This was really nice, it appeared upscale but the prices were very reasonable and I felt very comfortable in causal wear. I didnt have to wait to be seated on a Friday night. I had the chicken Kao soy. It was a chicken noodle curry with friend egg noodles on top. The curry wasnt too spicey and was very good. It was almost sweet but very savory and seasoned. The portion was very healthy I was very hungry and left very full. The service was friendly.

Great place for dining in, for takeout and for delivery. Quick, reliable and so tasty. Highly recommend family style to enjoy more dishes and more options of food.

I got the chicken noodle soup. Wonderful, clean flavor and perfectly homey and comforting. Then Willa suggested I try it spicy. A suggestion which led to me sweating approximately a gallon of water with my nose running like a faucet and one of the best meals I’ve had in San Francisco. 11/10 customer service.

Ate dinner here tonight and we couldn’t decide which meal we liked best between pads-ew, fried pineapple rice, crispy chicken, and yellow curry. The yellow curry is made with the best stewed style chicken!

This is the best Thai food in San Francisco. Willa and Neon know our order by heart and are very sweet to our kids. It’s a really nice restaurant. It’s relaxed enough that you can bring your kids but it’s also nice enough for a date or upscale social occasion. It’s really the best. And the pad see ew is great! Lots of vegetarian options.

I was SO happy they still had power - everything was still warm when I got home and had a bit of everything by candlelight. now that the refrigerator is back on, I can have the leftovers tomorrow by daylight! hooray!

The service is always so great along with the consistently awesome food. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years. At one time we lived downtown and I’d drive up to the Castro every other week to get our Thai fix. Love the staff and the greetings by name are always warm and welcome! A must eat!!! 10 stars! The crew at Thai House is so nice! We are regulars for dining in and takeout and they get a patience award for always rolling with our customized orders (vegan and gluten free!). It's nice to have a quality. neighborhood spot that doesn't need a reservation or cost a million dollars :-)

My go-to Thai restaurant in the city! Really friendly service and food is delicious. I like the salmon in banana leaves and gra pao chicken. The beef jerky is also a must try!

Even the rice was a huge bowl and I truly appreciated it. It’s fresh, medium spicy just like I ordered it. My good friend had noodle soup which he was equally happy to have. Really attentive service which which means 4/5 stars! I’m glad they’re still thriving.

I do not recommend moo krob, it's my favorite dish but this place deep fried the pork so much it was just hard crisps. Overall, the venue was clean and servers were really friendly.

I ordered chicken panang curry and jasmine rice and Thai iced tea. Using Door Dash there is no way to make special requests especially in regards to heat of food. Your manager or restaurant owner needs to fix this on Door Dash app particularly. Also there were different prices for each app, from Uber Eats, GrubHub and Door Dash. 🤔. Whoever filled the order for me did NOT include silverware 🍴 🥄 napkins nor chopsticks as requested so it is difficult to eat curry and rice at work without silverware!!! I am extremely dissatisfied using Door Dash and this restaurant in particular and also with the the fact that none of my requests such as basic silverware and napkins AND wanting MILD instead of Extra spicy panang curry. Whoever packaged my food did not follow any of the order notes and I was unable to eat the curry without a spoon or rice without a spoon or chopsticks. Can you please contact me here as I would love to give your restaurant another chance to redeem yourself. The prices were the only reason I ordered with door dash. Last time I use them. Normally I use Uber Eats.
