Lucky House Kitchen Brooklyn Reviews
So tasty. So good. Whenever we need a fake chinese food fix, this is our go to spot. Pretty fast but order ahead if you can. No delivery available but trust, it’s worth getting up and going to pick it up yourself. 5 stars, wish I could give 10 stars.
I mean you can't get better Chinese food in BedStuy or Brooklyn for that matter, it's BOMB. Sue, the woman that heads the place is a character, but kind, polite. The freaking food is A1...downfall is that they only take cash and do not deliver but I will walk miles for the food. The chicken nuggets are famous, its actual breaded chunks of chicken breast, like YES! The chicken fried rice or fried rice in general has an authentic taste of its own and the low mein...ok, I'm getting hungry, bye, I'm getting this today and I'm going to Uber from crown heights. Cheers.
Ms Sue and crew make some of the best Chinese food in Brooklyn!
Ordered the ribs and the chicken and broccoli. They don’t deliver but 10/10 quality.

This is the fastest delivery I’ve ever received, sub 10 minutes from closing my app. I was also greeted by the happiest delivery man I’ve ever met. That alone would be enough for me to order again, but it helps that the food is good and quantities large!
Ordered from Uber eats and it came PIPING hot. Amazing. The food itself was literally delicious. Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Seriously. We had the orange chicken which was crispy and the sauce was perfectly tangy. And the teriyaki chicken which was great! The chicken quality for both dishes was awesome especially for the price. And the amount of food was huge! Go here!!
I'm so heartbroken that this restaurant is closed it's truly the best please open back up soon
After trying other places, nobody does Chinese food better than this place. For example, the general tso has chunks of fresh chicken, rather than tiny pieces of chicken with overload batter. This place does it right!
Really good for a fast food type Chinese spot. Definitely get the dumplings. Best dumplings I've had from a place not in Chinatown or Flushing. The lo mein is particularly good. Nice Smokey flavor from the wok. And the honey chicken wings. If you are a wing fan, you'll enjoy these sweet and savory wings.
Best Chinese Takeout I’ve ever had. I used to live in the neighborhood, then I moved one neighborhood away, and now two neighborhoods away, and I still only get Chinese food from here.
This is by far the best Chinese takeout I've had in New York...maybe anywhere. The place looks grungy and the staff yells a bit but the food is great and appears homemade. The pork fried dumplings were great, the veggie fried rice was fantastic and the Chinese spinach with oyster sauce was also great.
One of my favorites in the neighborhood: hot, fresh ingredients, excellent prices. The menu also has a few unexpected items on it. I especially like the General Tso's Tofu. It's pickup only. Call ahead and then drop by 10-15 minutes later.
Rooting for this joint to come back strong.
Our area's food reputation just got a boost from this place. The food makes you happy and the bill seems right. Our orders didn't rush out of the kitchen and bar service was equally slow. Their dishes taste noticeably good. I'll be visiting again when I'm around here.

Excellent Chinese food, best in all of bed stuy- it’s actually award winning, not just my opinion. The service is commendable, quick, polite and respectful! They are the only Chinese food place offering traditional fried rice with an egg- ask for the Chinatown fried rice, you can get it with shrimp chicken pork or beef or all the above. The plain white rice is amazing Chicken and broccoli is also excellent!

I had the wings and shrimp fried rice, they have a special dipping sauce that is amazing.

I have come to this place several times and the food is the same as every other Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. This place really makes you not want to order from here because of the long wait and none multi tasking... The lady at the counter always seems annoyed as if she is mad that you didn't call in your order for pickup. Please make sure you are not really hungry and have time to wait for food. I have only come here, maybe 3 times and it's the same thing. I will walk to Malcolm x and Halsey for now on. The time I have spent writing this I have been waiting for food and still nothing going on 20 minutes now. This will be my last time.
Read about the homemade dumplings and thought I would try them but they seemed pretty ordinary to me - nothing you couldn't get in the frozen section of Costco - will try one more time and see if I am missing something. Update: went on a Monday at 12:05 to order lunch and shutters were down even though they are supposed to be open. What gives?

I’ve been living in Bedstuy ALLL MY LIFE! My family, school friends and I have been going to Sue since we were 10! Yesterday after ordering their chicken, I was left with TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING today. It’s the only thing I ate yesterday, all day today I was left with bad cramps and vomiting and diarrhea every forty minutes. Sue has been a staple in the neighborhood for almost two decades now, but I can no longer eat there after this!

for the taste it is not the best, it lacks the smoked taste of the shrimp lo mein and for the beef broccoli the taste is very normal there is nothing special, the restaurant next to me has a better taste and I can assure you he is not all the best ‘behind the counter doesn't seem very clean 🧽 the hygiene will have to be taken seriously👎
