Delicious pho! It's self-ordering through a number of monitors they have at the entrance, interesting approach that works well. Very simple but welcoming and clean-looking dinning area. Pho was good size and very tasty. Bathroom very clean as well. Very minimal interaction with staff.

First impression: The restaurant is spotless and spacious. (Their bathroom is also super clean and nice) Food: The chicken noodle soup I ordered was delicious and substantial. My friends ordered several kinds of beef pho and they said everything tastes great. The only item we wouldn’t order again is their drinks. My friend’s lemonade is very sweet (no sugar level option). And the brown sugar boba (I selected 50% sugar) still tastes way too sweet. Overall this place is nice and the food tastes great. I’d try their rice and banh mi sandwich next time.

Delicious pho in Santa Cruz county! Affordable, easy to order, and great service. We love this spot in Watsonville and will continue to go for lunch and dinner. We get the veggie pho with tofu and it’s light and healthy. We love this place!

My wife and I recently visited Pho Kitchen Boba and had a fantastic experience! We tried their boba, which was absolutely delicious—definitely some of the best we've had. The ordering process was a breeze, and finding a parking spot was no trouble at all, which was a huge plus. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for great boba!

Listen, when I tell you to run. RUN!!! It’s amazing after a long day or just in general , get yourself the beef combo or chicken pho soup ! Absolutely loved it!

We are from out of town BUT when I saw there was a Pho place...I KNEW I had to have some! I am so glad I did. We got the well done brisket pho and the meat combination pho. We got milk teas and slushies. EVERYTHING was delish!! We will definitely be going back today!!

I really enjoyed this restaurant! It was a quick process to place my order on their digital ordering screens (with in person ordering available when using cash). There was a good variety of food and the order came out quickly. I got the beef and short rib pho as well as the spring roll and I love both. It was a lot of food for a reasonable price and I have leftovers for tomorrow! The short ribs were just a little tricky to navigate as they were still on the bone, but they were so tender the meat fell right off the bone. I will definitely be returning here again!

Their iced teas & lemonades are super good! Just recently tried the short ribs soup and it was really good. Highly recommend!

With not many options for Vietnamese food in Santa Cruz County, the Pho Kitchen & Boba Tea is a welcomed addition to Watsonville. The prices are reasonable. I've been here a few times and plan on returning again to try other items on the menu. The ordering process (touchscreen upon entering the restaurant) takes away from that personal touch you can only get from interacting with a host/waiter and/or owner. But overall highly recommend.

Great Vietnamese Food in Watsonville! I got the #26 (PHO DAC BIET). The Broth was very meaty and flavorful. The noodles had the perfect texture and the meats were tender. I also got the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The sweetness match perfectly matched with the soft boba. Only negative was the spring rolls. There were hard to chew and were at best, average with the peanut sauce. But Overall, the food was pretty good for one of the only Vietnamese restaurants in Watsonville.

I have to say I've had better, I came to visit does Watsonville City for a tournament and found this place. You have to order your own food get your own table number and you have to ask for any extra condiments other than sriracha and plum sauce. And not to mention there's gnats flying around
