I parked the car and paid for parking to have lunch. I placed an order as a customer, and it says the restroom is for customers. However, they told me very rudely that I couldn’t use the restroom. Very bad service and very poor attitude towards customers.

Every time I order takeout they get the order completely wrong or half wrong without fail. So when ordering delivery just be expecting that it will be incomplete or wrong.

One of the worst locations ever. There's this lady with glasses who's always there behind the counter, she has a very bad attitude and doesn't address customers. She acts as if she's bothered whenever I am there, I've seen someone else also posted a bad review about her. I hope she gets fired or else I'm not coming back to this location. KFC you guys need to hire trained people, I did not want to cause a scene in the store but clearly this woman has no education on customer service.

If i could give zero stars i would!! I ordered a potpie with other items. How are you guys selling burnt food??!!!!!!! It even smells burnt look at how it look on the inside! Like it’s expired! Unacceptable!! This was for my child!

My daughter-in-law and I went for lunch earlier today and I ordered my food. I ordered two pieces but noticed my fries were cold and my biscuit was hard when I told the lady can I have fresh fries if I’m paying for something I deserve to get what I pay for I don’t want cold fries Her and the manager gave me a hard time. And refuse to give me fresh french fries The service here is horrible and your food is sitting under a light for quite a while and they call it fresh. If you’re not a people person don’t work with people, rude and disrespectful employees

Unpleasant Experience with Cashier Melissa at KFC and she lied on her identity as I noticed the receipt says Anny that means PROFESSIONAL BLUNDER On Monday, September 29, at 16:50, Cashier Melissa at KFC Stienway gave us a very poor customer service experience. This is not even the time to get tired. She misled us about specials, neglected to give us accurate menu information, and acted rudely, which caused us to order incorrectly and finish the transaction with only 16 pieces and coleslaw. Even French fries, which are essential to have with chicken, were not available because she told us there were no French fries available. We told her repeatedly that she is not providing us proper menu available but she showed no remorse. We have decided not to visit this specific KFC location again if Melissa is around as a result of this encounter. She should be warned that potential clients will encounter her negative attitude and unhelpful demeanor.

Please do not go to this place. What I can say… I ordered chicken sandwich. It was cold and sad. Not edible. Compare to the picture on the menu they have, reality is a joke. The food was piece of trash… im serious. Pictures I will add for better explanation. Pictures explain much clear what I am trying ti say. People working here not nice to customer on top of everything. Stay away from this place..
