Her friendly demeanor truly set a positive tone for our meal. She's a true asset to your team! I soley will be coming back because she made my experience exceptional. However, the positive experience was unfortunately overshadowed by an incredibly rude customer who clearly stated her name was Nimra. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and she really belittled Maria. Taking pictures of her and causing a scene while we were standing right behind her in line. I'm sure she will be leaving a horrible review as she kept stating. Truly a sour person.

I visit this Firebowl location in Sunset Valley every 2 or 3 weeks. Good consistent quality food. The soups, pork egg rolls and main entrees are all good. Recent visit I tried a dish that was too spicy for me and the manager who is usually working replaced with my tried-and-true teriyaki sauce. Pleasant staff and they are all very helpful.

Fire Bowl Cafe has large portions, deliciously mouth watering sauce options, a great variety of fresh vegetable options and proteins. The prices are great for the quality and quantity. The management and staff are very friendly and welcoming and happy to provide a fantastic experience. Whether you are looking for a quiet lunch or a fun family dining experience this is a great option. The spicy coconut soup is delicious, and every bowl option I've tried has been AMAZING!

I visited here with my mom and my dog, Bogart. We sat outside, on the dog friendly covered patio. I hadn't been here in years and thought I should stop in for a bite. My mom and I shared an order of the Drunken Noodle with Shrimp and the 2 Piece Crispy Veggie Rolls. Our server was really nice and gave me a bowl to get water for my dog. The prices are very reasonable as well. It was a little over $22 including tip and the portions were good. It was more than enough to share. I will be back soon!

Clearly I’m getting old, and I’m going to have to learn to manage my ordering experience when dining out in the future. The digital menu board and order kiosk looked nice but lacked information (see labels pics). Associates were very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Custom dishes were made quickly and were delicious. So food 5⭐️, staff and kitchen 5⭐️, but since I had to essentially do everything myself ( not easy for a first time customer) I had to rate a 3⭐️ on service and overall the 4⭐️.

The pad thai was very so-so and yet quite expensive. It was nearly $20 for that and a Diet Coke. I would have expected better quality, though the quantity was good. I have to say - even if the price was better, I don't think I'd order it again. There are very solid Thai restaurants not so far away that are much better and similarly priced. Also, cleanliness of the store could've been a bit better.

Unfortunately the food is the only thing that we weren’t too convinced by, I had the Orange chicken and it was too “orangey”, tasted like it had too much citrus in the sauce,I also ordered the Tso chicken which the sauce was just too salty and bland in taste. They also seemed to be just chicken nuggets thrown in sauce Both bowls had very dry rice. We had the “money bag cheesecakes” they weren’t bad but didn’t stick out. Sadly it was our first and last time. Owners should look into fixing the recipes, the food is too expensive for what it is, but they have great workers.

I came here because of the reviews, and I feel like they did not live up to the hype. They don’t offer samples of the sauces which seems like a bad business decision because if I didn’t like the sauce then I would be getting a refund on a whole bowl worth of ingredients and not just a $0.10 sample of sauce. The Spring Veggies came with only two pieces of broccoli and so many water chestnuts from the can, it gave the bowl a Chef Boyardee taste. Probably won’t be back. For the size of the bowl and portions of the meat/veggies (mostly canned water chestnuts) I think it should be a $10 dollar bowl and not almost $20.

Stay away from this place - ordered a Thai basil fried rice, paid extra for extra basil and meat. Not a single basil leaf found. I will the picture do the talking. It’s like they didn’t even try - such a disappointment Worst of the worst - don’t pretend to be in the business.
