Our Hostess Tenzin was Excellent! This was my first time dining there and I felt a little intimidated upon arrival. She thoroughly explained how everything worked and gave our group a tour of the options while explaining each one. The food was excellent, the drinks were awesome and the experience was very enjoyable for our group. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing lunch here. Our sever Chris, was very kind and effecient! It was our first time here so he gave us a tour of all the options they had which helped a lot. I liked the fact that it was self serve rather than waiting for someone to bring out portions. The music was also really good which was a plus. The price is also pretty good for what you get (around $36 per person for the hot pot and bbq).

Had a great experience at K BBQ and Hot pot! Our server Tenzin was fantastic. She walked us through all the steps for the hot pot and showed us all of the buffet options. She made everything so easy and fun. Super friendly, attentive, and really made the meal special. Highly recommend! Ask for Tenzin to be your server!!

Tenzin was amazing the whole experience. I consider myself a regular here, and come about once a week lol , and she did amazing with service , being so kind, and attentive to us while we were eating . Love it here , and love the orange creamsicle ice cream

Our recent dinner was excellent, and our server, Josh, was truly the highlight of the evening. He is immediately memorable—being quite tall, he was easy to spot and always seemed to be right there when we needed him. More importantly, his demeanor was impeccable. Josh was incredibly respectful and professional, handling our orders and requests with speed and grace. He truly made us feel valued as guests. What made the biggest difference, however, was his wonderfully nice smile. It was genuine and brought a palpable sense of warmth to our table, turning a simple service interaction into a truly welcoming experience. Josh is a fantastic asset to the team, and we appreciated his exceptional service throughout the meal.

My dining experience at this KBBQ and Hotpot establishment was absolutely fantastic, driven largely by the incredible service we received from our waiter, Josh. The concept of balancing perfectly grilled marinated meats with simmering, flavorful hotpot broth can sometimes feel hectic, but Josh made the entire process seamless, relaxing, and fun. From the moment we sat down, Josh was a professional powerhouse. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—he was right there with fresh plates for our KBBQ cuts and promptly topped up the hotpot broth exactly when it needed it. His knowledge of the menu was superb; he offered brilliant recommendations for lesser-known dipping sauces and guided us expertly on cooking times for the different cuts of steak and pork belly. He even helped manage the grill, ensuring we didn't burn anything while we were focused on dipping our hotpot vegetables. What truly set Josh apart was his attitude. He was attentive without being intrusive, maintaining a cheerful and genuinely friendly demeanor even during peak rush hour. It’s rare to find someone who handles high-pressure tables—where timing for grilling and broth is crucial—with such grace and humor. He transformed what could have been a challenging meal into a truly enjoyable event. Beyond the service, the food itself was stellar. The selection of thin-sliced meats for the Hotpot was fresh, and the spicy kimchi broth was addictively rich. The KBBQ premium cuts were flavorful and cooked to perfection, thanks in part to Josh's grilling expertise. If you visit, ask for Josh! He is the gold standard for service, and he ensures you get the very best of both the KBBQ and Hotpot experience. We will definitely be back.

Came here for the first time and tried both the hotpot and KBBQ and both were excellent! I then came back for a second time in 4 days and it was just as excellent! Wide selection of foods, delicious marinated meats, the grills are constantly switched out during meals to make sure you have a clean grill to work with. Service is friendly and helpful! All around amazing experience! Surprisingly low price for hotpot and BBQ together.

We decided to try Korean BBQ and hot pot, and we’re so glad we did. Our server, Steve, was fantastic—very patient and guided us through the entire concept since it was our first time. We loved the Korean BBQ experience, grilling meats, shrimp, mushrooms, veggies, and more, alongside a self-made salad. Mine included cilantro, chili sauce, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and lime, and it was delicious! For the hot pot, I tried the tom yum broth, which was very light but perfect with crab meat, baby corn, and mushrooms. If you haven’t been here yet, definitely give it a try, and hopefully, Steve will take care of you too—he’s excellent!

First time dining here. Steve was our server and was great. He took his time and explained what to do as we had no clue. He checked on us regularly and got us whatever we needed. He recommended the rasbery cake and it did not disappoint. Thank you Steve for making our visit that much better. Food was amazing.

It's absolutely amazing setup and great meat as well as veggies. Steve was our server he was very helpful and provided us with his favorite sauce combo. They generally allow you to eat for 90mins when the restaurants are busy, but I'm sure if it's not, you'd be able to stay longer. I highly recommend K BBQ

I usually don’t leave reviews, either the place sucks or its phenomenal, and man what an incredible dining experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the savory aroma of sizzling meat. The buffet offered a vast array of mouthwatering options, but the staff's expert recommendations guided me to the perfect choice for my hot pot. The quality of the meat was exceptional - tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The banchan (side dishes) were also delicious and plentiful. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring our table was always cleared of dirty plates and drinks were kept full. The atmosphere was lively and modern, with a fun vibe that made us want to stay longer. Overall, I'm obsessed with this place and can't wait to come back for more! 5 stars is google reviews limit, I'd give it 10 if I could!

Really fun dining experience! I went with a friend for dinner and tried some new foods. I am vegetarian and the selection was not plentiful, but adequate to make a meal. There is a ton of meat and seafood, so if you enjoy beef, chicken, shrimp, etc., this place is for you. It is all-you- can-eat so you definitely get your money's worth. Really nice desserts. I had the fresh fruit, which was the best I have had in years.

This was a nice restaurant. It was different from the experience I had in a similar restaurant in Virginia. This establishment has the meat, veggies, etc all sitting out on a cold bar. You go up and pick your items to grill or boil. Everything looked fresh. Some of the meats were already seasoned and were done well. They regularly come by to change the grill plate. I loved the lil robot that escorts you to your table.

The soup base was flavorless and the short rib came out uncooked with visible mold on the bone. Looks like they use leftover ingredients from the asian market. The supervisor on duty dismissed my concern and called it normal.

Yesterday we went to this Korean BBQ Hot Pot restaurant to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We came as a family, and my daughter and I joined. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. I was very careful to cook the food well beyond the recommended 2–5 minutes to ensure everything was fully done. Despite that, I became extremely nauseous after returning home and had severe diarrhea for about an hour starting around 12:30 a.m. My daughter woke up around 5:00 a.m. and began vomiting. For reference, I only ate whiting fish, rice noodles, and ramen. My daughter had steak, shrimp, broccoli, and rice. The server was polite, but beyond drinks, we served ourselves and cooked our own food. What was also surprising and disappointing was the cost. The total for just my daughter and me came to $107, which included a $20 service charge. This was especially frustrating given that there was minimal service provided. Overall, this experience was unacceptable due to both the food safety concerns and the unexpected pricing. I would not return and would caution others to be mindful.
