I wanted to give a shout-out to Lexi at El Pollo Loco. We struck up a conversation as she greeted me while sweeping the floor, and her attention to detail was impressive. But what really stood out was her customer service. I watched her have genuine conversations with multiple customers, and she even told me to let her know if I needed anything after I got my food. Simple gestures like that go a long way. You can tell she’s proud to work at El Pollo Loco. Kaylee at the register was also great, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and delivered excellent customer service from the start. Both of them made the experience outstanding.

Stopped by while passing through and was pleasantly surprised! The place was super clean, service was quick and efficient, and the food came out fresh and fast. Exactly what you want when you’re on the go. Great experience overall — would definitely stop here again!

I have always enjoyed El Pollo loco's food. A fun piece of useless information is... In Ziwatanejo there's a huge palapa restaurant called El Pollo Loco and they claim that their recipes were given to the man who started El Pollo loco fast food.

I truly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant, usually I tend to take my food to go, but the cleanliness of this establishment made me stay and enjoy my meal in the dining area. Staff were incredibly welcoming, The chicken was very moist and delicious, which I know is hard to do with breast. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Stopped by for a quick bite .. picked up some delicious chicken to go and stopped by their restroom. The restrooms are well kept, although they have some leak when u flush but overall it was clean. The location is also very well kept and it has a nice outdoor patio to eat. Got a 4 piece combo with broccoli 🥦... so far it is the only thing my husband can have with his current health condition but he loves it every time we go out and need something to eat. 👍🏼😊🙏 always so yummy and delicious 😋
