Miski Coffe Santo Domingo Reviews
Romantic atmosphere and delicious food, great cocktails, attentive service, not noisy with beautiful background music, Italian cuisine. Minestrone was super tasty. Pasta with seafood good. Rise in Risotto was a little bit not ready. The portions are big like in America, so, maybe main course or a starter will be enough.
Nice and elegant Restaurant! The food is just delicious. Great service 💯
A beautiful colonial restaurant bar cafe , with a spacious internal arrangement, multiple function areas and a hacienda type of garden. The food was also well prepared and drinks are in abundance. There are standard dishes and specials for dinner. The staff where very polite, professional while remaining friendly and easy to talk too. We got good tips on other places to visit and special cocktails not on the menu by talking to the barmaid. I thing there are nights they play live music, not sure when or how to find out but it would be an amazing experience to have a live band in such a setting. I personally loved the ceiling fans that cool the place and add to the character.
The beautiful ambiance of this restaurant is just the beginning. The food is also incredible. I highly recommend the Risotto with curry and shrimp, and the Cordon Blue was the best I've tried. The Fresa Frozen was incredibly fresh, and the crème brûelé was a delight. Service was marvelous as well. Definitely deserves a 5 star, and is a must to visit for a special dinner. All meals come with bread before and a creamy garlic butter. Bathrooms are clean, restaurant has seating inside as well as under the stars.
I had a delicious lunch here yesterday afternoon. Sat inside towards the back and enjoyed prosciutto & mozzarella with basil and freshly baked bread. It was still warm from the oven. This was followed by penne with porcini mushrooms in a cream sauce . Do check it out..
I would have to say that service was splendid friendly and very accommodating. I would come back many times only for this reason. Now,food is fantastic. A great experience very well round up

We had a good lunch here. Recommend the octopus and the shrimp. We loved the burrata and the breads they brought with it. Their tiramisu was very average. Service was friendly but slow.

Very good Italian food. A bit pricy, but well worth the money. Nice ambience
Attention and ambiance was good, but the food was too salty. Price is good, not cheap, not expensive.

We were the only customer there. The food was ok!

Stuffy and pretentious atmosphere, staff that seemed ambivalent (at best), and gummy ravioli. That said, the restaurant is beautiful and most of the food was pretty good. Overall, though, despite being the "best" restaurant we've been to in Santo Domingo, it was the least enjoyable eating experience and least exiting food that we had here. Save this place for when you're going on a date and want to appear cultured.

Very nice atmosphere, but has some issues. The place was overIy expensive for the food they served, at those prices you expect food to be great. I ordered Lingunni Pescatore, some of the ingridients where not fresh; my partner ordered Gamberi and they looked liked frozen and besides that they came out cold, not fresh and very tasteless, her plate included tapioca which they procceeded to substitute with potato, after we complained they offered to bring some Spinach Raviolly and it came out freezer cold in the inside. Seriously not worth it.

There's a rude caucasian woman who sometimes greets customers when they enter. Now I understand why there were only two couples in the restaurant the whole time I was there. This is a real review.....I've had way better food at way better price with a way better staff and door greeter. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The food is overly priced and not worth it. There are a lot of places you can visit with a much friendlier door person all over Santo Domingo and better food at reasonable prices.
The wait staff were excellent....the woman that greets people at the door is a racist with no manners and no respect. She is a caucasian woman with a head piece in her ear. The food was expensive for the portion size. I will not be returning there ever again.
I don't know why Google would list this bar as a Cheap Drinks suggestion when La Briciola doesn't offer affordable drinks. I am unaware of any happy hour or drink specials here. Not good, Google maps!
