As a family of 8 it goes without saying we order a lot of pizza and wings, often multiple times a week. Having lived in several areas of the capital district, I know how hard it is to get good food delivered consistently. Dom's is awesome every time! We always know it's going to arrive hot, delicious, and perfectly prepared. While always being very busy, their staff is always friendly and courteous. The time they say it will take is always accurate (sometimes during peak times it may be an hour, but always worth the wait) And as crazy as it sounds, in the time we have been ordering from Doms, we have yet to see even the smallest error in our order. I was treating my staff and decided to give my wife a break by feeding a family of six. We ordered a ton of food. Lasagna, stuffed shells, hot and cold sandwiches, pizza and wings. Everyone loved their meals and remarked how these were some of the best wings ever. The sauce was as good as my moms. The delivery was prompt. It arrived 20 minutes earlier than promised. The delivery person Adam was extremely courteous. Thanks Everything was awesome

We are in town from buffalo ny for the weekend. we wanted a fast place to eat. would highly recommend doms pizza for their friendly staff and clean restaurant. we ordered a large cheese pizza and a large chicken caesar salad. we ordered inside and the food came out fast and fresh. very tasty would definitely come here again!

This is our favorite local pizza joint! Tonight, we ordered a small broccoli and ricotta white pizza and cannoli. As usual, we are extremely satisfied. The highlight of this evening was when I called to place my delivery order. Joshua G. answered and was so awesome. His personality is off the charts! I am in the restaurant industry and can understand how hard times are these days. This gentleman is a keeper. First time trying Dom's and it truly is a great pizza. We had a 24 cut and a small ,and both were done perfectly and with all the correct toppings and lots of them. Stopped sporadically Sunday after a 2 hr hike on Colonie bike path. Split a turkey club & a chicken Caesar wrap, simply fresh & delish. Service was friendly & quick & caught a glimpse of the Cowboy game. Will be back after another hike, yum 😋!

Since they moved across the street, the staff has a little breathing room and it shows. Every time I order for pickup (sadly moved just outside delivery range), the kitchen is buzzing with their deserved popularity. I usually get the steak & cheese with grilled onions, but I've also branched out to their calzones and pizza (which they sell by the slice). Everything has been great!

Dom’s did a catering for my wedding yesterday and my family could not stop talking about how good the baked ziti was. I had chicken parm and it was delicious!!! The Caesar dressing was really good also. 10/10 if you are looking for a good home cooked Italian meal. You can taste the love they put in it. Thank you again.

I am going to give this a 5 star, I am very picky with my wings, they were a very good size wings, and the sub was very good. the wings could of been a bit more crispy but I can not complain. this was my first time here. the staff was very good. best part is the 30 wings I got came with a good size blue cheese i was not charged for it. where other places you would be charged. overall for the 30 wings and roast beef sub, it was around 65 dollars. compared to over 70 with other places.

I have tried almost every pizza in Clifton Park and not a single one has been more than decent. Finally tried dom's and we were blown away!!! Great pizza! Great service. We now go almost weekly and every time we eat their pizza we are gushing at how good it is. The crust is soft and chewy, sauce is super flavorful, the cheese is not greasy. We love it. Thanks guys!!

Awesome Family Pizzeria!! The pizza & wings are great! Their ANTIPASTO is the best we've had whether it's at a restaurant or this little pizzeria! It's all cut up so you don't have to work at it when you're hungry as it's "ready to eat"! Our guests absolutely loved it (and the pizza) for that same reason. The drivers are always on time, personable and friendly. So glad we found it! 😁

I was at an event where the food was ordered from Dom's pizza. There was a six foot Italian mixed sub that looked beautiful and tasted better. The bread and meats were all fresh. The ceasar salad and fruit salad were fresh as well. It was delivered and the delivery man was effeciate and kind. I would order from Dom's again.

Awesome Delivery and they know how to treat their customers, white pizza is amazing and the chicken wings are great, rajun Cajun, sweet and spicy wings , the Rajun Cajun so far my favorite but i always order white pizza. It has a garlic crust,( brushed on) it makes me not have any left overs. Im impressed how they can deliver to Big places like Amazon and produce so many pizzas and they all come hot. Its definitely been my go-to between College and Work. We taken out at Doms many times and the food was always good. However this review isn't for the food rather it's for one of the workers. We were on our way to Sam's Club with our sons car because he had new tires put on and it was making a rattling noise. The tire came flying off crossed four lanes of traffic and ended up in the Cumberland Farms gas station. Luckily nobody was injured and no other cars were hit by the tire. While waiting for the tow truck I decided to look for the lug nuts. Surprisingly, I was able to find them. About that time a young man came out from Doms and asked if I wanted him to put the tires on. He the proceeded to pull out a hydraulic jack and battery powered impact wrench from the trunk of his car. He had the tire back on on just a few minutes. I offered him money for his services but he refused. He just smiled and said pass it on if given the chance. In these times it's nice to know there are people that still care. I wish i got his name but I am sure the people that work there will know him. He says he always helps them out when folks have car issues. One note, when I got back to the kids place they said that settles it, Doms will always be the go to place for Pizza and wings from now on.

This is hands down the best meat pizza you will get anywhere around here. Everyone else counts pieces of meat to put on the pizza. If you want a pizza place that doesn’t skimp on toppings (and no it’s NOT soggy either) - then you need to try Doms. I meant to take a pic of the full pizza but we started devouring it. The garlic knots are already gone too.

I am writing this after multiple experiences with Dom's. I really like this place. I have stopped in for a slice a couple of times, placed orders for deliveries, and went in and placed orders to go. I have tried the pizza, wings, subs, and some sides, and I keep finding myself want to go back for more. Dom's prices are reasonable and fair, their food is really good, and the customer service has always been great. So with that being said, Congrats on your growth and success!

My husband and I live in Cali but we used to live in the area. Every time we come home, we make it a point to stop at Dom's - not only because the pizza in Cali sucks, but because Dom hits the nail on the head in terms of flavor, texture and service. Our go-to pie? Half mild chicken wing and half veggie (no mushrooms). Owner and workers are so personable and generous. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're in the area for a slice or a pie - you will NOT be disappointed.

The pizza and wings are outstanding. Personal favorite is the trifecta pizza. The subs are also fantastic love getting the Italian mix or the Frankie both are great options. Saw Dom's when going to the Dr's, decided to try it. Now we have to stop there everything. Got a toasted turkey on rye - it was stacked so thick I could barely get my mouth around it. Delicious. And I know mushrooms are probably all the same at each place, but Dom's is not *filled* with grease. Crispy perfect little gems of delight. My guy got a sub and a couple slices of pizza and asked when I was going again. Lol Very good! FYI - They were kind enough to walk my order to my car because of my knee. The sub I ordered was absolutely packed with meat, seriously one of the heftiest, most satisfying sandwiches I’ve ever had. You can tell they don’t cut corners here. She listened to all of my questions, answered me and wasn't rushing me off of the phone as other busy restaurants do!! I've not yet received my order, as I've just placed it. I will do an update when the delivery arrives!! ****Honest food and service review!!*** The service was top notch! Lovely humans working at this establishment! Thank you for that! The delivery guy seemed to be in a rush, but that's kinda expected. The lasagna is overly salted, the meatballs under seasoned. They pair great together if ya mash it all up. Bread that came with the lasagna is lovley. Wish it were sliced and not just ripped in half. Salad and blue cheese dressing are just fine. The blue cheese has a great taste and texture. Id love to know if it's made in house.

I've been buying from here for years because I live nearby. But not frequently because the building and parking lot were very cramped and the prices were high. Now they took over the larger (former bakery outlet) building across the street and remodeled it very nicely. I assume everything is new because I can taste the difference. That is the most loaded and best Hawaiian pizza I've ever had! I will be ordering from here more often.

We have ordered twice from Dom's since moving to the area and both time great experiences. The first time we ordered, the delivery kids forgot our pizza (we had tons of apps and wings) but went right back and got it. It was not hot, how I love my pizza, and he did apologize, but not a great first impression. Boneless wings were ordered "crispy" but we would call them "typical". Our neighbors order regularly and I am all about 2nd chances and this time they knocked it out of the park with the pies! Both pizzas (cheese and buffalo wing) were delicious. Boneless wings were very good, ordered "extra crispy" though and again, pretty typical. Pizza was unbelievable! Our new favorite (as long as it's hot!!).

Ordered a 10 count of their "suicide" wings. I came in as soon as they came out the fryer. Nothing beats fresh hot wings! now usually when you order super spicy sauces the heat from them overpowers the flavor given by the sauce. I was surprised that these didn't, biting into my first wing there was a nice flavor giving by the sauce then the heat hits you in the mouth. My tongue was begging for more so I dipped it in their blue cheese( pretty good by the way) and away it went with me wanting more and more. I enjoyed eating these wings and will be back for more. The only reason I didn't give a perfect 5 for 5 on the rating, is due to the fact I felt the wings could have been hotter given the title of suicide. Pricing was fair and average amongst the capital region. Good environment, very inviting people once I walked in the door.

Have been ordering pizza for years. Love the pizza but past two times the " well, not burnt:" has been anything but. Would suffice for someone who likes their cheese just melted.

I can only speak about the pizza as I have not had anything else from here. However, if the pizza is anything to go by then I imagine everything else must be good. The crust is perfect. It is not too thin while not being 25% of the pizza. I do not recall exactly how the crust tastes (e.g. garlic) but I can say it was good. As for the rest of the pizza, perfection! The sauce is delicious. Like the crust, it was just the right amount; not soupy but not lacking either. The cheese pull was there as well. Food: 5 stars. It was delicious. Service: 4 stars. I ordered dine in and waited for a while before going to ask about how much longer it would take. The pizza was ready and had apparently been ready long before asking. If they know the order is for dine in I would expect them to let me know "hey, it's ready." Atmosphere: 3 stars. It is a small pizza joint with a few tables. With how busy they are there is always a buzz of activity. I do not consider this to be a bad thing but something to be aware of if you choose to dine in. Because of these ratings I give Dom's a solid 4 stars. (Bonus half star, my three year old loved it as well!)

Had a employee pull a switch on the piece of pizza I asked for the first time I went there. As long as you don't try to pick and ask for the piece you want it's a good place to eat. Food is good. I like to pick the piece of pizza I want because I'm paying for it. I just don't think they like that.

Ordered delivery last night. Driver came after an hr, didn't give us the food, went back to restaurant then came back 20 mins later delivered food which was cold. So 1.hr 20 mins for a pizza, salad, and jalapeño poppers all cold. Will not order again for 60$ worth of cold food to be delivered 2 miles down the road. Really disappointing 😕 food and service!

Well, it has been about a year since I have ordered from Dom's. Nothing to do with their food. I started a new job a year ago, and was no longer in the area to order "lunch" from them to be delivered to my job. Fast forward to today. I live in their delivery area now and decided to order from them tonight. Well, the chicken was somewhat hard (ate 1/2 the chix parm sub, threw out other half), and the cheesecake was NOTHING like the photo on their website. The site shows a round cheesecake, with cherries on it. I received a plain (triangle-shaped) slice, without any cherries. You need to (photo) advertise what you sell. If the photo had looked like what I received, I would have gotten something else, or no desert at all. IF I order from them again, I will be real careful on what I choose to order.😤😟😱

Tremendous pizza. Five star but that's where it ends. Girl that took my order was border line argumentative over a wing placement order when explaining the garlic Parm/buffalo garlic Parm option. When I arrive her customer skills were even less impressive as I had left a decent tip and said thank you and she didn't even acknowledge me. Said it a second time just in case she didn't hear me. Still no acknowledgement. Needless to say I won't be leaving her any tip in the future. And then the " white garlic Parm" wings seemed to be missing the garlic and the Parm. Even the plain wings were below average at best. I literally threw half of them away. Sorry but if you are going to charge top prices for wings I better be getting top quality. I would go back for their pizza for sure. Very impressed with that. ***A little update now that I have read other reviews. Seems like the owner doesn't take criticism too well as he replies to each review. Saw a couple other reviews where others were not happy with the customer service. Seems he made excuses for his employees instead of accountability. Basically blaming the customer. This girl that took my order last night was border line argumentative over the smallest of an issue. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. As amazing as the pizza was you can't buy respect. May have to reconsider going back. Sad because I literally live in walking distance of them and the pizza really is top notch.

Unfortunately this place has dipped in quality since they opened up the new place in Latham. This was one of my top go to spots but now a recent grandma pizza my family ordered was lackluster at best and the cost associated with the quality of the food no longer adds up. Wings are still good which is the saving grace but dependent on the pizza you order will determine what you think of these guys when you order from them. Good at some things other things they need to take off the menu because it’s not in their chefs wheel house and takes away from the consumer experience when ordering here.

Been to this new location twice now and both times I felt more like a bother to the front end staff than a welcome customer. (I only got a couple slices to go one time and picked up an online sub order the other— I wasn’t asking for anything wild lol)…they were just loud/short/rude. Staff was throwing around F bombs last time and poking fun of each other. And while I’m not offended by the cursing, it definitely didn’t make me want to stay there to eat ever. One cook was cursing very loudly about the customer on the phone’s request or question. That does not make me want to order here if that’s how they talk behind someone’s back. I like one of their subs here, but the pizza leaves some to be desired in my opinion. The space could use some plants, art, or color. That’s my honest take. I hope you find someone who wants to be there engaging with customers to work the front.

I'm a longtime customer of Dom's pizza. I put up with the soggy-in-the-middle 24cut pizzas when I'm having a lot of people over but what I can't take is error on their part. I ordered quite a few pizzas and 75 wings. We had a huge party and the kids dove right in. When I realized 25 of the wings were spicy and that wasn't what I ordered because we had grandparents over and they can't have anything spicy, I called them right away. They would only bring a new order of wings if I gave all the old ones back. I don't even think that's legal, to take back food? Otherwise their round pies and wings are good.

We order from here alot. I realize it's Halloween and they were really busy..we waited 2 hours for our pizza..not the problem. The pizza wasn't even edible. It wasn't cooked. It was so thick & doughy and there was so much sauce 😩

At the suggestion of a friend I tried Doms medium Margherita pizza and 10 BBQ wings. The pizza wasn't great. Bland and over cooked even though I arrived early. So it wasn't sitting around. The wings could have been cooked a tad longer and definitely needed more sauce. We thought they were mild at first from the sauce color. Not what I expected for $45 including tax and tip.

I've gotten food here a few times, and it was okay. The last time I went to pick up my food two of the cooks were outside on a smoke break. That's okay, but I have never seen dirtier clothing on a cook in all my life. I worked at many food joints, and there was always a certain level of professionalism and cleanliness to maintain.The clothing on these two was so gross and nasty my stomach turned. If they put that little into their own cleanliness, I shudder to think of the pans and cutting boards and utensils. It was gross. Never going back.

We ordered a very basic 8 cut pepperoni pizza, and a sub. After waiting 25 minutes, we went inside to pay. Only AFTER swiping our card did the woman behind the counter tell us “I have to remake your pizza, I burned the first one”. Had she lead with that, we would have canceled the order entirely and just gone elsewhere. So we waited another 15 minutes. We hear one of the workers say, “I totally forgot that pizza was in there”, and take ours out. Obviously that’s what you want to hear when you’ve already had one burnt. Finally, pizza is ready. Sub is ready. Sub was extremely bland, mayonnaise was barely noticeable, no salt or pepper, meats weren’t very good. It was warm, which was gross. And we ate in the building so there is no reason that it should have been so warm. There was maybe 5 pieces of shredded lettuce on the entire thing. The pizza was just as bad, if not worse. The bottom was dark-dark; nearly burnt. My toddler wouldn’t even touch it. The staff was having a great time in the kitchen, but they were clearly neglecting their jobs. This was our first experience at Doms, and will be our last.

Good food, owner took my order. But took over 10 mins to make a turkey sub. I was the only customer in the place. He was talking to other employees about new location. Hey good for you. But I'm on the clock. My kid was with me. He got 2 slices and just had them warmed. They were over warmed to point of getting burned.

I don’t know if there has been a change in management as of late but the chicken parm sandwich I ordered was terrible. I order it once ever so often because I enjoy them. This one was chewy and what basically looked like chicken nuggets.

Ordered a $14.99 Philly cheese steak. Was charged 1.49 for onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Total 22.02. 2/5 Philly was decent enough.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 90 dollars worth of food last night, when it showed up half of my food was not there. The delivery driver was super nice about it and offered to go back and get it, but it was not worth the extra hour wait for it. I called the shop to see what they would do to rectify it, the person who answered the phone instantly started yelling saying that accidents happen, which yes they do. I never once said anything about that. I asked for a refund multiple times while being yelled at. Finally the person said yep we will refund you and hung up on me. I unfortunately will never be ordering from there again.

Ordered from here multiple times never had an issue. I decided to order a hot wrap. I’ve ordered this wrap from over a dozen different businesses and it always came with a side of French fries and HOT.I called and said something and I was told to bring my business else where I asked for a refund and they refused wouldn’ recommend doing business here

I have been ordering for many many years and never got such a terrible sandwich!!! All rogota cheese very little else. A couple of pieces of mushrooms black olives and wanted roasted red peppers which were regular cooked peppers!! Definitely not worth $50.00 will think twice if I will order again!!!

BEWARE!!! Our credit card info was stolen from this place. We only used our card from this place of business. When I called them about it and talked to there manager he yelled at me and hung up on me. No apologies, nothing. Rude place of business. We ordered a nice dinner and tipped well and this is how they treat you. If I could give zero stars I would. Never again. Edit/ ….I don’t care what your procedure/machines are. Every store machine or type of electronics can be breached or abused. (Target/casinos) No encryption could have been done because I gave my number over the phone. I highly doubt your machine is perfect. Even in your comment you don’t mention the rudeness of your employees. I am not asking for anything, don’t care about the money, like I said. Your store was the only place I used my card at and I was giving you a heads up. Just to be dumped on with rudeness and inconvenience is ridiculous. I’m shocked by your store managers rude and argumentative attitude. He needs anger management training. As far as this issue goes I’m done with it. You all are way too argumentative. Ignore the issue I don’t care , but it won’t happen to me again.

This place has really bad food. I got a pizza, wings and a chicken sub. The pizza crust has no taste, barely any sauce and cheese is burnt. I ordered sweet and hot wings.. it tastes like regular hot sauce. Has no flavor. The sub was the worst, melted provolone was delicious however the veggies used for the sandwich were soggy and obviously too old to be served. The brownie was pretty good UNTIL I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. They clearly don’t care about making good food so definitely try and look for a different pizzeria.

RUDE!! Let me just start with that. I called last night to order pizza. I see commercials on all the time so I really wanted to check them out as they say they’re family owned and local. I’ve never ordered from them before so I was curious if they would deliver to my address or not. When I called I was immediately put on hold but the girl was super polite. Once I was taken off hold an extremely grumpy gentlemen who sounded like he’s been smoking cigarettes since he came out of the womb asked me “what do you need”. I stated “I’m just checking to see if you deliver out to me” to which he replied “I don’t know where you live.” ……excuse me? I ordered pizza and apps but he just kept saying “what else do you need” and finally he hung up on me directly after taking the card number. Honestly I’m disgusted with how this man spoke to me. I should have hung up on him as soon as he got on the phone. I’ve let everyone know how I was spoken to on the phone and I don’t believe any of my family or friends will be stopping here either again or for a first time. I would have rather stayed on hold longer if this jack wagon was in too much of a rush to take my order. Better yet, he should never be allowed to speak to any of your customers. Editing this to add that after a long day of working customer service and being berated by my own customers as well I didn’t need to spend $45 to get berated after work hours. This man made me cry as a grown woman.

The most disgusting pizza and wings I have ever ordered and the cost for two pizzas and a few wings. It was 80+ dollars they need to get some real pizza makers in there.

I bought from Dom's numerous times.. this time it was horrible.. 24 cut hardly any cheese not enough sauce absolutely disgusting

Had the pleasure of stopping in to grab some pizza, the person working the counter was not friendly at all and kinda off putting. Pizza is ok crust is by far too thick and the rude counter service is deff a no go for me 🤔😔

Front end was rude! Recieve my order it wasn't toasted, bacon missing and it had onions when I specifically ask for no onions. I'd i had an allergy they would be in big trouble. It was the worst service ever. Attendant was watching the game. I will not go back. On another note the location in saratoga has a friendlier atmosphere and they give you what you order. Had a wonderful experience at that location. Food is good just Don't go to the location in Latham. It's a total disappointment

I never rate restaurants negatively but somehow my pizza was greasy, burnt, and soggy. I don't know how but they managed. Go somewhere else.

rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service here was surprisingly rude and disrespectful. The way I was spoken to was completely uncalled for. The food might be decent, but the treatment of customers needs serious improvement.

I'm glad to see someone else made a complaint about this already. But definitely never going here ever again after witnessing one of your delivery drivers acting extremely aggressively to other drivers then speeding around and acting like a psycho today. Also nice to see how little the owner and management seem to care and like to just blame current and potential customers. Your food is not that great to be behaving the way all of you are. Do better.

I got Baked ziti, ziti wasn’t baked at all. Mild chicken wings extra saucy, there is no sauce on them whatsoever, and a salami sub with mayo olive oil & vinegar, my sub was very dry and there’s about 3 slices of salami on my whole sub. & grease spilled all in the bag on top of my ziti.
