We only got pancakes so it was fast. The serving was nice and kind and we got our pancakes in 15 minutes. We got in right before closing at 915pm. Everything went good

We are handicapped, and they usually refuse to bring it out to the car even if we park right at the front door. Most of the time, the food is pretty good. Except for the crepes, it will make you almost throw up, it's gross.

The staff was amazing and the general manager Rebekah made sure everyone was taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Excellent customer service, the food is amazing and done to desired specifications. The parking lot can sometimes be a bit crowded, never a very long wait for a table. Staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Service and food was good. My only complaint was the smell near the bathroom🤢 had to move seats twice to get away from it. Smelled like a dirty diaper in the eating area. Not appetizing at all. I could barely eat my food.

Food is mediocre at best and expensive compared to other actual family owned restaurants in town. Skip this place and go to a family owned restaurant if you appreciate quality home cooked style food.

The waitresses are great. The time it takes for to get your food wouldn't be a problem if your food showed up looking good. I got half the amount of food I should have gotten. The 2 pieces of chicken strips I got made McDonald's chicken nuggets look big. And my hash browns where just nasty and hard.

I don't what's going on with IHOP in wasilla but it gone down hill from what it use to be when run by its former manager. Seem that service is hit and miss portion are not consistent what they say it is , is not what your getting. Not to take away from current management but I believe staffing is lacking good old fashion service staff is young and shows no leadership in the service I've always experienced from IHOP acroosed the counrty.. what happened to the hours of operation most time I drive by its closed... sad state of affairs...... whered you go ihop......miss you

I usually dont have the greatest expectations whenever going to IHOP Wasilla but this last time my husband and I went, about 10am on a Wednesday, we were very dissapointed in the food. We got two omelets and a shake. The omelets were so bland and slimy it was hard to eat half of either of them. Fast forward like an hour later my stomach HURTS. Im not sure what was going on with the food today but I'm gonna call this time is going to probally be the last in the foreseeable future. The restaurant as a whole is just worn down. In need of a revamp.

The hollandaise sauce has changed. A month ago when we ate at this ihop (I always have eggs Benedict here) the hollandaise sauce was really good and this last time they have changed it and it's disgusting. Really thin and vinegary 🤮. Won't go back until I know that they went back to the good hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict!

If you like your eggs runny, this is the place for you! Undercooked eggs x3. Pictures attached. Decided not to eat them and just enjoyed the rest of the food- I don't need any salmonella in my life. It was obvious to me that the cook had the grill too high and wasn't cooking the food long enough. Hashbrowns were extra crispy on the edges but barely cooked in the middle. The pancakes were super flat- probably using a thinner batter to ensure they cooked in the middle. When I mentioned my sunny-side-up eggs weren't cooked, the supervisor asked if I wanted to request new eggs. I did and they came out exactly the same. I pointed that out and asked for "over easy" instead. They weren't cooked all the way either. When the supervisor took the food back, the cook complained about us being difficult as customers and the supervisor loudly agreed. When we discussed it with the supervisor, she dismissed it and offered to comp our kid's meal when the entree was already free for kids. It left a bad taste in our mouths.

I ordered the fresh berry crepes, but they had a very strong fishy taste, which was completely unexpected and made them inedible. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t offer to remake the dish or remove it from the bill. Really disappointing experience.

I’m a little disappointed on my breakfast experience with this IHOP in Wasilla today. I ordered the 222 breakfast deal . Unfortunately My pancakes were filled with uncooked powder and completely crumbled apart, rather than a fully cooked fluffy pancake. Upon receiving my bill I requested that I only pay for the 2 sausage links and 2 eggs that I ate, since I didn’t eat the pancakes I requested that be taken off. My total bill was $13.98 yet My revised bill was still a whopping $11.98! I don’t believe 2eggs & 2 sausage links were worth the $11.98 bill I received. I left hungry and feeling a little ripped off. On the upside, the waitress was absolutely wonderful though I enjoyed her energy!

I dont care for wait times its fine I expect wait times but what i don't approve of is getting skipped over twice while waiting to be set, you spoke with the group of 4 litterally 2 seconds before calling another table and taking the group of 4 you just spoke with to a table that wasn't even under the name you called then because someone else who came 5 minutes after we did complained that you set the group of 4 that came after them you set them right away skipping over myself and my husband either get a better system or get someone who actually knows how to follow a seating chart

This is a Philly cheesesteak…and yes hardly any fries and cold. Look at this 14$ and something cents and I can’t Evan get a serving of fries. Place should just go out of business, looks like ima have to go to McDonald’s or something on my way to work
