Sonic is always decent for fast food... If you're looking at reviews, I'm assuming you've somehow never been to sonic. For fast food it can be slightly more pricy than it's competitors, but it's got a huge menu, and it's pretty good. Nothing special or awful about this one. Food here is pretty decent consistently.

I enjoyed great service from the most attentive and friendly staff. My order was quickly taken, food was delivered almost immediately, and staff followed up with me twice to see if I needed anything else. I wish all other Sonics operated in this fashion.

I enjoy a good root. Beer float an they have one ...they make a pretty good tater tots cheese chili bacon onions peppers an ranch... They're good about making things the way you need them

Yay!!! The slushies finally taste good again!!! I can't say how many times I dumped a slush that was like pure syrup but it is finally fixed! I don't have to go to New Caney or Cleveland anymore!!! Aside from the slushes, the service here has been fairly good. Not a lot of interaction from the carhops but decent service overall.

Sonic has been a favorite of mine for decades, they have all the wonderful flavors but mine is the snickers blast, and flavored tea of course, and oh yeah the cheese tater tots are also my fav's... we love it so much our teenage daughter works there lol. Stop by today and splurge on an ice cream Sunday, loaded just like you like it, or a burger n fries combo with your favorite soft drink, you'll be glad you did.

My son loves the sonic kids corn dog meal and grape lemonade, I used to get a strawberry or cherry limeade but lately no matter which area sonic I go to the limeaids are made wrong. It tastes as if they just take carbonated water and squirt a minimal, as in the bare minimum, amount of fruit and lime juice into it. I taste mostly plain carbonated water. If I complain it's just remade the same. However this location made my limeade correctly! Ok was so surprised. Plus, not only my waitress but all that passed smiled and made eye contact.

Food and drinks are typical Sonic food. Service is pretty good and staff is friendly. It’s a shame that all restaurants are serving smaller burgers, Sonic included.

Slow.... We stopped at 10:20 to get a bite before coming home from the movies, and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Right after we got our food they turn the lights off outside so we sat in the dark for a little bit and then continued home. For some reason we didn't feel welcome!

Come here often and always have a good experience. Even when the place is packed my order is prepared timely and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The new Sonic app was unusable, slow and unable to load the menu. They responded quickly to the red button and gave me the discount anyway.

Got my order right so I left a big tip for the person delivering. I don't like their shakes because of the actual fruit in them but, the tea is great.

Compared to other Sonic's. This one is by far the best. We live 30 miles from it, and still make the trip when we are hungry for their food. When it comes to the shakes/malts/blasts, be sure to make them stir the whole thing up, else you'll have half a blast/malt/shake being just vanilla ice cream.

I bought chili cheese Tater tots, yummy, a foot-long chili cheese coney, meh and my hubby got an onion ring, yummy, and a foot-long chili cheese coney, meh. I love Sonic's chili cheese coneys but this time the hot dog didn't seem it was cooked all the way and I won't say cold, but not nearly as hot as it usually is. There was barely any chili either. I had enough chili on my tots to cover about half of them. Disappointed. However, the onion rings tasted better than normal.

Always get the #19:. Egg & sausage sandwich. Delish!

The last was so quick getting out drinks or to us that she actually scared my friend and she almost jumped into my life when she looked up and the lady was already at the window. It was definitely a good laugh that was much needed that day.

Good food overall! Had a burnt onion ring. That should never happen. I would have rather waited for a good one. Do it right ya know... Also fix the screens that are not working or put a sign saying out of order... I shouldn't have to pull in only to pull out and find another stall that has a working one. Gave it a 4 despite the above issues. Hopefully the owner or people in charge fix the issues soon...

My hubby loved his shake. My pug really enjoyed his very 1st Wag cup. The carhop was really great with his excitement. He almost knocked it out of her hand, lol. Wish I could remember her name, really sweet young lady.

Miss the servers on skates as I was a kid when they started that, but things change. Their drinks and ice cream variety is great, their burgers need a upgrade to be compatible with others.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 6 minutes. No one came on to take my order. I went to a stall and got service. Food was decent.

I only gave 3 fast service BUT I dunno what it is with carhops at Sonics and if it’s a new thing to ask customers if they want they’re change? Like yes we want our money! You should never ask. You should give unless they state otherwise. That right their, makes me not want to tip my carhop. Don’t ask me if I want my money. It’s mine. Duhhh. When I carhopped I never asked that question. And I made super goooood money. So I dunno if that’s a new technique to make money. But it actually makes the carhops look very bad! I don’t wanna tip someone who is asking me if I want my money. Makes things very awkward too, Like stop. Bad business, well for the carhop in my opinion. Not first sonic I went to that’s done this either! Please tell me they’re not being taught to do this!

I hate the traffic, but the large Coke Zero is very much worth it. Very friendly staff, service with a smile is always the best service.

We ordered fruit waters. I used the sonic ap so we get half price drinks all day. They were really busy but it didn't take long. It's also hard to mess up water so it was good.

Ordered a #11 The Chicken Strip Dinner, the strips were old or so over cooked I couldn't tell the difference, the gravy was watery as heck, the fries and bread were good though and the Coney I ordered was perfect. Darn fast and friendly service taking the order.

I ordered through the app(3 wacky packs). None of them came with a “fun toy”. Only received 2 sauces for 3 wacky packs.

This isn’t the first or even second time I’ve been disappointed with my food, but with the price of food nowadays, I’m tired of paying for something I can’t eat. Ordered cheese fry’s, there was literally only 2 edible fry’s, the rest looked like what you’d leave behind in your fryer at home. Sure wouldn’t put it in front of a guest. This order wasn’t something that should have even gone out to a customer. Were paying full price, and should not get some rock hard, Grease filled See-through fry, When they melt the cheese on the top, they think it’s acceptable. I’m not sure what the issue is when it comes to sonic making fries, They need to stop sending out fry’s they wouldn’t eat, and cold fry’s, who wants cold fry’s. I get it sometimes things happen, But we pay way too Much for food, It’s not unreasonable to expect your cheese fry’s to come out at least warm, not the ones you made an hour ago, with all the nasty fry’s left over in the bin, you know you wouldn’t even eat., Pictures don’t show the hardness, or how some were even flat. This is what’s left after picking through for the decent ones, really unacceptable. The carhop was great! Just the ones back in the kitchen, not right now many times they’ve given out nasty food, I’m sure not gonna complain so they give me some spit on food and return. But this is getting ridiculous. It’s every single time. and then no one answers the phone, I’m not about to load kids up to go back.

Tatchos were pitiful with, at best, this mornings bacon, a couple of tots had a taste of cheese and baha sauce. Jalapenos were good. Burger had more condiments on the outside of the untreated bun - very messy and not worth it.

Server Chloie barely acknowledged us and took off in a rush. She came because their system didn't process our payment, but we had question about groovy fries. When she came back with our card, we were able to ask and she just said they don't serve it before rushing out again. Didn't have a chance to ask about the sauce. Apart from this experience, all of their speaker boxes need adjusting or fixing, since it's very hard to hear from the multiple times we've been. On the plus side, food was delivered quick. With this recent experience, I don't think we'll go to this location anymore. Good thing a Whataburger is coming up soon. Update: There is no store number located on the receipt, so I couldn't leave an official feedback on Sonic site.

It gets worse each time I go. The food is rarely fresh anymore - it's either overcooked, undercooked or simply been sitting too long in the packaging - causing it to sit in moisture! The people taking orders could use some training on listening and customer service. They rush orders which result in errors and also time. Hopefully these issues are something they are already trying to improve.

Ordered two slushies during happy hour and they came out as nothing but liquid. No frozen consistency at all and hot. Also ordered two salted pretzels with cheese dip. Got no dip. The dip I can understand it being forgotten. But, if your slushie machine isn't functioning properly have the common courtesy to let someone know verses charging them for it.

Got one with onions, buzzed them back and was told to hang on someone would be right out. 5 minutes later they buzzed me back and asked if I wanted a new one or for them to take off the onions for me. Very disappointed. Milkshake was sour and sickly. Burger tasted awful , lettuce was stale and the popcorn chicken had barley any chicken. We have been here before and had no issues.

Every time I come in here there's always something wrong with my food. Did I ordered a jr. Deluxe cheeseburger and was given a junior Deluxe hamburger. When the CarHop started arguing me I pointed out that the menu does not say junior Deluxe hamburger but it says Jr Deluxe cheeseburger and she proceeded to put the blame on somebody else. I've done fast food for 15 years and better and know that you accept the blame and you fix it. I'm not going to be charged for something I ordered to begin with.. But will not be returning to this restaurant. I came through because I'm in between jobs and I needed something to eat. But I guess my next trip will be to Jack In The Box.

I bought a slushy for both my sons and had them add nerds in them. I called and spoke to a manager and she proceeded to ask the one who helped us if she added the nerds. I told her, she didn’t that NERDS don’t just disappear. LOL. Came in to pick up a doordash order with 11 items and a young lady tells us that the kitchen is already closed and they couldn’t give us the order for the customer. I’ve done doordash in different places and they always make sure to give us the customers order even if they’re closed. This just SCREAMED lazy. I would understand if it was 3 or less items but it was 11 items!? do better sonic.

I ordered 1 medium slushy, 2 large drinks. Pull up to get drinks and Jessi said I would have to pay 2 times because she can't add a drink. So 5 something for the 2 large drinks.. She came back out with a Large slushy and was 5 something, I told her no mam it's a medium.. She then just turned around and came back out 3 minutes later. I'm not sure why it took so long, but then came out and said 3 something.. She wasn't the nicest girl. I have never had a issue, but if she hates her job then she needs to quit. There all super sweet girls working but not Jessi.

Just to order food the speaker system was soooo loud and hurt my ear drums. They couldn’t hear me even try to tell them what I want. 2 cars down I could hear the woman yelling over the speaker. My head hurts so bad now. My left ear drum feels busted just like this sonic!

In total I waited 30 minutes for my order. The teenagers they have working there at night need more training in costumer service. The food gets worse every time.

Waiting for 20 minutes, again, for our order that got lost somehow. It has happened 3 different times! I This afternoon, I reported the wait to different carhops 7 times and also a manager. A carhop finally came out with our melted ice drinks and warmish food (not hot) and said that we weren't checked in when I had confirmed it at the speaker. I work in the public and worked at a Sonic for 6 years in the past so I know the protocol and understanding. We weren't offered fresh food today nor fresh drinks any of the times; I am glad that we didn't order ice cream or if would have been melted into sweet milk. I usually give grace, but I have a very sick kid that hasn't eaten much in days so when he wanted a Sonic drink and snack, I tried to make him feel better. If I hadn't already paid through the app this time, I would have left.

I called the number you posted following my 1 star review only, and the gal seemed just as confused about my call as your staff seemed about my issue pertaining to the service I received before this visit. Sonic has gone down hill for sure! My initial visit got me raw chicken and when I explained that after deciding to give another chance, the chicken was not raw, but the tots were definitely old. Only this time I sent them back and received a disgusted look prior to me tipping them. I will never return to this place or any other Sonic, and your customer service line is just as bad. Get it together Sonic!

Rude. Carhop and employees were horrible, I asked for two drinks with sweet cream in them. The cup was more than half-way filled with cream with barely any soda. When I asked for a refund they scoffed and when the carhop came out to get my drinks and my card for the refund she rolled her eyes and was upset she had to do her job, Do better. Don't go here

Worst sonic ever. I come here once a week to pick up orders for my hospital staff and it’s always a let down. Don’t think I’ve gotten a single order that wasn’t messed up, to the point they almost are counting on their orders being wrong. Which is kinda sad when they work so hard and can’t even get the meal they’re craving. Also, the attitude they give for their own mistakes is just…incredible.

If we were allowed zero ratings, I would use it for this Sonic. Waited in drive thru 5 minutes no one ever took my order. Drove up a young lady took my order waited 40 minutes for ice cream never got it. Did not drive away because I had cars in front and behind me. Finally the poor little lady in front of me who was also waiting on ice cream moved up enough for us to leave. Do not recommend this place

I've always loved Sonic. But was more than disappointed when I got my order on New Years eve. I ordered a chili dog and order of chili cheese tots. The chili dog was dried out and the tots were a clumped up soggy mess. I couldn't eat it. Waste of my money and time.

Everytime I go here, they mess my order up. Now they have taken grilled chicken off the menu. I cant get what I normally order. So I order an breakfast wrap & tots via mobile order. I ask for 8packs of picante.. might seem like a lot I guess but I use it for my tots too. They gave me 3 and a random pack of ketchup. So they can hardly put your food together correctly, and they can't apparently give you exactly what you ask for either.

This isn’t the first time we’ve had rude service at this Sonic. The first time, we arrived about 10 minutes before closing. While we were deciding (less than two minutes) at the speaker, the lights were turned off without anyone letting us know they could no longer take our order. The second time, we were given the wrong soda. This third time, while I was ordering and adding another meal, the employee suddenly gave me the total for only the first two items and stopped responding, cutting me off mid-order. When I asked to cancel, the response had a clear attitude. I repeated three times that I needed to cancel, but she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. At that point, I said I didn’t need the meals anymore, thanked her, and drove away. Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unprofessional.

Got off work at 10:45, got there (yes bad timing i know, i couldnt help it) 10:53, Others were still getting their order so i pushed red button at one of the stalls, figured out what i want. Waited... waited waited... no response.., stood there by the stall outside my car for nearly 10 mins.. nothing, went to drive through.., Nothing... by then it was their closing time.. and we had to go to a jack in the box next door. but Before leaving i went back to check the stall and saw the "well be with you in a moment" gone, so its plain obvious they ignored customers and "closed early"

I can’t even comment on the food. At 945pm tonight I sat at the speaker to be ignored for 10 minutes when there was only a couple cars there. We kept saying hello, but no answer. We had to drive to a stall to order only for the woman inside to be incompetent and again take her sweet time. We just drove off after waiting in that place for 20 min without even completing an order. Poor service.
