Was just passing thru town... great service... AWESOME FOOD... will definitely be my lunch stop on the way back thru!! My bacon cheeseburger was truly juicy and don't get me started on those humongous onion rings!!! Great job Jucy team!

We usually love Jucy’s but tonight not so much. The food was lukewarm, the ketchup was soured and pickles were on the grilled chicken even though my husband specifically said no pickles. Very disappointed!!

I usually don't do many reviews but this was just crazy to me. I placed a order to go at 4:51 pm i was told the order would be ready in 10 to 15 mins. I walked out with my food at 5:31.. 40 mins waiting for my food. I heard just waiting on a potato 3 times for my order from the kitchen staff while my other food just sat there. The what im guessing is the manager in duty walks over to the door and proceed to yell out in front of my husband at an employee walking in about how his shift was 4to 7 not 5to 8. Then walked by my numerous times just drinking a soda and never acknowledged me there or me waiting obviously getting annoyed. Then goes to argue w the employee right in front of me. I normally have no issues at this location what so ever. I love yhe food. But this was just to much for me tonight and I didnt appreciate it at all!

Great food but the time if service was 49 minutes for a melt and a chicken sandwich, 14 over what we were told, for the price I wasn't impressed, probably won't go back

I go here for breakfast sometimes. There are mornings that I am the only car in the whole place and I still have to wait for a bacon biscuit...and it isn't fresh, so I don't understand. I still go but not as often as I did. I like to go because they are good, or at least they are on Saturdays and Sundays, but not for breakfast or lunch during the week. It is kind of ridiculous for the wait time especially if you are the only customer.

I ordered online and first, there was no kind of gravy on a hamburger steak, second there were no utensils to eat with. It came with a salad and the little thing of beans you get for free when requested but no utensils to eat the meal with. Maybe I'm Southern but a hamburger steak every place I have ordered in the state of Texas has always come with gravy?

Im highly allergic to tomatoes so I carry an epipen with me. Everytime I come here i tell them about my allergy but they always bring me tomatoes. If you have allergies eat here at your own risk. They do not read tickets in kitchen.

We ordered a hamburger steak dinner, got home had no french fries in one, we didn't get our salads. I called the manager and the manager said he would refund one of the dinners because we would have to drive back to town. Get what we didn't get. I said it wasn't worth the gas very disappointed

I was very unhappy with my visit. I was trying to take my mother out for breakfast, i should have just cooked at home. I ordered the food and waited almost 25 mins before someone noticed that we didn't have our food yet. They tried to give me the food that was in the window that was sitting for over 15 mins. I asked if it could be remade bc I don't want cold eggs,sausage and potatoes. That's not what I paid $25.00 for. And the biscuit was so hard it could be used as a weapon. Long story short. Nothing was remade. Just put on another plate and I was offered toast to replace biscuit since breakfast was 5 mins from being over. One of the reasons I don't like eating at places I don't go to on regular. I will never stop here again. First impressions are still important. And with all the products out for flies Zevo & Stem get something for the flies. Can't attempt to eat for swatting at flies. Tyler Tx has the best Jucys on 5th St.! Customer service is exceptional! Definitely can't go by the name of restaurant I see it varies by location. Update: I received a call from a nice lady named Rebecca, sorry if spelled another way. She asked me to tell her why I was dissatisfied witg my service and I explained. She was understanding of the issue and decided to giive me a gift card for the amount I spent so at another time I could give the establishment another try. I appreciate Rebecca for being a awesome Manager and rectifying the issue the best she could. I will take the opportunity to try it again. 🤞 Will update soon....

I’ve only been to this exact Jucy’s two times now. The first time I went, I chose to dine in. I got the Chipotle Avocado chicken sandwich. After I got my food the sandwich was missing things I had specifically asked for. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over it so of course I ate it as it was, the sandwich was great!! However, I decided to go through the drive through tonight. 1/3/25. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I ordered my food at about 8:20pm. I sat in line behind one vehicle up until 9:01pm when I paid. I had ordered the Hamburger all the veggies, mayo, mus, & ketchup. After I paid for my order, I waited for another 5 minutes before I received my food. The young woman at the window did apologize for the wait. I do understand how they could’ve been a little busy. The one thing that really irritated me was the fact that I received nothing I asked for on my Hamburger, I barely got Mayo. I had to wait in line for the amount of time I did & could not even get what I simply asked for!! I will not come back & spend my money here if I can’t get a decent looking sandwich/burger.
