We had the Shrimp Scampi with zucchini ribbons. Lots of garlic flavor. Loved it! The picture doesn't do it justice.

Visited our local Ventura California CPK for lunch with a group from the office. They got us right in and we got lucky with our server, Ryan. He was fast, friendly and funny. All my favorite qualities in a server! The food was delicious, especially the dumplings. Great experience and we will be back!

Chicken Tequila Fettuccine is my pick, I prefer green noodles and the "creamy jalapeño lime sauce ". It works for me.

Had been a very long time since the last time I had CPK. I ordered the chicken picatta, which was good just like I remembered.

The food, as usual for CPK, was on point. The speed of service, however, left a lot to be desired. DO NOT attempt CPK (at least this location) when you have somewhere to be. We had about an hour for food and figured that was enough.. we ultimately had to get to-go boxes for our order by the time it was delivered. Very tasty, mind you, but not quite as good reheated.

Had lunch at this location after a work related visit. Food was better than I expected. Service started out slow for how little customers were eating at the time. I would eat there again.

We were in town for family birthdays and the choice was CPK. My husband had told the young lady who seated us that we had three birthdays we were celebrating, she acknowledged. Then we told our waitress once we were seated and once after dinner, when our daughter said she had a coupon for a dessert we bought another "birthday" dessert but not before my husband told the waitress again there were three birthdays. We got nothing extra, just the free coupon dessert and paid for a second. Very disappointing!

I had the Carne Asada pizza. It was very good! The price is getting a little steep on the food here, but it’s understandable with the way. The economy is other than that I’ve never really had any any complaints. The food is always. on time

This restaurant is conveniently located at the mall entrance. I've only been here for lunch during the weekdays and always order from the lunch specials. It can get pricey if you order a drink other than water. Service quality varies, depending on who is assigned to your table. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. I'm usually checking work-related emails and eating, so the servers seem to know to check in on me only when needed. Some of the servers are very attentive, and I appreciate that. They have a free membership program, but I don't visit often enough to accrue benefits.

Good food and drinks but cheese! Way overpriced

Pretty average service experience with sub-par food. Both batches of bread came cold and our pizza was mildly warm. Buttercake was served cold and very dense, never had this issue at any other CPK I've been to.

The pepperoni pizzas tasted like straight grease the crust in the bottom of the pizza was soggy from the grease. The Thai chicken salad was absolutely amazing. I didn't go back for the salad but not the pizza my mom and myself weren't very happy about the pizza.

Food was very expensive for the quality. Over $50 for a pizza (6 slices) and two weak, very sugary drinks seems a little ridiculous. It didn't help that the waitress suggested giving us two types of sauces and did not inform us that there was a fee for each ($1.50 for each little bowl of sauce lol). There were also crumbs in the menus so that was a little gross. The pizza was tasty though, even though it was a tad bit salty. Nice atmosphere in the evening, made it feel cozy. I would give this place another chance . . . if it weren't so expensive.

Food was good as it should be.. Service was fair (cameron i believe) nice guy. By the way, you should try their chopped salad. Its good!

I’ve been a customer of this particular CPK since childhood. Their food is delicious, but they need to give WAY better training to whoever puts together the takeout & DoorDash orders. I consistently have issues with missing toppings for pizzas or poor quality toppings. Tonight, I received my toppings but no pizza… 😵‍💫 I’ve even tried calling the manager to inform them because DoorDash refunds don’t give them the feedback about what was wrong. Honestly, it feels like the definition of insanity at this point. I keep ordering hoping they’ll get better and change, but it never does.

It is a mystery to me why Ventura county consistently fails to make decent, affordable pizza. I have some theories: Maybe there are no Italian immigrants in the area or inflation has made paying employees impossible. Anyway, SoCal seems to make pizza over-complicated when it comes down to three ingredients: dough, cheese, sauce. My pizza was probably one of the best quality I've had for the area, yet tiny portion for the price (12 inches maybe). The order was pick-up yet online and in the restaurant I kept being asked for a minimal additional tip of several dollars on a tiny $22 pizza. Next time I have $22, I'll probably just go to a BBQ place and get 1/2 lb. of burnt ends / brisket for $6 less than the 2oz that came on my pizza. Pizza score: 3.4/5 for the area (marked down for the worst pizza value in the area for its price), probably 2.8/5 for the pizzerias I've eaten in the world. This place would be out of business in a week in Italy if it charged this much for this quality.

Multi-million dollar corporations need to stop being so cheap and running on a skeleton staff. I picked up a pizza tonight. The restaurant was not busy, especially for a Friday. But a handful of people were waiting for pickups. And only two people were handling the floor and the pickups. By the time I got the pizza and brought it home, it was cold, chewy, and genuinely difficult to eat. Felt like a chore and waste of money. Hire more people to serve your small, $20+ pizzas, cheap skate management. And stop passing the buck of expense and poor service to your customers.

The kid at the door says 15 minutes however half the tables are empty or have dirty dishes on them. I sat at the bar next to two piles of dirty dishes that were there the entire time I ate. The food was good enough but could have used salt. Waitress didn't ask if I needed anything and barely refilled my drink when I was almost done. Poorly ran establishment

Honestly I only come to this location for the free Dodger pizza. The service is TERRIBLE! Let me repeat TERRRRRRIBLE!!!!! I guess they assume they not gone get a good tip or whatever, but they will completely ignore you. Well me anyway on multiple occasions. 3 of the 5 times I went I didn’t even get bread that everyone gets. They take my order an disappear. It was so bad one night I went in, it literally was me an another person in the restaurant an the girl brought me a cold pizza. LITERALLY COLD!! How does that happen! I had to get them to remake a free pizza! Now you guys are wasting money because of poor service. I will continue to come only for the free pizza. I honestly can not recommend this place in faith. Hell I went in there one day to pick up an order an the manager completely ignored me standing there an asked everyone else if they would like something to drink while they wait. Really?? I’m staring to think it’s a SKIN thing. I have not had any confrontations with anyone for them to look at me side ways. I tip well for good serve. Hell the two people that gave me bread, I tipped like $2 on a free check. This is my assessment of this establishment an I feel they can use a lot of training on service. NEVER want anyone to lose a job or anything like that. I would just train better so these type of reviews don’t happen!

They got a strong base then changed the menu and more importantly the kitchen menu (the same item from the menu is now prepared differently). My pizza was 80% (at best) the ingredients from before. It’s unfortunate because it is close to where I live. I tipped 18% not because I was satisfied but because it is close to Christmas and had mercy on them. Good soup, awful main dishes, carbonated soft drinks taste like plane syrup. Service is too slow. Last time I eat there. Not suitable for regular dining. Over priced for low quality.

One of the rudest staff to deal with, just as bad as wingstop. They never acknowledge you and then wonder why they get attitude towards them.

I'm a top level frequent diner at CPK and find this location to be one of the best for food and service. Yeah it's in a so-so mall, but worth it for the food. Update 6/20/25: CC statements say I've eaten here 80 times in the last year and a half. There will be no 81st time. The service this week was so unprofessional that we actually walked out; and apparently they were happy to have us leave. So no more business for this place.

very unhappy with our experience. We we’re seated by the nice host and sat there for a long time and NO ONE helped us take our order. Not even our drink order. So we just got up and left. I would understand if they were busy. But it obvious it was a slow day for them. So there’s no excuse.

Whenever I come here, I always receive the worst customer service. It clearly shows that the employees don’t want to be there. What happened today was the worst out of the times I’ve been coming here. I asked for a side of bread but the employee was touching money and proceeds to grab the bread without washing her hands. I pointed it out to her but she was being extremely rude and condescending. Also, the manager did not care about the situation and was also rude. I can’t believe employees of a restaurant could act this way. Never coming back and reporting it to the health department.

Very disapointed, i place a mobile order to be delivered and they canceled my order right before it was supposed to be delivered. Tried to call the store for assistance but no one ever answered the phone. Dont think I will be using their delivery ever again....
