Food and service is amazing. But too far for me, anything involving crossing the bay bridge is far considering bumping into traffic… However, we went on New Years at night wasn’t that bad (traffic). The food my brother in law ordered was very good however my personal favorites: Little piglet, Roast Duck, their vegetables dishes (got mom’s thumb up), fried rice, and noodle dish. By the way, their side dish while waiting for our food was very good. Pickled carrot and peanuts.

Dec. 2025 We came for dim sum and the food was great. They didn't roll out the carts with small dishes, but brought out what we ordered. This kept the dishes hot on arrival. Dec. 2024 We had a large group and over 10 dishes were ordered including a lobster dish, tofu dish, chicken, different types of noodle dishes, soup, and hotpot. We also had black sesame dessert. The food tasted really good. They have a fish tank to keep lobsters and other fish. The staff was quick and friendly. They kept the dishes rolling out. This restaurant is available for big events and parties.

Wow found a really good dimsum spot in Alameda with the best view! Service is also great, everyone works together to create a great experience. The price is really good especially with the views you get and the quality of foods. I love that they have all my favorites chicken feet, tripe rice rolls etc. soooo good and much better than east ocean that charges you twice as much! Also the calamari is delicious! Definitely recommend!! You ll have to try it:)

Love their Dim Sum and loved eating on the water right next to the estuary! Really loved their dim sum order menu. It shows a photo and name of each dim sum you can order! First time I’ve known the names of what I ordered!

Great tasting food with plenty of options! Vegetarian and vegan options are available as well. Perfect for large family gatherings and to-share meals. Photos attached: super soft snow fish, abalone and sea cucumber, salted/soy sauce chicken, yechoy and an appetizer sampler. Has a nice view of the Oakland Yacht club as well!

Sure! Here's a review for Pacific Lighthouse Restaurant in Alameda: --- **Pacific Lighthouse Restaurant Review** If you're looking for a delightful dining experience in Alameda, Pacific Lighthouse Restaurant is a fantastic choice. Nestled at 1051 Pacific Marina, this Cantonese-style Chinese restaurant offers a serene view of the yacht harbor, making it a scenic spot for a meal. Even the decorations is a little bit out of date but the restaurant's ambiance is welcoming and comfortable. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. The menu at Pacific Lighthouse is diverse and mouth-watering. Their dim sum selection is impressive, with standout dishes like the braised beef tripe and the delicious shrimp dumplings. One of the best aspects of dining here is the reasonable pricing. A meal for 6 ladies, including tax and tip, cost about $50 per person, which is great value considering the quality and portion sizes. Overall, Pacific Lighthouse Restaurant is a gem in Alameda. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's definitely worth a visit for its authentic Chinese cuisine, excellent service, and beautiful views.

I love coming here for Cantonese dim sum with my family and my large groups of coworkers. The food, ambiance and service are exceptional! My favorite here are the baked Portuguese custard tarts, eggplant stuffed shrimp, simmer pea spouts, golden egg yolk buns, steamed bean curd shrimp rolls and the burnt juice cowboy fried noodles, but substitute the beef for chicken is fantastic! I love the location, the amazing view of the bay and boats, and there is parking!

Only came last week for a wedding party. Nice interior with a central opening for stage and dance floor. Decent food and service.

A bit difficult to find on the first time. When you do, the dim sum was fantastic. I seen others been there for dinner & events and they loved the venue.

Exclusive view of the Bay and safe environments to walk around after a meal. The food is of great value depends on your orders but service still have room to grow.

The best measure of an ethnic restaurant is by the number of people of that ethnicity who eat there. My family was the only fully Caucasian family there. I loved their dim sum.

This review is only for the dimsum service. I came here with my parents and the dimsum was warm and delicious! We also ordered some family style dishes from the menu like the fried rice and chow fun and both were delicious as well. Rich in sauce and well seasoned! I will be having my wedding reception here so there will be different review later for that.

Delicious food! Love the view from my table. Staff are very prompt. Even has the game on the big screen to the side up.

One of the many good places for Dim Sum in the East Bay with a beautiful view of the Marina in Alameda. Has varieties of Dim Sum dishes on the menu for everyone. You can order the Dim Sum from the menu or choose a dish or two from one of the servers that walk around the restaurant holding a tray of Dim Sum goodness. I've only been here a handful of times, so far the service has been excellent.

Overall prices and qualities of the dim sum are acceptable. The best rate dim sum is Deep Fried Shrimp dumplings (actually bean curd wrapper). Avoid any steamed buns except the Black egg yolk buns which is the best of the best among the steamed dim sum.

Food is good and service is fast price is reasonable. This is place is almost authentic Cantonese dim sum, dim sum suppose to be healthy and light in salt and oil, while other dim sum place like Chefs Wok is too salty and greasy, this place at least try their best to manage putting right amount of salt for all their dishes. I Will definitely come back if I am craving for dim sum.

The seafood pieces from one of the dishes were probably expired, it tasted funny. Otherwise, all of the other dishes were pretty good. Nothing special, just your typical Dim Sum. Service was ridiculous though. 🤷‍♀️.

There were 16 of us having dinner there. The service was great but the taste of food was disappointing. Is so sad cos I had 2 nice banquet dinner here. The quality of food n tastes was day n night. The consensus for the group is the same--- disappointing. Guess will not come back in the future for lunch or dinner.

This place has definitely gone down hill. Came for lunch dim sum. They have you mark all your preferred dim sum items but you can also wait for some items to come around. Not a good idea to wait for the mobile food because the items are usually cold by the time they get to your table. We mismarked one of the items due to confusion in the description, pan fried vs deep fried. We informed one of female service runners of the mistake and she refused to return the item to the kitchen or removed from our bill. Her response was that “it’s already made, we cannot return it.” This is BS because I’ve seen this item on trays being brought around the restaurant before to be purchased. Second thing that happened was the rice inside the steamed lotus leaf was COLD, so obviously not fully steamed. Rice was separating from each other as well as the flavor was completely off. You can immediately see something was wrong when you see the rice was completely white when you open the leaves. Usually the rice is darkened with the brown gravy which was non existent. This time we had to call the manager to take a look at the item for it to be returned AND removed from bill. This placed is already way overpriced so they should at least take an item back if it’s not what you wanted, food cooked thoroughly as well seasoned well. Not sure what to think of this place now. Try it and judge it for yourself. Personally, I don’t recommend coming for the food. Maybe for a date at night when there’s less people, other wise you will not be able to hear each other as well as yourself. Extremely noisy during lunch hours.

Came here for dim sum. Food was not good. Most of the dumpling skin is thick and soft. Had the xiao long bao was and it was not fully cooked through, cold and fall apart. Will Not come back!

Horrible customer service. Begged for more tips to the whole table. Came in on a Monday morning for some Dim sum with friends and family. The restaurant was empty. The elders lady served us, she didn’t know much English, which is ok. We couldn’t understand her much. But at the end when our bill was $300. And I tipped $40 cash. The asked for more in front of the whole table. What kind of service is this? Greedy people. Please be careful coming here, also check out other people reviews on Yelp. I’m not the only victim at this place.
