Service was good, staff was nice. Food was also pretty good. We had no complaints with this location. Parking is all on one side of this location and rather small, there is extra parking in another area across from the main parking lot. Chili's is one of those places that always has something for everyone on the menu. Would definitely go back.

Went today to order a chicken alfredo and it was omg delicious and very well presented. I hadn’t been in a while it was quite different from the last time i went, not sure if they are under new management, but whatever has taken place please keep it up!! I will come every week if the food keeps coming like this

Great spot we stopped at visiting family. Staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and we got fajitas and queso 😋 would definitely recommend going here.

I haven’t been to a chilis in forever but this one looked nice so I stopped in. they kind of upgraded I’m not gonna lie. the food was good and the interior of the place was really nice. I received really good service from Julie. she was very kind, attentive, and entertaining. I’d go again

Warm, inviting atmosphere surrounded by a friendly bar and tvs around the restaurant to keep up with college football as one travels during a rainy Saturday. There were friendly servers that provided food the quickest I have ever been served. Very clean restaurant. A good place to rest and eat.

I recently visited Chili's Grill & Bar in West Little Rock with friends and had a blast. The restaurant was bustling and loud, but the energetic atmosphere only added to our fun. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. We left feeling satisfied and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a lively spot to grab a bite with friends, Chili's is a great choice.

Ordered online and food was ready and hot when I arrived. Inside was clean and nicely decorated. All of the staff was nice and wore friendly smiles. We walked to the back to the "To Go" area and picked up our food. We ordered the Triple Dipper which had big mouth bites (hamburger sliders), mango-habanero wings, and chicken tenders. We also ordered chicken enchilada soup, southwest chicken soup, Texas cheese fries, and the Cajun chicken pasta. The food was pretty good. The only complaint is the chicken in the pasta was a little dry and we wished there were more dipping sauce options for the wings and chicken tenders.

I had the 3 For Me deal yesterday and tried the Big QP Burger. It looks like a McD's quarter pounder but didn't taste anything like one. Honestly I like the McD burger better. I love Chili's food. But the service at this location tends to be pretty terrible. Last time I went, I stood just inside the front doors with some other people, and even more folks coming in. We all stood there several minutes. Waiters would glance over at us, but never said a word. No one acknowledged we were waiting, so eventually I left and went elsewhere. I've had one or two times with decent service, but almost always, it's really not good, and you wait forever to be seated and for the food. I think I'm finally giving up on this location, which breaks my heart, because I used to eat Chili's several times a week. Times are changing I suppose.

30+ minute wait for our food after ordering with only 2 or 3 other guests in the entire restaurant. While we watched one seemingly ill or intoxicated employee knock over things, then lay on the bench near entrance until departure. Another server rudely stated they dropped our food in the kitchen and had to remake it with no apology or compensation offer.Only to bring the completely wrong order that we accepted - to go just to get out of there after such poor customer service...

This was our 2nd visit at this location - both times we went for late afternoon (pre-rush) drinks and apps - as we wanted to give it another shot after our first visit was disappointing, but it’s officially on our DNR list. The biggest and most glaring problem - both times - is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash and food crumbs littered across the floor (under tables, in the aisles, under the bar chairs), dirty tables everywhere, and we could hear our feet sticking to the floor when we walked. The visit prior to this one, there was feces smeared in the men’s bathroom, and we made our server (the bartender) aware, but we never saw anyone go in the restroom to clean it; instead, multiple people walked out disgusted and talking about it. We sat at the bar, and the service was prompt and friendly, but the first 3 things we ordered drink-wise weren’t available because the bartender said they were waiting on their delivery and “out of a lot of beer and liquor”. Then, the first beer we successfully ordered was half full because our server said they ran out so “it’s on the house”. We’d love to love it here, if for nothing else than the location and the friendly service, but we wouldn’t return due to the cleanliness alone. It’s hard to get past that to even discuss any other aspects.

The servers are always wonderful here, but unfortunately everything else is a miss. I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times- and each time it's been a let down. It's unacceptable to wait almost an hour for JUST an appetizer. It's even more unacceptable to wait even longer to receive a simple hamburger... My server kept having to apologize to me for the wait! Why should she? It's not her fault that the cooks here still haven't figured out how to finish an order in a timely manner! It's been like this each time. Not to mention the cleanliness issue with a lot of the tables, either. And don't bother talking with management about any issues you faced with your dining experience, because he'll just give you a weird attitude and talk down to you... Sorry for being a paying customer, I guess. Surreal and utterly disappointing.

I'm giving this Chili's two stars SOLELY because the food was warm and tasted good. Everything else about my experience here was not great - we had possibly the slowest service weve had at any restaurant ever. We were there at 8 pm on a Thursday so there weren't many people to begin with, but what should have been a 1 hour visit took 3 full hours. Listen, I have total sympathy for wait staff - it's a hard job, and people are rude. But all I'm asking is they don't disappear for 20-30 minutes straight and leave all the tables in their section completely unattended. I also have to mention that our entire table that day was vegetarian, and our waiter refused to be more flexible about adjusting the 2 for 10 deal to be vegetarian friendly since every single item on there had meat in it. I don't believe any of our waters were refilled in the entire 3 hours we were there. One of us had to go inquire in the kitchen why our dessert was taking so long to come out in a nearly empty restaurant. He also acted like it was an inconvenience when 2 of us wanted to pay with gift cards. I dunno man, maybe this was just a waiter having a bad day or something. I wouldn't have been this upset if someone had asked us if we were doing ok just once in those 3 hours, but they didn't. 🤷‍♀️ The food was good tho!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very concerning experience I had at one of your Chili’s locations while dining with my young son. Before even being seated, I stood at the front entrance for approximately five minutes while multiple servers and a bartender made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge or seat us. I was preparing to leave when someone finally approached and seated us. While the host did get our drinks, it still took additional time for our server to come to the table. When our server arrived, I clearly and specifically ordered veggie burgers for both my son and myself. Despite this, we were served regular beef burgers. We sent the food back, and it took an extended amount of time for the correct meals to be prepared. I remained patient throughout the process. After finally receiving the correct food, we began eating. My son was still actively eating and playing a game on the in-restaurant console when I proceeded to pay the bill. Immediately after my payment went through, we were abruptly rushed to pack up our belongings, put my son’s unfinished meal into a to-go container, stop his activity, and leave the restaurant. Only at that moment were we informed that there was a gas leak, and we were told to exit as the fire department was arriving. My primary concern is not just the rushed exit — it is the fact that no guests were informed of the gas leak at any point prior to the fire department’s arrival. We were not notified when the issue was discovered, when the call was made, or given any opportunity to make an informed decision about our safety. This placed my life, my son’s life, and the lives of everyone in the restaurant at risk. This was a failure in communication, safety protocol, and guest care. A gas leak is a serious hazard, and withholding that information until the last possible moment is unacceptable. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed seriously, including: Why guests were not informed immediately What safety protocols are in place for gas-related emergencies How this situation was allowed to escalate without transparency I expect a response addressing these concerns and outlining what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Lastly I would like to be refunded for my meal as we were not able to enjoy our evening AT ALL

So last week my daughter went to chilis pine bluff. She ordered a drink, and triple dippers. When she got her drink it had a hair in it. She called the waitress over and told her about the hair asked for her to remake it. The waitress says sure I will get you another glass. She then proceeds to the bar, pours the same drink into another glass, and brings it back to my daughter. So after close inspection my daughter calls her back over bc the hair is still there. So the waitress looks and pulls the hair out of the drink saying idk where these are coming from and hands the drink back to my daughter expecting her to drink it!!!! My daughter says ummmm, no you keep this and take it off my ticket. Then when her entree comes she takes the top bun off of the big mouth bite, and there is a bite taken out of the patty!!! People please inspect food and drinks at chilis pine bluff if you choose to eat there. They made her pay for her food with no comp whatsoever. I wish she would've called me while she was there but I'm just hearing about this.

I’m a clean eater and had planned to order from the lighter side of the menu, but none of the options were available — no Caesar salad, no chili, and not even queso. My mom ordered nachos, but they were out of queso, so she asked for ranch instead. The food was mediocre, and the staff were rude and dismissive when we asked about the missing items. Their attitude made the experience even worse. I ended up settling for an overpriced bowl of soup and left still hungry — it felt like I’d only eaten a snack. This location clearly has issues with inventory and customer service. I hope management addresses these problems, but we won’t be returning. Furthermore, for the funky response: Subject: Formal Complaint – Disrespectful Response and Poor Service at Chili’s West Markham, Little Rock Dear Chili’s Corporate Team, I am writing to formally report a disappointing and unprofessional experience at your West Markham location in Little Rock, Arkansas. My mother and I visited recently and were met with both poor service and a lack of available menu items. As a clean eater, I had planned to order from the lighter side of the menu, but none of those options were available — no Caesar salad, no chili, and not even queso. My mother ordered nachos and was told queso was unavailable, so she asked for ranch instead. The food was mediocre, and the staff were dismissive and rude when we asked simple questions about the missing items. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Chili's. Sarah our waitress was the only bright spot. She was amazing. We ordered an appetizer but never got it. Our salads were given to us along with plastic silverware that was melted. Our food came out and we specifically asked for real silverware which we received that was still dirty. We over paid for our dinner. The women's restroom was disgusting and smelled horrible. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I work in retail and understand employee shortages everywhere but this was beyond that.
