This is truly a hidden gem in the great city of San Francisco. They are a breakfast and lunch place. They are super polite, service is perfect. The waiter brought us our iced coffee and iced tea quickly. The food was outstanding, I really loved the fries they had a great flavor no sauce needed. The hamburger was rare which is my own fault,nI assumed it came medium well to well. Make sure to specify how you like it. If you love the bite of a good onion this is your place. The staff eat here also which is the best sign that the food and service will be great. I watched them make my food. A few things stood out that I loved seeing...when my partner and I was leaving the whole staff said "Thank you for coming and come again.". They moved everything out of the kitchen (that could be moved) and I not only saw them cleaning, but heard it. They are a very clean restaurant and friendly. I promise if you go to this great place you will enjoy yourself and will have great food for a great price

Dining at Hollywood Cafe (Fisherman’s Wharf) was such a wonderful experience! I ordered the grilled chicken fruit salad — the fresh berries paired perfectly with the juicy chicken and orange slices, making it both healthy and refreshing. I also had a latte with beautiful latte art; it was rich, smooth, and the perfect way to start the morning. The interior décor is unique, with classic Hollywood star photos on the walls, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast or brunch, and I highly recommend it when visiting San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf!

Easily the best breakfast we had during our trip to SF which is why we came twice. Portions are huge and flavourful. Definitely recommend the sausage with the breakfast. Service is immaculate and fast. Don’t think the coffees I had ever reached the bottom of the mug. Recommend coming here even if going out of your way.

The Hollywood Cafe is a small diner in Fisherman's Wharf area. We went for a late breakfast/early lunch. Almost every table was full inside along with their outdoor seating. Service was good and we all received our food timely despite how busy they were. I had the club sandwich with hash browns instead of fries. Outstanding sandwich with perfect hash browns. My wife had a fruit bowl which was the largest and most delicious we had ever seen. The grandkids had pancakes. This was a great place and highly recommended.

Amazing little shop with delicious variety. To go options also. Super friendly staff. I was here as part of a work trip. Got to the airport and realized our group had lost the receipt for this meal. Called them up and they were so helpful. They went through the trouble of finding it and texted it to me. So appreciated!! Highly recommend this diner.

What a lovely place right before you get to the Wharf… where everyone seems to be heading in the area. This place was across from my hotel, and I am not sure I would have ever found or tried it otherwise. I am glad we did! The staff here is very attentive and friendly. I am definitely seeing this trend for restaurant staff in SF! Even during the hustle and bustle, the waitstaff is smiling, busy, but helpful as well. Our food and drinks were tasty and came right out after ordering. There was no wait as we came during brunch hours. The sidewalk had several people eating, and in SF the weather is amazing so we ate out on a sidewalk table. As far as price goes, we ordered drinks and two breakfast plates and it was reasonable. It was definitely worth it. My burrito was cut into two and I ate half and was plenty satisfied and full. Mine was a hash burrito which had hash browns, scrambled eggs, cream cheese, avocado and ham in a tortilla (see pic). My wife enjoyed her two eggs, crispy bacon, and pancakes. She always asks for her bacon “this side of burnt” but most places are afraid to get it right. This one didn’t quite get it, but they tried. Everything else was perfect! This is a hidden gem, in my opinion. If you come across this review, eat here.. and this review a like if it was helpful!

Good food, Burger was very good, I would add more salt and some spices, but this is me. My wife’s chicken wrap was really good, my son’s grilled cheese also. I like that they adding fruits to every food. People working there are very nice and kind. Update 2/23/23: Went for 2nd time and I was not disappointed, food in this restaurant is really good. If you are near by, go there and have a breakfast!! You will not regret it!

What a quaint little joint in the heart of SF!! Inside seating was a little cramped. Outside would have been a better choice. Decor was on point - adorned with old Hollywood actors and actresses No ice in the water was a little confusing Dungeness crab Benedict with cappers was a solid smash! Hash browns were a tad overdone. Quality was very solid and a must try breakfast spot!

Solid breakfast place. The BNN choc was good and the fruits were nice and fresh. The lemonade was nice and sweet. The avocado toast was fresh and the healthy plate was complemented well with vegetables. Food was average, did not taste like it has been properly salted. Hash browns were stale. The price was very high for food of this quality. If you want to he paid more, and charge that much, I expect the food to be prepared with more skill and thought. Service was average. Atmosphere, it's very small space and our table is up against a bussing station. There are many other options with similar prices and better experience nearby.

Very disappointing experience, frozen vegetables added to the omelet after its done. You can clearly see it. Mushroom and the rest looks terrible. Won't be back or recommend. They dont have nothing besides of hash browns, and its taste oily and not taste.
