Their pizza is good but customer service sucks. Orders arrive wrong, cancelled without warning, cheese sliding off the pizza in delivery - and if you call they don't apologize or try to make it right, just excuses. It sucks because their pizza tastes great. Wish they would learn how to treat customers.

The food is good but some of the employees are rude, impolite, and not reliable. I ordered a large pizza and a fries and it's costs $13 plus tax if you add it up and the next day I got the same thing but different employee and he said $18 and I'm confused cause the prices are still the same and when I told him it was 13 dollars and he started yelling so I walked to the door and said I'm not going here again. Future visitors I recommend you to not go here if you do not want to be rigged for your money.

Food and specials are good and that's about it. Not very clean. There is only one table and its usually taken so you can't usually eat in. If you do eat in there is NO BATHROOM to wash your hands at least. The neighborhood is not good so be careful. I don't plan to go there again, too uncomfortable.

Waited over an hour for 2 items and didn’t receive it.. Ordered on uber eats and didn’t get any refund. (Didn’t answer the phone.. called numerous times)

Crust tastes like saltine crackers. I ordered cheese and it was still disappointing somehow.

Terrible experience today. I ordered A sausage and cheese pepper sub for $10 And Also I paid $5 for VERY SOGGY wet full of Grease ,very dark Burnt ,French Fries . I had Re fry the My already burnt LIMP FLLOPPY SOGGY FRIES On my Stove. To make them crunchy. I called him to complain and he lied to my face And Never offered me any refund or No resolution as the manager he should know better. APPARENTLY He put the fries in DIRTY OLD GREASE before the grease before the oil got hot . Terrible customer service 👎🏼.

I don't understand how this place has 3.9 when the girl yes girl who answers the phones obnoxious snobby unprofessional and rude you tell her the order she cuts off you have to repeat yourself numerous times and she speaks perfect English Everytime order it's the same crap she don't know how to listen she needs better customer skills and their prices are subject to change at their discretion. Too bad the previous owner left he served the community better and looked out for the community

Ordered at 5:31 it's now after 7pm and no food delivery. I called and was told it takes 45mins..a shame because I really do like their food however they just lost a customer.

I like the food but the girl they got who does the orders is messing up the business.. She constantly get the orders wrong and she does nothing to fix her mistakes and she gets an attitude about it

food is usually fine but there service is absolutley terrible sometimes. i had ordered 2 beef patties but was only given one. Although i was told i was not charged, i asked if the second beef patty could be sent and i would pay for it, she said that would be fine amd would be there soon. it was around 9:30 when i called amd ive waited 2 hours and they are only around the corner and it seems they are ignoring me. Ive ordered from here before and even give tips when i can but their service continues to upset me. i may never order from here myself ever again. EDIT: I have just now decided to take my first bite of the beef patty and its kinda not good,my stomach is starting hurt

Visiting the city and heard this was the best pizza. I ordered a large cheese and received with a long woman’s hair in the middle of pizza. I called to explain and was told I was probably lying because no one has hair in the Pizza place. Disgusted and ripped off.
