely understand because it was 1215 by then. However, I wish we received a call right when the order was placed, knowing the bagels were already out instead of waiting and I would have chosen plain bagels to make it easy. My husband substituted 2 for spinach and cheese and chose to refund the other. When we opened it the sandwiches, it was blueberry. We were definitely not satisfied.

Bagels are great but service is always so slow. there’s always 20+ employees but none of them is available to help you. Online orders get preference over customers who are there in person.

Solid fresh bagel. Could use a little more on the sandwich as a whole but the bagel was really good and the ingredients tasted quality. Everyone seemed pretty nice. Could use a little cleaning through the lobby and such. Seems their cooking surfaces looked pretty tidy though.

What is the point of being forced to download an app to place a pick-up order ahead of going there, if they can't be bothered to start even the coffee until you arrive at the store? I place a pick-up order to quickly get breakfast before work, not to have my time wasted before getting mediocre food.

I typically come here Saturdays and get the same thing-a chorizo avocado sunrise egg sandwich, but lately the quality has been a lot lower than what it used to be. The Avocado they put on is old not fresh, so it's brown. I had to take it out my sandwich. The sandwich is also like half the size of what it used to be, or maybe it's because the avocado I took out of it. Also the presentation of the sandwiches are careless, which looks like it was made at a McDonald's because why is the sandwich so lopsided and like I have to build it myself when it's $8-9?

Needs serious work in the service department. The ONLY saving grace was the extremely nice older lady who helped right my issue. I asked for double meat on my sandwich and paid for it and got seemingly less than the normal portion somehow. I understand that business is bad for everyone nowadays and labor is short, but this can't be an excuse for paying customers having to bare bad attitudes, slow and aloof work ethics , and a severe lack of training. My sandwich had to go all the way through the queue again after I walked all the way back to get it sorted out. This shouldn't be the case. This is coming from someone who put in the their food service time for 7 years, so I'm not deaf to the plight of the modern food service worker. Again, these are fixable issues, but at present I can't bring myself to patronize this location until I'm confident changes have been made, which is a shame.

Very consistently wait 20+ minutes for simple mobile orders. I work in the area, so it’s not a one time experience. It’s literally every time. Staff doesn’t care-they don’t greet, have headphones in and generally work like there’s no management anywhere. The food, once it’s ready, is solid though

I usually frequent this location for large office orders or for personal single item orders. They occasionally miss custom items in my order but it's understandable on a 8+ item order. I get the same sandwich regardless every time - bacon, turkey, Swiss. One of their signature sandwiches. The last few times I've gone have been sub-par. This location has a few (2) good employees but the rest seem either not well trained or unable to use common sense when building a basic sandwich. Today really upset me because I ordered one (1) item - my regular turkey, bacon, Swiss to-go (to bring back to work) with extra spread that already comes on the sandwich. The girl handed me a sandwich with extra spread (great!) but nothing else on it other than what's in the title.. SO I paid for a sandwich with tomato and lettuce - that I crave on a daily basis - and got a roll with meat and cheese on it. They were busy which I understand (this is why they didn't answer when I called) but this is a sandwich that is on the menu -- a common one -- that has been there for years. Last time I visited the same girl took my order (this time she made it) and didn't even realize it was on the menu.. Their menu is not big. There is either a serious lack of training with their ever changing staff or they don't care who they're hiring and keeping on. I'm definitely switching to the new Broadway location when it finally opens, this is ridiculous.

So I always order from here through door dash and the bagels they served were always great. But I came in for the first time & ordered two bagels, they were not it. Spent an overpriced $20 for some plain tasting bagels, the only thing that was alright was the added avocado in one of them. So be wary, don’t expect what you get through door dash.

The bagels I’ve gotten here are usually pretty good and the folks are nice, but the breakfast sandwich is terrible. The tomatoes were so unripe as to be inedible, the “avocado” was little more than a light spread, and the spinach topping was three leaves. Hardly satisfying for $7.

For delivery drivers they don’t care and the staff is always after customers finish they start chilling and talking and drivers should stand for 30 minutes always thats very bad

Noone called me, I walked in 15-20 minutes after ordering online and they told me I only had 4 bagel options but not the ones I ordered and really wanted. They should have reached out instead of making me wait for them to start making my order. This is the last time I order from this location because of their apparently terrible ability with inventory. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I should be receiving some type of compensation for this but was offered nothing. Definitely never coming back here and not recommending this location.

Cashier was not giving receipts to customers (I always keep mine here because they have issues with matching orders) also was not inputting the names on orders, they were mostly sold out of bagels again at 10am on a sunday (no food market excuse for traffic nor was it that busy that day). So a lot of people were ordering a farmhouse, no had receipts, no names for orders. I had to leave when one of the workers was trying to just hand me an order but wouldn't say what it was, who it was for, etc... I'm not a door dash or whatever this was me placing an order at the register and waiting.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Noah's Bagels on August 17th. I was served an item containing pork, which I’ve never eaten in my life due to my religious and cultural beliefs. I haven't eaten meat in five years, though I do occasionally eat fish. After taking a bite, thinking it was my correct order, I realized the error. When I pointed out the error, instead of showing any compassion, the staff—particularly Aaron and Day and the rest of the staff on the floor—ganged up on me and treated me as if I was the problem. One even falsely claimed I tossed the food, and I did not you can pull up the camera footage at 9:45am -10:15am Their complete lack of sensitivity to dietary restrictions in a diverse community like ours is shocking. Liam was the only staff member who treated me with kindness, but even then, I was made to feel as if I was to blame for their mistake. This type of dismissive, disrespectful treatment is unacceptable and disheartening, especially for a company that serves such a wide range of customers with varied dietary needs. I expected much better from Noah's Bagels.

Found a thick piece of hair in my bagel. I threw it up. I knew not to trust this location. Few weeks ago, my boyfriend ordered a burrito and they gave him the bagel. We didn’t go back to change it. I also realized they don’t wrap the bagels correctly. It’s messy and clearly poor management. I will never ever come back to this location. Get it together.

I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for an order that should've only taken 5 minutes. They are immature, unprofessional and a complete waste of your money and time. They sat and watched while they prepared everyone else's order and had I nor said anything, they would've continued to chuckle, smile, and giggle as if something wad funny. This location should be reported! Stick to the Starbucks next door. Way more fresh! Better service, with a smile. And better tasting coffee! Noah's bagels is great, just NOT this location. They need a whole new staff!

Ordered a few days ago on app and said it'd be ready at 2:04pm even though they close at two, got my refund but they also said they didn't even have the bagels we ordered. We came back today and ordered 30 mins ago just for them to not have the bagels again. They need to put on the site they don't have it in stock then or give us a call. Very dissatisfied.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Staff looked like they were half asleep. Not anything close to a friendly greeting. Very negative vibe in the whole place. There were 6 people out front with their backs to customers. No one said hello. Person at register scratched his head then wiped his nose then rubbed his eyes and continued on helping customers and serving food. Never washed his hands. It took over 15 minutes for my order with at least 7 staff members on the clock and most ingredients are pre-made. Horrible experience!!! Manager should be fired. I live in this neighborhood, and have worked in food service for over 40 years. They should be ashamed. They lobby was cluttered and dirty.

Every time I order from door dash for meetings, I order lots of bagels SLICED with multiple tubs of shmear. They have never arrived sliced. Any idea how ridiculous and embarrassing it is that a meeting room full of people are using plastic knives to cut open bagels? I just ordered one more time... I swear if they don't come the way I ordered it's the last time. It's the only Noah's close to us. GET IT RIGHT.

Do not go here. I went for the first time today at this location and ordered a turkey club on an everything bagel. The bagel was too chewy, the lettuce was a wilted mess, the tomato was overly ripe, I actually feel sick after eating here. I also ordered a bagel to go for my boyfriend and when we bit into it, which was literally 2 minutes after we left, I couldn't even bite off a piece. It was disgustingly old and chewy. After I had already had a bad experience with my meal, I decided to go back in and exchange it. The cashier was a total jerk. She immediately gave me attitude and angrily grabbed the bagel from me. Awful service. Awful food. They don't know what they're doing here.

I wanted to resist leaving a 1 star review but after the fourth time in a row having an issue with my simple order at this location I have to say something. Ordering ahead is pointless, still an hour wait at times. Never has an order taken less than 30 minutes here for two bagels. Everyone always seems lost here and randoms come in and just take random orders left out for collection all the time. You must be losing money at this location.

NEVER get smoothies from them. I have gotten them multiple times hoping for the best and am always very dissappointed. Not only do they wait until about 5 minutes AFTER the rest of your order is ready to even start the smoothie, but then they do not blend it all the way (I waited 40 minutes after receiving my smoothie and it was STILL half ice, half melted and had to throw it away). I also tried to call to advise them of this to see if I could speak to a manager, but no one would answer the phone there after trying to call for about 10 minutes. I will NEVER go back there; it's not worth the horrible service.

there is something wrong with your everything bagels, tastes like something went bad. The bagel itself was very small and tasted like salt. The avocado had no flavor and tasted like mold.

Amazing how difficult it has become for employees to follow simple instructions. Unlikely we will come back again. Also, what is up with Free bagels for 5 stars/excellent service promotion?
