My wife and I got started on a 5 week road trip only to realize we had not packed our Bosch eMTB charger. Steven sold us his shop unit at cost, saving the day for trail riding that evening. Great friendly service!
Steve the owner, lead mechanic and barista (no kidding) did a great job servicing my brakes......friendly, knowledgeable and fair pricing will bring me back.....and Oh, they serve good coffee and have comfortable chairs to do your email and serf the web. I highly recommend Toro Grind.
I knew what I wanted, looked up closest dealer. Spoke with Steve-said he could get it. There were a few custom parts I wanted and he was able to get them quickly and install them before I picked up my bike days later. There are some great bike shops on the peninsula, and Toro Grind is a great addition.
My wife & I went here for the first time today. Tim made the drinks & they were really good. We talked with the owner, Steve & Tim for over an hour. I will take my bike to them the next time it needs some work done. We really liked this place and will recommend it to our friends.
I went in to have a dropper post installed w/ lever and tubeless tire conversion. Steve did a great job, super clean, and all completed in a timely manner.
Amazing visit. No appt. But he put my pedals on and even inspected my bike and suggested a new chain which I did and he did it all on a half hour. Super fast, great work, good dude.

The best place to buy a bike! Steve is a great bike shop owner. I feel like I am coming in to drop off my bike at a friends house who happens to be really good at working on bikes! I wish he owned more business so he could make other parts of life feel this easy. Great guy, great shop, great bikes, can not go wrong here.
