Starbucks Spring Reviews
My sister and I went to this store and ordered the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Breakfast Sandwich. The food and service were wonderful and tasty. The atmosphere was that there were many people in there is because it was the weekend, long line for people to use the bathroom, to order and pay, and others.
It gets pretty busy so sometimes there aren’t enough seats, but the service is great and the coffee is delicious. Baristas are very friendly!
i dont go to starbucks but came in to use a giftcard i received. vaughn at the register was so nice and interactive😊
Service was great, plenty of seating, drinks were hot and delicious.
My favorite Starbucks. Kind, fast, they deserve a raise, or a bonus. I’ve seen them serving lines of people back to back. Still always maintained class, always clean.
This location is one of my favorite Starbucks in NYC! The baristas are always friendly, the service is fast even during busy hours, and the store is super clean. Great spot to grab a quick coffee or sit and work for a bit. Definitely recommend the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso here!
This is a great Starbucks location! The space is clean, spacious, and modern. Pros: The bakery is fully stocked, including the cold pressed drinks. The workers are fast and friendly. Cons: No easy access parking before 6 pm. Limited in store seating due to tons of people planted for the day. Overall, definitely worth a trip if you are in the area and need a refresher!
Starbucks knows how to deliver a consistent cup of good to great coffee. This store is big and airy, high ceilings and lots of windows. Seating is not only good, but really well done. Decent amount of electrical outlets to recharge your devise of choice. It does fill up fast. A nice mix of locals and tourists. The staff is the real story. They're good, very good. Not just smile and engage, but helpful and insightful. They know the products well. I find that very reassuring. Have you ever had that feeling you were being mistaken for a celebrity or VIP? I've had that feeling on a number of visits. When I watched more closely, they were treating everyone that way. That goes a long way in NYC
We have been working from home since last year so we haven’t visited this location in a while. The decor is cozy and wide-spaced after its renovation during the pandemic. We were there for their 50 years anniversary special blend, which is a retro blend from 25 years ago. There is a couple of things in this collection but we only got the beans. The smell is refreshing and we can’t wait to try it at home.
The person at the register , Pauline, needs to work on her customer service . Very rude , very dismissive . She told me they were out of oatmilk even though the person on bar let me know it was still in stock. During the interaction , she was very condescending, and had an attitude. Would not recommend coming back if you’re ordering in person. Cute interior !
SHORT STAFFED Here on a Friday Morning there’s 3 baristas and one person in the kitchen the screen is FULL of names I received my food almost immediately after mobile ordering but ended up leaving because I was going to be late for work I walked to work clocked in came back and my drink is still not ready after 15 min
Everything was great until I had to use the bathroom. All three stalls were covered in wetnesss and old paper. There was zero toilet paper so a kind woman was handing out tissues to other women. I went to a barista to tell him. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes and ignored me. I asked for the manager and he said he was the shift supervisor and gave me the name Jayden. I get it’s a busy cafe but toilet paper and restroom cleanliness is kind of important
About two weeks ago, I ordered a gingerbread chai with almond milk due to my lactose intolerance. Twenty-five minutes later, I experienced nausea and diarrhea, indicating that the drink was definitely not prepared with almond milk.
I ordered an ice coffee with a light splash of milk. I get milk with a splash of coffee. I ask for it to get redone. Because I am in a rush to work I’m thinking what I receive is the correct coffee. I’m given the same coffee, and as I was because I’m late to work. I’m told with a smirk oh no that’s the same coffee. It was sly and unacceptable behavior.
Restrooms are closed even for customers. How can a coffee place close their restroom just because they don’t want to do any extra job by closing the restroom for customers. Unacceptable. Also they kept moving the trash using the front door and passing by all the customers who are drinking their coffee, which is a well known fact that is a violation of health code in restaurants and coffee shops.
Moved to NYC 2 weeks ago and have only had local coffee which I haven’t been a fan of. Typically I drink 2-3 cups of coffee per day and typically a breakfast sandwich. Today I finally found a Starbucks and while the people were friendly and the coffee great the layer of customer service they failed in was in my breakfast sandwich. I was handed a smashed double bacon sandwich that was uneven and from the way the young man was holding it i see why it was smashed. Love Starbucks but my excitement for finnaly finding one in the city was ruined by a smashed sandwich.
It was by far the worst Starbucks, I have ever been to. It was so filthy to the point of unsanitary. I literally almost walked even after I ordered and bought a coffee. It was disgusting. It needs to be managed better but I would assume that HQ would Be appalled by the messy, dirty and unkept environment.
