We're Bushwick Country Club, where the fun never stops. We're a bar that's unapologetically itself – a haven for cheap drinks and good times. Our six-hole mini-golf course is a bonus feature you won't find anywhere else in Brooklyn. Come hang out with us on our spacious back patio or snap some silly photos in our photo booth. Our bartenders are friendly and know their stuff, serving up any drink you'd expect to find at a bar in the city – from canned beer combos to wine and frozen slushies. We're not fancy, but we're always ready for a good time.

Bushwick Country Club Brooklyn Reviews
Bushwick Country Club is one of the few true dive bars left in Williamsburg. It's got cheap tap beer. They have shot beer combos with canned and bottled beer. They have any kind of alcohol you would expect to find at a bar in Brooklyn including wine. On top of that they have frozen slushie machines with 4 bizarre flavors. There are some arcade games and a photo booth on premises. There are an impressive amount of board games available to customers. This place checks off all the right features of a cool bar. They have an outdoor space in the rear so you can drink in the sun or under the stars. You get free cheesy pooffs just for the asking. The staff is awesome. Every bartender who has served me has been phenomenal at this place. I recommend Bushwick Country Club to everyone.
Had a great time at the Country Club. Great place to hang out with friends. Nice back patio.
It’s a dive bar. Cheap drinks, friendly bartender (and clean bathroom)
Heather is an angel! She gave me the best “least favorite” drink I’ve ever ordered. Amazing service and atmosphere!
One of my favorite bars in NYC. The owner and staff are all super friendly and helpful and laid back. Cheap drinks, free cheese balls, games like Connect Four to play, plus the legendary mini golf course out back. Great place to throw a party with friends
Love this place and the staff is awesome. I had a birthday party here and they took such great care of us all night. Simon is the man and made sure I was never without a drink. 10/10
Obsessed with this place! Supposedly the pickleback was invented here. Frozen drinks are super yummy, prices are fair and the vibe is all around great! The bartenders are nice!
Really fun dive bar. The inventor of the pickleback. Mini golf is free and fun, but don't expect anything fancy. The seats are very hit or miss, as they're all mixed vintage.
Contrary to the review by "Thodor Ellie" Bushwick Country Club is NOT closed! It moved locations and was not operational for a couple of months but IT'S BACK and on the same block as always, just a few doors down. It looks almost exactly the same and the owner is the same as well. He even said they'll have the mini golf course up and running very soon! BCC is an institution. Here's to it being open another couple of decades!
The great Dionysus himself, placed his red wine warm finger on the land off of Grand Avenue that would become The Bushwick Country Club. An LO! The great unwashed masses sang his praises and sacrificed holy bulls in his honor and named their young in favor of John Roberts and his holy gift of the banana daiquiris. Both frozen, and cocktail. Let it be known among our contemporaries and echo throughout time down to our distant descendants, HERE LIE BANANA DAIQUIRIS! And they were good!
Swung through here on a Sunday afternoon. The slushies were delicious, they had a whiskey coke and a fruitier one. They were honoring a happy hour on beer even on the weekend which was nice. 2 for 1 beers. Backyard space is OK. If you want to play some mini golf just leave your ID with the bartender. It's got some good character. Backyard is dog friendly.
I am not a big drinker but I love pickle back shots and they have the best and apparently the invented the pickle back shot as well. Nice vibe. dark inside but there is a backyard where it is easier to talk with friends.
It was extremely crowded, but that was probably our fault for going on a Saturday night. Also, the mini-golf definitely looks bigger from the photos on the website, but again, probably my fault - I should have known it was tiny based on the area that the bar is located in (not exactly a ton of room in that neighborhood). The bar selection isn't bad, the beer is cold, they give you cheese poofs at the bar (if you ask nicely), and their pickles are ridiculous (like, they are so strong that they will act like an espresso shot and wake you right up). It was definitely an interesting experience.
Please have more than one bartender on staff for a Saturday.. I have a forgettable face and clearly kept blending into the ether & the poor woman running the show would be serving people who came up after me time & time again. A solution to this could be two bartenders
This is definitely a DIVE, so If that’s what you’re looking for, then this is perfect. 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour, which is a good deal. That being said, the red head male bartender is very rude. I’ve been multiple times, and every time he rubs me the wrong way. He’s always extremely curt and in no way friendly, which I usually expect out of a neighborhood bar. I’m sure their other bartenders are lovely, but this guy, not so much
Came here late on a Friday night after a long day of touristing in NYC. A couple other places had closed kitchens already so we were glad to find they were open for business. Legit beer selection but sadly they were out of my first two choices. The pulled pork nachos were better than expected and were much better than standard bar food. Worth checking out for a beer and some nachos.
Used to love this spot up to a year ago. The staff used to be chill, engaging and just generally friendly. The current staff seem to be just checked out and disinterested in serving customers unless they walk up directly Infront of them. This was my favourite local but after not getting served for 10 minutes in a bar with 6 other customers, the starlight is probably my new go to.
Went in to wait for a friend on a Saturday night. Decent crowd but nowhere near packed. I ask if they have green Chartreuse to make a Last Word and they do. But then another bartender turns around (blonde with glasses) and tells me to “look around. This is a dive bar. Don’t be annoying.” Sorry for trying to pay double the price of a beer for a cocktail you’re fully capable of making. Zero people skills on that woman. The bouncer asked me to excuse her and give it another shot and come back inside, but I was very offended by her behavior. Will not be returning.
