Go here basically 2-3 times a week. Line always moves pretty quickly. On the occasion that they mess up my drink they always give me a free one. Ordering online through the app always works perfect.
I love my local starbucks. They remember my order and write cute messages on my cup.
This is one of my favorite locations to visit! Everyone here is so kind and it makes getting a drink 100% times better. (They also always make my drink perfectly).
This Starbucks is one of the best and most consistent. Their frozen drinks are always the best blended and I love their pup cups for my 3 floofs!
As my house is getting remodeled I’ve found this Starbucks being my second home. The staff all remembers my name, order and have big smiles every time I go there. Truly a top notch restaurant with a top notch staff!
I can't say enough good things about the staff here! Friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bright spot of my day every time I stop by is the kindness extended to me by their staff members. 🥰
I just want to shout out Ashley. She really made my day brighter today with her kindness! Thank you
Starbucks in American Fork was very helpful. I saw a specific drink on their website I wanted. Even though, he was not sure what it was he was willing to read the description. He was able to make the drink I wanted and told me how I can order it in the future. The Starbucks in Pleasant Grove just argued with me and tried to make me something I didn't want or in the wrong size.
There a really kind young lady that always greets me with a smile and even tho she’s got a mask on I can see it in her eyes. And even when it’s soooo busy, she always keeps focusing on the people or what I need. Her name is jacey and she is a really great example of customer service.
So I ordered a tall quad shot sugar free cinnamon dolce latte made with heavy whipping cream instead of milk but they mistook me wanting whip cream for my pups in the car. Not technically the coffee I ordered but they made up for it by my dogs loving their treat.
Love this Starbucks! The employees are always so nice and friendly. I’ve been here dozens of times and have always had a good experience.
Isaiah greeted us at the drive thru window, such a friendly guy! Our order was right and the kindness we were treated with made the experience that much more enjoyable. This is our local Starbucks and the employees are great!
Their straight up cold brew is too bitter for me. That being said, the egg bites, cakes pops, and pink drink are ten or of ten!
Ive honestly always had a great experience coming here. The lines are always long, but I still get my drink super fast! All of the employees are super kind as well and strike up fun conversations :)
I always go through the drive-thru & the staff is always friendly. However, the sweet gal at the window this morning, Kelley (I think), so friendly, high energy & amazing vibes, & attentive. She asked how I was & naturally I say fine. I corrected myself saying "I lied, I'm so sick, I think I got strep from my daughter, but I still have to be mom. Thank God for starbucks". She chatted how horrible I must feel as she's had it, & my drink would be right out. When she handed me my drink she had written a message on the lid for some tea wishing me to get well soon & told me to be sure to take care of myself. I may or may not have choked up & shed a tear. I needed her words this morning. Thank you Kelley, you are a great asset to Starbucks. I hope they recognize that because you are the type of employee that will keep people coming back.
After I ordered my coffee through the drive through, I realized I had left my card at home. The sweet lady at the window was BEYOND kind. She went out of her way to help me. I wish I would have caught her name because she truly restored my faith in humanity today! Thank you kind friend!!
The employees are super friendly! They say hi right when I walk in every time! They've got great customers service and are super quick with the orders. They're also very conversational and polite. They make every visit a pleasant experience.
I come to this Starbucks drive thru almost every morning. I typically get the same order so some of the girls have it memorized, which makes me feel very special lol. Greyson in drive thru is so cute and the sweetest, her customer service is amazing as well as another girl with pink glasses who is typically at the window, but I am unsure of her name. This is the only Starbucks who serves my drink correctly and leaves such sweet messages on the cups. Love this Starbucks, never going to stop coming!!!
The apple cider is delicious. Puts you in an autumn mood.
I’m generally a very reserved person but when someone is friendly and able to get me out of my shell it’s always something to note; the woman working the window this morning was such a joy - she was on the shorter side (sorry, but me too lol) and had her blonde hair, with maybe some pink? Pulled back. Anyways, she was great and made my morning more enjoyable!
I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! My favorite staff and the quickest wait time. I rarely have an issue with my drink and if I do they remake it for me without question. I have come here literally every weekday for over 2 years and they all know my name and my order and they are always so happy in the mornings no matter how busy it is! I cannot say enough about this crew it's the best in all of UT hands down.
Every time I go, they nail my order perfectly and quickly! Usually Starbucks is a hit or miss. Some places are great while others lack in quality or service. This one definitely is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to!
I'm a dasher for DoorDash and I love coming here. The customer service is absolutely exceptional. The staff, although flooded with orders at times still manage to maintain a positive atmosphere even under pressure. Great place to visit, even if one is not a coffee drinker.
I've been going to this location for years and I absolutely love it. It's a very convenient location being right off the interstate, and they probably have the best staff of any Starbucks have been to. The baristas are great at remembering your name and things about you, makes for a really good customer service. Also, it's never super busy so you can be in and out really fast or find a table to sit at and study. 10/10
This Starbucks visit meant a lot more than just getting a drink. One of the employees took the time to help my daughter order her own drink like she was a grown adult, patiently walking her through it and making her feel confident and included. On top of that, she surprised her with a cake pop, which absolutely made her day. It might seem like a small moment, but the kindness and attention she showed meant a lot to us as parents. Customer service like that is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for my daughter. Thank you again, Courtney.
All of the workers here are the best! Courtney and Samantha (just to name a few) are always so friendly and I look forward to seeing them when I’m picking up my coffee in the mornings! I can tell everyone that works here goes above and beyond and they are always fast and efficient.
Compared to other Starbucks locations, this one could improve when it comes to inventory—especially the availability of breakfast sandwiches and specialty milks like soy—as well as consistency in drink taste, temperature, and presentation. That said, being a small-town location, the occasional inconsistency is understandable, and I appreciate the effort of the staff.
Drinks were great and you can never go wrong wit the Bacon, egg and gouda. My husband tried the grilled cheese for the first time and he is a fan. Speedy, excellent service.
First time I've been to this Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was! Oh, and of course, the coffee was excellent too.
Staff works fast to get you your order. Almost always greeted with a smile when I walk in and get my order. The quality of the food is always what I expect! Thanks for doing a good job!
Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a week to study. I've always had a good experience with the employees and they always get our orders right. The restaurant is clean and I often see other people studying here as well. It provides the perfect atmosphere for that sorta thing. Thanks for the lovely service and food!
All starbucks are the same. Clean, pretentiousness, flooded with laptops with hipster music and a menu almost entirely filled with 100x your daily dose of many unhealthy ingredients But, my wife loves a drink that tastes like hay but it super healthy and they always make it right and their drive through screen is a big tv so thats cool... anyways 5 stars I guess :)
Been coming here more lately since I spend a decent amount of time in AF, and this Starbucks, while the drive thru at times is a tich slow, the drinks are consistently made well and to exactly what I expect.
Go here every morning and order the same drink, 99% of the time they are spot on, Today however this new barista I have never seen before, a little brown haired girl wearing black tights made me the worst Latte I’ve ever had. This drink tasted bad enough I didn’t finish it and that says a lot because I love my coffee. Great place, great service but be careful who makes your drink. Stick to the dudes and the early morning brunette.
I know there are so many Starbucks locations so you're gonna get differently prepared items at different locations. With that being said, if your drink isn't how you normally get it or seems different, it's okay to say so, right?! I love a Carmel Frappuccino and 1 American Fork location in particular makes them perfectly. Please don't change AF location!
Employees were very friendly. Atmosphere promotes chilling out with friends or sitting and studying by yourself. It took a little while to get the drink I ordered, other than that, everything was great. As a side note, the music selection was absolutely phenomenal!
I don't like coffee, but their water is cool. Ask them about it. But I go there to get coffee grounds for my wife for her organic gardening. This Starbucks rarely has any. The employees are always friendly.
I generally love Starbucks, and this location has the same consistent coffee and treats as any other. Once while I waited in line, the driver in front of me had ordered a coffee drink and then insisted they remake it because she doesn’t drink coffee and didn’t realize it was in her drink, resulting in a longer wait time for me. The barista gave me my drink on the house, which I thought was above and beyond (and totally unnecessary and kind!). The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because there have been several times when I’ve tried to come here during normal business hours but the drive thru has just randomly been closed with no reason I could see why. Maybe they have been short staffed or things have come up with covid? Either way, it’s disappointing to be looking forward to my midday caffeine fix and then have to turn around and go somewhere else without warning. When it’s open, this location is great!
99% of the time the experience and items are great. The have been a few times where something is off with the crew on deck and you can definitely tell. But overall it's a good Starbucks.
This Starbucks is a pretty chill location good music the staff are pretty cool and free WiFi I went in one day didn't order and posted up to see if they would give me a hard time. They didn't so unlike some Starbucks I've been too this one is pretty chillax I'd recommend it for chilling to do some work it kill some time. 😎😁
I have only gone they the drive thru so I cannot comment on the interior. This place is pretty average really. I love getting a caramel macchiato and a cheese Danish, I always enjoy them! But as for the service it's always mediocre or on the negative side. They don't ever seem happy and I always feel like I'm annoying them when I order. I've been to other locations where they were excellent and I left with a smile. Not here, I always am relieved when we pull away.
I had to instruct them on how to make an under-tow; they got it backwards, but it was okay. 3 out of 5 stars; wouldn't change a thing EDIT: After 5 visits over the last 2 weeks, I've experienced this location to be the SLOWEST starbucks that I've ever forced myself to patron; and I NEED that seductively hot java only the way Starbucks can make it. At the current speed-of-service, I'd pull out of line if it was a McDonalds, and this voluntary exercise in patience only further validates my slavery to the brew. With that said, by the time I got to the window this time, my triple-shot undertow hit gas station luke warm status... but it hasn't been this way every time; Circle K could have done it better this morning; still 3 out of 5 stars, and I'll probably go again on Monday.
I occasionally order online and drink and eat my food here. Very clean nice store. Unfortunately every time I've been here no one greets you or acknowledges you. No a very good vibe for a coffee shop.
More often than not this Starbucks is very slow and gets drink orders wrong. The order slip literally says, “Vanilla Cream Cold Brew” and I tend to get a black cold brew so I always have to tell them it’s incorrect. It’s baffling.
Love this starbucks they already know what I want as soon as I pull up.. Edit: this location has lost some stars. I'm not sure who they hired but they can't seem to open on time. Today I waited until 4:45 and the lights were still off. I have to be to draper by 5 so I can't wait for them to waltz in whenever they want. Its ridiculous! This isn't the first time either it happens more often than it should!
Just went through the drive through and ordered a drink for myself and my sister. When we got our drinks mine was fine but my sisters looked nothing like a strawberry refresher. My sister went in to have it fixed but I don’t know if the barista was having a bad day or what but she didn’t offer to re make it and only gave her a small scoop of strawberrys
Getting very dissappointed in this location this is the 2nd time i have got something diffrent than I ordered. I ordered 2 Grande Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and got just a Carmel frappuccino. But charged for the Carmel ribbon crunch. Wish they would just give me what I ordered instead of over charging me for something diffrent.
This is literally the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. It's right by my work so I went a couple of times on my lunch break, which is an hour, and I was not out of there til about 20 minutes left of my break. Don't come here unless you want to be late.
Their espresso is nearly always bitter. Either they don't change out their espresso beans daily, like they are supposed to, or their shot timers are consistently off. It is very frustrating to try to get a good coffee at the Starbucks location.
I love love Starbucks. I visit several times a week. I gave this location 2 stars and that's being generous. This is not a exaggeration. 70% to 80% of the times I have ordered, they get my orders wrong. I stopped going to this location and go to one closer to my work. Two weeks ago I went by after work twice. They got my order wrong both days. I should have known better.
Literally took FOREVER for ONE hot drink I also noticed a ton of other people were waiting, like miserably long wait, I won’t come here again ❌🙅♀️👎🚫😐😖 also noticed baristas are not calling names on drinks when they are ready.
I mobile order and am able to customize my order which is Great, but the problem is I don't get my drink the way I order it, which it cost me $9.00 . But I pay then get ripped off!!!! Please follow the requests that come out on printed sticker you even place on my cup!!! GRRR
Sloooooow service. Why pre-order and wait 18 minutes in line? Also, foam for cappuccino is traditionally skim milk. Couldn't order it that way on the app, and 2% milk was awful in it.
RUDE service and a bad attitude when asked to remake drinks they messed up. A latte is defined as a coffee drink with espresso. Therefore, when someone orders a LATTE TEA, shots of espresso are implied. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A LOCAL SHOP.
Drinks were ready, food items were not. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Drink was cold after waiting so long.
I keep going to this location and gaslighting myself into thinking that it’s me and not them… But it’s definitely them. The drinks I order here do not taste like any other location. I always order one of three things, and they either forget syrups Or don’t add all espresso shots ordered. This location is the closest and most convenient to me But with inflation and rising cost of everything I might as well drive to one that is further where I can get my drink made correctly. Hoping Upper management will see this and maybe step in. Everyone is always friendly and I usually get my drink order in a timely manner. That’s why I gave two stars instead of one.
I wasn't going to post this... I try not to post negative reviews for stuff, but a friend of mine convinced me I should. I had kinda sworn off Starbucks a while ago, as the experience has been getting, shall we say, less hospitable, but i wanted to get some coffee for a friend this morning, so I went through the drive through. This teen with a Rachel Zegler attitude barely says good morning and shoves the "tip me" credit card thing at me. I was annoyed a bit cause not only do we get this shoved at us, but now not even the grace of the passive aggressive "it's just going to ask some questions..." or anything. I commented "I remember a time when they actually just took a person's credit card, and swiped it really quick..." (Was I wrong for saying this? Maybe... but I surely wasn't impolite about it... just a vocalized lament....) Well this girl finally looks at me and with an attitude is all like "yeah, well, this is just more sanitary...." I was shocked, so I (as usual) go to humor (some people think I'm funny I guess >.< some don't), and say "Oh... well... I didn't know I was that filthy..." This girl young enough to be my daughter, straight up starts lectures me about how "It's not JUST you... it's everyone..." I was so shocked I kinda tuned out most of her Ted talk, but the "just" absolutely shocked me. No "Oh no sir, It's just standard practice now... you're fine..." or ANY semblance of politeness like that, no it was a double down that while it absolutely was me (can't prove it, but I wasn't filthy)... it wasn't "JUST" me... REALLY?! I took my coffee and was like... "Sorry... I was just joking a bit with you." and she put on the fakest most condescending smile I think I've ever seen" and says "Yeah... I was joking too.... have a great day..." Like... "OK Nurgle... you're dismissed now, move along..." Like holy crap... I just wanted some coffee... not a freakin lecture from some teenager... I should have stuck with my original resolution and just not gone back. Beanies doesn't treat me like a leper, and their smiles are genuine. P.S. I've seen on other negative reviews here being responded to by a "please go to this website and let us know how we can improve." or the like. I truly don't mean to be rude here, but I'm not going to do that. I'm done. This is not the first time I've been made to feel unwelcome (and reading other reviews, it seems i'm not the only one), it's just the worst time, and if ya'll as human beings don't know how to improve on that, I'm sure as heck not being paid to teach you how. I'm sorry if this comes off as rude... but I'm just done.
Don't go here if you need your coffee fast. Saturday late morning, one person in line in front of me, normal que of cars and mobile orders. Took 19 minutes to get my drink. That shouldn't be happening when there are 4 staff on the floor. They were all friendly and the store was clean, so this is a good place to chill. But not a good place to get your coffee fast.
Today, I used Starbucks’ drive-thru service on Sunday morning, and the experience was not very impressive. The staff sounded sarcastic, as if they were unhappy about something, and my order was made incorrectly. I am allergic to dairy milk, so this was quite concerning. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but good customer service and attentiveness are still very important in the service industry
I dont know what is happening at this location, but the last 6 times we have gone here, the quality of product has gone down significantly. It seems like whoever is making the drinks does not know what they are doing. Not only do the drinks not taste the same as they used to (they taste bad), they are made really sloppy and look unappitizing. If you get ice, you get 2 sips of drink, if you order no ice, they only fill it half way! The last 2 times i went, i drove straght to a different starbucks to repurchase the same drinks. I hate to rate low because this location has been fine in the past, but i hate for others to waste their money and hope things improve.
Usually, in most restaurants—whether for drinks or anything else—they use ice to fill the glass to the top if you order a larger size. But having a glass that is 70% ice and only the rest your drink is unacceptable. In this restaurant, they managed to finish ruining my day because instead of enjoying my beverage, I was basically given a cup of ice.
Sat in the drive-in for 5mins w/o a single person greeting me at the intercom. Backed up my vehicle to try again. & nothing. So I left & am now at the Starbuck in Lehi by Thanksgiving Point.
I feel bad, but this location always lets me down. Saratoga location always is on point.
Waited 37 minutes for one drink and finally left after the person I spoke with told me they were obviously backed up and I’d just have to wait, especially since I ordered on the app.
I'm kind of put off by the cashier not being able to do simple math. Seeing as how I applied years ago and wasn't their "type" of person. But at least I am the type who knows the change from $20.02 is $9.10 from $9.92, and I didn't have to look it up three times on my phone. Seriously though, this kid gave me $8.07 back.
I went in the store to pickup a mobile order. The baristas took a long time to acknowledge my presence when I was on a time crunch to get to work. Got my order and my grilled cheese sandwich was cold and my mango dragonfruit refresher had no taste. Just tasted like water. What a waste of $13... Really disappointed
We went on Sunday around 1 our drinks were nasty and watered down. We ordered 2 grande drinks and both weren’t filled all the way. There was a good 2.5 inches of just whipped cream. Waste of money, go to the American Fork location 10x better!
If they take your money and forget your order and have you wait for 18 minutes for 1 drink while multiple people after you get thier 4plus drink orders before you. They should not take your money until you get yhe drink. Terrible service, they need a manager in their that takes thier job serious! Another damn good reason to support small businesses
Probably one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve been. They seem to constantly run out of ingredients and when they do have them 80% of the time they make it where it just taste like warm milk with no other flavoring and it has to be remade. I only go here because it’s next to the car wash so I cross my fingers that they will be able to do it right but they always succeed at disappointing
I don't care for Starbucks, at all. Their products are always very watery and sometimes the staff is less than decent. I think they forget they work in customer service and it's kind of important to be friendly and greet your customers with a positive attitude.
This location SUCKS. I made an online order through the app and got there when it said it would be ready. The lobby doors were locked but there were 3 workers inside. Tried drive through but once I got to the window they flipped all lights off inside. Top notch customer service 👍
Went thru the drive today around 12:30. As I was waiting in line I saw two employees by the back door propped open and vaping and blowing the smoke into the store. I told the guy at the window if that was allowed and he brushed it off like it was no big deal. When did vaping practically inside a food establishment become the norm. I’m so disgusted and I’m really upset. I’m not sure I’ll go back to this location If their sanitary standards are so low.
I went in to buy pods for my espresso machine. Employee "Dazzle" told me I didn't need a bag for my three boxes, and when I insisted handed me a paper bag, still flat. I was holding the boxes and had to ask him to open the bag for me. Good customer service is all about the details, and this employee was not trying at all.
Dear Starbucks, we showed up and you were open for 15 min (9:30pm). We went through the drive through twice in hopes to talk to someone. The second time your employee came to the window and locked it in front of our faces without eye contact or saying what was going on. Unfortunate!
Got my daughter's a breakfast sandwiches and one a hot chocolate the other a water and the sandwiches looked like they were kicked from across the room how does everything on the sandwiches other then the egg end up all over the bag instead of the sandwich that’s not the bad part my daughter that got the hot chocolate said she didn’t want it after one drink I said that’s what you got you have to drink it like parents do so after 5 minutes she says dad I can’t drink this it’s gross so she hands it to me I take a drink and immediately spit it out the window open it up and the milk is rancid curled and stinks you can’t call this location no one answers the phone so avoid this Starbucks
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location (it’s closer to me than my store I work at) they CONSTANTLY make my order wrong, forget to add syrups, give me dead shots or simply don’t mix in the white mocha with my americano and you can see it clear as day at the bottom. I know how this company works and the standards we are set to follow and the ONLY time my drink was made correctly was when I actually picked up a shift and made my drink myself. Super upsetting that I pay $8 for a drink that they can’t make right. I try to give the benefit of the doubt (because the partners are great and really kind and always give me great service) that they will actually make a drink correctly but unfortunately that IS NOT THE CASE. Every time I have come to this location I am SO disappointed in their craft because it seems like nobody is listening and doing their job correctly.
We visited the store to order a “Medicine Ball” tea, but the experience was very disappointing. Right from the start, the associate, Olivia, was rude and dismissive, claiming they didn’t sell anything by that name. When we tried to explain what it was, she responded with sarcasm and repeatedly said it wasn’t on the menu. We clarified that it was a tea, but the entire interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. Eventually, we ended up ordering the Jade Citrus Mint Tea, but by that point, the staff was openly laughing at us, which made us feel mocked and disrespected. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed more interested in ridiculing us for not knowing the exact name of the drink. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was incredibly frustrating. This experience left us upset and disappointed, especially since we only wanted a simple item.
The Baristas care more about their conversations with each other than fulfilling customer orders within a timely manner. Drinks are consistently made when compared to other Starbucks locations, but in triple the amount of time. Not a quick experience at all.
If you want to pay $6 for a cold drink (aka coming out of the fridge already cold, not iced coffee) that has a full cup of ice and like 2 ounces of actual flavor, then this is the location for you! No other location puts in that much ice for an already cold drink. Yes if it’s a hot to iced drink, not not an out of the fridge ingredient style drink. Also somehow the bit of liquid I did drink was practically tasteless?? Did they not add the syrups even? I wasted money AND time here because despite there being 2 people (already with their drinks) inside and a short drive through, it somehow took them 15min to make just ONE of the two drinks in my order, call my name, then get annoyed when they asked why I was still standing there and I responded that I was waiting for the second drink in my order. They then made several other drinks before my second drink. Absolutely ridiculous service.
Most horrible experience at this location. While waiting for our drinks, we were sitting at a table. Let me note that with the horrible remodel, there is hardly anywhere to sit. This brunette girl with a nose piercing, who I assume was apart of the management team kicked us off of our table so they could have a “meeting”. She was so disrespectful and flat out rude. I am astonished that they would ever treat a customer like that. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
Today, I went through the drive thru around 11-12pm. I ordered an iced pumpkin cream chai LATTE. When I got my drink I notice that there was no espresso shots in my drink. Which no big deal. When I went back, I went inside to speak to the girls in the store, I spoke to the girl who was taking the drive thru drinks and who took my order. I told her that I ordered this drink but in a latte. She told me that an iced pumpkin cream chai doesn’t come in a latte (which again understand), I told her I know that’s why I said LATTE. I told her that LATTE means espresso and what I want in this drink is espresso. She told me that latte doesn’t mean espresso and went off by said chai mean tea. Which when I corrected her about the espresso equals latte, instead of her understanding and saying sorry she just said “i’ve been working at Starbucks for 4 years”. She started to give me attitude and was being very rude. After her bad attitude she still made me pay for the espresso shot, which then she told me that she was just going to dump it into my drink. However, because of her NASTY ATTITUDE I told her to make me a whole new drink.
Hello! On Saturday 09/09/23 I came in at approx 10:14 pm Drive thru was closed, so I had to park and go Inside. I went inside and was met with the most rude staff ever. I go to Dutch bros for this exact reason, that regarding the time, they are always respectful and always give the best service and vibes. I was attended by two ladies, one was alivia, who was so rude and got my order incorrect. They were so rude that I even asked that if I’d tip them their mood would change. They said it’s okay and that they were fine. Overall, incredibly awful service, will not be revisiting this starbucks again. I’ll tell others around me to not visit that Starbucks as well, if I could give negative stars I would. By the way, my coffee was extremely watered down.
The worst service ever, I didn't get greeted, as a dasher is ok but then the girl on the drive thru window, don't know her name, she said you should let us know when you arrive, we'll I walked in they saw me and I didn't get a hello nor a smile, when I complained she blew me off by saying have a nice day 3 times while I was still talking, so rude!!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks.
So, I went through the drive thru and learned that Starbucks doesn’t accept 100 Dollar bills, anymore. It’s apparently a policy not to accept large bills in cash anymore. The barista kept telling me they no longer take 100 dollar bills, despite me going to that location before ordering items and paying with large bills before. I even went to a Starbucks closer to my house, they accepted my 100 dollar bill no questions asked. So, I’m confused… do you take large bills or not. I wanted to pay with cash to get change, so I could tip the baristas in cash… oh well, I guess I won’t be going to this location anymore. They have a problem, with accepting cash, when other locations are good with accepting my large bills. In fact the other location was willing to make change for my large bill and I only ordered a small drink.
I just ordered an Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich to go, and when I arrived at my destination far from Starbucks and started eating, I realized that the sandwich I ordered didn't have an egg in it, it was only filled with mozzarella and tomato. It's not what I paid for. The worst part is that the place was empty. Couldn't they have made my sandwich like it says on the menu? I won't be back. Terrible service.
Staff asked me to leave because of a new corporate policy that if you don’t buy anything you can’t stay in the lobby. I frequent Starbucks VERY regularly (and usually buy something) but sometimes I don’t buy anything like this evening. I’ve had it with Starbucks—their CEO, Brian Niccol, was paid $96M for just four months of work last year and refuses to pay his employees a decent wage. Pay your employees, and don’t make them do your dirty work. I am going to make it a point to go to every Starbucks I can from now on, not buy anything and leave a 1-star review every time I get kicked out, until you get rid of this policy AND stop union busting your employees and pay them a fair wage. I invite everyone else to join me as well.
I went inside to order a latte. I was served a latte in a cup. The handle of the cup was very, very sticky! Ick! Do they not have a dishwasher at this Starbucks? Do the employees not know about germs? Yikes!
I go to Starbucks often - usually once a day, if not multiple times a day. And I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before. I know that Starbucks has a rule now that in order to use their space you have to buy something (I don’t necessarily agree with this shift in their business model, but I understand it), and I almost always do go there for that purpose. Today was no exception. I had a client meeting today, which I like to do at coffee shops, so I arrived 15 minutes early to prep for it, and decided to wait for my clients to arrive to order something with them. It’s just the polite thing to do. But less than 5 minutes after I arrived, I was approached by a woman named Alex, who quite aggressively told that I needed to buy something or leave. I explained I was waiting on people and would order when they arrived. My clients ended up running late, and after about 15 minutes the same woman came over and again insisted that I needed to buy something right that second or leave. I might get it if the shop was full and people were looking for places to sit. But only one other table in the entire store was occupied, and traffic was at an all time low. I wasn’t taking up space someone else needed, and I had already made it plainly clear that I intended on purchasing something. After being quite combative about it, she left to get her manager, but her manager never came. I ended up spending a fraction of the money I would have otherwise spent because I did not feel welcome at all. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this Starbucks location.
Bought a LARGE coffee at Starbucks in Lehi this morning and when I went to place it in my drink holder the lid comes off and coffee goes everywhere. Of course they didn’t give me any napkins so I had to knock on the window and ask for 20 napkins because it spilt that bad. With 5 cars behind me I had leave to clean up the mess. Thinking it was just a loose lid I tried to fix it. NO the lids don’t fit at all. The lids just sit on top and don’t even grab the cup. To prevent this from happening to someone else I called the Starbucks and talked to the supervisor. She told me yes they sent us a bad batch of lids and they don’t fit. I said then WHY are you using them and WHY are you not telling the customers !!!! Had this ended up in my lap it would’ve been a whole different story. For them to continue to use these and know they don’t fit is totally wrong. I thought Starbucks was a good reputable company above the rest but I’ve now changed my mind. How do you use lids that don’t fit knowing someone could get badly burned. I don’t care what it would’ve taken but you don’t use bad cups and lids that could burn someone. More care and responsibility should’ve been taken by Starbucks and management but instead they chose to take the easy way out and not do anything. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE by this Starbucks and the corporation as a whole. I didn’t get burned but came close but would be shocked if someone else didn’t due to this negligence of this management.
I was meeting a business associate at this location, on an arrival, I sat down to wait for my business to show up one of the employees came out and told me I had to leave if I was not buying something. I told the employee I wasn’t gonna order until my business associate arrived so we could order together as I was paying for it all. 10 minutes later, the cops arrived, asking me to leave the premises. Wow Starbucks. I was walking out as my business associate was parking seeing me, escorted off the premises by cops. Me and any of my 300 employees at our company will never purchase anything from Starbucks again.
Arrived a few minutes early for my 10AM appointment. Had been to another Starbucks prior to arriving at this one. Brought my coffee in with me. When I took out my computer, Starbucks staff member came over and told me I couldn’t stay if I didn’t purchase something. I wanted to wait until my appointment arrived to purchase both drinks. Even though the lobby was almost empty, I wasn’t allowed to stay. But the staff member sarcastically did tell me to have a fantastic rest of my day.
I visited the store in the afternoon. I was busy finishing something in my computer and I was going to order something after I finished what I was doing. A short blonde girl working at the time came and she was quite rude and asked me to purchase something if not I have to leave which made the experience uncomfortable. I still went ahead and purchased what I needed, but the customer service definitely left a lot to be desired.
Very overpriced menu they wanted to charge $4 for water. I’ll be contacting corporate about their policies. They try to force customers to buy something to eat or drink just to stay and use the WiFi. I wasn’t hungry, so I asked the staff if I could purchase their “free” water, but they said that’s not allowed and ended up kicking me out of the restaurant. Guess I’m never coming back to Starbucks. Beans & Brews is much better anyway
Bring your own water and ice people! The blue/purple haired lady said they no longer give people ice or water for free. I even have my own bottle. I was told I would have to purchase $$. When I have been getting free ice and water from Starbucks for months. It may be a regulation that is new, maybe this location? Either way it just sucks. So letting my voice be heard. Soon they’ll charge for “free wifi” I’m sure and building 100 in Lehi will definitely be part of it.
This is the worst Starbucks ever. Tell me why we found a fly in our drink??? A FLY it was with one of those lids with only the tiny opening so there is no way a fly crawled in there. They can also not follow simple instructions and always make the drinks wrong. I don’t have an issue with any other Starbucks. This one should be shut down fr. I literally peed my pants and threw up after I saw the fly and almost crashed my car. Also the phones to this location don’t even work. Probably because they’re straight terrorizing people and getting too many phone complaints. Smart move on their part to disconnect the phones. Anyways Starbucks you traumatized me and the man I almost crashed into.
