I went through the drive through today and Jerry was working the window and I must say he was such a breath of fresh air!!! Amazing staff member, literally so beautiful, it’s so rare to see kind people especially in the customer service or food establishment fields so I HAD to stop and give a review. I hope he sees this and knows how much his energy makes a difference:)

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service we received at the Panera Bread on Harry Hines on February 5th, 2025, around 6:45 PM. The gentleman with the green hat went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly memorable. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my son and I were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. It’s rare to encounter such genuine and thoughtful service, and it’s clear that this team takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for their guests. Went to the Panera off of Harry Hines Cristian took my order and liked the fact that he was patient and suggested some good food options also offered excellent customer service that sadly now days you don’t get in most places
Been coming here for about a month while a family member has been in the hospital next door and I have never had a bad experience. In fact the last experience in the drive thru with an African American worker was exceptional. He was so friendly and made our day. The food is consistent. Iced coffee is a bit below average but hot coffee selections are great. Smoothies are tasty.
I was met at the counter by the most lovely person and his name was Jerry! He recommended the sugar cookie with pumpkin icing because I was looking for the plain shortbread, which they didn't have it. He was informative and encouraged me to get it because I wasnt going to. I also got the chocolate caramel and pretzel cookie and I loved them both! He is incredible and he deserves a raise! It's been a while since I went to Panrra and I'm going back today thanks to him!

Manny, Jerry, Olga, and the whole gang are always AMAZING! I have been going to the hospital next door for treatments and come often for lunch. Everyone is always so welcoming and genuinely care about the customers. Manny always asks me how my treatments are going and offers encouragement on the hard days. The food is also wonderful! The chicken bacon rancher is my favorite!

I’m at Panera Bread in Dallas Forth Worth, Texas located on Harry Hines Blvd. A great spot to stop before you jump on the plane to your next destination. The food is great here. The atmosphere is superb. Great for you and your Family to spend sometime together and share an experience of greatness. Very nice customer service as well. I give it a thumbs up and five stars.
KUDOS to this location!! Best customer service ever. I love to get the Green Goddess Cobb Salad and I really enjoy their green tea to wash it all down with. When the turkey chili is in season, it's always SO good and I can't go without ordering it. Quick and super friendly service. They have plenty of parking, seating inside and a drive thru! This is my new favorite lunch spot thanks to the excellent customer service from every staff member.

I had the best customer experience today thank you to Mathew. From the moment I entered the drive through, Mathew offered me different options based on what I ordered. Mathew made sure I wasn’t missing a drink or a sweet treat and offered all of this in the least pushy way possible. His kindness followed at the drive through window and I really hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service skills!
It was my first time having Panera and I was lucky enough to have the manager (Varrick) be the one helping me, who was sooo sweet and patient, giving me suggestions on what to get when I asked questions and even offering me a sample when I was split between 2 options. It really brightened my day to see how easily he seemed to carry his spirit. Thank you!

I was shocked by the kindness of the staff to the homeless that come in to charge their phones, etc. They spoke by way of nodding, payed for their drinks and stayed to themselves. I thought it was so kind and heartfelt for people mostly by no fault of their own find themselves without a place to live temporarily. I enjoyed my food with my grand, a friend and we left saying it was a great place to meet. The food was definitely on point as usual. I love the seasonal squash soup with pumpkin seeds on top...
We were greeted right when we came in. The staff was super friendly and when are food tasted amazing. Only problem was our food seemed a bit cold but we brushed it off and finished our meal. We let them know so they could improve for next time and they were so kind and offered us a new meal and we told them to not worry about it and insisted on giving us something because they were terribly sorry so we got a cranberry orange slice which also tasted great. An amazing place truly and we will be coming again!
I don’t typically leave reviews unless I have an extraordinary experience. Having great customer service is rare these days. But the person that I encountered in the drive-through has exceeded all of my expectations concerning customer care and kindness. Jerry is the type of employee that I wish all food service companies would replicate. He understands the way you treat a customer can have such a profound impact that it affects how often the customer chooses to revisit the store. His positivity, patience, knowledge and personal suggestions are exactly what people need in a world where everyone is moving too fast. This man needs to be in upper management. If I had cash on me, I would have left him a huge tip. Thank you Jerry for making my day! I’ll be back at this location because of you. Many blessings!

The flavor of the sandwich and salad was pretty good! Service was excellent. The Mediterranean chicken salad also had a tasty hummus on it. Nkeshia offered different options and selections to my meal and was very cordial!
I got my food and sat down to hear someone on her phones talking on speaker and she told the person she was on break! Not a good look for a restaurant!! So I stated that it was my first time here, and that my daughter loves Panera! I asked the lady which was better the steak sandwich or the soufflé and she said she didn’t know she always gets the double bacon sandwich. I’m not sure how I feel about Panera because the experience wasn’t the best- as someone that loves to work in customer service and a first timer I would’ve been a lot more eager to help a new customer.i was overwhelmed when the gentleman came out and flipped the menu to breakfast because the previous menu was completely different! Overall the sandwich was good and the bacon was cooked perfectly 🤩that was a plus!!

Paid 12 dollars for 1/2 sandwich that had no spread on it , mushy bread , wilted lettuce and some bacon. No baguette I ordered and no napkin or fork for the mac and cheese. I even asked if everything was in the bag. pissed!
I ordered a bowl of chicken wild rice soup, only to find out that it was a complete mess when I got home to eat it. It was watery and there wasn’t any CHICKEN OR RICE IN IT! Just broth and carrots! I’m highly upset because by the time I got home, they were closed and I had to go back out and find something else to eat. The fact that the worker poured this watery mess and handed it to me is infuriating. Panera Bread is too expensive to play around like this. I’ll never come back to this location. DO BETTER!
Why have a drive-through if you're going to make me go park my car while you make it. You have 3 cars parked waiting on food.
Worse service I ever had. I ordered a Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. I had to ask for dressing. Then go back and ask for my chicken. Which the rude manage behind the counter tore up cold cut with her fingers and placed in a bowl. Told me here. It was gross.
Black woman with short hair was very rude I have no problem making a purchase before using the restroom in the establishment but saying it to people in a rude way will deter me from doing just that. Had she said it in a respectful tone I would have bought something and might have came back with more people if the food was decent. But being nasty to people when the place is a ghost town and already having a reputation of bland cardboard stale food? That’s not gonna help business.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered our food, lady at the register a zero idea what was going on. Some worker was clearly drugged out as well. Waited 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches before walking out cause it wasn’t worth the time. Absolutely brutal Panera, save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
Normally, I place an order for the location near my house(Cedar Hill) for delivery. I haven't had a problem yet. It's delivered in a nice box or a clear bag within a brown bag. I placed an order at this location (Harry Hines) for a my job function over 20 bagels. The order arrived and it looked like they just played basketball with the bagels and just shot them in the brown bag. Bagels just tossed around in the big brown bag wasn't sealed or anything. Presentation was just horrible. Imagine my surprise when the receptionist told me it was delivered. No delivery box or clear sealed bag within the brown bag. They just didn't care at this location at all.
Stood at the counter with no line for like 5 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. They force you to use their stupid kiosks even though it takes longer and they certainly were not busy. Edit: my sister was in the hospital so we got her some soup from here and the bag burst on the way back. They refused to replace it! Shame on you Panera!
I placed my order at the kiosk and got a table. I took my reusable water bottle to the fountain and put ice and water in it. A lady (photo attached) stated to the whole restaurant "are you going to pay for that". I said for water and then she said it was lemonade. I was clearly standing at the fountain machine with the water button and not at the lemonade. She said it looked like lemonade. I told her I can pour some into cup for her to try and see that it's water. She declined and offered no apology. This is really unacceptable and if you have cameras at that angle, I recommend you review them. This is one Panera I will not come back to.

Whoever the team lead was on 2/2 around 2pm is RUDE. I was standing waiting on a DoorDash order for a while and not one time. Did she ask if I needed help with anything but would ask everyone around me if they were OK. Then, once my order was available, she did not call the name out so I would have not known had I not went and checked. Then I Mention to her that the order came with a drink and wanted to clarify that I got the correct one and she just looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. Super rude and weird girl. But the guy Working wearing glasses and with a beard was super welcoming and friendly.
