Something is really wrong at this McDs. The customer service isn't th3 best compared to other McDs in the area. Cookie is good though. Always fresh.

I'm frustrated with McDonald's kiosk machines, it's not human, no human interaction. They eliminated the menu board right when you walk in, that's all gone now. I'm flabbergasted that this is how McDonald's is going to run their business now by just kiosk machines only and they don't take cash. You have to ask the employees if they'll take cash but these kiosk machines are huge joke. Second is the prices are phenomenally expensive. I ordered a mcmuffin and it was $4.99 with tax was $5.38 when mcmuffin's used to be less than $2, not anymore. This $20 hour minimum wage is killing business and it's making it frustrating for customers to even go to McDonald's and even any other fast food joint that has to deal with the same kiosk machines with no more customer service. I don't have any reason to go to McDonald's anymore if this is what it's all about now, very sad.

I come to this McDonald’s because my son likes it. I sometimes just get a drink. Omg 😱 the girl was straight up rude to me! Who the heck are you to be rude? Don’t work with the public if you can’t be nice! So ghetto and childish. I will definitely not go to this McDonald’s again!! Oh btw, you laughing and joking before you take my order defiantly not cool. Basically you suck at your job!! Plus your prices are outrageous!! Look what your prices use to be! Shame

Paid extra for sauces but was told they were I bag. Employees hoarding sauce like it's gold. Speaker doesn't work and didn't hear my order or kkd was oblivious. Writing review since employees didn't give me receipt until I asked and them acted like I was bad guy.

Careful eating here without a strong stomach! We took a chicken sandwich back because it tasted sour and when talking to Delilah the "manager" we were met with attitude and condescending remarks. She gave us a partial refund that she set on the counter and then just walked off. Won't be going back

I ordered a plain McDouble cheeseburger and received mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions. I went bank to the counter to return the burger for the right one and I received the wrong burger AGAIN. The third time the burger was correct! But I ordered a quarter pounder burger and I received a RAW burger. We went back a third time to receive the correct burger and received a burnt burger. I am just disappointed we had to leave with a burnt burger. I do not like complaints but I personally work at another McDonald's location and this experience as a guest was disappointing.

Employees are friendly but the food is far too inconsistent. Stale French fries and sloppy work. You'll see in the photo the "onions" provided to me. Simply reinforced the notion that I should not be eating McDonalds.

Every time my order is messed up. I swear I won't go back then I think maybe just new employees. But no, drinks wrong, whole order not what I ordered. Every stinking time.

They messed up our order at the drive-thru, giving us cold fries and the wrong food despite confirming it. When I went back to get it fixed, the staff were really rude and made it seem like it was a bother. It's okay if they couldn't make fresh fries, but they should have been polite about it. Customers deserve better treatment. I understand they were closing but it wasn’t my fault that they couldn’t get my order right. They were rude and slammed the window on me.

Just ordered two quarter pounders. you can see they cut slits in the patty and melted the cheese on top in the microwave to hide the fact that the patty is raw. Called the establishment to file a complaint because this can get people sick! They said sorry and hung up the phone and refused to answer and calls back.
