Amazing food and prices. Lunch special is BOGO. some of the best chicken I've had. Crunchy skin and moist chicken that just falls off bone. Will highly recommend. Went back for the dinner special 1/2 chicken and none of us could finish it and took home. You HAVE to get the garlic dip. It's the best we've EVER had!

This place is absolute perfection! Best rotisserie chicken in the zip code, prices are super reasonable. Walk-in service is super fast, especially if you're just in for a chicken like I usually am-- I'm always in and out in under 5 minutes!

Me and my husband have been coming here for years it was my favorite thing to eat pregnant and now the baby is old enough to enjoy and love the chicken as well. It's not only amazing food with great portions but such a friendly welcoming atmosphere would highly recommend eating here

Use to love Zankou but they seemed to have lost their quality! I remember a friend brought Sevan Chicken once and said it was better tasting. I totally ageee! Their garlic sauce is better and their chicken more juicy and tender!

I have come here many times over the years. Their food is and has always been very tasty and fairly priced. It's one of those places you can go to over and over and not get sick of eating the things on their menu. Not the cheapest food bit by far healthier than it's neighbors like del taco and maybe even in and out. Middle Eastern food tend to be healthier then Western food if you ask me.

The chicken is hot, fresh, and delicious. What more can you ask for? The ingredients of the various side dishes are fresh and tasty too. Bought food for the whole family and everyone was rolling after dinner. We usually go to that “other chicken place” but since this is just down the street we will be coming here from now on. I haven't lived in SoCal since 2012, but when I worked in Tujunga, I'd always make sure I stopped by this place for lunch. The rotisserie chicken lunch special along with the hummus and rice was fantastic! What set it apart for me was the garlic sauce that came with it. Would highly reccomend to anyone! Superb flavor and food!

Two words- lunch special. Hands down best deal and man, the chicken and rice are so good. Initially, I could tell they were tired and didn't seem amicable because I am not Armenian, but they relaxed when I downed their chicken in no time at all. I forgot to mention you can ask for complimentary garlic sauce with your order, so you can just add even more flavor to accompany the food.

I have been coming here since I was a little child. To me they are better than zankou! They might have even opened up before them. The chicken is always delicious, tried and true. The garlic sauce always hits! I wish there were more locations, but definitely my favorite!

Sevan Chicken offers delicious dinner menu items! We ordered a family meal for take out and were impressed that the wait was not too long. The food was amazing, and the staff is wonderful. There is a charge for using a credit card. I also appreciated that the whole chicken was cut into pieces for us.

Picked up a rotisserie chicken after soccer practice. Place is nothing fancy, kind of like a typical burger joint. Clean. Bought the value pack. Asked if the beans can be replaced with Cole slaw since the price was the same. She rudely responded and said they ran out of slaw. I was looking over the sides to see what else I could replace it with that was of the same dollar value and as I was doing that she rudely said can't replace with another rice or salad only fries. Other than that, chicken, rice, and garlic sauce were good. I'll stop again and see if the slaw can be replace om my next visit....

Love their food. Mostly order the value pack since we're a family of 4. Lately though, I've been thinking it's a little overpriced. Especially since my littlest one eats only the rice and hummus. (Not a meat fan) I guess I feel like compared to a year ago, we always had more than enough and now it's a stretch.

The food is decent and fresh. However. I ordered a wrap and when i asked for garlic spead they charged me which isn't the problem but every sandwich should include 1 spread??
