Found this place for dinner after leaving a brewery nearby. The food is excellent. There was space and service was quick. The curries were incredible. The green curry and eggplant dish didn’t have too much coconut in the curry. The eggplant and tofu was amazing. We got medium which was perfectly flavorful (credentials: South Asian). We got the chicken Pad Thai and neither the chicken nor the noodles were dry and it came with fried tofu that was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and worth it.

If I lived in Sacramento, this would be my go-to Thai spot—I’d be here every week! We ordered the Laotian papaya salad spicy, and it was perfect—bold spice, bright tang, and incredibly flavorful. The drunken noodles had the ideal smoky wok flavor with just the right level of heat. The pad Thai was just as impressive, with a great balance of sweetness, acidity, and savory depth. Their chili oil was a standout—rich, fragrant, and added so much depth to every dish. If you’re looking for amazing Thai food in Sacramento, this is the place to go!

Updated review 1.5 years later: After the pandemic, they rose their prices slightly, and portions got smaller. The food still tasted delicious, but a bit sad that their drunken noodle dinner plate was pretty small. Their curries are still one of the best I've had though. Would still reccomend this place, as the ambiance is also pretty nice. Old review: The curry was huge portions and actually one of the best thai curry I've had

I am so happy I found this place, the food was beyond delicious. We went on a Tuesday night so it was really slow which meant we got fast service (yay). I do not regret ordering all the food we did because every bite was worth it! A definite must buy has to be the pad thai, drunken noodles, and basil rice (if you're stuck do not question this and pick these). The pineapple rice was okay but everyone preferred the basil rice and some didn't like it. I wouldn't get the fried tofu cuz it was squishy inside but if u like that then okie go for it. The servings were pretty big that our group couldn't finish it.

Best thai food I’ve ever had. The portions are huge and the price is reasonable! The staff was very friendly, will definitely come back next time I visit Sacramento. 12/10 recommend

The food is amazing, the curry has the consistency of the one I had in Chiang Mai. Most tables were occupied but the food came out very quickly. Big portions, we had extra to bring back. Nice waitress and simple but elegant décors.

Got to know about this place from my friends and I thought will give it a try. I have been to this restaurant more often than once a month over the past one year. One of the best Thai food in downtown and probably tops the list in the Sacramento area. The food tastes authentic and the service is neat. spacious enough place for a team lunch. Gets really busy in the weekdays with about 20mins waiting time. I have taken a few friends here and all of them love this place. We always ask for food to be hot and its really spicy hot. Must trys- Red curry, All sea food fried rice, pad thai, Thai tea.

Not many people were around at night, but we were satisfied with the two dishes we ordered.

The food made my day happy. Specially the pad thai curry and panang curry. It was so delicious. We ordered 7 dishes and It was served to us in 15 minutes with all fresh and well cooked food. I would definitely come here again. Don't have your double thoughts on this restaurant.

This Thai restaurant in Midtown Sacramento delivered one of the most comforting meals I’ve had in a long time. The Tom Kha soup had a perfect balance of creamy richness, lemongrass brightness, and gentle heat that made every spoonful feel like a small moment of calm. The staff were warm and attentive without hovering, creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely welcoming. A beautiful, relaxing dining experience from start to finish.

The look of the restaurant is beautiful, serene. The tables and chairs were clean, no sticky residue; the floors were clean. The place looked extremely well maintained. The staff are all extremely nice, patient, and helpful. The food is absolutely mind blowing. I finally got to try Tom Yum soup, their coconut curry is phenomenal, and also tried their drunken noodles. Also tried the Thai coffee and that was so good too. Everything was rich with flavor, the only thing I forgot was to ask for just a bit more spice. Otherwise wow. It's been years since I've had the chance to try good Thai food and I'm so thankful this was the place that got me back to it. Absolutely recommend. Will be going back just to make sure I try mango sticky rice.

I had the Drunken Noodles, which were great! The dish consisted of pan-fried thick rice noodles with egg, broccoli, bell peppers, and Thai basil. The mild spicy level was just right, and the dish was full of fragrance and flavor. I highly recommend it! However, I found the Calamari to be a bit disappointing. While it was lightly fried and served with a sweet chili sauce, the flour coating was too thick, overpowering the taste of the calamari inside. I couldn't quite distinguish the flavor of the calamari itself.

We had lunch with our friends & kids during holiday. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. We parked on the street near the restaurant. - Papaya salad: good acidity & refreshing. - Pad thai with chicken: delicious! The noodle was perfectly cooked. The pad thai was very flavorful and we could taste the fish sauce. They gave plenty of chicken pieces. The portion was good too. - Pineapple fried rice with chicken: my favorite! I usually prefer pad thai to fried rice but the pineapple fried rice was delicious! The rice was succulent and it had deep flavor. There were lots of tender chicken pieces too. Overall, the taste, price & portion were good. We would be back to try different menu.

Service was quick and attentive. Food is good. 4/5 because they use too many fillers for there dishes. Too many string beans, onions, bell peppers etc but limited protein in each dish. Crab friend rice was good but wasn’t up to par with what I’ve tried at other restaurants.

Food is good overall. Kao Soi Gai flavor profile was very good, but it was a bit too heavy on the sauce. Curry was very flavorful. Papaya salad was very refreshing

It was not crowded at 5:30. The pad Thai was flavorful. My friend enjoyed the spring rolls. They were fresh with mint and cilantro and good portion size.

Friendly service, good food. Nice place to hang out with a big sized group. To be honest, the food is just ok, with everything being on the too-sweet side. Flavors weren’t popping as far as Thai places go. Red curry Asked for mild and they said “it’s Thai” lol. But it was mild with a nice kick. Laab pork Warm pork. Came with cabbage slices, but more like strips and wedges, and too small to make wraps out of. Flavors weren’t popping, per se, but it was pretty good. Drunk noodles spicy it’s ok. Much rather go with the curry or laab. Pork belly It’s also ok. But much rather go with the curry or laab.

We arrived right when the restaurant opened. Seated and serviced really quickly. It's a popular place and filled up quickly. Probably because graduation cermonies just concluded as well. We got a lot of food. Pros: large portions, quick service. Delta: flavor just didn't hit. I don't know what was missing, but something was missing. Larb- I've never had such a watery larb before. *everything was a little too watery imo. Red curry - we liked the eggplants. I don't see it too often in curries, but it was really good. Pineapple fried rice - my dad ordered this item, and I didn't get to read through the ingredients, but there were no pineapples! We had a lengthy discussion about whether it's was called pineapple fried rice because of the color (bright yellow) or the presence of pineapples. 😅 definitely remember to ask for your pineapple, though. Red snapper- snapper was really tender and soft. Easy to eat, a bit spicy for us for late morning/afternoon. Loved the eggplants here also. Thai pork belly - this one is always a favorite in any thai restaurant, but this pork belly cut was a bit thick and hard to chew. It was mostly soft. The dish was watery, and interestingly, they added mostly regular broccoli and carrots instead of mostly Chinese broccoli. Thai steak- meat was tender. It doesn't present as appealing tbh, but it was probably one of the top dishes. The pepper sauce was really yummy, too.

Order bunch of food however they only entree that made sense was drunken noodles. Spring rolls too oily like they were double fried, fried tofu had no seasoning and no flavor. Yellow curry had no flavor, it was utterly disgusting and u cooked. Thinner like water with little to no tofu. Fried salmon was not so fried since it was topped with a thick saucy chunks overpowered with salt and excessive garlic that almost made me puke. Drunken noodles were half decent with good balanced flavor profile. No ambience. Just it was clean. Service was very friendly and quick which is why gave 2 stars.

I've coming here for about 10 years. I may have dined once. Usually, it's to go order. Today, I decided to treat myself. It's usually a treat because it's expensive but I keep coming because the one time I went somewhere else it was as good. I notice the portions are smaller now as well. The spiciness isn't consistent but again I still enjoy it. Today was different. I decided to come here because my mom has been in the hospital and I need to treat myself. I placed my order and made my way downtown. I was going to eat in the hospital with my mom. Luckily, another family told me to take a break and to enjoy my lunch. I asked the cashier who gave me my to go order if I could sit inside for a moment to eat my food. The place wasn't packed but she told me I could sit OUTSIDE. I is in the middle of winter and it's raining. That was bad customer service. I hope to find another Thai place with better service because I doubt if I will go back.

If I could I would provide this place with no stars for the service I was provided. I ordered a mango sticky rice and they sent some nasty who knows what I’ll attach pictures. I could not eat it. I am a repeat customer and this was a disappointment I will never eat here again. Seriously do better!
