Krispy Krunchy Chicken Brooklyn Reviews
The chicken was crispy and delicious. Wasn’t greasy. Good well done and seasoned just right. The honey biscuits are to cry for seriously.
The folks behind the counter are good people. The food is decent.
I really appreciate the hot buffet during the day. The salmon, macaroni and cheese, spinach etc is always really good. I’d like more variety between days though. The staff is always very friendly and the price is insanely affordable.
Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had for such a good deal! Also they are so nice
Go to place to grab breakfast, when I can, on the way to work. A bit cheaper than other stores in the area. They also have lunch, which I’ve never tried but heard its pretty good. They do have seating available in the store incase you want to sit and eat.
What’s the deal with this place?? It’s a lot better than you would expect- certainly in a class above Crown Fried or Kennedy Chicken. French fries are fresh & meaty. Extra sauce is advertised as 50¢ more but often are complimentary upon request. The chicken tenders are massive. Cheese steaks do not skimp on the onions. Staff is very kind- overall a pleasing lunch spot.
A great variety of delicious meal deals. The fried chicken is tasty. That honey biscuit is nice & sweet! Their prices will not break your pockets.
Been coming here almost daily for 12 years... They must've started the fried chicken deal about 3 years ago and it's very popular in the community...there's a lot of construction happening in the area so it's always packed with workers who aren't always the friendliest with great manners... But! The 2 cooks Marco and Luis are great people and will always greet you kindly and make u a good meal the way you asked for it...
The best fried chicken in Brooklyn. It's crispy, crunchy and so very well seasoned. You absolutely cannot beat the price either. A doz pieces of chicken (dark meat), a doz honey butter biscuits, all for $20.00.
The boneless fried chicken was absolutely delicious. The portion size is pretty good for 11$ I would recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped by another random eat spot, and this little eatery on the corner of Hoyt st. caught my attention. They had not only fried chicken but some alternative selections on the side, and offered as a combination deal. So I ordered the salmon, mac n cheese, and sautéed vegetables.... They were all super delicious and only ran my pockets about $12.
It looks like a small deli. The food is good - the chicken was crispy, seasoned fries and honey biscuit weren't bad either.

Fried chicken was beyond my expectations -- juicy, tender and really crispy. Honey biscuit was also great. Reasonably priced.
Great crispy chicken salad. Very well done though the server should be more careful about hygiene. Salad bowl was not properly cleaned.

Overpriced and incorrect orders - paid $4 for large ice coffee the same taste like in any Deli shop. Asked NO SUGAR but got sweet coffee 👎🏻

The Chicken was good, it reminds me of Roy Rogers, but the mac and cheese, and the mash potatoes was a bit disappointing. The Mac and cheese wasn't very cheesy, and the mac looked like it was bathed in food coloring. The mash potatoes wasn't creamy or buttery it was clumpy and bland.
The chicken is Salty. The fries are Soggy n the buffet food is always oily. I’ve eaten from here more than once n every time the food is off. Also the lady at the register is ALWAYS rude & dismissive. I will never be spending my $ here Ever Again! 😕
I work a couple of blocks away but never paid much attention to this place until a visiting friend went crazy after seeing that there's a Krispy Krunchy spot in BK, so we purchased eight pieces of white meat, three biscuits, and a small order of jambalaya. The chicken smelled delicious and I pitied all of the hungry souls sitting near us on the subway. The jambalaya was bland, the chicken was indeed crunchy and I detected a mild flavor, but I'd rate Popeyes way higher. The biscuits were delicious and were covered with a sweet, buttery glaze. About six hours later, I was awakened from my slumber by an upset stomach and a gross, greasy taste in my mouth. Considering I hadn't eaten anything else since a slice of pizza for lunch, it had to be something from KKC. I won't be returning... especially since there's a ton of Popeyes locations in the area.

Not clean rats everywhere closed down today 12/8/25 the place was raid
I don’t normally make RACE an issue but when I’ve experienced several instances of the same issue at this store I think it warrants a review. I ordered 2 coffees and was asked to pay in advance. While waiting for said coffee a white person WALKS IN orders coffee and the woman at the front makes her coffee then takes her payment then proceeds to make my coffee.. Since I work in the area and don’t come by too often (at least twice a month), it’s very frustrating that it’s happened to me more than once and I will be taking my money elsewhere.
I experienced some discrimination at this store. Today, about an hour ago, me and my friend left class and was getting something to eat real quick. My friend came to this store and I went to the restaurant next door. When I was finished, I came to this store to wait with her while she gets her food. Literally a few seconds after I came in, the guy behind the counter had said to me “Ooh you can’t eat outside food in here....”. For starters, I wasn’t planning to eat in there AT ALL. I didn’t even sit down yet and I didn’t reach in the bag to get my food. So he was 100% wrong for making that assumption. My friend told him to relax that I wasn’t going to eat there at all and instead of owning up to his mistake and apologizing, he kept justifying what he said. After that, he walked up to the owner of the store, who also was making my friend’s food, had whispered something to him and they both was staring at us. At that point, we both felt UNCOMFORTABLE and VICTIMIZED. Also, my friend found hair in the food she bought from there. Never coming back to this racist establishment. Please shut them down!!!
