Loving Cup San Francisco Reviews
I ordered a nonfat yogurt blueberry dream and a petite prairie pizza. Both of them was delicious at raisonnable prices compared to the competition. I’ll definitely be back.
Veggie garden pizza great price must try
This place is small and clean. You can find a lot of options for everyone. In addition, the service is great. Nestor was the employee who helped me and my family and was helpful and patient explaining all the options. I got a salty dog and i tough it was delicious, I can't wait to come back!
$7 pizza. $5 ice cream. In SF… a steal!
Delicious! Plenty of topping options. Staff was kind and place is in a nice location. Limited inside seating available.
Wholesome and delicious describe the yogurt! It tastes like something that you would make at home if you had the know-how or the time. I had the banana-based yogurt with almond butter. Yum!

I had a long wait for the bus so I decided to try this. I got the Cruncy Cereal flavor and it was delicious. The flavor and textures were fantastic. The person who helped me was very kind. I'm rarely in the neighborhood but I highly recommend stopping by for a cool treat!
Visited here on vacation after stopping by the painted ladies and following where people with ice cream cups were coming from. The frozen yogurt here was just ok -- it lacked some flavor, which made sense after I learned it was nonfat. On a whim my partner and I decided to get a pizza as a pre-dinner pick me up. We got the fig and goat cheese one, and WOWWWW!!!! It swept me off my feet. It was so creamy and salty with delicious sweet notes of honey and fig. I'm from Chicago but this was still one of my favorite pizzas I've ever eaten! And this was so affordable for San Fransisco compared to the other places we ate at. There's not really room to eat there but its so good for takeout.
Very nice frozen yogurt! Brownie obsession flavor is wonderful !
Absolutely the best! In taste, service, and quality.
Get the vegan vanilla froyo with almond butter and chocolate chips, trust me! Great service, nice guys!

Absolutely understand all the comments that have been made about service and atmosphere: can be very variable from one day to the next Also understand the underlying fake vanilla flavor that could be improved : same fake vanilla flavor than you find in protein shakes => I would rather have a natural yogurt flavor Overall really great ice creams and I have been lucky to have great service most of the time ! This is take out only, the dine in is super small
Froyo that tastes like an ice cream sundae! I was waiting in line for a show at The Independent. We had been planning to get the Greek frozen yogurt from Souvla but it was temporarily closed, so I was craving a good froyo all afternoon. I noticed Loving Cup nearby and the line still wasn't moving, so I scrambled over really quickly. I got a small size of the breakfast cereal, and it was divine. The cereal was embedded into the froyo for a nutty grainy base, which was well complemented by a generous caramel drizzle. Notes: - All the froyo is freshly prepared with a machine that crunches the ice - Small size is ~$7 after tax/tip. Not a cheap snack but standard in SF - They sell bottled water too for $2 - Bathroom available - Friendly and efficient - Limited seating with a few stools inside next to the window - Vintage lightbulb ice cream sign behind the counter makes a great backdrop for food photos I inhaled my breakfast cereal froyo for fear that the line would move. I was quite satisfied but very cold afterwards. (SF problems)
Long wait. Kind of worth it... This little joint felt a bit understaffed but I'm never in too much of a hurry if I can help it Wenchie and I went here on a whim one winter night. We found ourselves at the end of a long line. A single employee was working the counter with calm efficiency. After about 20 minutes, the goodies were ours. If you, like me, are a peanut butter fiend, get the chocolate yogurt with the PB incorporated. It adds a much-needed layer of richness to what is, otherwise, just milky, icy sweetness.
Came here and then went to the Emporium afterward to eat the froyo. Good: - The large size is perfect for sharing - Nice staff and you get your order super fast - The lone wolf flavor was great, and I liked how it had some crunchy things inside - Really cute clean interior Bad: - Not much seating inside Overall would come back! The dessert hit the spot.
Yummy frozen yogurt. Clerk was super nice. Also price is decent for the amount of ice cream, maybe a little expensive. I don’t remember my exact flavor but it was chocolate, almond butter and heath bar

A tasty fro-yo! Had the monster cookie flavor (vanilla base with Oreos and cookie dough). Delicious but a little on the sweet side for me. Next time I think I'll try a flavor with fewer mix-ins so I can get more of the flavor from the base. Quick service. Good spot for grab-and-go. Only thing that hold me back from 5-stars is the price seems to keep going up. A small is now almost $6.
Staff member was super friendly and kindly explained the customizable concept of the made to order frozen yogurt. A wide range of options with infinite flavor combinations! Lessons from flavor combinations tried by our group: the banana base has a great strong banana flavor, pieces of fruit that get incorporated are blended so felt like they got lost in a chocolate base. Reasonably priced when compared to similar alternatives and service was efficient. Small seating area inside so mostly a grab and go kind of shop.
margherita pizza $6.95! very good!! froyo is good but did not blow my mind! fun tot try with the mix ins!

Tried strawberry raspberry and dirty hipster. Wish the yogurt was a bit more creamy. If you’ve ever tried Yogen Fruz, I do prefer that over this.
I stopped by after some nearby BBQ to try this out because I LOVE sweet things after a meal. It was $5 for a small of the Mango Dream (vanilla base with mangoes mixed in) flavor with add-ins. Portion size could have been better, but watching them make the dessert was really interesting! They only had one mixer going at the time, but it didn't take long for our order to come out. Staff was a bit lukewarm and seemed tired, so they were not really doing a great job with recommending flavors or showing any kind of enthusiasm at being there. Unfortunately, the Mango Dream did NOT taste that much like mangoes at all. I could certainly see the small chunks and feel them in the spoonfuls I ate, but just really did not taste them. Unfortunate! Truly it was a mango dream -- because I was still dreaming of the mangoes that this cup did not deliver into reality. If I was in the area again and craving something sweet, I'd go elsewhere for better quality ice cream and friendlier staff.

Edit: This review was 5 stars. (See below)* but after today, I'm taking that down to 3 stars as of April 18, 2022. The fro-yo tastes nice but today had some issues. I noticed the medium was much smaller than normal. I usually get the same thing with no mix ins and most of the time it's the right size even if some yogurt is left out of the middle. Today it didn't even fill the cup. I asked why it was so small today and the person gave me some nonsense about mix ins. Like, the person I was with had a small that looked normal (which made it larger than mine lol) and I went to the trouble of trying to address my problem with them. Instead of fixing it, they just sent me on my way. Then I found a bunch of mix ins at the bottom of my cup as if the machine hadn't been cleaned properly in between. If I keep having problems here, I'm going to move the rating down again and frequent a different establishment. This place is expensive and it's silly to have these problems. 3 stars. *The fro-yo is delicious and the service is exceptionally fast and professional. 5 stars. 10/10 Would recommend!
I've been going there so many times ordering vanilla w chic cookie dough. A couple employees explained why there were very little actual cookie dough in my order. I believed them. Yesterday I had a different employee make my order. So surprised that yesterday there were a lot of cookie dough pieces in my order.

I order online, and got a completely different order, I tried calling for a refund and their phone doesn't even work. The yogurt was overpriced and literally air. Disgusting.
