This KFC still got the $7 Fill Up Box 💰🍗 solid value if you tryna eat without going broke. Came through 4 days ago and everything was hot, fresh, and fast. Don’t expect 5-star dining, but it’ll hold you down on a budget. Louie K’s Up stamped it for the price point.💯

Drove through kfc in Allen after flying back from California. I live about a half a mile from kfc and I was tired from my flight and didn’t feel like driving too far to get a meal. So kfc was the logical choice. I got there around 7pm and ordered the 4 piece with 2 sides for $10 at the drive through. I found it strange that the light was out on the menu screen that gave the appearance that they were closed, but a lady took my order. After placing my order she informed me that they only had leg’s available. I felt short changed because 4 legs isn’t much chicken compared to what a normal 4 piece involves. So I asked her could you maybe add another leg or 2 and she said no. I don’t understand how you can run out of chicken on a Friday night and I think kfc could’ve gave me an extra piece of chicken or side for the inconvenience. I have had this problem happen previously as well.

Placed an order using the mobile app, arrived at the store before it was ready, was the only person in the place. Staff member said she needed to make some gravy to complete the order, I should have checked the order before I left, got home and found they shorted a potatoes and gravy. Kids were not happy at all as there was not enough to go around. Always check your order before you leave, I doubt whether I will get any follow up on this.

My wife and I heard about a Tuesday Special at KFC to get 8 pieces of dark meat chicken for $10 and visited the KFC location in Allen at Main and Greenville. We both choked down one piece and that was it. All of the remaining pieces can be seen here with uncooked batter falling off the meat. Too afraid to eat the rest. Also impossible to tell which is original and which is extra crispy.

I stood at the counter several minutes waiting to order. Multiple staff member walked by, even brought up another customer order. I was NEVER acknowledged, two staff member looked directly at me. Unbelievable.

Always short staffed. Placed and order and guy said its not ready yet. I then proceed to watch him mop the floor for 5 minutes. And then go prep my order without putting gloves on.

12 pc chicken was decent, but our 12 pc nugget order was wrong. It was supposed to be saucy, but we got the normal version. Also, our pickup bags were sealed, so everything was all steamed and soft instead of crispy. Oh, and no sauce in the pick-up bag. A disappointment for sure. Edit: 10/5/2025 It was late (9:20 order) so there was apparently no extra crispy order. Despite the app saying it was finished, we waited about 10 minutes more in-store. On top of that, our side of mashed potato with gravy had no gravy. No sauce again. I would not recommend this location. 2 errors on 2 visits is pretty bad.

Terrible. Went there for the first time in a very long time, I live a block away, only because they have the potato wedges back. Potato wedges tasted like they were from yesterdays last batch before close. Even worse, I think my chicken in my sandwich was from the same shift last night. This KFC is absolutely terrible, and has been terrible for the last 6 years. No idea how it's still in business. Won't go back again. Glad the wedges are back!!! Wish this location wasn't such crap.

Asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich and was told the building had no cheese and that they don’t put cheese on chicken sandwiches. Then how have I got cheese on my chicken sandwiches at every other kfc I’ve ever been to? Not going back to this location again.

if only I could give a review that was MINUS *5* stars! I would be happy, because it makes me sick giving them just one star… that six stars too many! And allowing me to vent by submitting my review, barely scratches the surface of over what I had to deal with… We have kids that attend church & school neat by… We’ve lived in the area for over 25 years and have gone to KFC many many years for our family and get-togethers…. but I will tell you this place is gone downhill horribly, within the last five years. I’ve tried to reach a manager, ANYONE….on the phone, for the last times in a row now, Of course, no luck…… granted I know they say they are too busy, not enough staff/help…. and understand that, and Truly can sympathize with that…however, for them not to answer the phone, not one time for three weeks in a row, it rings and rings and then Disconnect me… Is absolutely ridiculous if that is the case, they might as well disclose down that location completely ….. if the issue is they’re overworked, then please corporate office or the owners of this franchise. Please give your workers some extra help so someone can pick up the phone, The women in my church group are also mothers and grandmothers and they all have had stories like mine and ironically, KFC and ALLEN Texas was a topic. I have our Bible study last week. Go figure. we’re not requesting five star concierge service. We just want someone to pick up the phone for their customer. Who’s trying to specify something very minor in their order but very important to their family such a disappointment. I hope this establishment yet to help may need because this is ridiculous to due to your customers. Thanks for listening.

Don't know what is going on, but i had a craving for some KFC and their Tuesday 8 piece for $10. Which is the best price they have had in years, and it's closed for Maintenance (whatever that means)..... This was Dec. 10th 2024.
