Came in lunch time to order one of the items I ordered was Veggie Nachos. They had no veg ready so I waited about 30 min for veg. Guy had to clean the grill, cut the veg I think it just took awhile. Seemed to be talking about an employee who left and would be back soon and it had been minimum of an hour and they were not back yet, so bottom line under staffed and not enough prepped

Very disappointed in this location service was very slow store was a mess no lids for drinks or silverware multiple people waiting more than 20 mins for food and service and barely put any meat in the bowls they were rushing to much

Quite possibly the worst Moe’s I’ve ever stepped foot in — and I say that having genuinely tried to enjoy it. The food was fine. Perfectly adequate. That’s where the compliments end. The staff managed to make me feel like my mere existence was an imposition. I asked to dine in. I was handed a to-go bag and told, without apology or explanation, that there were no trays available. No offer to help. No acknowledgment that this was anything other than my problem to deal with. For a nearly $22 meal, this is astounding. There’s a particular skill in making a customer feel genuinely unwelcome, and this location has perfected it. The energy here isn’t just negative — it’s aggressively indifferent, the kind that makes you want to apologize for having the audacity to want a burrito. Basic human decency is not a high bar. This place limbo’d under it. I won’t be back.

This was my first time to a moes. The quesadilla was excellent but the some of the workers didn’t know what was going on. I also paid 20 dollars for the quesadilla and they claimed it didn’t come with a drink?? Not sure I’ll go to a moes too quickly again 🤣

Ordered 3 burritos, two of them were not well wrapped. The foil on one was so bad that the whole burrito fell out into the bag with chips and spilled sauce so badly that the bag began to fall apart. We were trying to eat these on the go so their shorts were absolutely covered in nasty Moe goop. I don’t understand how it could be so inconceivably difficult to just fully wrap all of the items in an order. Still tasted fine but that was just completely ridiculous. Thanks for the mess

Think I’m done. Prices have gone up way too high, and the food quality has plummeted. I got a rice bowl today, something I once would get weekly. It’s been a while now, but I was craving it. I got brown rice, adobo chicken, grilled peppers and onions, shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and chipotle ranch. The rice was hard and crunchy, as if they either mixed in some completely uncooked rice or just cooked the rice without enough water. The grilled onions tasted pickled? And the chicken was just meh. I ended up not eating the rice at all, it was way too hard, and I picked out all the peppers. For $12 I’m not even full. It’s not worth it. They also give you barely 20 chips, once upon a time you’d get a bag full to eat your rice bowl with. It’s sad because the staff are incredibly friendly but I’m done. I’ll miss you Moe’s.

I would like to report unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by a team lead. Today at approximately 02/14/2026 2:00 PM, she was rude, unwelcoming, and did not demonstrate appropriate customer service standards. Her conduct appeared discriminatory, and she was observed laughing and making inappropriate remarks about customers with other staff members. This behavior created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment and does not reflect the values expected of the organization.

Gone downhill over the years- staff cant wrap a burrito, out of main items with hours left of business, bunch of teenage girls arguing on the line. This was on a slow day. I can't imagine how much worse it is when busy. If you want moes, go to colonie.

First of all this place is ridiculous the staff they have back there have no clue what there doing besides one person. I ordered a cup of guacamole and a cup of queso, and it took a hour to get my order. Like this is ridiculous. If it’s moe Monday have more staff they havnt even stated the online orders and we’ve been in here for over a hour waiting. Ridiculous

They need to work atleast on getting their basic stuff correct. The rice is super undercooked almost raw. The ingredients were not at all fresh. Not recommended if you want to spend money & eat thrash food

Ordered the homewrecker with moes sauce on the side and chips. The burrito was huge, but cost me $17 plus tax. It tasted horrible and was room temperature. The Moe's sauce tasted like nothing. No exaggeration.. I knew it was a bad sign at 6pm the place was empty when I walked in

They should just close down if they’re going to serve inedible food. They brought my kids inedible slop. Literally sent a quesadilla with an onion peel cooked on top…disgusting. The food was cold, peppers big enough to choke, it looked thrown together, no sauce inside or on the side, chips for one order instead of three. I will never again.

Staff was misrible, food wasn’t even warm. Soda machines were basically empty, ice didn’t work on one of them. Cup lids were empty and they didn’t even have their own napkins they are using jersey mikes napkins. Will not be coming back to this location

Came in with 2 of my buddies, we ordered ahead of time, and when we arrived the person working said she was by herself which was fine, but when another person came out the back to clean instead of help make orders. On top of that people who ordered after us got their food first which is when I started to get upset. I’m not a rude person so I didn’t say anything while I was there but these workers need to be trained better.
