The manager Tammy is always real nice and helpful. The pizza always tastes delicious. They do a great job. I keep coming back because they have always been good and kind especially in this time.

I ordered a pizza and chicken wings online, which, by the way, is simple and easy to navigate through. I ordered carry out and I was surprised by how quickly they were able to make all of my orders. The service was nothing less than professional and very polite. The pizza is well-cooked and the chicken wings are really great. This is the kind of service that makes me want to return to this particular location.

Normally the delivery is faster. Last night we ordered around 7:20. The delivery came at around 9 pm. It was a snowy night and a Saturday. May have been nice to know how long it would take before placing the order. I did not see an estimated time until after I had ordered. Food was hot when it got here and it was delivered when the app said it would be.
I got a large cheese crust filled with 3 toppings, original crust. I thought the pizza itself was thin and falling apart, and that not enough toppings were added. But, the ordering experience was easy and it was ready quickly and easy to pick up. Taste was fine, just wanted more
The manager on Saturday nights is amazing. He's very good at multitasking and handles my order perfectly. I come here very frequently and they have never messed up any of my orders. My pizza is always made on time and is wonderful. I highly recommend coming to this pizza Hut. It's full of friendly faces.

First this was the first time I have ordered from this location in over a year because my order would be either wrong or several times I was told (after waiting for over an hour) there was no one available to deliver my food. Anyways. This time my order was fine except for I wanted some extra marinara sauce and ALL the sauces said they were unavailable... not sure if it was a glitch or what? Since I ordered a garlic knots and marinara came with that?
Make delivery times better. My last order was out for delivery for over an hour and my pizza was barely lukewarm. When I called after the third delivery update the employee said it had just left 10 minutes ago and was rude.
Lady behind counter was coughing and wheezing then touching money then cutting pizza all at once it was disgusting and i regretted buying will never go again, place needs to be shutdown

Not only was the pizza made, and very cold by the time of pick up the service was so lackadaisical and lacking urgency for how busy the store was on a holiday wouldn’t come back even on a slow day. I ordered in advanced online early and it still took over an hour and a half to get it once I was in store. it was complete disarray no order no directive no management just a bunch of kids behind the counter.

I placed my order at 6:15, was online Guarenteed delivery at 6:50. At 7:50, I called the store as I hadn't received my food. The manager told me they had my food waiting for me, under the warmer. They didn’t have delivery drivers. There were only 2 members of staff working. This restaurant is severely understaffed, they can’t handle the load of business they receive. Their online ordering allows you use delivery as an option, but the store itself has no delivery driver. The manager said they would cancel my order, hopefully I will get a refund. Horrible experience. Pizza Hut should just close this branch - Lake St. Addison IL.
Did order online 2hrs prior to picking up. Still had to wait 25 min to get my pizza. Upnon driving only 3 miles home, both pizzas were burnt and cold and cinnamon rolls were burnt, both nearly uneatable ,with little to no icing. This is the worse experience with pizza hut I have ever experienced. Likely never to return.
I was suppose to get my food around 7:50 pm and he didn’t actually show up until about 8:35 pm. Before it was even out for delivery I was trying to call to cancel my order and waited for the store to answer for over 10 mins. Had to call from another phone to get thru to someone then that person sent me to the “manager” when it was really customer service and then sent me back to the location I ordered from and they never picked up the phone. If there was a delay in delivering that information should have been put on the app or something. The time should have been adjusted. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Pizza Hut and it just saddens me really. I had to refuse my order so I can hopefully get my point across. Currently waiting for a refund.. wish me luck Don’t waste your time. Go to a different Pizza Hut
I think the health inspector should take a visit to this store . The cleanliness is absolutely horrible. The smell inside is rank .You can see filth in the kitchen from the front lobby . The heavy set lady behind the counter blames It on lack of help . But this is just pure laziness . I mean I don't have high expectations for Pizza Hut but the pizza I ordered tasted like it was sitting around and was soggy falling apart. This place needs serious help .
Horrible. Horrible. I tried to place an order online and it said thr type of crust I selected was sold out. Ok.... so I tried to call the store and I was hung up on, twice. Then I tried again and the phone just rang and rang. I wasn't far from the store so I said, maybe they're super busy. I'll just go in. I walk in and there were about 5 people inside already waiting. I didn't see a single employee. Nobody came to greet the new customer. Why wouldn't you be alerted a customer came into your establishment? Why wouldn't you greet them if you did know? The phone was ringing and nobody ever showed up to the counter. I saw someone walking I the back but they didn't seem to be worried or rushing. A couple of weeks back I placed an order and I went in at the time I was supposed to for pick up and the guy told me he needed 10 more minutes. I thought no big deal. I come back in and he tells me 15 more minutes. Ridiculous. Terrible. No urgency to assist customers. Terrible service. Just terrible.
We hadn't had pizza hut in awhile but we always like their buttery crust of the traditional pan pizza. The pizza received wasn't pan, it was thinner (hybrid between thin and pan) and it wasn't cooked all the way so the crust was doughy. But the real reason for the 1 star was the taste, there was definitely something wrong with the ingredients as it tasted like they used spoiled ingredients. We had less than 1 piece between me and wife and threw the rest away. Although I've enjoyed pizza hut in the past I don't think we'll order from them again. It could be an isolated case or their quality has just gone down in recent years but regardless why risk it? There's so many choices for pizza.
I love Pizza Hut and I continue to remain loyal to them. Unfortunately this Addison location is bad, food, service, atmosphere. It's very dirty inside and smells odd, the food is nowhere close to Pizza Hut quality and taste. I'm shocked that they are open.
Ordered 2 pizzas from here for an easy dinner since I was watching my young niece and nephew (and they requested it). Went to pick it up after the 20 minutes and my pizza wasn't even started yet - no explanation other than it was a "busy night". Waited another 20 minutes, still nothing. Cancelled my order and left. First and last time I will go here.
Just want to make a complaint on your store in addison. I was trying to make an order, but I was having some problems with my phone, and I called back and a guy answered me but he was rude. When I was giving him my order that I wanted to order 3 pizzas, he asked what kind. And I told him hold on let me see what kind I'm gonna get, but then he hung up on me. I called back 2 times and they didnt answer. I think it's not okay for them to be doing that. Worst service you guys can have.
Saturday, 06/29, I placed my first ever order for pick up. Once I went to pick up, an employee apparently decided to close the location for his own reasons. Not sure how that’s allowed, but luckily Pizza Hut’s twitter customer service was very helpful and gave us a coupon. Not sure if that’ll still be good enough to return to this location.
They dont care! I doubt ownership reads the reviews or cares one way or the other about their service or how much business they are losing because they still sell pizzas regardless. The 3 toppings for $10 deal did not work through the app, so I called them. The guy wasnt rude, but basically said it is what it is. He cant do anything about it because his system is the same as the apps. When this happened with Sarpinos, they immediately asked to take my order and they will credit it manually, while Pizza hut says sorry, cant help you. Ordered at 4:45, app said 30 minutes. The guy arrived at 5:45. Only took twice as long as they guarantee.
I ordered my food for a 5:30 delivery, at 5:40 the rest called me stating I needed to pay by credit card, now my food has been ready for at least 15-20 mins, I gave them my c.c. number and they said the order would be 10-15 mins to me. 45 mins later I finally for my order. The food was not as I ordered, it was cold, and it tasted awful. I spoke to the manager, Henry, and he was not too helpful either. Would not recommend.
If I could give 0 stars I would. “Manager” randy was beyond rude & definitely not following any sanitary guidelines. Was outside on the phone as I pulled up I walked in behind him did not see them wash their hands or even put hand sanitizer or anything was touching their face as they charged my money went and got the food and then handed it to me. I told the “manager” how unsanitary it is to touch money and touch your face and then touch your customers food he became upset and yelling at me saying he wasn’t wrong in anything. When I told them my order was incorrect he threw my receipt on the counter and walked away. I asked for a refund and then went to throw my money on the counter. How is this place even open still.
Food and quality is what u expect from Pizza Hut but my review is their terrible curbside pickup service it’s basically non existent. I waited 15 mins after I arrived on time from the specified ready email. I even called the store and no one answered. I already notified Pizza Hut corporate. Go to another Pizza Hut and don’t give them your business or hard earned money if you want curbside service they are lazy too inside. Fire the manager the workers. Everyone
As a long time resident of Addison, this has been my go to Pizza Hut. Each time I order there is a noticeable decline in the service and quality of food. I made an online order today & I should’ve known better since it’s Super Bowl Sunday. My husband picked up and he had to wait over an hour for the food. When he got home he mentioned they gave him a credit for making him wait so long and that was ok, until I tried the pizza. HORRIBLE& COLD!!! They forgot to give him an item and gave us the wrong amount on wings. When I called the let them know, the lady with the red hair answered and I gave her the ticket number they gave us. That was when I noticed they had given us someone else’s ticket. She just kept talking over me when I was trying to explain to her that I didn’t have the correct ticket number because of their mistake. She looked it up by phone number and unsympathetically says “I don’t know what to tell you, I already gave him a credit” Umm.... REALLY?! Not even an apology was offered, I had to make the suggestion. It’s not even about the “credit” if you’re going to make someone wait over an hour for an order, at least act like you care about your job and do it right! This location needs major work on organization and service. Time to look for a new Pizza Hut.
Two dollar personal pizza ordered online waited 30 min in line to get nothing
Hire people that actually want to work there and will take pride in the food they are serving. My breadsticks weren't even cut, the marinara sauce was fresh-out-the-fridge cold, and the cup it was in had no lid. The gentleman working very clearly couldn't care less about being there.
Honestly save your money go to little ceasers down the road. More affordable. Fresher. & is always tasting the same quality. 10/10 for little ceasers. Time consuming but you get a good product. Countless times sauce is watered down. Pizza order as simple as stuffed crust and cheese bread is messed up. They have no idea what they’re doing there. And I hope they hire people who care about what they do in life.
Multiple orders have been messed up. Tonight it said it was delivered and we did not receive our order. I checked our neighbors house to see if it was delivered ther by mistake. It wasn’t. I tried calling for for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. We can’t even get our money back if we can’t talk to someone.
You like waiting.... Good... It's going to get worse. I'm a very patient person but every single time I've gone to this pizza hut I've been way under quoted actual wait time. I'll go in to pick up it won't be ready but I'll pay, then they forget about you... And you wait longer until you give up then you find out oh yea, you order is just sitting there. I called in to order the new Devil's Cut Jack Daniels wings. When they arrived we noticed a weird and pungent aroma coming from the container. When we fixed our plates the smell of those wings started to turn our stomachs. They actually smelled like vomit. We completely lost our appetites. I called them back and told them about it. They just said, "oh well." So I tried to salvage them by rinsing the Devil's Cut sauce off and drenching them in regular BBQ sauce. But they still smelled like throw-up. I guess that's $13 down the drain since they offered me know other alternative. Don't order those wings!!! You've been warned!!!
I'm at this Addison location and there is a woman that works here yelling and screaming on her video call with another person. Having a loud conversation as if she is not at work. Cussing and racial slurs as well. Everyone seems to be going along as this normal. She appears to be some form of manager as other employees were asking her questions (not sure how) Very unprofessional...won't be back! If I wasn't so hungry waiting on my son at the library I would get a refund and leave! I wish I could record and post on here. Chubby African American with locs. I see all the comments and ratings...now it makes sense.
Only one person working in a Sunday at 6pm. Ordered online and when went in to pick up my order was 8 orders behind. The employee there became argumentative when I asked for a refund and after playing with the register insisted he gave me a refund but refused to give me a receipt. He told me I can go to Little Ceasars for a $6 pizza instead. Ignorant and useless.

I tried chatting and after filling out the form it says no one is available to chat at this time to please try again. So now I've decided to share this so EVERYONE can read instead just someone at Pizza Hut. Hopefully I will hear back.

This place hits rock bottom with MUDDY managing his phone rather than his store. I walked in and already he looked agitated that I came in to order something. I did, a personal meat pizza. I waited and left but parked a few yards away. I was about to enjoy my pizza when I noticed something fatty and not cooked...it was the Bacon, then as I looked more the cheese wasn't melted as well as the meats that were piled on top of each other. Even the bottom and inside didn't taste cooked throughout. I asked for another pizza to replace the meat, like a plain sausage but Muddy looked like he didn't want to do such a thing. I then said then a refund would be fine. I ripped out the receipt and rudely told me to sign. Handed me my refund receipt with his attitude on his face. Rude and lazy in my opinion. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on UNCOOKED Pizza!!!!!!!
I am fully and genuinely disappointed in the Pizza Hut driver who refused to accept cash as a form of payment. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be denied a basic, widely‑used payment option, especially when it was clearly listed as available. This experience left me feeling let down by the service and questioning the reliability of the ordering process altogether.
Ordered a pizza there they said no specials charged 23.00 for a cheese pizza. Drove far in 97 degree weather my car has no air conditioning. Get there to find the person apparently didn't show up to work, doors locked, many people trying to pick up their orders but no one there, lights off, doors locked. Opens at 10 30 this was 11 00 now. Called the number I ordered from back she says their there because says it opens at 10 30. This was Sunday mind you. She transferred me to that location but no one answering because they are not there! Called back 4 or 5 times where I ordered from and they hung up on me or didn't care or believe me. They said complain to that manager even though they are not there! That waisted my gas money went home hungry angry and full of sweat. They ruined my day, waisted my gas and time and nobody cares. All for a crummy cheese pizza for 23.00! Never going to pizza hut again, close them up like they did Lombard no wonder.
We decided to buy pizza from here the one in Addison, we'll never again! We went in person to order. Asked for 16 inch We got a 14 inch! Get home looks horrible tastes horrible and way to much salt! To add insult to injury, I called and no one answers i call customer service twice person doesn't speak very good English. Then hangs up on me when transferring me to the store and surprise they don't answer either! NEVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!
unsanitary. rarely cleaned. food particles and garbage on the floor. sometimes there are leaves on the floor inside. the guys are always dirty from cooking. clothes are stained. this is what the customers see. and what happens in the kitchen where we don't see. horror

Order a large 3 topping pizza and an order of boneless wing with a 2 liter pop to be delivered to my apartment and I did not receive my 2 liter that was purchased. I was told by the door dash driver that I would have to call the store to get it corrected. I received my order at 7:45pm and have been calling the store location for about an hour and never got an answer and they don’t close til 11pm. This is extremely unprofessional the least they could have done was pick up the phone and acknowledge the mistake that was made but I guess that’s not how it works. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
Did a online order through app asking for delivery at 7:30 pm at 4:30 in the afternoon. Pizza never showed. Tried calling the store no one answers. Call the customer service number they tell me someone will call me back. No one ever does. Pizza never arrives. I ask for refund through customer service number they said they will expedite it. No money returned. Called customer service now 3 times and still no contact from company to get my 46.10 back. If any lawyer wants easy money just contact me. I would like to sue them for this poor customer service and theft.
I highly recommend going to a different location even if it inconvenient. I ordered from Pizza Hut website and it was delivered by Door Dash. When I got my order, my two drinks and sauce was missing which is like 5 dollars and I am cheap so I called Door Dash driver and he said he didn't get any drinks when he picked up my order and to call Pizza Hut and try to get a refund. Instead, I just drove to the location. I got there and the manager yelled out from the back and I said I was missing items and I said it was the drinks and a sauce. She said no I gave him the drinks. And I said okay but I called him and he said he didn't have them. She was still in the back yelling to the front btw. And she said too bad I gave them to him, call door dash. I said I did already and she said call again so at this point there is a different lady in the front watching me bawl my eyes out. (I am pregnant so my tears just flowed out of control). And I said please I wouldn't be here if I got them and she handed me the sauce and asked the lady yelling from the back what to do. But then she just looked at me and told me to go. So I'm crying and yelling I'm so sorry as I walk out to the car with my sauce and drinks. The lady yelling from the back never did show herself to me. I have had nothing but problems with this Pizza hut every single time I order. Just save yourself the hassle and find one with nicer people who care even a tiny bit.

Even the guy at the location didn’t offer. I will never order from this place again. Pyramid has REAL PIZZA!!
Order a large 3 topping pizza and an order of boneless wing with a 2 liter pop to be delivered to my apartment and I did not receive my 2 liter that was purchased. I was told by the door dash driver that I would have to call the store to get it corrected. I received my order at 7:45pm and have been calling the store location for about an hour and never got an answer and they don’t close til 11pm. This is extremely unprofessional the least they could have done was pick up the phone and acknowledge the mistake that was made but I guess that’s not how it works. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
I highly recommend going to a different location even if it inconvenient. I ordered from Pizza Hut website and it was delivered by Door Dash. When I got my order, my two drinks and sauce was missing which is like 5 dollars and I am cheap so I called Door Dash driver and he said he didn't get any drinks when he picked up my order and to call Pizza Hut and try to get a refund. Instead, I just drove to the location. I got there and the manager yelled out from the back and I said I was missing items and I said it was the drinks and a sauce. She said no I gave him the drinks. And I said okay but I called him and he said he didn't have them. She was still in the back yelling to the front btw. And she said too bad I gave them to him, call door dash. I said I did already and she said call again so at this point there is a different lady in the front watching me bawl my eyes out. (I am pregnant so my tears just flowed out of control). And I said please I wouldn't be here if I got them and she handed me the sauce and asked the lady yelling from the back what to do. But then she just looked at me and told me to go. So I'm crying and yelling I'm so sorry as I walk out to the car with my sauce and drinks. The lady yelling from the back never did show herself to me. I have had nothing but problems with this Pizza hut every single time I order. Just save yourself the hassle and find one with nicer people who care even a tiny bit.
Did a online order through app asking for delivery at 7:30 pm at 4:30 in the afternoon. Pizza never showed. Tried calling the store no one answers. Call the customer service number they tell me someone will call me back. No one ever does. Pizza never arrives. I ask for refund through customer service number they said they will expedite it. No money returned. Called customer service now 3 times and still no contact from company to get my 46.10 back. If any lawyer wants easy money just contact me. I would like to sue them for this poor customer service and theft.
