My chicken is always fresh from here. The workers are polite and provide decent service. I love the red beans and rice and the mash potatoes with the Cajun gravy. I'm getting hungry writing this review. This is the only Popeyes near me, so I can't compare it to others, but it beats kfc for me.

Online order was ready on time. Drive thru is typically very slow but with the ordering ahead that helps a bit. The food at this Palmdale location is FAAAAR superior to the Lancaster location.

Such a pleasure finding a Popeyes where we enjoyed our dining experience. Tried ordering via the app, but couldn't customize our order. They push the kiosk ordering system but that didn't work for our order either. The manager was so helpful and processed our order The dining area and bathrooms wereclean.

Each time i go there, Service is good! Today i was helpped by Laila and Alex. Both did good job with the service and kept the lobby clean. Had to wait sometime but Food was great.

That spicy chicken sandwich was so good. It was pre-made but it still was good. It tasted better with every bite. I was lucky to be next in line as soon as I arrived inside during lunch hours. I waited about 15 min for them to hand me the pre made sandwich due to others before me and the crowded drive thru. It was worth the wait.

The new management and employees at this Popeyes are top notch. They are friendly and efficient and keep the place very clean. The food was all done perfect also. I'll be going here more often now.

Oh son!!! I love me some popeyes. Stuck in Yuma for 5 months, no popeyes. Anyway, this place was busy. Great staff here taking care of customers. Had a loud customer trying to make a scene. Manager Antonio handled it great. Great food, order correct. We shall return. See our YouTube channel Coolest Life.

Worst drive 🚗 through experience ever! Waiting for a live person to come on to assist with your order is ridiculous. The young guy stated he has mo help he is the only one working the drive through. They made me drive through i lost my place in line now I have to wait parked in my car for my order. Wow next time I will rethink Popeyes when I am hungry. Geeesh

We went through the drive thru today and I should not have. For some reason, it feels like you get served faster if you get out of the car and go inside. But it was 105 degrees...so not today. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge i was even at the order box to order. I almost drove through but I would have been trapped by the car who ordered in front of me. The person was nice enough. It's too much to ask for any enthusiasm when serving the public these days.

One of the best fast food fried chicken spots! Customer service at this particular franchise is semi decent since the chicken sandwich came in an changed the whole game! Some seem sullen and in a dark place.

The Palmdale Popeyes has the typical vibe and wasn’t too busy at 11:30 AM on a Tuesday. The staff were very nice, though all ordering is done via the touchscreen displays, which is kind of weird. Food was fine. I feel like their chicken sandwiches used to be better, but they’re still great.

I went here for lunch and wasn't very impressed. The cashier was fine, but definitely not overly friendly or helpful. I inquired about what sides they had and she simply pointed to the sign behind her instead of making an effort to explain what sides they have. I got the $5 box which was good, but to me much spicier than I was expecting. I think the highlight of my meal was the biscuit, which they provided with some butter and honey. Overall my experience wasn't bad, but at the same time it wasn't very notable either. With all of the other fast food places in close proximity to this one, I would recommend they step up their customer service to help set them apart.

Every time I've visited this establishment something has gone wrong. It's had a range from saying they ran out of chicken to charging me for the wrong order. The spicy chicken sandwich is delicious but the customer service is terrible.

Ordered the 6 piece boneless wings combo. After way too long for a simple order I got a 6 piece bone-in combo. Paid 75 cents for an extra spicy sweet sauce that I didn't really need since my wings were swimming in sauce. 2 of the "wings" were about an inch long. Bad food and service for $14😡

Food is usually pretty good, service is as slow as you will ever see. So do not come here in any kind of rush, the usual wait is 10 minutes plus regardless of what you order or how busy they are.

I put 1 for a atmosphere because was not in/out the restaurant. I didn't purchase any food because it was too expensive. Almost $25 for 10 pieces of chicken only. That's not a deal and was told that's the only deal they had for chicken only. The service was decent enough. The guy was just having a chat with his colleague and put me on hold. This was only my experience. Please still try for your own personal experience. 🙏

I hadn't eaten all day. I needed something quick I pulled in and ordered inside ( I never do drive thru service because it's always wrong ) and was pleasantly surprised by being immediately greeted, ordered and I received my meal before I could even pour my drink. Hot. Complete. Tasty. Still, Popeyes in general is missing something from its taste of old, but that is company wide. Overall, this location surprised me with their service. I'll return.

I've come here on several occasions, and it's somewhat a hit and miss on quality of the food and service that you'll get. On my last visit, my chicken was dried out, hard and over cooked, or it had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long. However that's not always the case so just check your food before leaving if it's to go. Also sometimes they seem very slow to get your order to you and it can take even longer if your in the drive thru window, that normally when I get the worst food because I think they must feel like they can give you the old stuff because you won't be back.

Waited in the drive-through a total of 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. Slllooowwww service. Asked for spicy chicken. Got regular. Selection of sauce supposed to come with it - not given and, when asked, attendant just handed me a bunch of packets without asking what I wanted.

Not a fan of the kiosk-only ordering. We ordered to dine-in and yet everything was packaged individually to go so there is a monumental waste of paper. Must admit that the chicken was fresh and hot and crispy (as it should be just at lunchtime) but the tables and seats had not been wiped. It was not a warm, fuzzy experience. I rated the service as a 2 star because there was none except the pleasant gentleman who called our order number.

Customer service was good up until I received my food. I spent over $100 on 2 family meals and chicken sandwiches. 16 piece mixed family meal had 12 thighs, 1 wing 2 breast. I was mad cause I paid for mixed. Tried calling several times. No answer. Went back later to speak to manager. She basically was rushing to talk to me not even listening. Brought me back more chicken. I told her I just bought $100 worth of chicken. I'll get it another day. Employees very good, but management needs to shut up and listen. Chicken was fresh though. Wait time was 50 minutes through drive thru.

No matter how many times I go to popeye, they always get my order wrong and I'm not sure what their process is, but the drive threat line in any Popeyes in the area takes at least 20 minutes to get through the line, it is almost like they don't know how to multi-task, to take an order. And to take another order. It is crazy.

Slow at the service at around 11 to 12p I literally waited at the intercom at least 2-3 minutes just to come around to drive thru window literally no cars..sooooo why are we waiting..I get if busy but they had....I, just no won't be going back...one good thing the attendant at the drive thru he was super cool..

The chicken was not cooked thoroughly. The leg was pink and bloody so was the chicken breast I'm very disappointed I paid $30 for a 3 piece meal and a 5 piece chicken tenders meal the chicken tenders were done but not the 3 piece meal . I asked for honey for the biscuits they said they were out of honey.

Our family decided to eat at popeyes for lunch.When we arrived to eat at popeyes, we came across a new feature in terms of ordering.They don't take your order anymore, instead you, the customer, has to order for themselves on the machine. The prices are so overpriced. We where originally going to buy our own meals but that itself was like 20 dollars. So we ended up buying the family tender meal, which was kinda disappointing. The chicken tenders were small and thin, the amount of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were so little that you can take 4 bits and be done. Food itself wasn't hot or warm, instead was semi cold. Very disappointing, ruined our view of being the best place to get fried chicken.

I hate getting shorted on orders. $20hr they get now but can’t get all your items in the bag. Last time I will go there, had to sit in drive thru for 40 plus minutes. What do you only start cooking once you order with 10 cars in line. Service sucks but I can get Popeyes elsewhere. Also thier phone is conveniently busy… so you can’t call and complain. This was a meal 3 dollars short of a grant bill.

I've been to several Popeyes Chicken and this location is not one of the better ones. Service is definitely slow and the taste of the chicken is rather dry. The red beans and rice just wasn't the same. Will not be returning. 3 days later and I'm updating my review. I called this popeyes location and was hung up on by a female employee after explaining my issue. I made the drive to the popeyes and spoke to the Manager named Breon. Breon immediately corrected my order and made everything fresh. His customer service was excellent and the company should be glad to have him. Great job in resolving my issue!

This is not the place to go to for lunch. I have an hour long lunch and it's less than 5 minutes from my work and the entire time was wasted in the drive thru waiting line. It's not like this place gets super pack that I have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru line. I hope management fixes this issue because the food comes out oversauced and overcooked if they're very short staff. I probably won't come back to this location any time soon so other people can get their order quicker.

This Popeyes in Palmdale, CA doesn't know how to handle orders or have good customer service. I sat at the speaker box for 10 mins when there was only two cars in front of me in line. I ordered the 8pc Tenders family meal. I get home when open the box they gave me regular chicken not tenders. I call back I'm trying explain to "The Manager" what happened she says one moment then I can hear her talking to some else then she says hold please one moment and another 10 mins goes by she never comes back to the phone. I call back line is busy. I tried to call back 4 times still line busy. Now my family and I are stick eating chicken I didn't order. Poor customer all around.

Having to wait almost an hour in the drive through is crazy. Wasn’t able to get back out because we were locked in. The food is always warm and the service is terrible! Management needs better training at this location.

12-31-2024 - No cashier to take your order, no trays for dining in, side order (red beans and rice) container half full and no apologies for the long wait. No more Popeyes. KFC chicken sandwich is as good or better. No handicap sign, indicating assistance available for handicapped customers. Excellent, courteous service, but my chicken sandwich had a stringy piece of chicken. Update: I had a chicken sandwich and red beans and rice. The guy that took my order must have been preoccupied, because I said "to go" when I placed the order, again when he asked me if the order was "for here or to go?", and then the order was prepared to go. BTW who does Popeyes think they are fooling? They are charging more and have sized down the chicken sandwich and the side orders, but prices have increased!

They are soon disorganized. I've been here about eight times, and service is very slow. The lobby is typically full of customers waiting for their food. Lengthy waits. The employees are working hard, but orders come slowly. They need a new system and/or more employees.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use the drive-thru! The last several times my family and I have ordered food we had to wait for 30+ minutes each time, even when there were 3-4 cars. I would assume this is the fault of the management and the employees always look like they've had enough as well. The food itself is still pretty good, but the value has gone down over the years for how much food you get. The kids meals now have nonsubstitutable apple sauce for a side only. Getting a family meal is basically the only way to get more food for the money.

It took over 35 minutes to get our food, the place was super hot when it was a nice cool day outside. The people running it looked lost like they didn't know what to do. The restrooms also smelled as if there was a dead decomposing animal nearby.

The customer service was good, but my chicken sandwich tasted overcooked and old, & the buns were squished. The tenders were really good though, although they charged $.50 each sauce. Im surprised that I had to pay for the sauce when I ordered 8 tenders. The line took way too long. Definitely not worth $30

This is the second time in a row, where I ordered on Door dash... and these jerks DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE.... they keep giving me crappy pieces of meat that i DON'T WANT... why would ANYBODY want a chicken "wing" that contains literally 1oz of chicken? because they don't answer the phone so that I can specify the type of chicken I want.

Don't go to this location close to closing time. Twice, I got home and realized something was missing from my order. The first time we called and the manager answered and honored our food that was missing. The second time we called 6 times with no answer, no voicemail. Today, I advised them what happen after ordering from the drive through and they asked if I had a receipt or did I call when I got home. Never again will I get food from this place. Louisiana Chicken is just a few blocks away with much better service and fresher food cooked to order.

Chicken is very good but honestly the whole store needs a brand new crew half of the time the drive thru order machine is broken and they don’t post anything to say as such, half the time the dine is is closed either all day or super early, they’ll close randomly, or they’ll wait till you’re ordering to tell you that they are out of (strips, fries,light meat and so on). Over all don’t come here if you have a lunch break or limited time because odds are you’ll waste you time.

I was in the drive thru no one answered 😒 the call box so I left poor 😢 service there no way the line could be that slow after 20 minutes and only one car in front of me all I heard when I pulled up to the call box is way a minute not 20 there nothing wrong with the food if I want to way in traffic I'll get on the 405 free way somethings wrong over there you'll need to fix that problem, I didn't try to order at the window I just left. I'll keep my money 💰 I'll pay for good service that was pretty bad .

I've waited 57 minutes in the drive-thru. That's my record but EVERY TIME it takes at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru at dinnertime at least. I don't blame the young workers I blame management. Plus 9/10 times they make me pull out front and they FORGET to bring my food even after another 20 minutes of waiting so I have to go inside. I went through the drive-thru because I DIDN'T wanna go inside... 🤦🏽‍♂🤦🏽‍♂

Had my wife and toddler daughter wait an hour and when my wife got to the intercom they didn’t answer at all. She gets to the window and they shut the window on her and did not acknowledge that she was there for a few minutes. She left without ordering. When these are the kind of experiences they leave their customers with it’s no wonder no one likes to buy from these kind of places besides the ridiculous food prices. Guess this makes it so easy to never try and buy food from Popeyes let alone this location.

The most outlandish fast food experience ever. I ordered $87.00 worth of chicken, through the Popeyes mobile app,for a birthday party. I went to pick up my order, and they said they gave my chicken to someone else!!! Then they said they can't refund me or replace my order because it was too much chicken. I had to repurchase all the chicken again because it was a birthday wish. I called corporate and they offered me a coupon that they mail out to everybody. I told them to keep the coupon cause I'm obviously not going back to Popeyes again.

Order take out, received an incomplete order. Tried to get employees attention and was ignored tried calling their store number with no answer. They spend more time discussing their personal life than paying attention to their customers. Payed full amount for incomplete meal. Disapointing for a restaurant chain that claims to give excelent service.

Only one ordering kiosk worked in the dining room after I was told couldn't place separate orders in drive thru, the drink machine was coated in soda and dining area filthy customers asking for tables to be clean. Manager went and cleaned picked up trash and with out washing hands went back to packing orders ...so dirty, the biscuits we ordered had very clearly been sitting under warmers for along time. I don't know if it's lack of training, shorthanded staff or just poor management.

Ordered a $9 chicken sandwich that i actually had points for on my app, the app says scan to redeem points, but apparently they can’t redeem in store it’s only mobile orders, which the app says different. So I just paid for my sandwich, the cheese was not melted at all, sandwich was cold, bacon was a small & shriveled up piece & not even cooked all the way. This was one of my favorite sandwiches from Popeyes (the golden bbq with bacon & cheese) but after this disgusting experience I won't be ordering it again. Took 2 bites, couldn’t even finish the rest. Cold chicken & cold unmelted cheese is not very good. Super disappointed in today’s experience. Do better Popeyes, especially due to the fact you’re charging almost $10 for a single sandwich.

Terrible experience. Simply ringing in the order was unapologetically inept, and then we waited 15 minutes for food that had not been wrapped to go as requested. To cap off the experience, several parts of our order were simply missing. If you’re hungry, even if you’re starving, just keep driving.

Garbage service, can't reach anyone on the phone and when you do all the workers are rude cuz they got your order wrong?? Doesn't make since. I'd rather El Pollo loco over these clowns. Calling and still can't get thru, they leave u on hold then hang up and now the line is busy? Order online, huge mistake, giy didn't Eben follow directions to call me to open the gate. Slow service and the order taker asked for clarification 4 TIMES on whether I wanted tenders or boneless wings. When i asked for sweet and sour on the side she said that itd be 75 cents but they didnt even jave cups to serve it in. So, dry tenders it is. I had to wait for 25 minutes in drive through only to get no thank you at the window. We paid $16 for 3 tenders and 6 boneless wings and the tenders were paper thin. The wings were small and swimming in sauce. Not enough food for even a kid so we ended up eating pizza an hour later.

Drive thru: I asked if they could cook my chicken a bit longer, which it wasn't and when handed my bag all the sauce from the chickens spilled out onto my sister in the passenger seat. They just threw the black containers in the bag any kind of way and my sister did get mad and when we parked she had to clean herself and the passenger seat off from the sauce spilling out. They also forgot my 2 strawberry biscuits and replaced it with regular biscuits I wasn't refunded and I definitely won't go back. Very disappointed

Pulled into the Popeyes in Palmdale around 10:15 p.m., stomach growling, dreams of spicy chicken dancing in my head. I pull up to the order box, and boom, the robot voice hits me with, “This location is now closed.” No hello, no warning, just full shutdown. So I start to drive off, thinking, “Well, I guess it’s sleep for dinner.” But plot twist. I spot a car still sitting at the window. Suspicious. Another driver waves me down and says, “No, they’re not closed. He just took my order.” Oh, so we’re doing ghost hours now? I throw my car in reverse like I’m in a Fast & Furious deleted scene and pull back around. The first car vanishes into the night, I pull to the window, and then I get treated like I'm invisible. Five full minutes of straight-up avoidance. No eye contact. Just pure ignore-mode. Finally, someone strolls over and asks if I’m there for a pickup. I explain, “No, your AI just told me y’all were closed. Can I place an order here?” He responds with, “We’re not responsible for the AI.” Oh, cool. So now HAL 9000 runs the drive-thru and everyone’s acting like that’s totally normal. I ask if he can just take my order since, you know, their robot is the one who told me to leave. He says no. Just no. No sorry, no workaround, just vibes. Apparently, customer service is no longer part of the training video. I asked for the manager’s name. He said it’s Antonio. Then I drove off, hungry, frustrated, and questioning how we got here as a society. If you're going for food, maybe you’ll get lucky. But if you’re expecting anything close to kindness, basic logic, or common decency, bring snacks and low expectations. At this point, you might have a better shot getting service from the AI that told me to go home.

I just ordered 62$ worth of food tenders had no meat on it, shrimp smelt old and fishy, portion sides weren’t even full on the sides we got and they forgot a side but before we could even eat we threw it out because what i thought was pepper , their was ants ! THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER!!! I’m a that preferred to go from Lancaster to Palmdale for some chicken. I’m not the person to do no complains to any restaurant. But on February 1, I ordered and 10 pieces chicken order. With macaroni and mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. The gravy was 2 ounces, very little amount. I calmly asked for more didn’t even matter if I had to pay. The general manager gave me attitude and refused to help me. Once I was leaving the store the general manager started insulting a worker in front everyone in the store. I clearly asked for 12 wings with NO FLAVORS, JUST FRIED CHICKEN, AND NO RANCH. I GET MY FOOD AND RUN TO WORK. I WAS GIVEN SPICY SIGNATURE SAUCE AND I HATE THAT SAUCE WITH A PASSION. YOU RUINED MY ENTIRE LUNCH. HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE A CUSTOMER WINGS WITHOUT SAUCE. Presentation was terrible for the food too. They loaded the crab out of it with sauce. Looks like someone had diarrhea in the bag. It's repulsive. I asked for no flavors because of put my own Louisiana hot sauce on them. It's too expensive these days to be messing up on people's orders. And I'm tired of biting my tongue when you get my orders wrong. This is an honest review.

🥴My experience at this place was terrible. I recently moved from Torrance to Palmdale and was craving some chicken, so I decided to try this franchise after many years without visiting. From the start, everything went wrong. There was a homeless person outside the restaurant asking for money, which was uncomfortable. On top of that, they no longer take your order in person; you have to place it yourself on their touchscreens. I ordered a family pack of 12 pieces that cost $50, but to my surprise, I only received 3 breasts, and 9 wings. Although I asked to dine in, they packed it to go. They also didn’t give me ketchup or honey sauce, and they forgot to include plates , napkins and spoons. On top of that, I ordered a drink, but they didn’t give it to me, so I had to request it again. To make matters worse, I ordered spicy chicken, and they gave me regular. In short, it was a nightmare from start to finish. For $50, I’d much rather eat somewhere else. The service is terrible, and it’s not worth it.🫨

My family and I waited over an hour for food. When we finally arrived to the drive-thru window, the girl at the window almost forgot to give us our card back because she and her coworker were too busy goofing around. We were then told to wait 4 minutes out front for our order since our fries weren't ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes the same girl from the drive-thru claimed we had already gotten our order and asked us for our receipt as proof if we wanted our food- she never gave us our receipt. After going back and forth, we finally got our meal and drove home. After finally arriving home an hour later than expected, the fries we waited for weren't even in the bag. Neither were any of the side dishes and the sauces were wrong. We paid over $60 dollars just to receive an incomplete order and some horrible customer service.

Lot of wasted time for the drive true 25 minutes and they didn’t even have what I wanted then I asked for something different and same thing again they were out of that on top of that 25 minutes more when I ordered something else they took another 20 minutes more to get the food. Really disappointed.

I have been in this drive thru for over 30 minutes. They don't day is coming. Popeye prices are too high for this type of service. I could have made it at home quicker. I will never come back. I pulled in at 8:02 did not get my food till 8:45. I finally made it home to eat. The mango Lemonade horrible. Lemonade was sour. The Mango tea horrible. They just dumping syrup in a cup. I began to eat. Red beans and rice mushy and overcooked. My thigh had blood in eat and I am taking a picture and sending to the health department. The food had no seasoning. I would swear by Popeyes. I will not eat at any of their establishment again. Whoever running this place needs to stop by and see what it happening. I saw a staff full of people and nothing seemed to be getting done. I am so disappointed. I wasted 15.00

1 hour in the drive thru. 5 minutes at the speaker no one took my order or asked if I could give them a minute. Not one word. Cars moved up so I did too thinking the speaker was broken. Finally get to the window just to have the cashier ignore me. Never looked at the window, but kept walking by, making sodas. I’m sure 2nd employee was a manager and she came to the monitor and also didn’t come to the window or even look my way. After a few minutes I left. If I messed up for not ordering at the window at least tell me. Don’t be rude and ignore the costumer. Based on these reviews they need to hire better

There’s not much to share , this facility does not deserve even a 1. Havnt been here in about a year . Husband and I walked in waiting at the counter, associate said we don’t take orders here you need to use the kiosk, we were having trouble and no one asked if we need help. They were too busy laughing and carrying on in the back. We just walked out. Customer service is crappy.. We will never go there again.. this will fall on Deaf ears.

Got a bad breast on a breast and wing meal. The breast was old, deformed and half the size it is supposed to be! I asked for a new piece. The manager said no because I touched it??? I asked for a refund and the cashier got furious and through the entire meal in the trash even though I wanted to buy the beans and rice! The next time I came in the manager told be he refuses to serve me because I asked for a refund on one bad breast! This manager is on a power trim and needs to be fired! Imaging getting refused service because I wanted a refund for a bad piece of chicken after they refused to replace it?? Horrendous behavior! And I noticed there are hundreds of complaints and bad reviews for this store! And you can not speak to anyone at corporate! They are not interested in customers, only what they can get away with! Avoid Popeyes in Palmdale! ☠️☠️

This Popeyes is terrible the customer service is wack all year and some of last year they have messed up my order basically every time I go tonight I get a strawberry biscuit I get home its burnt I get shrimp tackle box or what ever it’s stale my strawberry lemonade is sugar over load I’m I really don’t see how corporate don’t know what’s going on at this point these workers need to be held accountable this is crazy this keeps happening

Whomever is working drive thru on 11/2/24 at 2PM needs to change their way of operations. A customer shouldn’t have to wait in drive thru 30 min - 1 Hour just to have their order taken. I’ve never experienced this at any establishment. I’d recommend to this location to have an order taken and then to park the customer to wait if the food is still being made. I witnessed several customers angry and yelling in front of me due to lack of communication from drive thru employee.

They will never answer the phone. 3 rings and voice mail. So you can't contact them directly about any questions...prior to ordering....OR screwed up orders for pick up.

We ordered online on the app and waited over an hour in line in the drive thru just for them to say that our mobile order wasn’t in their system. They told us we could wait inside so we did just to wait another 15 minutes. When we complained about having to wait for so long, they looked as if they could care less about solving our issue. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and embarrassed me in front of the whole restaurant. I’m beyond pissed, and I barely even ordered anything. All this wait for just 2 chicken sandwiches.

My last three visits with this particular Popeyes has been the worst experience ever. I’ve used this Popeyes since they opened a long time ago and over the last year or two the service and food quality has gone down. The chicken has zero flavor and always seems to taste old. If I get fresh chicken it’s been extremely greasy. It’s a shame to say but I won’t be giving them my business anymore.

You see popeyes has a big point system the more you buy you get the point, no pun intended, well I had accumulated 1500 points & thought lets order a fried Chicken sandwich & what I got was unpleasant. Tired of 90% of FAST FOOD Co. & The Commercials ( they have artist make it look pretty ) & the big posters of what your food is going to look like & what you get look nothing like the the Commercials are saleing us. Now doesn't that fall under false advertising & as I heard Taco bell & another restaurant a burger place have a lawsuits for this same reason. I've eaten at popeyes for decades & loved that fried chicken. Well after that I stopped going. The picture speaks a millions times for itself.

Drove an hour here after work (i work an hour away from home) and my food was not ready even though I ordered ahead through app. In fact the manager said order never received to store but took my money from bank account and sent a receipt to my email. Manager was very rude because the store was very busy. Ended up leaving with my food almost an hour later smh but she gave me the wrong order. I just kept it cause I was tired from working and waiting around in the store. I just wanted to go home and not have to deal with poor customer service from a so called manager.

Manager super rude - the rest of the employees were nice helping out and This lady telling me the lobby was closed even though I was being help out already and the doors were open and no sign on the doors - shouldn’t be a manager with that attitude - don’t recommend this place at night ( wish I got her name ) just use drive through or go to another location if you really want Popeyes . She just came to the front to tell me that and left - wow .

Worst experience ever today. We hand place an order through the mobile app. I was sent a receipt to my email. I had the order on my order history from the mobile app and my husband bank transaction of purchase. Date, time etc.. we go inside to pick up order because it said it was ready. And then we’re being told that there is no order under the name we had our order in. We show proof of the payment going through, the order history and the receipt that had got sent to my email. Manger decides to call who knows who starts ignoring us all the other employees not helpful at all. I had ask one of the employees for manager name I was denied the information. Very rude and unprofessional. What type of manager goes and hides in the office to avoid the issue. I just don’t understand how Popeyes hired her as a manger if she has no type of management experience or not able to work under pressure. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I think that’s embarrassing to have someone like that in charge or presenting the company. I reported it to the corporate office hoping they will do something. It’s so ridiculous.. I wasn’t even caring about not being able to get the food. I was just asking something in writhing that they couldn’t give is our order that we paid for due to it not showing in their system. Because I don’t know if it was giving to someone else and that’s why nothing was showing. We were just trying to make sure we would get our refund with no problem. So when I ask the manager she said oh no we can give you anything. “WOW”.. it was just a nightmare with manager Kelly and the 2 other employees.. and not even one apology from manger at all. 😡

35mins waiting at the drive through 11 cars behind me waiting. If we the clients who purchase food from Popeyes are to wait for the food to be handed after purchase in addition to waiting a long time I believe out of common sense and respect to hand the food hot ! Not cold ..... In my opinion it's ridiculous that the kitchen seemed over staffed and my food was cold . Terrible service, paid an extra 5.67 to up grade 3 thighs to 3 breast but I received 3 thighs and this is after I asked the associate to confirm I received the upgrade. He looked at my receipt and said yes. Of its on the receipt which it is you will receive what you ordered. To make matters worse they're customer service is a bot and offered me two free biscuits. WT?... I prefer to get a refund but there isn't any real customer service. If employees are going to lie to your face then Popeyes lost a customers of 40 years loyalty. It's better to cook at home nowadays.

Terrible customer service. Still trying to have my order, that I payed for via the app in advance, but didn't take, refunded. Staff created an issue, weren't willing to correct it, then expected the customer to be concerned with their Drive thur line. Which I was STILL considerate enough to care about because I didn't want the people behind me to continue to be held up, because of the staff. Smdh horrible horrible horrible. I recently visited this Popeyes location and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a specific meal but ended up receiving the wrong food. The staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue, and when I tried to explain what happened, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This is unacceptable for a fast-food chain that prides itself on quality and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for 3 tenders, one was raw. I know accidents happen so I called to ask for a refund (not a remake, I was grossed out) and offered to show pictures. They said I needed to bring in the actual chicken in order for a refund that the picture won’t help me. I told him I had already thrown it away. And he told me no I need to show him the actual chicken. I told him “so I have to dig it out to get my refund” he said yes. So i dug it out of the trash just to follow their policy.When I got there, they tried to remake the order. I explained again that I didn’t want more food only just a refund. The employee responded sarcastically: “You want a refund over one tender?” I told him yup I could’ve gotten sick, and you made me dig in out of the trash to prove it. How is that my fault. What really pushed it over the edge? The cook didn’t even wash his hands after handling the raw chicken. Disrespectful, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. I would have been happy with just the refund and went on with my day but nope I'm here wasting my time writing a review.

I decided on Popeye's because my wife wanted chicken. I go through the drive thru and it takes a little bit. Get to the menu board and provide the coupon code for my menu. I mentioned using EBT food and was told they could host provide me service through the drive thru I pulled up to the window and she introduced herself. I explain my situation and she is unwilling to be flexible. Gresia is the "Shift Leader Manager" as she states while I'm in the lobby. Threatened with refusal of service. It's not rude to point out policy gaps and things being obtuse. Refused to accept my payment method (even if EBT) through the drive thru. The signs are not placed in a clear location when other vehicles are present. This needs to be placed higher with better visibility. Manager was being unreasonable. Sticking to "policy" and staying that I am welcome to come into the lobby and use the kiosk. If the manager has to ring the order up on a drive thru computer anyways (which what happened last time) and also had to use a hand held device to process the payment, then there should be no reason why if they are willing to make an exception when I mentioned my disability that they couldn't have done it without. Maybe not everyone wants to mention that they have a disability and it makes them feel less than when they have to. I spoke with her one more time and her reasoning is that they are separate systems. This is true but it's not unreasonable as you'd do the same thing if someone was in the lobby or as you mentioned you could do if someone has a disability. This is poor management and a bad policy. I hope someone reaches out to me because this is not the experience you want as a review. Photo shows sign is visible when there are no cars but the moment there is a car waiting to get into the drive-thru, then it's not visible or hard to see as this was my experience. UPDATE: Spoke with the GM.

Had to wait a long time in line, was hoping to get fresh and hot spicy chicken, my chicken was barley warm all dry up like it had been sitting for hours, you figure your busy, your chicken would be coming out as is ready for order. Very disappointing. Have been calling and no answer. What is going on you can't even let a manager know about the experience.

Its crazy to buy a 16 piece meal with 3 large sides and receive half empty sides. This was a small portion for 2 people. Zero resolution from the store. Zero resolution from the corporate AI chat bots. Is this what I paid for??

This location use to be good but it has gone hill. I recommend that no one visits this location first thing in the morning because I did. I feel that this location is serving food from the day before because of the quality most of the pieces of chicken were very old and dry from the day before that's what it seems like as well as the biscuits. When I did speak to the manager about it I was told that they don't have any other food made yet. I will not be going back to this location again that is the second time and I would recommend that no one else goes there as well.
