Great clean place to eat a short distance from the Nurse Station in Cohoes. Friendly and accommodating!
I know a lot of people will sit there and complain and say oh it took forever to get my order and all that stuff but I just want to point out that for being short staffed, this whole crew is very passionate about their jobs! And they are working so hard! Yes I waited a while but I was treated with kindness during my entire time there! Thank you for great service!
A++ for a fast food joint, this is one of the few Burger Kings in the area that is consistently on point. Always super hot juicy fresh food. Even the way they wrap the sandwiches shows that they actually care about what they're putting through the window. A big thank you to the team that works there for coming in
I was warmly greeted by Zoe at 6:00pm. She was friendly and professional. The lobby and dining room were spotless. The staff was working diligently and focused. My order included two Original Chicken Sandwiches and two Small Fries. The sandwiches and fries were hot, fresh and perfectly cooked. This visit to the Cohoes Burger King was absolutely perfect. I Commend the entire staff for their flawless work. I wholeheartedly recommend this Burger King.
All BK have cold whoppers. Even asked for off grill. Never ordered one here so i do not know about whopper here. We ordered 3 for $3. We had double cheeseburger. Very hot, delicious. Fries were ok and also fruit punch. Would highly reccomend. Workers very pleasant. Not like others we went to.
On this visit the service and food were really good. I took another person with me and they had the same thing that I did. Despite the fact that the did make my order wrong, they caught it before they sent it out and they made it right and very quickly. This is why I gave them 5 stars. They went out of their way toMake us happy.
Placed an order when I pulled up to window. It was not correct. The cashier in the window was very polite and professional. Admitted her mistake let me keep the incorrect part and did give me what I ordered with no extra charge.

My GF and I picked up breakfast and when we got home we found a mistake had been made in the type of sandwiches we wanted. Honestly since the pandemic we have had a declining experience when it comes to customer service. We called and Raven picked up and not only remembered our order but was able to confirm the mixup AND replace the sandwiches at no inconvenience to us. Things are finally looking up for the food service industry.
We drove through. Everything was clean outside. Service was friendly and fast. Food was exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it. ( special request) Yummy We enjoyed it.

There is a Burger King closer to my house, but their service is atrocious. I order from the car, then walk in and wait less than two minutes. The drive thru is always busy, but it moves fast too.
Went to drive thru this morning for decaf coffee. It was only fifty cents!. This Burger King burnt down several years ago & has been rebuilt, smaller than original, but seems clean. My coffee was REALLY GOOD, especially at such a reasonable price. The cashier was friendly & efficient, & was able to count my change correctly. I feel I got a great bargain for the price & will stop there again.
Whoever that young lady is running the window tonight (11/13/24, 8:30pm) she is awesome! So so nice. Apologetic about my wait time even though it was super minimal. Wish I said yes to my receipt because I should have done a survey for her or got her name! Thanks for your kindness.
Ive visited this location, ive worked in this location at one point. On this visit i was so impressed with the speed,(it was noon) the accuracy, the friendly crew and HOT FOOD! Great job. I hope this is the Cohoes location
Food is always hot and fresh. They stay busy and they do a great job getting everything out as fast as possible and they’re always so nice about it. Never have any issues here and appreciate the staff! Dining room is always clean too even though we get our food to go

Everytime I come here, I am amazed! Many other fast food places locally have fallen off but the staff is always upbeat and friendly and the food never disappoints. I had to rave about this location today being my 5th time in 3 months and all 5 orders and staff interactions have been phenomenal! Keep up the great work!
Came in seeing a extremely packed parking lot after a concert in the area. Not only was it just 4 employees on that night but they did not let a long drive thru line stop them. They cranked out them orders kept it flowing. I couldn’t see myself operating under that type of pressure but seeing the team work in unison like synchronized swimmers. Hats off to this location. Thanks for the extra fries and that shake too. For this to be the only place in town open truly impressed by how y’all handled it. Keep up the great work.
I ordered at the drive-thru. There was one person ahead of me. It seemed like it took awhile for an employee was able to take that customer's order. And when the customer got to the delivery window it seemed like they had to wait again for someone to come to the window so they could pay & get their order. I think maybe they were short staffed.
A little bit of food on the ground when we were there and the burger was a little less warm that it should have been. Mozzarella sticks could have been a little less chewy though, like it was left a little too long. Otherwise, ok.
Very good staff and fresh food. I have always received excellent service here. Usually any wait I have is while they make fresh food so I don't feel inconvenienced by it. I will happily continue to frequent this establishment.
One of the he few stores that hasn't discontinued the 2 for $5 menu yet and again we had the Original Chicken and Whopper with cheese duo ( my own choice ) and as always , whether eat in or take out , the staff at the drive-thru were very pleasant.

I ordered a whole without a bun, was asked to wait out front as they got a container to put it in. Ketchup and mayonnaise was given in packets instead of on the burger. Seemed to take a long time, as they needed to hunt for a suitable container. Tasted good.
I have to say that for the most part they always seem to get my order correct, thank God, I hate getting home to find that food is missing. Which prompted me to begin checking the bags before I leave, just In case. But they normally do a good job, just the food isn't really my thing I get it more for my kids, I will usually get an iced coffee, which omg let me tell you they made probably the best vanilla iced coffee I have had in a long time!!!
I haven't been there for a couple months but their recent renovations apparently did something to improve the entry to the drive-thru. It's so much better now.
This Burger King has awesome staff. Maybe I've just gotten lucky... But every time that I have gone there I've been treated absolutely excellent almost as if I was an employee or if I was family which is really weird to experience at a fast food restaurant but these people and their staff have really good customer service!
Food is consistent but wait times can get rough during lunch and dinner rush. It's a great place to hang out and listen to music so I don't mind waiting but I don't work that much or have many friends. The soundtrack is surprisingly eclectic. I like it as a date spot but it gets mixed reactions.
I went for a late lunch around 2:45. There is an electric thermometer assembled on the wall and the waitress had me take my temperature before seating me. I was there alone until my friend showed up so I had an opportunity To take some pictures. The place is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I hadn't seen my friend in a long time and the waitress didn't hassle us about ordering right away considering we were catching up. We ordered our drinks and were served quickly. We both ordered sushi and sashimi and the presentation was unlike any I had ever seen in a very beautiful way. The experience was great and I would definitely recommend this place: )
Sometimes the food is fresh and hot. More often not though. I worked at a BK and I can tell they premake the burgers and put them under the heating lamp. The rolls are cold and should be hot. They are in a heated compartment next to the broiler. Fries are usually cold, hard and stale. Ask for unsalted fries if you want hot fries and a burger with only ketchup or mustard so they have to make it fresh. This is the only BK that does this. Needs to be addressed
Extremely slow and some people were not wearing gloves. Food was good. The guy taking my order was extremely nice, theodore. Everyone else seemed very annoyed but it happens
Some days are better than others. I asked for the vegan whopper and they give me a meat burger and I'm a vegetarian. Then when I ask for replacement , then my vegan patty is smeared with ketchup. Another time I asked for extra vegetables and I got none and after asking they gave me a hard time about it . I don't know what it is but lately I've been having not that great experience s. It may be new staffing. I think it depends who ya get. Besides that it appears clean and now your allowed to eat in there.
I love Burger King once in a while. I've definitely like to treat myself. To a little bit of fattening foods? LOL. The only thing I did like about this place was some of the staff aren't quite that friendly and they get overwhelmed because they don't have enough staff. I was there was one time, and they were so busy that. Or understand what I should say. They shut down the dining area. And you could only go through drive through. So there was probably 15 to 20 cars and drive through lined out to the I refused to wait so I lefthat's the only bad thing I can say about that Burger King this maybe they should get more staff so they don't have to do that. Customers don't want to wait in a drive through line for an hour. Because they shut the dining area down because they don't have enough staff.
All the food I ordered was not there. Had a huge order for 100 dollars and didn't get it right and the young manager was made about this order. She closed drive thru as I waited out front saying the system crashed. She complained to customers walking in about my order that was not complete at all. I do this order every 2 weeks. I will go else where no problem if it is an issue.
Would be nice if workers expressed being able to get a better deal when ordering. My 2 med meals were 18 bucks, the small burger could fit in my palm. The burgers have gotten smaller.
Definitely not the worst BK I've been to. Only been to this location once and the fries I got were cold. (And the only thing I ordered) so that's unfortunate. But if you're looking for a BK, it's there, and it's convenient.
The food was great and I was really happy with my service however all the tables were dirty as was the entire dining area. There is still a pandemic going on and the tables were filthy and very clearly not being cleaned in between customers. We have to do better than that to help keep each other safe from this deadly virus. Please take this into consideration.
This Burger King is ok. The place was clean and well maintained.
Very slow service regardless of drive thru or inside. Employees generally pretty nice and upbeat. Frequently forget to put sauces in bags and overfill bags so you can't close the top instead of using 2 bags.
Same ol BK. Not a bad experience but I will say that their fries now are better than they've ever had.
The chicken sandwich tasted like it was soaked in grease. They forgot part of my order and didn't realize till I got home. So hard to get good to customer service these days.
If you like half filled fry pods and missing items from your order then this is the place for you. For you sauce fans out there don't you worry, they will be sure to give you half the sauces half the time. Don't like plastic straws, no problem, they have paper straws that are sure to fall apart minutes after you start using them. Why 2 out of 5 stars? At least my fry pods were half full.

Counter staff was nice. My order was all wrong. Food was cold, fries were old. An my kids dinner was uneatable. Drove 4 miles to the closest BurgerKing an I will not return to that restaurant until their kitchen staff can cook.
Drive through was bad enough with 1 line now there are 2...I stated my order 3X. When I got to the window, the employee stated my order to me and I said that is with cheese and no onions, he says no and tells me that's not what I ordered, I said it was and I said it 3X, so then he calls over the mic to tell them there's a change and says I k iw, that's not what she ordered, yes I'm charging her for it... he was very busy with 2 lines and the only one at the window, I will give him that, but was very unfriendly from the minute the window opened and to outwardly place blame on the customer was unacceptable...the burger was good and fries were good/hot, my issue is my experience as a paying customer and how I was treated and made to feel...
Usually food is cold and dry, ask for fresh nuggets, fries, oniok rings and chicken fries because they are cold 90% of the time. Always check your bag before you leave, they usually don't follow online requests. Always ask for your sauces, they will 100% of the time forget a sauce. I haven't gone there and left with the sauces i asked for.
I went there on Christmas eve there was one customer waiting on his order one customer waiting to order and myself and a friend. The man in front of us was watching 2 workers right in front of him at the counter cleaning a mess and still ignored him. They did not acknowledged him or say anything and once it was cleaned they move on. He said to us about the service and I told him that I saw him and he wasn't invisible. So after about 10 minutes he was waited on and then we waited and the team lead took our order since it was 2 separate orders they still placed our order in 1 bag vice 2. The fries where over cooked at best but the sad part I never had bad service here before and it wouldn't hurt to clean up behind the counter. From now on I'm going to the one on Hoosick Street.
If you come here around noon, expect to wait at least 30 minutes in drive through ( that has been my experience every time) I had to leave after 20 minutes with my visit today without food. This is probably one of the slowest burger kings Ive ever seen.
Let me Start off with saying i’m never once to write a bad review because I know how it can bring your Store ratings down and how it affects the employees and manager I myself work in fast food. I know you don’t start off making much but as an employee, you should always be welcoming and greeting even if you’re having a bad day, don’t bring that upon somebody I work in the window almost every day for eight hours. My food was absolutely amazing. However, when I got to the window, the lady slammed the window in my face. She had two braids and is pregnant and then when I was asked if I paid, I said no honey I’m just waiting She then again slam the window in my face when she hated me my drink I said thank you. She completely ignored me and slammed the window again. I understand being busy and taking orders while you’re handing something out. I definitely did not wanna come here again smh the service was terrible if u don’t like your job then don’t work it cause baby she doesn’t even deserve that lol $15 a hour ill tell you rn I won’t be coming to this location again !!
Absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with. They raised their voices to me and were arrogant and insulted me in the drive through. On top of that they had no Crispy Chicken at all of any sort. Right. Lazy rude & incompetent. I was so upset from the way they spoke to me I left with no food.
Just the other day i filled out a survey and said wonderful things about this Burger King today was horriable. I didnt get it Then relized Heather was on break. My order was missing food. When i parked and went in the lady was very rude after standing there 10 mins waiting for acknowledgement from her she was short with me and very rude It really is a shame that everyday people can just be nice. This is at multiple locations I have had this happen but most recently here at this location and I love burger kings impossible sandwich options I do not eat beef. I am not sure if you personally don’t eat beef but if you order from Burger King and expect an impossible patty check it first !! Because I have had multiple occasions I have asked for the impossible and got real beef patty !! I was extremely upset because I always make it clear to say impossible patty. Worst thing is to get home and see it always messed up I am done with bk!!
I never go here because of the terrible food and even worse service, but when I do, I am aggressed by staff for simply asking for the missing items out of my order. If you want to talk to the manager, too bad, first you’ll have to get past what appears to be her large and in change lady bodyguard. I asked them to simply melt the cheese on my burger, nope, can’t even do that. Sick, sad, and sorry people.

This is bull-crap! Managers doing what they want and the heck with the customer? Lesson: Consistency, Customer, Quality! No Consistency because the managers close when they want at their convenience. Well let me tell you, if you say you close at 2am on weekends then that is when you close! Why? Because I have to work late and I already planned my day around 2am! No Customer: you have many customers come to your drive-thru after you close before you are supposed to... No Customer... No Money! No Quality: Well the food has quality but management??? Hey management, when you come to work dress as a Slob, how do you expect people to tryst you to make their food. Final Note: please clean up you act and run your business professionally! It is sad enough that some people have to work late, however I do not leave my post because I want to close up earlier than I am supposed to, why should you... you shouldn't, so stop making your own rules to fit your wants and needs. I got yelled at for trying to get my order when I was asking nicely for my order. The person on the speaker was swearing and yelling, saying we could not get your order and for us to leave on the first moment we arrived there. I have the video for this.
Apparently it was cash only through the drive-through and they wouldn’t let me inside… Not the first time this has happened pretty sure it’s just because they’re done serving, change your hours if you’re not going to serve people until you’re open
Went to cohoes location drive thru and waited for over ten minutes with Noone taking my order. Drove around and went inside. The manager proceeded to tell me they are short staffed. While he stood there staring at a monster. This location is in need of serious change. Staff here usually have bad attitude and don't even smile when taking your order. Management look and act unprofessional. I would personally fire everyone in this building.
LOUSY "service"! Food is supposed to be served Hot, NOT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE... middle of October and the AC is still running... THAT is their Room Temperature! And how long does it take to brew ONE pitcher of coffee, until my food gets cold while I'm still waiting for my coffee?! Next time this "Fast" FROZEN food joint catches fire, let it burn... DO NOT REBUILD! This BK branch is a pig stye! The MickeyD's up the street serves better food, keeps their place clean, and their clerks actually LISTEN when you place your order!
I was there around 11:45 and as I approached the register to order I observed a female eating on the line no mask never changed the gloves she just ate with and started serving drive thru. I got to the car and tried to eat but couldn't. She wasn't the only not wearing a mask. Going to this Burger King put my health and life at risk. The camera shows all.. Management was present and allowed this. I am a regular customer but now I will never return. I am disgusted at the health violations I witnessed. This store should be closed. Never mind the health codes involved with Covid. The employee was eating on the line And never changed her gloves she was eating with.By line I mean where employees put together the burgers and other food items. She was eating over people's food 😱🤢🤮🤯😡😠💩💩💩 I was there at 11:45 a.m. on July 14 2020
A bunch of Muslim guys behind the counter I was wondering if I had Halal meat or if I was just eating normal meat still thinking myself about that
Almost everytime I order the food is wrong or missing. As I am typing this I have been waiting over 4 hrs for my delivery with their app and haven’t gotten my food “ it says still being prepared “ my kids were hungry so I had to order from somewhere else. I messaged Burger King and they offered me some points . Big deal do you know what it’s like to have screaming hungry kids and we’re excited because they love Burger King. I think I’m done with Burger King for a while.
My review is solely for the food. I pulled up to the drive thru at about 10-1030 ordered a Bacon King meal and asked to add pickles to the burger with a fruit punch. Paid for my meal didn't get a receipt. I observed when I pulled up to the window that the fries were being served out of a large plastic bin just sitting out on a table, no heat lamp to keep them warm. I didn't think anything of it until I received my food. The fruit punch just tasted like water with a hint of fruit punch flavor. It was like that the last time I went and just thought maybe the line needs to be changed. My fries weren't even hot basically inedible. My burger had no pickles like I requested but loaded with ketchup and mayo. I ate a few bites and then wrapped it up. $16 for a combo that wasn't worth it and I think I may have gotten food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate all day and the next morning I was violently sick. Couldn't eat anything and had to run to the bathroom all day. I would say beware of shopping here at night. During the day I seem to get fresh food but I don't eat out at Burger King that often. The fact that I didn't get a receipt to put in a survey because I think they know they are doing the customers filthy. Just an FYI to the owners here if they even care.
We had 2 orders, the total came to $60… Had 6 drinks the first 2 drinks for the first order came out asked for a drink tray he response was I’m running out of them… Okay and???? Gave us a drink tray with an attitude… The girl at the window had her air pods in… Order was wrong MANGER was just as bad as her employees….
They made a simple mistake. I asked for no condiments on my autistic son's whopper and not only did they put them on, it seemed like they put extra. I returned with the burger and asked that it to be re-made. The person taking my order began to berate me and told me I wasn't getting a new one and to leave. The attitude on the employee was ridiculous. I remained as patient and sympathetic as I could. While she became extremely defensive and irate. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but it does not excuse her actions.
This place should be zero stars. I watched the crew give up n go outside to smoke. The drive thru didnt move after 7 minutes. Not a be right with u ... nothing but a blank screen. After 7 minutes i simply gave up. Month later drive thru is avg less than 1 car every 2 mins. I dont dare get in line ... they take my money it might be unknown amount of time to get my food. Terrible.
Absolute worst BK I've ever visited. The rude and ignorant drive thru worker was annoyed that I was checking my 1st bag of food. She was holding the bag of fries, decided I was taking too long and hurled them into my car hitting me and my son in the face. The equally ratchet "shift manager" refused to do anything about it except for remake the fries. After she did, she told me to get out and slammed the window shut. 2 disgusting excuses for human beings. Go there at your own risk. I will never be back. Complete trash employees.

This POS likes to put her hands on customers, she’s lucky the other girl was in the way otherwise my drink would have ended up on her. According to other reviews, this isn’t the first time and BK refuses to address the problem. Tried getting in touch with the franchise owner and BK corporate is no help, so I’ll take it to online and to my lawyer. I have a video and chose not to press charges because I had hope that BK would do the right thing but I guess not- now it’ll be up to my lawyer how we proceed.
Never going here again. Manager sucks. Food is always wrong. I feel terrible for the kids running register. Had an incident months ago and lost out on nearly $30 in food. Last few months late night crew needs help. Every night I try and order it takes without fail atleast 45 min for one order. Didn't use to be like this. Now it's the last thing I go to if I'm out of options.
They didn't allow to use restroom in their working hours
This place has the worst customer service ever. I moved to this town 8 years ago. And not once have, I come here that I haven't had an issue to. Night. I showed app looking to place a big order. There were 8 workers behind the counter. And they were all tending to the drive through after 15 minutes of waiting to place my order. I finally asked if I could place my order. And I was told that they had to take care of the drive through first. The customers around me that had already been waiting were aggravated and the staff didn't make it any better sitting there, arguing with the customers. Getting. Nasty and taking a tone and basically telling us she did not care about her job all well.The manager hid behind the scenes.Listening to it all! You all need to hire a whole new staff because Everybody. Behind that counter was moving slow-mo And you could tell none of Them wanted to be here
The service is very slow. Most of your food is already cooked in the factory, just reheated or fried. Why is the service so slow? 4-5 customers have to wait for your food, including the waiter who has to wait for you for over 20 minutes. There are 7-8 employees in the restaurant. If there are few employees, it doesn't mean that it's slow. There are many employees, and what does slow service mean? If the employees are not ready to serve customers, you should consider resigning.
My experience here was horrible. The lady who took my order was very rude to all the customers. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but you shouldn’t bring home to work and for this I would never visit this location again to the other customers be aware of this location this happen at 1:39pm on 5/30/2025
Used their app, which still showed the restaurant open. Placed and paid for my order to be told when I got to the drive thru that they were short staffed and closed early. When I told the rep the order went through and so did my payment, she apologized for not being able to do more…. I put in a complaint in the app and it said 5-7 days for a refund! I put in feedback with my complaint, if they make it right, I’ll upgrade & update this review.
Stood at the register for almost 30 mins after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order at approximately 10:30 pm seem to only care about just drive thru orders , no lettuce on anything , they put cheese on all burgers when I specifically asked for no cheese , asked for a 8pc chicken piece got Mozzarella sticks instead again I can’t have cheese ordered 30 dollar worth of food and could only eat the fries , and the manager just seems to not care , which is ridiculous. Night crew do better…
Terrible service, but good food.
Four managers on…on a Monday and I order a #1 meal, a $5 box and three hamburger…to come home to $5 box missing except fries and soda. Lady who answers just thinks it’s ok to argue with me and tell me…we know we missed your chicken sandwich but that’s it. I know mistakes are made but a manager on the phone with me and telling me I’m basically wrong should not be in that field with ppl. And they weren’t even busy. Have a great day. Definitely not customers come first at cohoes Burger King. Then tells me to drive all the way back but before she gets off work. Glad I don’t treat ppl like that who pay $.
Waited at front counter for at least 10 minutes, while employees were running around either on their phones, talking to the manager (?) in the office or just taking care of the drive-thru orders. Employees kept looking at me, but no one came over to take my order, no one even spoke a single word to me (like "I'll be with you in a moment"). When I finally got waited on, cashier did not know how to properly ring up a free (survey) whopper with the fries and drink I requested. When my food was finally ready, she grabbed the bag of food, looked right at me and nodded. NEVER SAID ONE WORD! - No "Thank you" or "Come again" or "Have a good evening". I'll be thinking twice before coming back to this BK. 🤔🤨😠👎🏼👎🏼
Ordered food at 6:45pm for a front counter pick up. Waited in line for 35 minutes to be handed a bag that sat on a cold counter at 7:40pm. So 55 minutes later. The really sad part is, they had a large crew on that couldn't keep 12 orders under control. It was the saddest I've ever dealt with. When I worked there years ago, we could get a whole school bus done in 15 minutes flat. Will not be returning until they get a new crew.
They need to learn how to read the order and not just throw shit together what a joke
The food used to be delicious, I mean cmon, the whopper used to rock. Unfortunately, the company has reduced their actual meat sizing by almost 40%, and for the premium pricing, you will not catch me spending that money for their food. Here is an example, French Toast sticks used to be 4-5 inches long, got 6ish per order. This visit, I got 4 and they were 2" long. sorry, in this case, size matters...
Ordered through the app and they decided to give my order to someone else and they gave my dasher a hard time,they put their hands in the air and said well we don't have it and didn't even try to fix the problem, instead they canceled my order and made me order again, when I did finally get my food the order number was for my first order!!! And the cheeseburger is extremely salty ,immediately had to spit it out! They need to get it together in this place
Drive through was a 40 plus min wait…we were the 3rd car Not even a sorry for the wait nothing.i heard him giving free food to the car ahead for their wait so i asked if he was doing it for everyone.he then stated they were running low on food….OK… As the worker is swearing in the background slamming pots and pans I then asked for the receipt and he told me I was pissing him off an slammed the window…only for me to ask him where the rest of the order was. Very sad service stinks it’s the only one local.
Dont bother ordering for pick up. They wont start your order until you get there and tell them. The purpose of ording pick is so you can order a head of time then grab and go but the staff puts your order to the side and makes your wait time even longer.
My husband and I went through the drive thru. Guy kept saying he couldn’t hear us and we were practically yelling. We said our order 5 times. Get up to the window another employee hands us a large coke and shuts the window. The guy who took our order finally comes to the window looking high as a kite. My husband said the whopper jr’s are two for 5 he says too late you have to pay the full price. My husband said here hands him the coke and no we are not paying it and we drove off. What a joke this place is NEVER going back. Very rude to customers!
Ordered food to be delivered more specifically $104.00 worth of food and all we got was our drinks no food had to take an UBER to go get my food and then an UBER back from getting my food which I'm currently waiting for and then going home and eating my $150. Burger King that should have cost me just $104. For my order instead of paying for 2 rides on top of my order.
It's theeeee slowest BK in the history of fast food. If you order ahead of time...youre still waiting almost an hour for your food....love the employees...but...the amount of time it takes to get your good is redunkulous
Just visited this location and had a horrible experience. The girl at the counter spent 10 minutes bagging up to go orders before even taking any orders, causing the line to be out the door. She then proceeded to read a bunch of discarded receipts as she was talking our order, causing us to have to repeat ourselves several times. The store was actually disgusting. Every table and chair filthy. Wanted to have a nice Little dinner with the family but this location ain't it
