Ra-Ra Rhino Brooklyn Reviews
Love this bar! We wanted to check it out because I love Dromedary Bar, which is the sister bar of Ra-Ra Rhino. This new bar is hidden behind a donut shop (Dromedary Doughnuts), and has a quirky vibe (love the rhino decor that even reaches the bathrooms) and excellent cocktails. They’re not cheap, but every drink we ordered was top notch and the staff was great. We’ll be back!
I went this past Saturday the bartender Joesph was super dope... he made me a drink called paper plane I believe... it was so gud... cool spot to chill and vibe at... and it's right next to The Monkey King...
Don't be fooled when you encounter a donut shop . Walk past the photo booth and you will be treated to an amazing bar out here in Bushwick. The space is small but the drinks and food pack a punch. Spam fries? Check. Donut duck sliders? Yes you heard what I said. Great team and management as well. A wonderful new place and nothing like it in this area of Brooklyn. Stop by and check them out
Let me tell you. This is the SPOT!!!! Delicious food, amazing vibes, drinks ON POINT! Ask for bartenders Amir Seth & Zacharia. Zacharia made the most phenomenal rum shot mix (forgot the name but ask him Lol) I wish I got the DJs name music had me dancing all night 💃🎶
I had a special request at Ra-Ra and Michael made the night absolutely perfect. I want to say thanks for being a great host and making our night special. Amazing atmosphere and vibe along with delicious drinks. Can’t wait to go back.
Overall rating: 4.8 I’m not sure why I thought a speakeasy in Bushwick would be an affordable price 😅 my friends and I walked by this place a few times a bit lost which is a first for me. Super cute & intimate speakeasy. Would love to come back to try food options.
PSA: this place is a speakeasy hidden behind a donut shop you need to go inside dromedary donuts and around to find the entrance. Other than Monday & Tuesday they will have donuts available which is actually a great idea to pair with cocktails and one you don't see very often. We arrived on one of their bar crossover nights so the cocktails where very inventive but not their traditional cocktail list. I will say I did get a chance to peak at their regular cocktail menu and it looked pretty good (review update pending). The space was small but very cozy and the interior design was very unique as well. Honestly this would be a great 1st or 2nd date spot to flex on the person you're feeling sweet on.
Bushwick just landed a serious gem. This cheeky new speakeasy is set right in the heart of our beloved Wyckoff strip (Jefferson - L train) Tucked behind a donut shop you will find thoughtful tiki-inspired food and drinks, friendly staff, and a very sexy/intimate atmosphere. The best part - Michael and Chris worked diligently with me to throw my semi-private birthday party a week after they opened. They happily accommodated my 60 person guest list, were competitive with cost, and went out of their way to make a donut tower as the cake! If you are looking to host ANY type of event - This is the spot.
This place is such a gem. Stumbled upon it completely by accident because of a random craving for doughnuts. The doughnuts were sold out but there’s a speakeasy there with a fantastic staff, delicious bites, and great drinks. Also the ambience and general vibe are perfect

For a speakeasy in Bushwick, this is the place. Behind a donut shop is this great little speakeasy that got all the vibes you want to hang with friends and unwind after a long day of work. The drinks are under $20 and worth a try. Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly. They do events on Thursday nights with a DJ rolling out beats that keep the night pumping. I’d say it’s a nice spot to hang out, but there isn’t a lot of seating for larger parties, unless people want to stand around. Ideal seated primarily between 2-6 is the max. Standing around by the bar could be larger type gathering set-up. Bathrooms cleans and staff friendly. Only feedback would be the music was a bit too loud, for us to have any conversations.
Stepped in here with a friend before we hit the local skate rink and was impressed! If the entrance to the bar didn't create a sense of mystery, then it was the purple rhino that greeted us. The bartender that served us today was courteous. He made sure we were well attended to and made certain our drinks tasted amazing! I will be returning when I am around the area, it's a great vibe.
Really nice and fun bar! They are very attentive and their espresso martinis were delicious.
Great music, perfect vibes, delicious drinks! Amir was very on top of the non-alcoholic offerings and even made sure I had a fake tequila shot whenever my friends ordered a round. Can't wait to go back!
my favorite go-to cocktail spot before a night out! Great drinks, very fun atmosphere, and never too crowded. I had a birthday here and the staff was very accommodating too. Nothing gets me geared up for the night like a Wake Up Rhino!
Such a gem! I had a small birthday get together here and it was amazing. The staff was so lovely and the quality of everything is outstanding, as well as the ambience being perfectly lovely without being overly loud. Great decor, great music, great snacks, great cocktails. My friends were so impressed! I am gluten-free so they kindly set aside an assortment of gluten-free and regular donuts before they sold out, so that we would have plenty for my guests.
Cocktails are well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve been here multiple times, and the drinks taste consistently great. The interior is super cute, the burgers are good, the service is friendly, and the music is a vibe.
One of my favorite places in the city. Delicious food, amazing cocktails that rotate seasonally, super friendly staff and it's got to be the most affordable speakeasy I've ever been to in my life. Love the smoking Rhino and the fun tiki vibes. I've been there before with live jazz, awesome DJs and trivia. It's not super close to me but it's my local, I love it so much!
BEST WINGS HANDS DOWN! Hella crispy and flavorful! Cleaned all my wings down! Recommend the hot honey lemon pepper wings! Burgers are pretty solid as well! Funny purple rhino in the middle really adds to the atmosphere 😄

This place is a vibe! It wasn’t too crowded, and they had an awesome DJ! You can basically sit wherever you want, but you have to walk towards the back of this cute little restaurant in order to get to the speakeasy! It’s very inconspicuous! My only little complaint is that the bartender was not very friendly and seemed annoyed with everyone. A friendlier staff would make this place a 5/5 for me!

I had fun here! But every cocktail I had was gross. Like, looked good on paper but the balance was off. The best thing I had was an espresso martini lol. Music was good and a nice crowd though. But def stick to classic cocktails here.
The Waitress dressed like a pirate was rude and had an attitude for no reason. The drinks were terrible, $90 for four drinks made with well liquor. Do not come here if you want good drinks or service
