A huge kudos to Sierra at the McHenry Dutch. She was so kind and friendly. I typically order the same drink every single time, but decided to order a diffrent refreshing rebel drink. I asked her to he creative and she was successful it making a drink that was delicious. It so reminded me of a slurpee without the calories. A big thank you to Sierra!!

Out of the dutch bros in modesto this one takes the win. Yes it gets packed yes it takes a while at times on a good day it goes quick , but you have to remember they deliver great service and always have a smile on their face everyone is always in a great mood. If i am not in a hurry i come here. If you want fast rude service go to starbucks . My iced coffee is always iced never watered down.

Order my drink in advance and went to pick it up at the window. Wasn’t ready, waited 10 mins and when I received my drink it was watered down and not even filled up to the top. Ridiculous when you pay $7 plus for these drinks

I always go to this location and whenever this specific gentleman takes my order (I think his name is Chris I’m not sure though) he always takes my order wrong and will never read it back to me and my drink is always messed up. I don’t blame the baristas making it. I blame him. He also does not talk professionally or upbeat like how the other workers do. He seems odd and like he might be on something. He should know how to take orders at this point. Not satisfied with him.

I have never had terrible service like I did today. Theres was a long line in drive thru so I got off ordered I kept seeing all the cars that I got there before leaving at this point I was fed up and tried to catch someone's attaching that I dont need my drink no more I would call for a refund as I was going to be late for work if I waited any longer I was there for 15mins I know it gets busy but seeing all the cars go by that I was there before? Than as im trying to get someone's attention I see about 6 people in there just chatting away like if theres 6 people why so long to make a drink? Im going to be calling for my refund and definitely wont be back to this location again

Disgusting. Every time I go here it’s a huge disappointment. Coffee is so watered down. Got a candy cane mocha today & it tasted like warm tap water while someone whispered “coffee” from another room. Just a hint of coffee/ash tray flavor to say the least. No mocha added either. Just a waste of $9.00. Never again.

I told them “less ice” and they almost fill the cup only with ice! They are like starbucks now! I cannot imagine when you ask for regular ice! Come on!!! Sell the product no only ice!!!!

Payed for coffee I was only able to take a couple sips the whole cup was filled up to the rim of ice workers have to do better this is ridiculous i want to be able to enjoy my coffee

Worst location in the area! Usually always overcrowded. Ordered a Hazel Nut Truffle Mocha for the first time in the McHenry location and was atrocious. There was close to no foam, and whatever foam there was had this grainy stiff consistency. Ive had the drink plenty of times in the Riverbank location without these issues.The new Riverbank location is better!
