Brady was Our server. Very attentive and polite

This was my first time at a Texas roadhouse. The staff was awesome. They gave us sample sides to try(didn't ask they just did it). The first side was mashed potatoes they were great. The second side was corn. We all have had corn it was corn. Third was green beans they had bacon in it, and it was surprisingly good. And fourth was the chili it was perfect consistency not to thick or thin and was good.They brought us peanuts with a free appetizer coupon for our next visit. The waiter was awesome he kept checking to see how we were doing and how the food was. The food was great. We got the fried pickles for the appetizer. They were perfect. I had the BBQ burger(it was huge. I ate half) I also had the loaded mashed potatoes that were perfect. My bf had the country fried chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, and green beans. He said it was great. We went kinda early so it was super busy yet. Oh and let's not forget the rolls and butter the were probably the best I have ever had.

Our first trip to Texas Roadhouse with our adult kids, and we had a great time. The food was very good, margaritas were wonderful and our waiter, John, was exceptional. He was very polite, professional, friendly and attentive! We sure hope he is available to us when we go back again!

Atmosphere note, it was mega loud at the bar, maybe try to seat couples away from there. Food was delicious so happy with it. Our server was attentive, polite and mindful. Will absolutely go back.

Soooo this particular texas roadhouse house is AMAZING. Our first visit.... we had to wait bc everyone loves this place, ok we go grab a drink while waiting. My sister is in a wheelchair, she came over with me to hang,The manager miss Liz,came up to us and asked if we wanted to stay in the bar, I said of course but she's short lol. She says hold on, this comes down!! Omg absolutely amazing ! My sister felt so included and got her drink and roll and was happy as a clam! Then we get seated, she says she has never been here before, they get her the first time plate , she's beyond thrilled! And because we were on a little trip, and she was telling all the waitresses how happy she was to get a new phone and go home, they shouted her out and it was just epic. She loved it they all seemed to be into it, it was just heartwarming!! They made her whole night. And we also lost her credit card. That 1 week later we called and were able to get back with no charges or issues. And the finale mess up, I LEFT MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE IN THE BATHROOM, yes I left my KATESPADE PURSE ... with everything. A week passes i randomly call bc mabye im that much of an airhead. THEY HAVE IT ... I go get it EVERYTHING is still in there to the best of my knowledge. Omg im beyond thankful to Liz and all the staff at texas roadhouse for looking out when I clearly was not on my a game . We 10000% will return, you guys are amazing , THANKYOU!!!!! 5 STARS!!!♡

It was my dad's first time there, thank god it wasn't super loud. He is hard of hearing so that would have been baaaad. Food was great, we both got steaks.

Lilly was such a great server. She was funny, polite and fast. Also very helpful when the bill pay thing didn't work correctly! Food and atmosphere were nice as well. My son got the filet and was convinced he could cut it with his fork. Don't get the green beans unless you enjoy canned vegetables, yuck!

We love the welcoming atmosphere of this place. They ask where you'd like to be seated and service with a smile comes right away. We ordered and were surprised how fast our salad came. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner which was a tender, delicious steak with grilled shrimp. So delicious. We didn't feel rushed and we visited and ate and enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait until we go back.

Always order your steak the next level if you know what I mean. If you want medium rare order medium. It always works out. You won't be disappointed

I had dinner here. The food was very good as was the service but I felt like I didn't need the waitress to come over as often as she did. I'm sure she was instructed to do so. She brought warm rolls and maple butter. I ordered the half slab of ribs with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was seasoned nicely and cooked perfectly. I got two more meals out of the leftovers. What was really nice was the manager sent us a complimentary sample plate of four different sides. Chili, potato skin with cheese and bacon, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. All of them were very good. I will definitely eat here again.

So we finally stopped in. And oh my goodness! Our food was a thousand times better than the other Texas Roadhouses. And our server (I forgot his name, had tattoos, and a white necklace on, we were seated in the area behind the hostess station) was awesome. He had such a great personality and was funny. You could tell all the employees there had a great working relationship, and that they were all one team and helped each other out a lot.

Food was awesome. Porter house cooked just right and I love their green beans. Our server Sydney was the sweetest and on time with everything. I gave 3 on the atmosphere because I miss the dancing and peanuts.... the way Texas roadhouse use to be.

I had a fantastic experience at the Oswego Texas Roadhouse branch. From the moment we walked in until the end of our meal, the entire team—servers and manager alike—was exceptionally polite, caring, and friendly. Our group of 11 enjoyed various entrees, and the server promptly brought us warm bread multiple times without hesitation. They also patiently listened to our requests. Our appetizers, including the cheese fries, were delicious. I was particularly impressed with how efficiently the Texas team handled our orders and checkout. Highly recommended!” 😊

Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The manager gave us complimentary veggys because my boyfriend had never been to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. I want to acknowledge a young man named DJ that was cleaning up tables, seats and menus. He was an absolute hardworking man who did an amazing job! I did tell our waitress how impressed we were to see him so dedicated and thorough!

Always great food. I had the road kill. It was cooked to perfection with thick mushrooms and onions on it... delicious. The service was average, no complaints. The atmosphere is busier than I care for with lots of TV's but not bad, still able to hold a conversation without being too distracted. Overall a great place.

I was having the worst day so my boyfriend and I decided to go out to eat. I really wanted pork chops and we checked the menu online at a few places but the ones at the roadhouse looked and sounded the best, so that's where we ended up. We started with an appetizer which was almost as delicious as the bread basket with the signature cinnamon sugar butter. We got the mozzarella sticks, potato skins and rattlesnake bites. All of it was amazing. When the dinner came out our server Kam noticed there was a mix up and I didn't get porchops at all! So she took my plate back to the kitchen and brought my sides out so that I had something to snack on while my boyfriend started his food. Then a few minutes later, Taylor one of the managers, not knowing I already had sides had brought out two more sides for me. He apologized profusely but I assured him that everything was fine and the whole situation was so funny that it had actually made my night WAY better. My boyfriend and I were eating and joked about how funny it would be if when my dinner came out there were sides with it, and low and behold TWO MORE SIDES. We were laughing so hard I could barely breathe. It made my whole night. The manager even gave me a certificate for a free appetizer for next time we go. I've never received better service. I'm so glad we decided to go to Texas roadhouse tonight instead of somewhere else. Everyone there was so nice and so accommodating, I would highly recommend to anyone. Also the pork chops were amazing 😍

The wife and I love hitting this place up every other Friday and have made it a regular for us. But, you guys should really be cleaning the tables and menus better. Especially this time of year when everyone is sick. The menus definitely need to be cleaned better.

We have visited this location several times. We always sit at the bar and are always treated to excellent service. I typically get the filet and have never been disappointed. We will definitely be back.

We have always had good experiences at this location, but tonight specifically our hostess and waitress were both so sweet and friendly. On top of that, our toddler got a little startled by the birthday announcements near us and, who I assume was the manager, noticed and asked if he could bring her a scoop of ice cream for being so brave. We thought that was so nice! Our food was all delicious and service was fast. We appreciate everyone we interacted with being so friendly and going above and beyond. Thank you!!

The bathroom s could of been kept on on there were Dirty.not like dirty just pappers towels thrown everywhere. The waiter tress didn't bring out our side dishes until we were ready to go so we took them home she forgot. Them the machine would take one of our gift card so ended up being a night mare good thing grad my purses. Our bill was 128. I did leave her a 40. Tip not sure if I feel comfortable coming back.

My family and I love going to Texas Roadhouse. We went two weeks ago to this location and it was great! We were on the waitlist through the app, so we didn’t really have to wait long for a table. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our server for the night was Mary, and she was wonderful! Great recommendations, super attentive and fast. Our food was hot and delicious. As always, the fresh hot bread rolls with the cinnamon butter were so freaking good! I got a Steakhouse Combo with chicken tenders and a 6oz steak, with a side of steak fries and a house salad. The steak was one of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and juicy. Overall, everything was wonderful and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in Oswego!

As always this Restaurant is the perfect close to my Arkansas vacation. The staff are excellent and friendly. The value of what you pay and what you get is not what you would expect. The portions are large and the meal was 10 out of 10. Texas Roadhouse will always be one of my favorite Arkansas locations.

What can you say , the place is amazing. The staff does a amazing job . We go to the new Oswego & Clay locations. It is always crowded during dinner time , the wait time is short. They have a large menu and competitively priced. The waitress' are always friendly and service is quick. Download their app on your phone. While enroute make a reservation and they will text when a table is ready. You can just walk in prior to dinner crowds d get seated we quickly.

With so many restaurants these days charging exorbitant prices Texas roadhouse continues to keep the lid on high prices. 12 ounce boneless ribeye with grilled shrimp is still only around $31 and they continue to honor the veterans by giving a discount. This particular Texas roadhouse is very well run my server Mary was courteous kind and very patient with my thousand questions about the area. Very highly recommended.

We stopped in for a super quick bite after a movie and we were so happy to have a very friendly staff greet us and be happy to have us. Leeann was or server and she was spot on!! Everything came out quick, drinks stayed full, food came.piping hot though the fries were soggy as sin (not her fault). She also let the kids get pics on the saddle and sang happy birthday to our one child and made them feel very special. For a quick stop in the ambiance and service was impeccable, and we will look forward to stopping in again soon.

The spice they put on the shrimp was incredible. I didn’t try the steak but I liked that you can choose your steak from their display case, I’d never seen that before.

Great dinner here. I had the country fried chicken with cream sauce, steak fries, loaded sweet potato. It was so good! My boyfriend had the pulled pork with veggies and a caesar salad. I tried everything of his too and it was delicious! Definitely recommend this place. It was excellent. Fast service even on opening night! Everyone was friendly and great. I had a wonderful experience. The rolls are so warm and soft. They always give you extras too. Go check it out for yourself and you will not be disappointed.

Not a place to bring a physically handicapped person. Not a place for a group larger than 6. Tables can not be joined together so party must be split. Wait staff was accommodating, some were over-the-top flamboyant, attention getting rather than attention giving. Manager was very diligent to ensure quality service. Compliments to her.

Our server, Melody, took the time to engage us in conversation, to make sure we needed/wanted for nothing, and generally made an "ok sunday lunch with the hubby" feel like an "awesome Sunday lunch visiting with a friend". - 5 stars for the friendship!!

Always a good steak for a good price. This isn't a fancy steak house but you won't pay the high prices either. Good value.

Daughter got an undercooked burger but the staff immediatly rectified the problem and were very aplogetic. Small mistake, great management.

I ate here twice in the same week. The first visit was great: food, service and our waiter had a great personality and was very attentive. The second visit, well, not so much. Most of the food was good but don't order the broccoli! It was barely steamed, almost raw with no flavor. I asked both the manager and our waitress for butter but never got it. We saw very little of our waitress throughout the meal. Would I go back again? Absolutely!

Like most other steakhouses, the Texas Roadhouse excells at cooking steaks (perfect medium rare on the ribeye I ordered). It is a bit pricey but for special occasions it's is a great restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, and the fresh baked bread with cinnamon honey butter is to die for. Just watch out if you order a smothered steak. When they say smothered they mean smothered, whether with onions or mushrooms or some other smothering material you will be hard pressed to find your steak underneath all of the smotherings. But when you do find it it is a really good steak.

Texas Roadhouse is a high-energy Steakhouse with plenty of waitstaff. Be aware ahead of time if you're looking for a cozy quiet atmosphere this is not the place to go. The young staff will break into line dancing to accompany the very loud country music blasting through the stereos. And if there's a birthday in the house which they're almost always is, be prepared for the saddle up and announcements to follow and they are loud. The food is good. Their salads are cold and crisp their sides are plentiful to go with whatever steak you may pick. last visit I had half rack of ribs, bake sweet potato and I always get the green beans which are flavorful but the baked sweet potatoes are awesome. I can't say much for the ribs they were somewhat dry and lackluster. My dinner partner ordered a ribeye steak and it had more than a small amount of Grizzle and fat that had to be removed off. As always when you first arrived and get your rolls and honey butter they are hard to ignore and really delicious. Also be aware that a party of two ordering a drink each with an appetizer an entree each, and a dessert each it is easily a100 bill before tip.

The rolls were way too doughy and not baked enough to where they needed to be. We mentioned it to the staff but they said that’s the way they make them. Please make rolls to golden/brown color, as they should not be pale white and doughy. Staff was very accommodating for reserving a special place for our table requests.

Fast service. Attention to detail. Steak was a bit over cooked for medium well.

A nice woman brought us our food at pick-up. We ordered extra buns, just to find 8 butter dish sized rolls. I wouldn't mind normally, but we had paid more, and due to pregnancy cravings I was excited to get more. So I was truly disappointed to see such tiny buns for $6 more when it would've been free inside.

Texas Roadhouse has a welcoming, diverse atmosphere, but there is a lot going on inside and the noise level felt tiring by the end of our meal. The wait time was reasonable, and our waiter was kind. The food arrived hot and tasted good. Unfortunately, something unexpected was found in the chili after my husband had already eaten most of it, which was concerning and obviously off-putting. Although the waiter apologized and took it back to the kitchen, there was no follow-up or update so that was disappointing.

My first Texas Roadhouse experience was fantastic. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but if it's your first time there make sure you tell your server. The manager came to my table and introduced herself. The food was wonderful. I started out with fried dill pickles. They did not disappoint. My husband and I went with beef tips and a half slab of ribs for our entrees. We were very full when we left. My only issue was the rice that I got with my beef tips was a little over seasoned. Next time I'll go for the mashed potatoes. Try the Texas Roadhouse out yourself, I don't think you'll be disappointed either.

Did not receive full order when ordering takeout. Did not realize until I was already home. A simple call to them and explained I payed for food that I did not receive. I was placed on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up.

We love Texas Roadhouse across the US, but Oswego has done what Oswego does. The last 2 times we have gone, the food has been just "ok." The last time the service was just awful. Our server was sat at a table adjacent to us, no refills on my husband or daughters drink, I never got my drink, our food was right, thank God. But the server never checked on us. The time before we did take out, and half my steak was cooked rare, and part was so well done it was almost inedible. My friends chicken fried steak tasted like they soaked it in salt, and my husbands steak was chared on the outside and raw inside -which tells me the temps on the grill are way too high to try to get food out too quickly. I think we are now going to be going back to Clay for our Texas Roadhouse fix. :( much less convenient than it being 5 minutes away in Oswego, but we have had zero issues here.

Couple of small mistakes, but they have only been open 4 days. There was a miscommunication between the hostess and the waiter. After about 15 minutes I got up and requested service. They were very apologetic and sent over the waiter right away. I ordered the medallions medium, but they were rare. I didn't send them back because I was getting full from the blooming onion and salad and bread. So I took them home to enjoy for breakfast after cooking more. Again, only open 4 days and still training and getting everything set. So no big deal. I'll definitely be back. Very happy for this steakhouse in Oswego. No doubt that the staff will continue to get things where they want them to be.

Service was good. I had the chicken critter salad. The salad had brown lettuce and the chicken was cold. I told the waiter the front door staff, they said they would let someone know! That should be checked before it leaves the kitchen. Won’t go back! If your order salad check it before you eat it!

Food... was food, overpriced, barely enjoyable. Steaks taste like char, and the wife order medium got well. Mac and cheese tasted like i was back in grade school. Cactus bloom was good... not a fan of the sweet taste. Rolls were amazing. Megan our server made the experience welcoming and inviting. She clearly wanted to make us happy and successfully so, but sometimes food experience isn't worth the trip back to the kitchen. Your service made the night thou thank you so much for the attentive care you gave our table! 20 min wait to sit, 43min wait for food i can make faster and better and home. Go for the atmosphere and the staff they truly make it feel inviting!

Ordered a steak well done . Wasn’t well done the first time . I had them take it back and they put it back on the grill . Thought they would give me a new steak but put my steak on the grill and still wasn’t done. My baked potato was over done. Manager was rude. But my waitress Hailey did a wonderful job at paying attention to our table.

Food was cold, our waitress was not attentive. We had to get our own to go boxes. I looked for her and she was rolling utensils😩 we waited forever for her to return just for refills. We spent $130, my husband suggested we just get ribeyes at Wal Mart and grill at the park🫨🥶

Ava, our waitress tonight, was friendly and attentive. Our wait from ordering to meal delivery was longer than we expected. My husband requested steak medium well. Even by the menu description, this should have been very slightly pink in the center. The steak came as I would call rare, and even after sending it back to be cooked more it was still red in the center. We did not send it back a 3rd time. The herb crusted chicken was very good.

Make sure you check your bill for this location in Oswago, NY. REALLY CLOSE. They tried to slip a charge for playing games on their ziosk, when we did not even touch it until she gave it to us to charge our payment for our bill. The server tried to claim a kid from the previous service for that table must of played games on it after their parents paid and it charged it to our bill. OK, cover up after trying to slip an extra charge onto our bill. Their blossom petals appetizer was hot but everything else just barely warm. The service wasn't the best. Their priority is more for their line dancing and talking to each other. Our server was in the line dance after we got our food from someone else. We wondered if they had malted vinegar for the fish and chips but or server was in the line dance. There was a server not in the game but watching them. I waved to her to come to us when she looked at me but she decided to look away after I waved her to come. Then when the dance was done I yelled to our server to get her attention but she thought it was more important to stand with other servers and talk to each other. I called her a couple of times and then instead of coming to her tables to see if they needed anything (which we did), she walked towards the kitchen entrance where they have a register and started talking some more. So I got out of my seat and told her that's for her and another server purposely avoiding us trying to get them to come to our table. When I said we were wondering if they had malted vinegar she said no. Then later she shows up at our table with regular vinegar and olive oil. What the heck, I asked for malted vinegar not salad dressing. NOTHING CLOSE TO MALTED VINEGAR. When I complained about neither of the servers would knowledge that I needed help. She replied we are required to dance every hour. So that means you don't come before or after to check your tables and avoid people calling out to you or waving to you to come to the table?? Poor server skills I would say. 9l

Came back for the third time today April 14,2024. The food was excellent, the best it has been. Our waiter was great. The manager has came around every time we were there to make sure things are ok. The service is excellent, it's a great place. The only thing I was disappointed in is I brought my 9 year old for her birthday, and they didn't acknowledge it even though I had told them beforehand. Besides that everything has been excellent. Update: I have been here a few times since this review. If you go on the weekend you will have a bit of a wait, but yesterday mothers day was crazy. I understand that it's a holiday and I planned on a longer wait time. So we waited for an hour to get a table, no big deal. So we get to the table and ordered and then we are waiting, waiting and waiting. We seen people come in after us and get served before us. It was two hours before we got out food. I understand that it's a holiday and that it would be hectic. But since Texas Roadhouse is the best restaurant that you can dine in, in Oswego don't you think you should take reservations? So three hours later and we finally get our food, now we are getting rushed to leave. It wasn't our fault it took two hours to get served. Rushed to leave by the server asking if we needed the check immediately upon being served and maybe 5 minutes into the meal asking if we need take out boxes. It was horrible. The gravy was watery, kids were restless. They knew it was a terrible experience. One server that wasn't even my one came up and apologized for the long wait. I think a coupon at the very least would've been sufficient but they didn't offer anything but an I'm sorry for the wait. I didn't leave a tip because the service was horrible. I should have got the tip for this one!!!

The place is nice and the service is extraordinary. But please! Stop overcooking my steak! I ordered a 12 oz New York strip MEDIUM and this is what is served to me. If you are going to center your restaurant around steak, then cook it correctly! This is my second time getting an overcooked steak! Usually, it wouldn’t be a big deal but it seems to be recurring event. The steak I received today was dry and noticeably overcooked on the outside. If it hasn’t rendered in the staffs head, medium means that a steak has a HOT PINK CENTER. I appreciate the kindness of the waiters/waitresses and their patience, but get your steak right if that’s the main course at your restaurant!

The line dancing by our table was annoying. We needed drink refills and here the waitresses were dancing instead of filling drinks. Food was good but the waitress came by too much and kept interrupting our conversation. The manager also stopped by which is over kill ,

We eat at TR often. Always good. This past time was not. My wife's meal was fine. My steak was not. Very rubbery. I sent it back. The waitress offered me another but I was not interested. No other offer was made and I was charged for my meal. Disappointed.

Went for my daughters birthday and was severely disappointed. This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at and was happy it came to our town but would rather take the drive to go to another. When we got there we had told them it was my daughters birthday and they said they would put it on the ticket. Got seated ordered drinks and food all at the same time within ten minutes of being seated. We had three rounds of drinks/ an hour after ordering, our food came out. When the food came out everything was over cooked, three steaks ordered medium rare and then all came out well done. The ribs were dry and over cooked, shrimp too dry to chew. I then reminded them it was a 6 year olds birthday again. They came over did their thing which was great but we all took a couple bites of our food packed it up, left, and threw it all away. $300 meal and it made me not want to go back. The service was great and was so happy with our waitress but the whole reason for going was for food and it was disappointing.

We had a appetizer, dinner and two alcoholism drinks. Our appetizer was very bland. My dinner was good. I had a steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. My only complaint was the ranch dressing for my salad was bland as well. The ranch tasted like mayonnaise and sour cream (no flavor at all). My husband ordered a cheeseburger and French fries. He ordered his burger medium and it came out rare with over salted soggy french fries and a very salty pickle. The pickle was so salty his face turned red and he squinted his eyes. The server asked me if I wanted a flavor shot added to my margarita ( I always thought they came lime flavored anyway) I should have opted for the flavor because it tastes like pure alcohol. No alcohol prices on the menus. The server tried to offer us to go boxes while we were still eating and never asked if we would have liked any desert. But the free peanuts were very good 👍. We will not be going back.

My sister tried taking me and my niece out for dinner here, we were sat by our server he was a short, flamboyant man with glasses, we got sat at around 6:10, I have the time from when I sent my bf the menu to order him something to go, it got to around 6:35 when we still had not been talked to since being seated, weren’t even given drinks or had a drink or appetizer order taken where we finally just got up and walked out. That was 25 mins of my time wasted just sitting there. On our way out he was literally just standing there talking to the employee at the front who greets guests with zero people waiting in the lobby so why exactly did he never come over to take any order at all for us? We would’ve been there till yall closed if we kept waiting lmfao. Thanks for that, my sister wanted to eat there and was paying and she couldn’t even get what she wanted.

Honestly it's a new place expected it to b ok as it's a chain, but um... No... Kids Mac and cheese was nasty, green beans were salty and fatty, salad was brown, and steak was not medium by any means, was rare straight up. Also they took cups and refilled vs bringing new which they are not supposed to do, might be me, but not worth the time in my opinion.

I've not had any issues previously. Went for my birthday. I ordered a steak medium. It was completely well done. When I questioned it the manager brought a card to show me how it was a bit over done. She attempted to justify the overcooked food. I declined to eat it and was reluctantly offered another one. After another 30 minutes, my steak still had not arrived. The manager finally came and checked on me, and we just asked for the check. They then stated they would rush my steak (which took another 15 minutes). We were going to order another round of drinks, and dessert.... oh well.

After ordering ahead and arriving on time to gather our food, we were notified that they were out of a side (fries) and needed to pick something else, but the rest of our food wouldn’t be cold as they prepared the new side. LIES!! Everything was as cold as their lies when we made the 7 min drive home. Room temperature was warmer than the food.

Server was pushy with the upsell, very inattentive, and somewhat rude as we needed more time to place our order. My fries were cold and tasted like fish had been fried in the same grease. Asked for a modification of the steak salad (no Italian dressing), staff must have seen the note after putting dressing on half. Baked potato had too much salt. Ribs were good. Tenderloins were tasty. Blooming onion was fantastic!

I ordered to go the steak baked potato shrimp and ceaser salad . I got my ceaser salad and all that was in the box was 7 pieces of lettuce and a tiny bit of shredded cheese?! I love their ceaser salads and eggs a disappointment this was ! Not very happy !

The toilets are too cold to be in and there’s no sanitary napkins just incase something happens. And the waitresses keep using the same cup not a brand new one when refilling a drink. Some of the waitresses are quite rude, they bump into them and say that the other one bumped into them first which was not the case. The waitress Desiree? I’m not quite sure I know it starts with a D but she’s very rude and messes up food orders every time I come in to eat she does it every single time and I have a feeling she does it on purpose to receive a higher tip from her customers that dine-in. Texas Roadhouse is bad dont eat here!!!!!!!

Where to even begin? Well, the wait wasn't as long as I expected with all the cars in the lot but if you even thought you'd be able to hear yourself think, don't plan on it. Our waitress, Chantel, seemed super nice and friendly at the start, however, after we mentioned our appetizers were over seasoned, her real self showed. We got the cheese fries and the tater skins as our starters, and what we got compared to what we thought the cheese fries were going to be, a nice cheese sauce, nope it was cold shredded cheddar cheese, and when I say cold I mean by the time we got it to our table the cheese had congealed. The same thing had happened with the tater skins. We got 4 meals, full slab of ribs, a house salad, an 8oz sirloin, and the grilled BBQ chicken and sirloin combo. Idk hiw they managed it but the stake and sirloin were not seasoned at all but both sides were over seasoned. The salad had definitely seen better days, as for the 8oz sirloin, it wasn't seasoned at all! The sides for the 8oz were corn, wich was swimming in water and had so much pepper on it you sneezed just looking at it, and the mashed potatoes(apparently tonight was mash um on your plate night 😒). Overall I'd never have gone if I knew it would have been that bad, but you know what they say hinde sight is 2020. Don't go spend over $100 here go to a locally owned and operated place!

Went there for my 68th Birthday last night. Service wa the worst and what was served was drowned in salt. We had a party of 9 and ordered about 6:30 PM. Six of the 9 orders arrived about 30 minutes later, but the 3 orders for Prime rib never showed up. 20 minutes later the server came back and said they were out of the Prime Rib and asked then if we would like to change our order to Ribeyes. We told them yes and ordered that. After another 20 minutes we still had no food for the 3 of us. All the rest of our party had finished their meals. The manger was of no help what so ever. He took our bill and said he woul take care of it. Oh he subtracted the 3 meals that were never delivered to our party. And by the way, we left after that. Two hours and 3 people never getting their food. I will never go to this restaurant again.

Too loud music. Constant screaming about birthdays, etc. Food too salty, cheese on potato skins and french fries like rubber. The lettuce in my salad was wilted. Is any of this Real food? When the waitress asked us how our food was and we told her it wasn’t very good. She had an attitude. We won’t be back.

Steaks were undercooked twice and sent back. But the manager tried to convince otherwise, insisting they weren’t. Like I was blind. What ever happened to “the customer always being right“? Medium well steak should not have blood pooling under it🙄. By the time I finally got it, I was full from eating everything else that was ordered, and took it home. Noisy atmosphere. Service and food were mediocre. Seems good waitstaff has become obsolete.

Doesn’t cater to your wants or needs, I asked for no mushrooms on kabobs and they can’t do that?? Like are we kidding! So I tried to order a steak on rice and she tried to upsell me to a more expensive steak!!

Ok I tried a second time 6/15 not busy at all inside. The "greeting" staff would not seat me where I wanted. Even though it was literally 16 ' from where they wanted to shoe horn us n̈ext to large party. Left and went to Steamers where when we got there the greeter said "sit anywhere you want ". The paradox was appreciated. Spent a hundred that could have been in the TRH till. I do not like dumb. Last review the management responded thanking me.....for the feedback. Uhhh, you're welcome. Previous review...Generally, we like this place, but I am pissed as soon as I go in the door. I want to pick my own seat. The swarm at the door wants to put you where it's convenient for them ...without asking us. Not once have I been asked. I stop them and go where we want. If they give me stink eye for sitting where I want their tip reflects it. One time asked for a new server due to related attitude. Love the rolls, my last server was awesome and food was good. Still I was irritated enough to write this.

We got a $100 pick-up order. It wasn't ready at the specified time, and the wait was almost 30 minutes. Got home and opened the containers. One $35 steak was burnt so black it was impossible to consume. Even the bone was black. Another was ordered meduim-well, but was blood-soaked rare. The mashed potato container wasn't even filled halfway. Most went into the garbage. When I called, I was told by a manager that I would be refunded but that never happened, so I had to dispute with my credit card company. I tried uploading photos, but it won't let me. You really have to see it. How any restaurant would allow such low-quality food to be served is beyond my comprehension.

I would like to start by saying our waiter was FANTASTIC they tried the best to make our experience better after the incident that occurred, during our visit our food was unbelievably salty (salmon and shrimp) I had stated I would not like a replacement and a few minutes later the waiter came back and stated “the manager told me that we aren’t going to let you leave without a replacement” so I stated that was fine and about 10 minutes after that the manager came over to our table and said “take a bite” then proceeded to stare at us until we tried our food. That was very uncomfortable and made me feel as if I was a child being made to eat something I stated I did not like nor want. 10 out of 10 do not recommend interacting with the manager that was on shift but the wait staff were great. $73 for us to be treated like children by someone trying to belittle us.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged twice for my meal, and despite pointing it out, the issue wasn’t resolved properly. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. The lack of accountability and customer service means I won’t be coming back.

Ordered a cheeseburger with no lettuce, tomato, or onion, well done, but got one with lettuce, tomato, and a pile of onions, cooked medium rare. The waitress just shrugged it off, and when we were about to leave, she suggested cooking it longer—no thanks, we were leaving. She didn’t take it off the bill. Ordered coffee as soon as we sat down, got one cup of lukewarm sludge and a quarter cup of the same, then finally received a full cup halfway through our meal. The shrimp was rubbery, overcooked, and loaded with black pepper. The waitress seemed out of it, and she and two others were too busy chatting at the hostess counter when we tried to find her. asked for manager and no one came .. tried sending contact to roadhouse on their web page but their contact form does not send

Let me start this review by saying I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse, just not this location they aren't even in the same ballpark. For whatever reason, this establishment in Oswego, NY is TERRIBLE. I have been to this restaurant 4 times in my life and left unfed 3 of the occasions. When your kitchen staff can only get about 25% of the orders correct. You have an issue. When the management team still can't get it corrected on try two. you have a MAJOR concern within the kitchen. The worst experience was this last one where when finally seeing the kitchen unable to make a steak medium after 2 attempts. (burnt or raw is all they can put out here) I asked the manager to have the bill canceled. Taylor seemed annoyed and bothered by the fact his team can't handle what they are suppose to be doing, he wanted me to wait around for another hour and give his staff a 3rd try. This young man has no business leading the front of the house, let alone the whole restaurant. Another awful experience at Texas Roadhouse Oswego.
