I think it was my mistake that I did not collect the full order 4 spicy fries when the lady at the counter asked me to wait. I called later to comply thinking it was their mistake.The manager immediately apologized and asked to me to pick them up.

This Jack in the Box has been here for as long as I can remember and I’ve been in Dublin since 1974. Staff is always friendly and fast. Happy to change up your order if you do customizing of your food. I even had one staff member charge me individual prices on a sandwich because it was cheaper then ordering a menu item and changing it. That I appreciate!!

Had a pleasant experience at the drive thru earlier. The guy was nice, patient, and speedy. There were 3 cars ahead, and I didn't wait long. My order was accurate, food was hot, and everything was tasty. It is close proximity to everything around West Dublin, and its open 24 hours, so it's a good place to go for when you're needing food after a night of drinking or just hungry late. I will be back to this location.

Pretty good for fast food. Service is fast and it's one of the nicer fast food places around town. They're drive thru is open 24 hours so it's nice if you're ever hungry late at night. The munchie meal deal is hard to beat and goes nicely with a shake.

Not much to say 😁 it's a Jack in a Box fast food sit in dining experience. Food was fresh, customer service was 👍 excellent. I Suggest they have someone check the restrooms 🚻🚺 periodically.

I love this place. The drive thru leaves something to be desired but the food is amazing as far as fast food goes. The staff is friendly and they always get my order right. The bathrooms are clean and so is the rest of eating area. But I normally use the drive thru and I'm in out and quickly on my way to enjoying my warm cheesey burger and fries. Definitely recommend this location!

They are so nice and have the best tacos for 2 dollars. Oh and the best thing is the very thick Oreo mint milkshake. Yummy!!

Best Jack I've been to. As someone whose shifts often free me around midnight, I appreciate here and In-n-Out being there for late-night cravings. The late night crew is very friendly, and has provided consistently good junk food.

I've been here a few times, and each time it was a pleasant and speedy experience. Even when the drive thru was full, it was still moving faster than my drive thru at Taco Bell would in the same conditions. The workers always greet me politely and smile when interacting with me. I can't speak for the service in the lobby as I've only been to the drive thru, but the drive thru is A+

I'm disabled also I have not driven since 2008. The dining room has been closed, so I took my scooter (wheelchair) through the drive-thru. They took my order, no problem. The best service and the food was excellent.

Quality of meats and sauces isn't top notch, but decent enough for a good meal given the location and prices.

I Always go with my tacos and this Jack in the Box always makes them just right

It does the job *for a fast food experience*. With the same amount of money and very basic cooking skills, you could do better yourself, I promise you.

Used to be slow and was always getting the wrong order or missing a good item but since they put the lady up at the drive thru window, way better! And the order is always right!

I ordered the two Jumbo Jacks for $5. While the Jumbo Jack is smaller than it used to be (shrinkflation), it's still bigger than other fast food restaurants' burgers.

Everything was super fresh! I was happily surprised!! I rarely eat fast food so this was definitely a treat! So went back what months later, only thing open after a 14 hour traveling nightmare. My breakfast jack was HARD SERIOUSLY HARD BREAD AND EGG! IT WAS 2AM! Thoroughly DISGUSTING

The tacos are the worst I have ever had. They are old. Jack in the Box should not sell tacos at all since they cannot serve a quality product!!! Really!!!

I tend to go here during late night hours through the drive-thru. The new management that owns it is a great family with great employees and on many occasions they've made me laugh. The only downside is sometimes they forget some things on my order.

I've been trying to eat healthily, but when all things fail and I need some junk food late at night (open 24/7), this is probably the fastest serving Jack In the Box in the area. Unfortunately, it can get a little dirty/run-down inside, but if you're not there for the ambience, who cares?

I woke up in the middle of the night to place an order from here. I ordered a combo meal and a separate chicken burger with varying levels of spice. It tasted great, and I really enjoyed it. It's available 24/7.

It good lunch and dinner food you jest have to make sure to them plain means no catsup musterd ect... It you want it plain you have to say plain no cheese..

This isn't a fast food place I generally visit but I remember the chicken strips being better in the past.

There is a girls bathroom with both genders on it, aame with boys, ot was very old and cute though! A riped table though...

Not a whole lot to write about here, as I am not too sure what you expect. It is a Jack in the box like any other. Food tastes the same as it would elsewhere. Milkshakes and tacos are bomb though

They've turned off monitors inside prob due to hs kids and locks on bathroom doors mirrors removed. But we're here for the quick fried or greasy 24 only rest fast food desires. I mean where can you get three egg rolls not greasy@230 am?!? Other Cali 24 hr fast food, grocery and burger comp closes@1 am. Even Xmas thx giving they are HERE the shake machine is prob still down for cleaning...again. well, maybe since they're open all the time just like a private ambulance company they NEED to clean it and reduce risks of bacteria so we get it. Curly fries if you eat that after hours, the 420 folks seem to crave them. IDK if they have msg or not but we always get just fries with no salt Lobby closes early@10 but usually always find a clean table. Three stars, yeah. But what fast food delivers 4 stats? None. Ordered over the mobile app and picked up in drive-through. The app is good - liked the options of customizing food and the button to start preparing food when you are ready to go to pickup. Service was friendly. The food was meh. The spicy chicken sandwiches were decent in quality and portion. The cluck sandwich was disappointing - tiny fillet, tiny buns, and very little mystery sauce - this should not cost $4.50. Onion rings were ok but got only 7 pieces ☹️. Loaded tots were partly ok but tested bitter in some parts which was disappointing. All in all definitely expected better food from Jack !

I have gone to this location a couple of times since I have up here in NorCal . I have had no issues with the staff but for some reason the food doesn't seem as fresh ??? Don't go this place. This place is run by greedy owners. If you order some sandwich they give you left over/expired bread/bun which gives you stomach ache.When I went store and question about this they shouted at me and ask me to leave the store. Worst maintenance, no respect and expired bread, no food quality.

They're not open 24 hours a day as claimed

In addition to needing a visit from the health department, the night shift tried to tie the doors shut with a garbage bag... i'm assuming because they don't actually have the authority to lock the door, otherwise they'd have keys

Awful. Cold, day- old fries. Gross tasting Coke. Staff difficult to understand. Staff moved very slowly and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Brutal. Overall a very poor experience. Don't go to this one....go to the Pleasanton jack in the box...or another fast food place.

I went here to grab a bite to Eat and i was on the phone. I got off and went to Order and the Girl " Started HATING " on Me for NO Reason. She charged Me for the Meal and Intentionally placed My Drink cup across the Counter where i couldn't reach it , " TO BE MEAN "!!!. Another Employee had to Hand Me the Cup After i asked about it. That Cashier Stood there " GLOATING " as if SHE had Done Something to Be " Proud " of. I couldn't wait to " Leave ". YES, English or Lack of it was the ROOT of the Problem and Prejudice as Well. Can't get an order right if you ask for any changes to your food. I asked for a coke zero no ice and was given a regular coke full ice. I asked for no mayo and they took the cheese off and slopped mayo everywhere. Go elsewhere or go hungry if everything else is closed.

I went there looking for veggie burger and they said they won’t serve it straight to my face. Plus when I ordered Jumbo Jack with substitute hash brown, they asked me to pay extra for it and was just rude enough to ask me to cancel if I don’t agree. Burger they made was also very mediocre and didn’t taste same as other locations. Paid 12 bucks for what I get for 7 in other locations

Was charged extra for replacement of meat with hash brown and also charged me for 3 sandwiches but packed only two. Since we came from far it was too late to realize replace or return item and get the money back.

One of the employees literally ties the doors together after 9. The lobby is supposed to be open until 10:40pm. I used to love this place until that guy started working. I came WITHOUT a car and he told me to STAND in the drive through!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I bet the owners would like to know he's turning away business and putting people in harm's way for whatever reason.

** Update** The corporate office did reach out and they addressed my issue. I am impressed at the effort on their part amd their attempt to make it right. I just placed an order from here for delivery and ordered a Chick-n-tator meal. I figured I would try some crazy sandwich. However, there was no chicken on my chicken sandwich, only double hashbrowns. It was very disgusting and disappointing, especially when you take a chance on something new. Probably better I didn't eat that but not sure how you serve a chicken sandwich without chicken.

It was nice knowing ya, Jack, maybe I’ll see you down the road. I can almost guarantee you’ll give me stale tacos with 5 shreds of lettuce. And, what’s up with the price increases, buddy? Quality trending down while cost is on the moon. See ya!!

The burger was missing from my order and the man at the drive thru argued with me for 10 minutes that I had ordered it, refused to help, and told me to go back in line if I wanted something. I left the drive thru and parked to walk inside for assistance where I was literally ignored by him and the lady in the restaurant for 10 minutes. Rude. Unprofessional. Terrible service. Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

He then told me that I was "No good" before handing me my order, can definitely say I have never been more uncomfortable in a drive through. Never coming here again.

Update2 ( 10/05/2022) . These guys are very shady, they have started charging for condiments now. Made a purchase today and checked my receipt and $.50 extra for second ranch, when I asked the drive through person she said that is what they do and slammed the drive through door... went inside to speak with the manager. He said he has posted a sign inside. How can drive through folks read a sign posted inside? Least they should have informed me when billing. This is not the norm across other joints.. Had the same issue few months back and head office assured me it wont happen. This franchise is bad for Jack in the box reputation. Update. Customer service reached out to me to address my grievance. Appreciate that they do care about their customer needs and fixed it. This place is not very crowded and serves fast. I have seen the burger taste vary from time to time.. may be they dont change the oil frequently... Off late they put restriction on condiments even in drive through that is one ranch per order and you will need pay for extra.

Now ,they can’t even get the order right , or complete the orders. I’ve ordered their Bacon & Swiss 5 times in the last 2months , 3 out of the last 5 times , no Bacon . I tried calling them , number is disconnected . I’m “Very Disappointed” . Maybe Jack and The Box will do the right thing ,and make good on these orders that they messed-up on . I’m losing a lot of faith in this so-called fast-“food” restaurant !

Came around 11PM. Only ONE customer ahead of me. It wad an Indian guy taking orders. I said FOUR tacos. I was charged for FOUR tacos. While driving home, I found there was only TWO. Fries were overdone as well. You are not busy like In n Out. No reason to not get an order right. Don't come here.
