Ordered 90 sausage and biscuit and 90 burritos to be picked up at 6:40 am. The items were packaged nicely and were hot and ready. They also sent napkins, 2 kinds of jelly and hot sauce! Definitely 5 stars!!!! Great job!!!

I didn't get food here yesterday but I have before, my family stopped for a bathroom break because this and most McDonald's have clean bathrooms. When I have eaten here several times before the employees are very nice and the inside of the restaurant area is always clean. This is a busy McDonald's and I would recommend it to anyone because the employees do their jobs and keep the restaurant up and treat their guests well.

Great Service and Great Staff! Kind hearted, and were already ready to refill our drinks even though the line was busy! Also saw an employee working fast going in and out of the warm building to the cold outside for people's orders! Great hustle and Great Job!

I go to this restaurant weekly. I am lactose intolerant. I always have to customize and modify my meals. They are very good at getting my special orders accurate. The fries are always surprisingly fresh. I usually do curbside pick-up or drive-through. But a few times I have gone inside. It is clean and nobody is afraid to greet you at the front counter. And by far the best part is the employees. Everybody is polite and gives smiles away for free.

This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to this is my go to place now my meals are always fresh and the staff are very friendly and you never have to wait in line the drive-through very quick they have never once messed up on my order and I go to this McDonald’s at least three times a week

Our order was made incorrectly, but was addressed immediately. The drive thru workers may have been in a rush and also messed up our payment method, which was also fixed immediately. All in all it was decent service.

Drive threw service great but food was warm french Fries over cooked and in a large order only received 3/4 the fries. Very disappointed. Never received anything from mc Donalds customer service that i was promised. Need new management And crew they don't know how too cook a hamburger they are usually over cooked.

Fastest mcdonalds you'll go too. Food is usually always correct. Everyone at this store is very polite. I got my same order wrong 3 days in a row the same way somehow though so some days are questionable. Otherwise best mcdonalds you'll go to.

This is the location I visit the most. My order is always right, sometimes I do have to wait a while for something small, but it happens. As far as McDonald's go, I'd say this is a good one. Edit: I've reduced my stars because this location is just getting increasingly slower with every visit.

It's a Fast Food place, I knew what I was getting into when I went there. I didn't expect it to hit me in the face when I got there though, the juicy burger, the crisp bacon, the cheese that was so silky in texture as it caressed my tongue. The perfect balance of carbonated water with coke syrup. I just wish they brought back the plastic happy meal buckets for Halloween.

This McDonald’s used to be super quick. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but lately they park everybody that comes through the drive thru. Idk why they feel like they have to park everybody.

The young lady who gave me my receipt very nice, but when it came to getting my order total different experience. Order mc griddle sausage egg no cheese. What i was given no egg , sausage with cheese mc griddle. Drove around to go in never acknowledged it seen 2 people standing. Since the kiosk went in the counter is never covered . Just calling out orders never checking to see if someone wants to order from the counter. Waited 5 minutes or so and just left , this was about 830am no pies of any kind available. It's sad when in our small town ofBowie,Tx that none of our high schoolers,young men, and women are working here. All we ever see is seniors working and short-handed all the time! Every single time I go to this location it turns out bad. I've had to take my fillet fish back every time I order. The fries are always nasty and the cookies are extremely hard. I rather drive to balch springs than to get this terrible food another time. Y'all please get it together because you're right down the street from me. Gosh

Probably the worst tasting Hashbrown I have ever had in my life. Not even sure how the flavor got that way, but it definitely needs to be looked into. It wasn't over or undercooked, but had such a bad taste I only took 2 bites before discarding.

Staff were mostly friendly but they get my order wrong or do not provide napkins, plastic ware, or straws on a regular basis. It gets having to ask for them or go back for them. I’ve talked with them and they have all complained about the franchise owner. Place could do a lot better.

The service and food quality were disappointing. The staff at the drive through had an attitude like I was disrupting their time ordering a 2 Cheeseburger Meal. The fries tasted like the oil was 2 weeks overdue for a change and the burgers were stale and dry as if they'd been under a heat lamp for hours.

Lately, I’ve been coming and it’s been pretty bad. Two weeks ago I came and ordered a dipped cone, I waited for 20 mins in the drive through park area where they told me to wait. I had to go back through the drive through and remind them I had been waiting, I proceeded to get the messiest dipped cone ever with chocolate running down the woman’s hands and she only gave me one napkin. Then, I came yesterday and tried again for a dipped cone and it was just as messy! The woman came out with a ton of napkins and said “sorry haha” and walked away. If it’s gonna be that messy then make a new one? Things get busy, but customer service is still your main priority.

Drive thru took too long and got to the window and the nuggets were not ready so I was asked to pull forward and wait . Then I had to get out of the car and go in only to find my food setting on the counter getting cold! Not happy! The large order of fries looked like a bunch of broken small bits and pieces. So Sad!

The fries were really cold. Me and other people went to McDonald’s at 11:18 almost close to midnight and all of our fries were cold. Really disappointed and will no longer be coming here.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. They now charge an up charge for a drink with a happy meal without asking. According to the advertisement the drink is free unless it’s orange juice.

Place a mobile order. Park to pick it up on curbside. The employee that helped us was not nice. Didn't bother greeting us. She just approached our car & said take it. Then she quickly walked away before I could even check my order. As she was still walking away I noticed we were missing half of our order. I yelled out to her & she just kept walking. Then I went through drive-through to notify them that we were missing half of our order. I ended up being served by that same employee. When she answered the speaker she said,"what do you want". It surprised me because mcdonalds usually greats you& then ask may I take your order. I informed her we were just at curbside pick up & that we were missing half our order & she didn't believe me. I explained to her what we were missing & she was trying to give me a whole other order. I explained several times & she finally understood & told me to just drive up to the window. Once I drove up to the 1st window the employee there was able to help me better. I tried calling while I was at curbside since the employee that walked away didn't hear me, but they never answered I just kept getting an answering machine.

If you order from this mcdonalds do not leave the drive through without checking if your order is correct. 3/4 times I went I ordered diet coke but got Dr. Pepper. A good 80 percent of the time the order is just flat wrong. One time I ordered through the App and they came out to tell me that they were out of what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund saying I had to contact customer support. This place is a disaster. Oh and they don't offer the one dollar large drink anymore either. Literally no redeeming qualities.

Terrible almost every time I've been kaufman McDonald's.. poor service and terrible food.. employees just walking around eating french fries while I wait over 20 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and a cheeseburger with ketchup only.. when I got my food the biscuits were rock hard and I only ate the sausage by itself. I also had to order through kiosk because no one came to counter to take my order.. I stood at counter probably a solid 5 minutes.. didn't really watch clock but I did watch clock after I ordered and waited well over 20 minutes for food.. it was 22 - 24 minutes.. while I watched cook munching on fries walking around the entire time.. and a timer was beeping pretty much the entire time he was walking around eating. Very dissatisfied..I won't be eating there anymore..

I come here almost everyday for coffee, but today 12/30/2023 @ 10:58 am I went through the drive thru to get my coffee and the girl for some reason got bothered cause I asked for extra creamer rolled her eyes & started laughing and walked off. Another girl intervened and gave us creamer so I asked her for the girls name that walked off she smirked and gave us the wrong name. I went inside to speak with the manager who was very sweet and apologized about the situation and also provided me the name of Yanet Flores who was very rude and the other girl by the name of Destiny who provided me with the wrong name. Im in disbelief on how a simple trip to get coffee turned into a horrible experience!! I am leaving my review so hope they are dealt with accordingly and no one else gets treated in such a rude manner.

Ordered a mcflurry and waited about 10 minutes, my order was brought to my window and handed off without any form of communication and the lip popped off in the hand off and it spilled all over my hand and lap. The mcflurry was soupy by the time they brought it to me, it felt like my order was forgotten and walked out as a after thought.

They are taking their sweet time I order at 6:05pm and they took 40 minutes to server me a Mocha frappe, no there wasn't any people when we got here we just heard people talking and they weren't doing anything.

First and foremost, I would like to say I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after coming to this location. I passed through the drive-thru to order a chicken nugget happy meal, and after paying for my meal, they immediately instructed to go and park on the side. At this point, there were another 6 cars parked waiting for their orders, it took them 15 minutes to bring my order to my car. Upon checking I noticed that there was no ketchup in the bag so I asked if I could have some ketchup ( I had previously ordered with the meal ). It took another few minutes and I had to get down and go inside the store to get it myself. It took a good 25 minutes to get my food and it wasn't even hot nor warm ! Cold fries and cold chicken nuggets. And to top it all off, the ice cream machine wasn't working of course, like always.

When paying for my food I accidentally gave the cashier $16 when my total was only $10 and some change. When I let her know she told me no I didn’t and closed the window on me. My bills were very new and so they stuck together. I have 3 $5s in my wallet and now have zero I watched the girl put the money in the drawer and she didn’t even count it. She just quickly put the money in because they were busy. It would be nice if yall could have your cashiers actually count the money before placing it in the drawer.

This is the worst McDonald's in the world. They get your order wrong most every time. They send every customer to wait in the numbered spots so you can wait 5-10 min for someone to bring out an incorrect order, all while their metrics appear good because no one is sitting at the window. They also up charge all the drinks without asking. So if you're cool with being over charged for incorrect food that takes forever, this is the best place to go in Seagoville.

Went to this location two days in a row, yesterday on the 6th waited in the reserve spot they told me to go to for 30 min for a simple plain cheeseburger. Today I ordered just a chocolate milk shake and had to wait 30 min before they told me the machine wasn't working and asked if I wanted something else. Will not be returning to this location again, terrible service.

I did a mobile order to pick up via drive thru and when I pulled up I was told to park behind the person on parking spot 1. After 20 mins I went inside and they were completely lost. Place my order @10:11pm and waited until 10:47pm to get my food. NOT once did they come to ask if I have gotten my food. This suppose to be a happy place, the staff is reason. It takes the staff to make the food. I have bought another fresh hot fry without my app, just to get them hit and not cold. When you order in the app at this location, I like to pick up in the location. The chicken sandwich, not good, go to Chick-fil-A for a chicken sandwich. I took a picture, wasted my money and that bun look like it is a week past the freshness date. This location needs to do better
