I had a long day at work and stopping in here was a great idea. The sandwich artist was generous with the portion of veggies in my sandwich, and it was very fresh. I also got a 20% off discount, so I feel like I got my money's worth. Overall, the sandwich hit the spot.

They always make my foot long breakfast sandwich perfectly and done so with friendliness.
The shop attendant is very very nice, and speaks french ! When you get out of there, you are happy of your meal but mainly delighted by the warm welcome that the server has provided you. I recommend this Subway 1000%.
Ordered philly cheese steak. The sandwich actually looked and tasted like an onion and pepper sandwich with a little bit of steak. Following customer came to order and I warned him to watch them make his sandwich and to ensure that it was worth the money. Customer service was bad.

I ordered one footlong sandwich from GrubHub just tonight. After two bites into my sandwich, I ran to the toilet and threw up. Why? I did not check the box on my sandwich order to include live bugs. Dirty and Disgusting.
If I could rate -1...I will Worst customers service ever! We were having a late dinner in a winter rainy day. After finishing our sandwiches, one of the employees yells my husband that we have to leave because is almost 11:30pm....My husband asked him what time they close and the guy said 11:30pm so we still have 5 mints to prepared and leave. Leaving the place, 2 more couples got in....so after checking the schedule on the door, we find out that they actually close at 12!!!!! After complaining about the terrible weather outside + the cold and the fact that they were not closing, the shameless, rude and disrespectful guy told him to go to hell....what is wrong with this places where the employees think they can treat people however they one without consequences. Where is management allowing this to happen? Shame on all of them......
Worst customer service, ordered though the app, they said to me that they can’t contact me through the phone but I’m literally in the store. Honestly don’t think it’s my problem, even though I have the order shown on my phone, he refused to look and ask for phone number, credit card number, and checked my ID, then still talking to me in a very rude way, I didn’t beg you to make me food, it’s not even some fancy food, with that attitude I will never return. It’s not my problem that you can’t dial my phone and you should have alternative identity verification method. And the staff really doesn’t have to be that rude. Update: they added this note, but do the owner know that the Apple Pay use virtual credit card number? So the last four digits of the physical card won’t match the number on the order receipt. Plus if I order online, I have to 1. Receive phone call for confirm 2. Show ID card 3. Show credit card even if I use Apple Pay. Plus during the daytime everything goes smoothly, all the staff are so nice during the day time. Just at late night that one guy giving attitude

Ordered through Ubereats. Unraveled my sandwich to have a small fly or fruit fly come out towards me then scatter around my sandwich and wrapper. Never been to this location in person but based off that experience I can only imagine how they’re storing and handling all their products. I would avoid.
I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches at subway it got delayed twice and said order delivered past midnight. I was up the entire time waiting for my order but the delivery person didn’t even try contacting me or use the intercom for me to buzz them in. They reported on the page with a photo of the delivery on the front gate saying its been delivered but I didn’t respond. I went all the way out to collect my order. I showed up 1 min after it got delivered and it wasn’t even there. The customer service is so poor. I tried calling subway and explaining my situation to which they just answered my call and after hearing my issue, set the phone aside and i was trying to talk with no response for 30 minutes. I never expected this kind of a service from Subway. Very subpar and rude. Never ordering from here again!

The store was very dirty. The staff was very rude. The floor was dirty tables were dirty. I paid 20$ for my meal but was denied a refill for my drink. I find that ridiculous
The food is always cold I’ve never seen a subways use a microwave as fast as this one does. Food is warm at best never hot. They rush as if this store is ever full. Would not recommend and the bread or meat tastes funny at times
Had an awful experience with Samir. I ordered a sandwich with fresh mozzarella on the app, which costs extra. When I arrived they said it had been discontinued. I asked them to cancel/refund the order and Samir said that isn't possible and I had to cancel it myself. However, there was no way for me to cancel it in the app or report an issue. I told Samir and he insisted that I just choose something else instead of the mozzarella. I asked for a gatorade and he said no because it's a couple cents more than the cheese. I asked if he couldn't just cover the difference and he said no. I offered to pay cash for the price difference and he said no because he can't ring up such a small amount. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there isn't one. I asked how I can pay the difference and he said the smallest amount he can ring up is 97 cents. I said fine, and paid EXTRA for a gatorade (and a sandwich) I didn't even want. He then started making my sandwich incorrectly, ignoring the instructions I put on the app. When I pointed this out he said I didn't put any instructions and started waving someone else's receipt in my face. I said "that's not my receipt" and he found the correct one and didn't apologize. Instead of remaking the sandwich he just put what I'd actually requested on top of the already toasted sandwich and gave it to me. Through the whole process Samir was truly awful and rude. A large line formed through the whole thing because the two other staff members were just watching the interaction. Everyone in the store was looking at me sympathetically because he was being so blatantly terrible.
The experience at this Subway location was extremely concerning. I ordered a Subway Club, which includes multiple cold cuts and bacon. When asked if I wanted my meat cold, I said yes—clearly referring to the cold cuts. However, I then watched the employee place raw bacon onto my sandwich. I calmly asked if the bacon could be cooked, as it should not be served raw. The employee became hostile, raising his voice and insisting that I had asked for all the meat to be cold, including the bacon. There is a clear difference between cold cuts and raw bacon, and this should be basic food handling knowledge. Not only was this a serious food safety issue, but the way I was spoken to,yelled at and treated disrespectfully…was completely unacceptable. Due to this experience, I fully intend to contact the local health department, as I am genuinely concerned about the food handling practices at this location.
App messed up my order and the employees were incredibly condescending about it. They essentially said I had to admit it was my fault if they would make me another sandwich. It felt like they were just trying to make me feel bad. They were so rude I just left, on the way out they heard me start to cry and then they started to make fun of me and laugh at me. They should be fired.

One sneeze (covered my mouth) and got kicked out of store, Spanish crew is so rude and personally never want to support their business, and food is disgusting as trash, please don’t go if you don’t wanna same experience like myself
