Great food and service there drink trays suck on humid days loss total of 6 drinks over 2 days. Lol If you can so without them you would be safer.

The food is always great and fresh. Most importantly, you’re always in great hands! Everyone here is always so friendly and patient.

First time visiting this location, I must say it was a pleasant experience! I ordered a large mocha milkshake, and after everything was all said and done. The employee told me, that he charged me for a med, but was giving me a large! How could I argue with that? Based on this visit at this location, I would recommend them to everybody.

My step daughter loves there choc shakes and brags she gets all of her friends and sister to try one. Even I had to try it very delicious. Destiny mall staff was very sweet and helpful. Wish i took the guys name so i can give him a great review.

Staffs are very nice and polite. I was coming from Atlantic City to Toronto by car. I went there for lunch. I am highly recommended. Ample amount of car parking. Good luck

The wait time between customers in the drive through was a bit longer than I'd like, but but was pretty busy around 8pm when I stopped. I ordered a whitebcheddar mac and cheese, roast beef sandwich with a drink and curly fries, and a side of mozzarella sticks for my elderly Dad. He was really happy with his sandwich and mac as well as a few of the fries and mozz sticks. I enjoyed how fresh my mozz sticks and fries were. And the girl at the window (possibly training?) Was a little unsure of what she was doing but she was super friendly and nice! Keep up the great work and fresh food!

Yummy and tasty sandwiches and sweet potato fries. They have excellent choices and very reasonable prices. Always fresh! Take your family for something better than a greasy fast food mess like the other guys and head down to Arbys!

I've always loved this Arby's. It's the closest fast food place to my mother's, and worth it, too. I love the cordon bleu and mozzarella sticks and jamocha shake, and mom likes the chocolate shake and also mozzarella sticks. I just wish Arby's would serve fish year-round. And I also miss the mini southwestern egg rolls that was a limited time offer.

I love Arby's. They have "the meats". While the sandwich never looks like the one advertised, they allways have the flavor. As can be expected, some of their offerings are not fabulous to my taste. I do however give them the benefit of the doubt, and try all of their specials. My favorite so far was the pork belly sandwich. I wish that they would bring that one back. I highly recommend Arby's for a quick lunch. The staff are allways friendly and your order will come quick.

They gave my daughter a sandwich with cheese and there was no problem switching. Nice employees and seemed like they all worked well together.

Arby's is good food when it is put on the Bun correctly but today they seem not able to get it right I open the wrap and the ingredients weren't on the Bun I told the manager but got a so what look ,I won't be dinning here anything soon..

We had our little dog with us. We bought her a slider. When we got to the window she got two dog biscuits. When our food was brought out, she was given a cup of whipped cream. Such loving caring employees! Highly recommend this Arby's.

UPDATE: I wrote a review here five years ago and i've had many meals here since. I called them today to tell them. Thank you again for being the best arby's out there period they care about their customer and they do a really great job. I've eaten there dozens of times in the last five years, and they are always consistent. Very very friendly people, you can tell if they care about the food that they put out. Never had a bed experience

This Arbys in Weedsport, NY was very handicapped accessible! There was no line to order our food. It came in just a few minutes and was delicious. We lived the main dining room which was set up like a living room with tables. A nice fireplace was there but not on. It was a cozy dining room and we enjoyed it. I think their food is very affordable as well.

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Arby’s is practicing, but those roast beef sandwiches have no business being that good. I go in expecting regret and leave like, “wow… I’d do that again.” The meat is piled so high it feels personal, like they’re trying to prove a point. Every bite says, “we have the meats” and honestly? They’re not lying. Is it fancy? No. Is it a life choice I question afterward? Sometimes. But when the craving hits, Arby’s roast beef shows up like a greasy, beefy hero and I respect it.

This arbys is the standard of fast food. When it's 2024 and all expectations are low for pretty much any experience outside your home, this arbys stands alone in this industry. The staff are friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and orderly, not to mention the seasonal decorations are nothing short of fantastic. Clark Griswold would be impressed. The food is fresh and precisely prepared to maintain consistency. Well done!

You should try the Gyros Wrap it’s the best! The other items I tried and loved were vanilla milkshake and premium nuggets. I also tried crispy chicken wrap, which is good but if you tried the Gyros wrap first then the chicken wrap would seem like it’s not good enough. Also, the bathrooms are separate for men and women and were so clean and well equipped.

I stopped at a rest stop and ordered here. I was happier than I expected to be. The chicken tenders were seasoned so well!! The apple turnover was really turning things over and nothing beats the curly fries. All in all, good meal.

Delicious, clean, and let us use our FREE signature sandwich coupon without any issue. I got the Loaded Italian and it was great. My fiancé ordered the roast beef with curly fries and it was on par with other Arby’s locations. Definitely will remember this place if we are ever up this direction again.

The food and Jomacha shake was great !!! But the straws they give for the shakes are perty weak and collapse when you suck on them.. They should maybe check into stainless straws or something of that nature ..

If you want fast food, depending on what you order you can find something healthy like a salad. Fast food is not my preference though. This Arby's seems better than others.

Food was good to better than expected. I had the Waygu burger. Only issue was it was slightly overcooked. Would recommend it, good fast food.

I love Arby's but I really wish they hadn't discontinued potato cakes and baked potatoes in my area. Can still get the baked potatoes down south.

First time visit. Just hopped off the thruway. Very busy but served me right away. Friendly efficient staff.

Ordered our food, then was told to go sit on the side to wait. Then another truck was sent to pull over next to us to wait for his food. They brought out the food both at the same time. We checked our bags before leaving, and they had both orders completely messed up. Luckily we caught the guy before he was leaving, and they gave us his potatoes and gravy and his sandwich. Let's just say they don't know what they're doing there.

I like Arby's but they no longer have a real shake machine like they used to many years ago. Now it tastes like every other fake shake. Without the horsey sauce and curly fries, it's just ok. Some of the sandwiches are good,

My beef and cheddar was half complete... it was missing the cheddar... fries were good as always. Drinks with nice and cold. Employees were nice and were wearing masks and gloves. Not bad, but would've liked the cheddar. My fault for not going and saying something, I'm sure they would have fixed it. I went during rush hour, so that's probably why something got overlooked.

I usually don't review fast food but We were traveling and needed a place to meet up with friends that had a travel trailer. There was a large connected parking lot (pharmacy) and they had an easy to maneuver parking lot of thier own. The staff was super friendly and food was good.

The best fast food place to go for a fish sandwich during Lent good fish fresh and come crispy or Hawaiian and they are 2 for 6$ you can't beat it.

There food is good, when I went at about 8-9 pm I placed my order expecting to wait about 10 minutes I ended up waiting 30 I can understand normally but it's was empty 😅... the Christmas decorations are super festive and definitely made my wait better. Food prices are not great to me I always end up paying more than I would like and their deals aren't stackable unless you make w separate orders.

Food was ok..mozzarella sticks lost most of their cheese during cooking..I ordered a gyro was like someone spilled a little too much seasoning on it. My wife got a slider said it was good and looked picture perfect. Staff was nice service was quick place was fairly clean. I like the fact they did a Christmas village in there for the holiday season. My wife did get an apple turnover for desert and said it would have been better if it was warm but it was still pretty good.

Food was good. 2 customers in line and 6 employees, it took 14 minutes to get our fries.

No Arby's sauce at an Arby's, also been there before and where out of roast beef.

A good location and atmosphere, but Arby's is just that: Arby's. The closing of the Tim Horton's in the same building dropped the rating.

Eat it fast before it cools. The cheese balls were good but you only got three. Cheese sticks were very good.

Tried the Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. Was not impressed. Meat had no flavor. Bacon lacked flavor. Suggest seasoning the meat; at least salt & pepper, on the burger.

Our usual: pizza slider, chicken slider, curly fries, and small drink. Makes for a quick , cheap, and tasty bite on the way to the mall. Fries were not as good as usual.

I stopped in to grab a quick lunch with my son. I have the app on my phone and get emails from Arby’s all the time. The email that I had on my phone was for $5 off a $20 order. When you go to the app and type in Weedsport’s location it says no deal’s available. I asked the guy that was taking my order and he said, “I have no clue” and that they probably don’t take deals.” The kicker was he said that his manager Margery probably doesn’t even know how to turn the app on to make it work? Customer service was not that great.

The chocolate milk shake was really really disgusting. Clearly just chocolate cheap syrup and not any form of a malt or good one. Tried the market fresh avocado chicken and there was literally no discernable avocado on it and the sauce was hot... not a good visit

We go here often - the employees during the day are so friendly and accommodating. We like to eat in normally. They know who we are and the service is fast and competent. Which is why we come back almost every week. And they go over the top to get me a veggie sandwich which I appreciate so much. . ❤️ Until we went this evening. Not something we do. It was after hrs - so we were locked out and went through the drive thru - ordered a cpl ham and cheese sandwiches for my boyfriend and we had a special through the app to get a free curly fry. But the app said it was not available for that location - so we just asked the girl if there was something she could do. Lord. How unfriendly. Irritated. She said we have nothing to do with the app. Well. That seems like a bad system. And frankly I am not so small that I am irritated that the app did not work. Its ok - shit happens - It was her attitude that was terrible. And she was totally rude - unfriendly when we asked and when we checked out - barely looked out - never said thanks - and if I acted like that at my job I would be canned. And frankly? An order of curly fries? Not really a thing to give up. Customer Service people during the day? Awesome - Redheaded girl at night? Nope.

It is what it is - a fast food restaurant. Its the menu, not the people! Havent eaten in Arbys in over 10-15 years - I tried though!

Tonight I went to Arby's my food was cold my turnover was supposed to be Cherry was Apple and also I asked for American cheese on my fish and they gave me Swiss was not impressed by the Geneva Arby's at all I used to work there used to be friendly faces and great service and I think the place has gone down Hill

The onion rings had a lot to be desired. Thick, spoiled crust, and tiny, thin strip of onion. We discarded them. Tasted like metal.

Didn't get everything we ordered. I guess we need to stop going there as this has happened before. Fries were old, shorted a meal, didn't get the dressings we wanted. Wanted to get back on the road so by the time the wife sorted it out, we were on the thruway and could not turn back.

Waited for someone to wait on us, while the cashier lady was on her personal phone (the whole time we were there). We listened to her phone conversation while we ate. Not too professional.

Asked for the beef and cheddar and got a plain beef sandwich. Ordered 2 potato cakes as part of a combo and got 6. Got charged for the more expensive sandwich. Lady inside taking my order was also taking orders from the drive thru while the manager was just telling at everyone. Last time I go there.

I stopped here while traveling. Went to grab a regular roast beef sandwich meal. When I got to the window I was told it would be 15 mins wait for the sandwich. Bummer., didn't really want to wait that long as I still had a ways to go and work the next morning. Ended up not getting charged for ff and drink. Very nice management 👌.

I like Arby’s. The sandwiches are fine, the curly fries are good, the roast beef is what it is. But this location... they never put Horsey Sauce or Arby Sauce in the bag. Not once. They don’t even ask if you want any. You just get home, open the bag, and stare at a dry sandwich wondering where your life went wrong. I shouldn’t have to remember to ask for it every single time. It’s Arby’s. The sauce is the point. If they ever fix this problem, I’ll gladly change my review to 4 stars. Until then... it’s just dry beef and regret.

Although staff is friendly and seems to be good when it comes to creating a local atmosphere, I can’t seem to gather why they provide the slowest service I’ve seen in fast food. I come here to end my 8 hour weekend drives and I end up sitting waiting for my food for 20-25 minutes, guaranteed to be directed to park and wait for my order. If there were other nearby fast food chains to stop at I’d go to those instead. Given the current times I attempt to be patient but again comparative to competitors they are behind in terms of speed to create or even take an order

Just went there waited in line for 20 minutes and watched 4 people leave because of it. When I finally got my food they gave me mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce.

Been there often and everytime they forget sauces. When told of errors they treat customers like garbage. Do your job or inform customers you don't have products before ordering. Needs new managers desperately!

They are fast and friendly. The people are always nice and patient with the kids now that they are beginning to count money and help pay everyone is patient and helpful to the kids. Food is always hot and delicious. The last time we went found hair in the fries very unhappy

Ordered 6 sandwiches Had to pull ahead for fresh curly fires. I'm ok with that What I'm not ok with is none of my sandwiches came to my car I had to go in and get them and the 2 workers were messing around u could see they are in a relationship pushing ech other around slapping and laughing management stood there watching and didn't say anything. her and another worker saw me standing there and didn't say a word to me I had to speak up and say, "Where is my food the girl messing around turns around and says, "ohhh yeah, they are right here." Not only each and every time do they forget something in my order, I caught the tenders missing in my bag but didn't notice the extra cheese,extra buffalo sauce they charged me for & bronco sauce for my son's jalapeno poppers missing. This is beyond sad. Once, twice, three times messing up my order, everytime? Save your money 💰

come here often for a quick dinner, food is usually good. much better for the arbys in the area. gotta make sure you say what sauce and how many multiple times because they will forget it. came here last time and the girl/manager whoever was extremely rude and copping a attitude in the drive thru. besides that usually don't have a problem here! update 3/4/22: cannot stand that this is the only fast food in town, attitudes are horrible from the female manager during the week. if you order ONLINE and come through the drive through to pick it up lets say because your on a 30min lunch break and your trying to make the most of your time, they will literally argue with you every time that you need to come inside to get your meal off the counter. SERIOUSLY? what's the point in ordering online and paying if you cant just hand me the food through the drive through window? and they will ARGUE with you every time you do it, arbys has the most idiotic online order system ever, they need to retrain their staff to just give people the food at the drive through if its a online order, like every other fast food location.

The worst experience ever. I sat in the drive thru for a half hour before I could order. Then when I got the chance to order they tell me they have no beef... the place literally specializes in roast beef sandwhiches... but have no beef. So I decided I'd just get the chicken tenders for the kids instead. They let me order them without a problem. Then it took another 20 minutes before I could get to the window to pay them. When I arrived at the window the woman told me they didnt have any chicken tenders either... no chicken and no beef after wiating almost and entire hour in the drive thru. I suggested they put a sign outside stating that they have no food since there was probably 8 cars behind me in line. Just saying.. for a restuarant that has the slogan "Arby's... We Have The Meats" I'm gunna let you know right now that they in fact DO NOT HAVE THE MEATS.

Ordered two (2) classic beef and cheddar. Received, 3 slices of beef on half plain bun, no cheese no sauce. Ordered 1 double beef and cheddar meal. Received 3 slices of beef on a plain bun, no cheese no sauce. Got home and opened bag to fine this and looked at my order. Charged me for all 3 meals when I ordered just two sandwiches and the double as a meal. No line at drive through. Not even busy. if i could rate this zero stars i would. we went to go get something to eat before we went to work. we went in and we’re told they were pretty much out of everything which should never happen. i work at a mexican restaurant and as soon as we get low on anything our manager puts in orders. i just think it’s a bit ridiculous that even if we ordered food we wouldn’t of had a drink to go with it because they were out of everything. i’m super disappointed with the whole situation. i’ll never be eating here again.

Everytime i go i asked for cheese sauce in a dish. I get charged everytime and get it only twice. I go at least 1 time a week. Im completely annoyed that I always have to go back to get it. And this time I had to go back bc I ordered a meal thats $10.00 and I took one bite and no cheese sauce on my sandwich. Ru kidding me. People who work there can't even make a sandwich thats on their normal meals. Very annoyed and horrible service when I go back and ask for my sandwich to be made correctly.

I went through the drive through in Weedsport at approx 4 pm on Sunday April 18 2021. 41 dollars in food and didn't even get complete order. Now I realize I should have doubled checked the order before driving away....however that is why employees are paid to get it right. I shouldn't have to recheck their work. How would they like it if as a nurse I was given an order took the money and didn't do what I was given an order to do???? This however is not the 1st time that I have visited that arby's it was my 3rd. Once before they did not complete my order or didn't give me all the items in my order. so screw it up once shame on you screwed up twice shame on me I will not be visiting that arby's ever again. Now some people say I should have just turned around and gone back however I was on the Thruway as I live an hour and a 1/2 East of that particular arby's wasn't like I could just turn around.

I have gone to alot of Arbys but this one is the worst. I ask for Diet Dr pepper and get diet coke and I ask for ketchup and get Arbyd sauce. Like really?? I didn't know it was so hard to listen. Not impressed at all. Its like I pay $8 for a meal I can't even eat.

If i could do no stars that would sum it up. 6/30/25. I bet she didnt think I would look at maps and find out they are open till 12pm. Walked in looking to go get my favorite gyro on my way back to cuse after a long night and day of work. Instantly didnt feel welcome staff leaning on in the kitchen talking didnt bother to move. Girl cleaning up told me we close in a few minutes(blantent lie) and we not makeing any food. So I went across the street to the gas station and found all of it out. These 3 working should be fired. Even the wonderful guys who made me an amazing sub said they wont go there unless its the last thing they had to eat. We'll dang after how it felt and was told it was going to close I wouldn't trust thus staff to even prepare my food if it was the last thing on earth to eat.

I ordered two chedders. One with cheese one without due to I'm allergic to cheese Got home both had cheese on them Fries were rubbery & cold. Ordered apple & cherry Turnovers, both apple. The person that put Them in the bag didn't even wear gloves Was one of the worst meals we ever got there Not to mention I got sick after eating what I could Very disappointed
