By far the best place in Warrenvilke/Naperville to eat! The food was phenomenal, our waitress was exceptional and very honest with her opinion of food and drinks. I highly recommend the salmon. The Carmel butter cake is a must have!! We wil be back.

Busy place. We had wine and flatbreads. A guitarist was playing which added a nice vibe.

Great food and beer options and a cool atmosphere. Our waitress was super nice and took care of everything reasonable fast with how big our group was. The fish tacos were very good. The deviled eggs were ok but nothing special. They also had a decent selection of beers brewed in house. This place is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. There’s plenty of outdoor seating as well.

I enjoy my lunch, chicken fried chicken & tomato soup was ver good. Could have used a little more gravy. Jane was my waitress very nice lady. Very attentive. All smiles.

The carrot cake was delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed there food and we would definitely go back. They were pretty busy so it took 15/20 minutes to get food but I don't find that unreasonable with how busy it was.

I had a great time at the Rock Bottom Restaurant and Bar. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. I love going to places like this and trying some of the drinks that they actually make in the building. I had the Event Horizon which is a dark beer and really enjoyed it. I wish I would have had the time to try another one that they make in the brewery on site. The Citrus Mojito was also very well done and tasty treat! For food we had the Loaded Nachos and the Cajun Pasta. The Cajun Pasta was wonderfully seasoned and had a ton of different meat in it. This was a really great dish that had a balance of sauce and toppings. I would get this in a heartbeat on another visit. The Loaded Nachos were immense. The chips were nicely done. The queso, guacamole, and sour cream really brought this dish together. I mean it's nachos but it came on this huge plate and the Pico and salsa with all the other toppings were really enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Sunday Drag Brunch was fabulous! Street tacos, chicken club, fries, Shirley Temple drinks, drag show, education, groups of friends having laughs and a blast dancing and singing and entertainment! The staff was friendly and fast service. The food was hot, delicious, and plentiful for sharing!

The kids had Cajun Fish Taco with a side of Man n Cheese and in their words “it was fire and so good”. My hubby and I had the steak salad and Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Waffles Fries and it was delicious. Our waiter Lamont was very friendly, fast and professional.

Nice selection of beer. Great tasting food. We do miss some of the items no longer on the menu, but still many good options. Servers friendly, attentive, fast. Liked the happy hour choices and pricing! Like the patio seating as well.

Fun vibe when you walk in. I'm from out of town so I went with what they recommend. She asked if I liked spicy and I did. She recommended the Cajun Pasta (brand new on the menu). It has grilled chicken, andouille sausage, and shrimp in the most delicious sauce. There was so much food and it had a perfect kick to it. Not so hot that you'll regret it later but not so mild that you have to add something yourself. Also got the firecracker shrimp, which were also scrumptious. Let's be honest, I ate almost the entire entrée.... I didn't have much room left. But I ate a couple and I'd order it again. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so you know I ordered desert.... I went with the stout fudge brownie... I haven't had a bite yet... I'd explode and I want to enjoy it. Luckily I have a fridge and freezer in my hotel room, so I'll try it tomorrow and update you then. Also I got a to go order to take back to the hotel. It was packaged perfectly! So... I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the neighborhood. Oh yeah I also got a to-go to-go (tomorrow) club sandwich deconstructed to take to work tomorrow. Pretty simple sandwich really. Nothing I order on the norm, but sandwich is perfect for work. The bacon is super crispy so that's an automatic win for me. But they made it exactly as my weird order asked. So that's a win. **I couldn't wait. I had to know. Just a bite... ok two. Well technically 3 but it could have been 2. The stout brownie was drool worthy. Topped it with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. I'll be back before I leave for sure.

Love it. Great food, great beers, except the mixed drinks depending on the bartender can be really on point or watered down. BUT it is a brewery, lucky they even offer them. Anyways the tanks are so cool, service is always amazing. Highly recommend this brewery!

I wish I knew our server name she was super coo,l relaxing, no rushing feel from her. My first time coming here. Definitely will be coming back. I had the Cajun fish tacos and cheddar cheese garlic mashed potatoes. Along with two raspberry mojitos. Not many restaurants sell different flavor mojitos.

I knew we were back in the Midwest when I saw deviled eggs on the menu! My husband and I stopped into Rock Bottom for a drink and a snack after flying into O'hare. It was mid afternoon, so the restaurant was pretty quiet. The bar tender was very friendly and attentive. The deviled eggs were super tasty, but honestly, the loaded AF nachos were the star. The nachos were loaded in layers, so there was topping on each chip. The beer was also quite good. My husband tried two IPAs, and I had a green apple sour. Lots of interesting looking beer on draft and a full bar. We would definitely stop here again.

Everything about Rock Bottom is just amazing. From the minute you walk in to the second you step out. Betsy our waitress is such an amazing host. She was very helpful in describing the food products along with drinks 🍸 and which were the popular ones. The chefs tonight did an amazing job as well. We had not been into Rock Bottom and we were so delighted to see the return of some great food from their old menu! You have to try their southwest rolls, chicken sandwich and garlic fries. We definitely will be back! Thank you Betsy!

The atmosphere was rocking but not annoyingly. The Service was impeccable! Knowledgeable Bar and Wait staff, very friendly and good laughs. We had a larger party upstairs and it was perfect. The food was great tasting and fresh.

First time. Our server was Betsy. She was very helpful and attentive. I wrapped my partial in a napkin and forgot about it. Called back a half hour later, and Betsy recovered it for me. Thanks again, Betsy!

I was here for the Drag Brunch and it was awesome! The queens were unreal and I had so much fun with my wife and friends. The brunch is decent and reasonable. My only suggestion would be to turn off the TVs on the 2nd floor where the brunch is. It's distracting and nobody is really watching it (a polo match was on while the world cup final was happening elsewhere).

I cannot say thank you enough to the front hostess working 8/18/24. I had a mom fail and thought the minion event was on Sunday when it was actually on Saturday. Since she saw my kids in minion shirts she so kindly came over during our brunch and said the mailman delivered a letter just for them and in that letter explained why the minions couldn't be there. They were out fighting crime with Gru of course. Kids totally understood (they're six) and not a tear in sight due to my fail. Thank you so much for being so kind hearted and quick thinking. I appreciated it so much . Aside from that, food was great, pricing even better, and the atmosphere is lovely with lighting.

An awesome place to meet up with good people. Had the southern chicken sandwich and the pretzel meal. Our waitress was great.

Cajun Fish Tacos were delicious and the beers had a good range of hops and flavors. Would drink them again.

Yo... The mezcal mule was delicious and packed a punch. I really like mules and mezcal, so I was delighted to have the option of both in one drink! Three of us shared the wagyu flatbread and were impressed with how delicious and filling it was. The flavors were equally strong, so they melded very well for a party in my mouth. The outdoor seating was like a bow on the whole experience. Stop by and have a drink and a bite of you're in town.

Had the pleasure of being served by Jayme. If anyone wants a master class in bartending/service stop in and see her. RB still rocking after 25 years. This establishment is the OG of the brewery/restaurant craze we see today. Beer=great, Food=always good, and service was top notch.

My husband and I recently went to Rock Bottom in Warrenville. I cannot wait to go back. Food was delicious and were generous portions. The service was 2nd to none. Everyone was bright, cheerfull and welcoming. Even the manager stopped by to see if everything was good. Thumbs up!!! 10 out of 10.

Do amazing when it comes to allergies. The manager took time to sit with us to make sure what I ordered was safe! Amazing customer service and care. What I got tasted amazing! Manger even brought it out herself! Highly recommend and if you have an allergy they are very accommodating. Even offered to make something off the menu if I couldn't find something safe to eat

Delicious bar / grill type restaurant. New menu, unfortunately means prices have gone up again. But the food is still consistently very good. We decided on the blue cheese burger and chicken fried chicken. Mashed potatoes and green beans were very good, unfortunately the coleslaw recipe has changed and I would not recommend it. We also went with the nachos and chicken, which was very delicious.

The food is good. The service was very good. The new beer Wicked Elf is a 8/10. Burger was cooked perfectly (rare). This shows the quality of the kitchen. Too many other places over cook a "rare" burger (not sure if that's due to risk mitigation. If you have a clean food prep area, and fresh beef, rare should never be a concern). There is a 2nd floor area that seems to be an event area. My friend who order the chicken fried chicken said it was ok, but the portion was too small for $18 (see photo). When he got back to work, he ate his lunch he brought in, cuz he was still hungry. Handicapped parking. Entrance is not handicapped accessible. Staff was very good.

Had dinner here a few times, they've been good experiences overall. The fully loaded nachos are awesome (get the pulled pork) and the mozzarella sticks aren't half bad. Fried pickles are AMAZING, the cilantro ranch takes the appetizer to another level. Service has been okay, atmosphere is pretty family friendly. Prices are kinda high but I'd come back to Rock Bottom for drinks & dinner.

Loved how festive this place gets decorated for the holidays! There’s Christmas cheer inside and out! Service was excellent, as always, and so was the food. However, the music was so loud this evening that it was difficult to carry a conversation over dinner and there were only two of us at the table. Bavarian pretzel sticks are a favorite appetizer, the grilled ribeye was tender, and the new-on-the-menu ribs & chicken plate was very tasty! Highly recommend the carrot cake for dessert - just be sure you have someone to share it with because it’s huge!

We stopped in after spending the morning at Morton Arboretum and it was just what we needed. Cozy Saturday afternoon dining, service was friendly and timely. We ordered a pepperoni pizza that was cooked to perfection. We ordered Loaded Waffle Fries and while they were delicious, they were not waffle fries. Regular fries and seemed like a very small portion for the price so we were a little disappointed when they came out. All in all, delightful experience and we’d definitely return.

Rock Bottom is a pretty solid restaurant for a good time with friends, a nice variety of beer and a great location across from the movie theater and Main Event. My waitress was very busy, so the bartender jumped in and took my drink order as well as served me. So great service and a great atmosphere made this the place to be Saturday afternoon.

S
Sharon Vargas

We recently went with some friends to see Bluey! The event was very basic, Bluey walked around taking photos while everyone ate and kids went up to her for hugs and pictures. Service was okay! It was pretty busy, but our waitress was on top of the table and food/drinks. I had the grilled ribeye and it was a 7/10. A tad bit chewy but otherwise good. Everyone had a good time but just expected a little more out of the “event”.

Been here before with couple of my friends few months back. This time I just strolled into this place. I am into brews and was happy just to be here and tasting a bunch of them. Finally, went with a Hefeweizen as I had some work to do later that evening. Was at the bar and was taken care of nicely. I came here straight after 20+hours of flight. I just wanted to have few beers and to be left alone. They were courteous and let me be - apart from occasionally checking on me. Cheeseburgers sliders were great accompaniment and I was good to go for rest of the day 🍻

Went on a Saturday afternoon. We sat in the bar area and ordered a flight of beer and chicken nachos. Took a while to get our beer because they ran out of glasses? You get a taste (2.oz) of 6 beers. Fire Chief Ale - Irish Red Ale ( My favorite) Chicago Gold - Golden Ale Sunday Candy - Blood Orange IPA Vanilla Schwarzbier - Dark Vanilla lager Pumpkin Bread Lager Honest Paw - Favored seltzer Beers were pretty solid in taste . Thought it was odd they gave us only a 2 oz. pour in a 4 oz. glass. The nachos portion was huge but I would have preferred more toppings. By the time we left,it was crowded but it was a Saturday night. Located in a busy center. If you like a "chain" brewery, give Rock Bottom a try.

The fish and chips were good, but greasy. I wish you had tarter sause as an option instead of your sause. The jalapeños coleslaw was really good. The fries were below average. They need to be crisper and lose the skin for my taste. The beer was good. I would come back here as the atmosphere is above average and the prices are fair. Not great, but not overpriced. Server was good and food came fast.

B

Had a great time here! Some of the seltzer cocktails were a little lackluster but one was really good! Burger was good if not basic but that's my fault for ordering it. Pictured are the deviled eggs which were FANTASTIC

Overall really good food but prices were a bit high for what you got.

Been going to Rock Bottom restaurants for 25 years. Loved everything about the concept. But they are now pricing themselves out of business. They have always been a brewery/restaurant, but only 3 fresh brewed beers on tap, all priced at $7.50! ($6.25 for a Busch light????) Local breweries (everywhere now) have literally 10 -15 choices of fresh brewed beer, with most charging $6.50 for a pint (maybe $7.00 for a hazy IPA). Food is good at Rock Bottom, but way overpriced as well. 8 wings for $18.00?? B.W.W. is not exactly a bargain place, but offers 15 wings for $16.99. Regular cheeseburger for $17.50???? C'mon Rock Bottom. Do better!

Lovely place with good food. It does appear that some of the servers are occasionally in a wee bit of a hurry for some reason, Even when there’s nary a customer in sight. Maybe also using a tad less salt on the food would help. Spices are most flavorful and healthier.

I went here this past week and ordered hot wings buffalo style. The wings were crispy with just the right amount of sauce. The order said it comes with eight wings but there were only seven. The server was friendly and attentive, so I didn't want to make an issue over one wing. There were several options for seating, including outdoor seating. The menu had good variety and the prices were moderate. This was my second visit and the food was good both times. I would recommend this establishment.

The atmosphere and decor is very nice. Love the rope lights that cut across. A good number of tv screens too. I think they break up the area with varying sections in a good way and a fun bar area. I have come here several times and started to come here more often. I have noticed the crowd increase more. However, today I was told by the waiter that the business has new owners. And I noticed that by the menu costs. The starters have shot up in prices!! An example is that the mozzarella sticks are now $15!!! All starters are about this price and above. This is not fine dining. It is a pub/brewery restaurant. We have had them before, they are nice but no where near that price. We skipped them this time and all starters. (So they lost revenue there). The rest of the food was good but the salad was not great. Turkey salad for $18. Hmm. Have a look at the photo. Says it all. I gave it a 4 star because the ambiance is good and the food is reasonable for this kind of establishment. They should bring the price down. This will lead to more customers, sales volume will go up and make more money. Hope they will realize that soon. I recommend come, choose food wisely and the beer and you should have a good time.

Stopped here on a work trip. It sounded good and we were hungry. I started off with the spicy tomato soup (not pictured), which was very delicious! The price was a bit much at $8 for a cup size. For the entrees, we ordered the BBQ Pork Mac N Cheese and the Nashville Hot Chicken Pizze. The pizza was wonderful. The Thai sauce is a nice way to break up the spice in the chicken. The mac n cheese was blah, as much as I hate to say so. The pork was bland and tasted like turkey. I left most of it as I could not stomach it. All in all though, it was a good visit. Our waitress was lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Food: Good Quality. Service: The server was very friendly and courteous Atmosphere: typical bar and restaurant set up, the place was clean and the ambiance was great..

I really do like the food at Rock Bottom. The burgers are juicy and cooked just right, the wings have great flavor, and everything feels fresh and made with care. When it’s on point, it’s honestly some of the better brewery food in town. Tonight just wasn’t one of those nights. We were lucky and got seated right away, but after we ordered it took a full 40 minutes for the food to arrive. We had asked if things could come out as they were ready (hungry kids at the table), but everything still landed at once—and unfortunately it was all pretty lukewarm by the time it reached us. Cold fries and a cool burger take a lot of the joy out of a meal, even when you know it would have been delicious ten minutes earlier. Our server seemed swamped, and I’m guessing they were short-staffed because tables around us were experiencing the same long gaps. We didn’t get many check-ins, and when we mentioned the temperature she looked stressed and said the kitchen was backed up. I totally get it—busy Friday, thin staff, things happen. A quick “I’m really sorry, we’re doing our best tonight” would have gone a long way, but it felt like everyone was just in survival mode. All in all, it was one of those off nights that can happen anywhere. The food itself is still worth coming for, and on a smoother evening I’m sure we’d have left happy. Tonight just left us a little disappointed. We’ll probably give it another shot down the road and hope we catch them on a better day.

Flavors were decent but all of our food came out barely warm at best. And thats probably generous. Waitress was a solid meh. Checked on us once other than when she dropped stuff off. Probably won't be back.

L
Lindsey P

Food and drinks were good but the server barely checked on us. It took about an hour to get the check. If you don't feel comfortable coming up to a table and interjecting while others are talking, then being a waiter is not a great job for you.

P
Precious Stewart

The biggest problem is the wings were undercooked still pink on the inside and were not warm at all. Three of the “flats” were all bone on one side. I attribute some of the cold being because the Door Dash driver made several stops before he came to my location but that does not excuse the pink. The least of the issues, but still pretty upsetting, is the burger was grilled with literally ZERO seasoning. As in no salt, no pepper, nothing at all. Just meat slapped on the grill and overcooked cheese. The mashed potatoes on the other hand had way too much of whatever garlic substitute was used, no salt no pepper. It was gross. And the mashed potatoes were thrown in with the burger so they mingled together in the container on the ride to me. This was a great reminder to just keep my $30 and make my own food at home.

K
Krissy Smedley

The restaurant way different from the last time we were here! Stark non descript dining area, it looked super cold and had zero atmosphere. Sad to see the FireFighter motif and hat tip towards the fighfighter literally gone. That beer even was renamed. Sure is SAD when old familiar places get bought and changes made... Everything and I mean everything went south here sadly. That was our last visit, wish places could realize when something is good it doesn't need changed. The food we had was so bad the manager removed it from our bill.
