Great fast food place. I love the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese fries. They have a great selection of food. I highly recommend you stopping by when you get a chance. They are open till 3am and most places around close earlier.

If you’re staying in Astoria definitely visit Texas Chicken and Burger! They have a wonderful selection of combos. My favorite is the Beyond Burger that is new on the menu, it’s beyond delicious!! The customer service is great and the food is even better.

Honestly, this is the best fast food place I have ever been to! They contain some much different types of food in their menu! They serve everything with care and it’s fresh and warm! The staff is very polite and respectful! They all care for their customers! I recommend this place a lot!!!!

Visited displays a bit while ago and the review was overdue displayed as I remember had great fried chicken really really juicy fresh and I think the french fries were good as well. That’s all I recall. It was a bit late at night we start we stopped by this place and had some fried chicken, I think it’s better than KFC place was a bit dirty, but it was not because of the employees rather than the late night customers since it was a weekend those folks did not clean after themselves and just didn’t clean, but there were workers who were cleaning it afterwards, so overall, I did not expect muchin terms of cleanliness location and everything but it’s at the corner of Steinway bunch of Shisha places around eating places around but this place is definitely a must to stop by and grab a fried chicken if you are into it

Their mashed potato is so tasty. Not so much sauce that covers the taste of mashed potato. Just perfectly made.

The chicken was perfectly crispy, insanely juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell it’s made fresh, and the portions are generous for the price. NYC has no shortage of food spots, but this place stands out for doing exactly what it promises and doing it right. No gimmicks, just really good fried chicken that hits hard. If you’re local, you’re lucky to have this spot. If you’re visiting like I was, it’s 100% worth stopping by.

I have only had take out. This is the best fried chicken in Queens. Seasoning is on point and chicken stays crispy and juicy on delivery. The spicy chicken is really good with a great heat level. Biscuits are amazing as well. Never disappoints.

This place has plenty of seatings and it is located in a convenient corner in Steinway street. I came here with my children and we ordered a cheeseburger, chicken burger, fried chicken and fries. The food tastes good and the service was quick. Their prices are very reasonable. A good experience.

Always great fried chicken the spicy is just perfect! The mashed potatoes are also great! I would recommend you call ahead of ordering by like 5-10 so you don’t wait too much. Make sure you get the blue cheese it’s awesome, eventhough they’re really cheap with them.

It's a good, around-the-way style fried chicken spot. Good deals, food was fresh tasting and a good deal over-all. They offer a spicy chicken which is nice.

It's a pretty solid place. Their food is pretty good. I have had the chicken combos and sandwiches, both of which were pretty good. As for the fries, they were a little stale, but still good when you eat them with sauces. Uh, I've had the sandwiches a couple of times, and sometimes the chicken was hard to bite into. I'd still recommend this place for anyone who lives nearby and wants solid chicken.

I’ve ordered from here so many times that I can’t count. Each time the chicken is very juicy and crispy. This place would be a million times better if they sold the gravy from the mashed potatoes. Fried chicken and gravy is a 10/10 combo. Also, this place would be better if their fries weren’t so hard. But overall the food is a 9/10.

A complete hit or miss. When they do get it right, The 👑 of the spicy chicken sandwich. Currently the best place for halal fried chicken. Just make sure to buy it when there is high turnover.

Spicy chicken has great flavor and also the hot suace packets. Biscuits are also great. Three stars because pieces almost have no meat, I got the three-piece meal and it's overpriced for what you get.

As far as chicken-focused fast food joints, this is pretty solid! The chicken was pretty tasty, and the bread wasn't soggy and was instead delicious. Great fries too. And it's all decently priced. Just as good as any of the big chains.

Ordered mixed 3 piece wings meal via ubereats. I did not know the spice level would be so high as it’s not mentioned in the description in the app. Had I known the spice level would be so high, I would have ordered regular.

Not too great. I went to buy a chicken piece order with one grilled chicken sandwich. Instead, I got both as a chicken burger. Not even cooled sufficiently, the bread taste like it was borrowed from a local deli store—no added sauces on it. I wasted my money going there. It seems like the guys at the shop are just sleeping or too busy texting and not making proper orders. This is my experience for when buying fast food burgers not sure about the chicken. But please ask your customers or put sauces out on yourself voluntarily.

Honestly a greedy location, they charge 0.75 for packets of sauce no matter if you order a lot of food. The soda machine is also always flat so I have to pay for a can drink upgrade and honestly the food is hit or miss, could be good or could be soggy and overly oily.

We always get food from here and their food is really good no lie. But today me and my man got two bacon cheese burgers with French fries and all three items had pieces of hair inside them. please check your bags before you leave the place… my complaint here is not with the food but it is with the person who manages this place. he usually covers work every day and is the one who takes orders, enters them and packs them for you..the afghan guy with the trimmed up beard it has been a pattern with ONLY HIM over the past few years, that the orders are always missing items, on different days if you buy the same thing, he will ring you up using different entries on the register, prices will vary every time for the same thing! food missing on every order he has taken, packaged and given me. now is this on purpose or what? are you trying to make some extra money by withholding items even though I am paying for it? but seriously you have never gotten 1 order right.. but yet you charge for the items that are not provided. you order a meal, one of your side will be missing, you order 8 piece chicken, you will get 5-6… you ordered a can of soda? no, it would not be in your bag.. seriously, it’s getting really annoying and to top it off, if you get 50$ worth of food, and ask for sauce from him, he is happy to give you 2 pieces of sauce, c’mon man! get real!

One of the workers who is responsible for uber eats orders and answers phone calls (Asad) is very rude and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I receive the wrong order and he was trying to blame the uber eats driver. NOT ONLY THAT he hanged up on the call saying we are busy. I had a very bad experience at this fast food restaurant. first of all I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order to get ready. I ordered the chicken tenders, and about an hour after eating them, I started having severe stomach aches, diarrhea, and intense acid reflux. I felt so sick and uncomfortable for the rest of the day..The food did not taste fresh, and after this experience, I seriously question their food safety and quality standards. No one should have to deal with this after a simple meal. I will not be returning,

last week I ate here and about an hour later I started having severe stomach pain and intense cramps. The pain got so bad that I had to go to the emergency room. The doctors told me I had food poisoning. I was extremely sick for two days afterward. I don’t know how the food is being handled or stored, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had after eating out. Please be careful if you decide to eat here. I asked for chicken hell burger meal and a chicken hell burger with fries, the cashier gave me two beef hell burgers and I receipt, upon calling the store he said that he would just give me one chicken hell burger on the house and since I don’t live here and was visiting, he couldn’t even issue the refund as there was no option to it. When asked for the receipt initially the cashier paid no attention and said they were out of roll! I tired and explained as due to religious reasons I cannot consume beef and thus the entire meal had to be thrown away and wanted a refund of 27.19$ exact, nothing more nothing less, just what I paid, the person on call said there was no way to do it! I always order from this location, Steinway. Recently they’ve been very unhygienic, I found hair in 2 of my chicken fries. I called multiple times, no one picked up. They are very unprofessional and don’t maintain their orders properly. I ordered multiple times after that incident as my family always likes to eat their food at night as they’re open late. Tonight I ordered again through grubhub and when I ordered it showed in the photos that the pieces of the chicken were moderate and a mix but I got a one chicken small wing in the order and also utensils were missing even after mentioning so I called and they picked up, I shared my concerns and instantly I was brushed off and neglected, then I mentioned about the hair in my food and he said there is nothing he can do. He said to complaint I have to call the website or msg them. Which I also did but no one answered. Then he proceeded to say this is not his matter and whenever they’re busy they don’t receive calls and cut the phone on my face. His name is Abdullah, he said he was the manager. His behavior was disgusting and not for even once he apologized. I bought food with my hard earned money to eat and to throw it because it had hair in them and this is way I got treated as a customer. I will never be buying again and I will take this matter very seriously if no one has replied to my emails. Because it’s almost 2025 and people need to learn how to respect and behave!

Every time we come to this place and get combos our drinks are leaking because they do not invest in good cup lids. There have been multiple times where I walked home with my drinks and one or both fell through the drink holders because they constantly leak under the lid. When I’ve ordered delivery, drivers have also complained about this issue. I have moved from the area and it has been several months since I’ve visited the restaurant because of this recurring issue. Just passed by to pick up some food and thought the issue would’ve been resolved by now. It clearly hasn’t. The photo you all see here is what happened tonight when the drinks were sitting on my lap in the car. Both drinks soaked through the holder and I only managed to save one drink. The saved drink in the image was still LEAKING despite being on the counter. So before the restaurant claims I didn’t know how to put a lid on properly...again this happened more than 3 times to me regardless of me being in a car, walking or sitting it on a counter. It is all dripping down from the cheap and ineffective lids they are constantly buying from whichever supplier. The other drink (not pictured here) fell on the ground when the holder ripped. Not to mention, I have soda all over me from the constant leaking. I will never come here again.
