Mabat Brooklyn Reviews
Excellent place. Delicious and very well priced
I really enjoyed it, I know I would have paid a lot more elsewhere for the same thing
very good food and service
The service and the food is excellent. Very nice and cozy you feel like home?
Mabat Kosher Restaurant, offering authentic Israeli cuisine, is truly exceptional. The flavorful dishes transport you back to Israel with every bite. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, with excellent customer service that stands out. Established in 1987, Mabat has only improved over the years. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the variety of complimentary salads and appetizers really open up your palate. Highly recommended!
Mixed grill is top. If you like onions... Very solid and simple place. Tried and true. Old school. No frills. Attentive service. Whatever you need. They don't say no...
Amazing!!!! All the salads is good mash potatoes ok I I like the hummus it's amazing with the tahini and they have spicy and they have good baba ganoush and a steak it's amazing worth every penny you don't find a good steak kosher that's been made that well thank you Chef for amazing dinner
We ordered the Yemenite soup, 6 small salads, lamb riblets and a Jerusalem Grill plate for the two of us. Everything was delicious. It's kind of small and getting a table isn't so easy after 7pm on a Sunday, but arriving around 630 we had our choice and no one rushed us until we finished. Highly recommended!
Everything is delicious there and the service is great When it's busy it's a little tight because it's a small place but then you get to meet a lot of people close up. Food comes out quickly staff is very courteous.
The food is delicious in every way. The place is a bit crowded, but for a good reason. There are two sitting areas, so there's usually a space just before you arrive. We had a table for 5 without a wait time at all. Try the Yemenite soup and the baby chicken skewers. Lastly, their Jerusalem mixed grill is fantastic!!!
Excellent Mediterranean Israeli food. Place is small, service was ok. Prices are a bit extravagant even for kosher or Israeli places in our neighborhood. Love their yemenite soup. Great for couples.
This place gets pricey. It's small so you feel like your sitting on top of the table right by you on the busy nights. The food tho...... Is amazing. Properly seasoned. And great service.
The food here is decent and they have been the longest time at that location. The meat is always fresh and the service is good too but I ordered twice 10-12 sandwiches for delivery, paid the car service , opened the bag only to find that there were no sauces, no pickles, no condiment. You would think they would add some extras with a big order but nothing.
This restaurant usually has good food when we sit down to eat but it's a different story when it comes to ordering take out. I was very disappointed when my husband brought home food last night for supper at home only to have most of it thrown in garbage for bland, tasteless and others salty food.
Prices are HIGH. They nickel and dime you! They even charged me for asking for an extra piece of pita bread in spite of the fact that I ordered Hummus (which alone was expensive.) Watch out! Food is on the okay but nothing special side, BUT you'll regret walking in once you get the bill.
A disaster, ordered appetizers received it way after the main course. Got the wrong side dish, not what I ordered. The food itself wasn't bad but the overall experience left us with a really bad taste. Will probably never go back to that place. I told them not to serve me the appetizers anymore as I have no need for it after the main course, they agreed to take off only the cheap one of Hummus. Would not recommend anyone looking for an enjoyable time to go there.
