Great place with few points to consider. 1. Very tasty and high quality burgers, the meat is actually Halal. Loved the food!!! 2. They do not serve alcohol in any kind, plenty of soft drink choices. 3. The cashier brought the food to the table. Barely talking to the customers and didn’t even ask if we need any kind of sauces. Perhaps they can improve this greatly so everything will be perfect then.

This is a really good, halal, burger spot. I had the Original Skillet Burger and the Spicy Fries. The burger was juicy and delicious. The double smash is always a great choice and the fries were amazing and certainly spicy but tasted great. Great location, great food, I'd certainly come back to this spot.

I recently visited Urban Skillet for the first time, and it is a great spot in Santa Monica. I ordered “Original Skillet” burger with fries, and everything was really good. The burger was juicy and flavorful. I especially liked the beef - it was tender and when combined with melted cheese it tasted amazing. I did like sauce they put in the burger, it tasted perfect with meat. And it was perfect amount of sauce - not too much and not too little. The buns were soft and a bit sweet, just how I liked. I felt that all ingredients were fresh and well prepared. Fries were also delicious! It kind of reminded me of the animal style fries from in and out but not going to lie it liked this more. It tasted better, they were cooked just right, crispy and topped with a generous amount of cheese and sauce with some onions. Very good nice!!! The restaurant itself is clean and cozy. They have a good variety of menu items - from burgers to chicken wings. There are also few tables outside, which is nice to enjoy your meal outdoor. The staff was friendly and they cooked pretty quickly. I definitely recommend this place if you like burgers and I will definitely be coming back to try other burgers and sandwiches.

OG hotdogs are so good!!! Highly recommended! The thing is when we went there there was only one person who worked there? So we waited for some time to order our food. But worth the wait!! Sausage is super juicy. I miss the hotdog already!!

Urban Skillet - Santa Monica, CA 2307 Main St, Santa Monica, CA 90405 Traveling from Dallas TX & decided to try this halal burger at Urban Skillet & wow, it did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy, juicy & full of flavor, perfectly paired with melted cheese & a kick of spicy sauce .. The bun was soft & fresh holding everything together beautifully. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Finding a good halal spot while traveling isn't always easy, but this place is definitely worth the stop. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

The halal burger a must have when you visiting Santa Monica. I had the TRUFFLE BANGER and my wife had the OG dog and it was so good. We should have get the fries next time. Plenty of street meter parking. Did I mentioned that they use 100% HALAL GRASS-FED ALL NATURAL BEEF

Urban Skillet is a great spot for a casual meal in Santa Monica. More importantly it is Halal and delicious Halal food right in the heart of Santa Monica. The food is delicious, and the service is friendly. I especially enjoyed the Brisket Fries. The restaurant also has a nice outdoor seating area and a relaxed atmosphere. Urban Skillet, gourmet burgers, flavorful sides are amazing. Their bacon strips are Halal Turkey strips. The staff member Ahmed, was extremely helpful, courteous and interacted with every customer with a smile. A site unseen in most of the burger joints these days. He confirmed that Urban Skillet uses 100% Zabiha Halal meat in all of their dishes, ensuring high quality and taste. Customer reviews praise the juicy and flavorful burgers, crispy loaded fries with great toppings, and tasty brisket fries and kids mac 'n cheese. Definitely will return.

Hands down the best burger I’ve ever had, and coming from NYC I’ve tried a lot of beef burgers. We ordered the mushroom banger, oh so hot burger and Buffalo wings. Also ordered the Oreo shake. Everything was great and freshly made. Service was amazing as well. Must try if you’re in the area!

Juicy HALAL burgers, delicious 😋. The only things I didn't get 5 star was due to not having a clean table we sat down. But the food and the atmosphere was great.

My little guy ordered the Blazin Chicken Burger - it was GREAT. He loved the sauces on it! The tots were crispy and really delish! They had nice indoor seating and a few outside tables. It was cozy, airy and a great easy lunch. We probably wouldn't go TOO far out of our way to eat here again, but if you are in the area, it's def. worth stopping by!!

Ordered through Uber Eats and thought this sounded wonderful. I ordered the brisket wrap, and it was not great due to the AWFUL Mac n cheese. My wife ordered the burger with NO ONIONS as she’s allergic and guess what?? Extra friggin onions. Like they did it on purpose. My daughter got the kids burger which had no seasoning and the Mac n cheese and it was disgustingly awful. Couldn’t even eat it. Tasted more like an under seasoned Alfredo. Then we ordered 3 COKES!!! They sent Pepsi… did I order Pepsi? No I ordered Coca Cola. Pepsi is gross. Uber Eats refunded a whopping $3 for the issues. I would NEVER order from here again. Glad I’m not a local . Nasty food
