I was told that I was lying when I said my order was wrong when I was missing a large onion ring and I was given the cheeseburger instead of the rodeo burger. The cook was very rude and used vulgar language to defend that she did not mess up.

Literally even sitting in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes we have not moved trying to pick up a DoorDash and we have not moved for 30 minutes no one's came to the window if you wanna sit and waist your time come here. This is ridiculous!!!!! Idk if the first car ordered 1 of the whole menu-30- 35 minutes is BEYOND ME. SOMEONE NOT DOING THERE JOB. !!!

Do not go to this location anytime after 11pm. It's dangerous and you will be stuck in the drive thru line, whole having people trying to panhandle other goods. I don't know what was going on, but I waited in line for a hour for sub-standard Burger King food.

Currently standing in the lobby and its been over 10 minutes since I placed my order and these people are in no rush whatsoever but they are taking their sweet time making my chicken sandwhich.

I ordered one sandwich it took them 12 minutes to make one egg and ham croissant. I most definitely won't never return here. I suggest that no one does either. But I needed something to take my medication with. While I waited in the parking lot I had to deal with panhandlers.

I ordered 2 whoppers today from this Burger King. The order was so simple a kid could follow the instructions: Whopper #1: this whopper was to only have bread, whopper, and cheese, simple, they did not put any cheese on it and put everything on it; Whopper #2: this whopper was to have everything, including cheese, except pickles and tomatoes and they put extra pickles and tomatoes on it, simple. I thought a high school diploma was the only education necessary to perform this type of job. Glad I did not have a bad reaction to the tomatoes, because, I have allergies to them. You would think common sense would be to read the instructions provided by the customer and prepare it accordingly - not so. I guess common is not so common anymore. Do better people, service does matter, customers provide your bread and butter, remember.

Worst burger king i had ever visited. Its freezing outside, we entered and start ordering in the kiosk and a very weird employee told us to leave and order in the drive thru. Worst thing ever happened. 30 minutes freezing outside the window and he never take our order, he was just doing his stuff. I knock the window twice and he didnt even look at us. He spoke really bad and didnt have the intention of explaining himself, i asked him THREE TIMES if we could order drive thru and he nod ALL THE TIME, and then dont take our order. There were 8 cars waiting and a lot of them leave and decided to go any other place. Hope he get what he deserve, i spent 40 minutes and left.

Man this place is HORRIBLE. I will say the employees are usually pretty friendly. I will also say they are not extremely slow. My issue is no matter the time of day you go whatever you order is going to be thrown into the microwave and is SUPER uncomfortabley hot. I've ordered cheese burgers, I ordered croissants and I promise you it will actually burn you. Then once it cools down it taste horrible because it was microwaved. I don't understand why you can't just get normal food without it being scorching hot ..

Worst Burger King Experience I had in my life, and I'm 49 years young. My first job ever was at Burger King. The bathroom was not working. I had already spent money anticipating that I needed to patronize the business to use the bathroom. Left fully displeased only to open up a sandwich on the wrong bun. Went here several times during my days at Morehouse College. Plenty of other option to eat at and spend my hard earned money

This post is for anyone that has been told the restrooms are out of order. They are lying. On 9/8/23 @6:34pm, I stop here for lunch like I’ve done several times before. On a few occasions, I’ve had to use the restroom but was told each time they are out of order. Today was different because as I was entering through the side door, I see one of the workers exiting the ladies room. As I’m walking to the restroom, the worker gives me a look and says, “it’s out of order” and she continues talking to the two guys hanging out inside the lobby. I should mention this scenario is nothing unusual at this location with the staff at this hour, they always sitting around and holding conversations like they are at an event and not work. Anyway, the worker whom I’m familiar with from previous visits has now completely turned her back to me while entertaining the two guys in lobby. I said. “Excuse me but is both restrooms out of…” she cut me off in mid sentence why old still giving full attention to the guy in front of her and says, “they both out of order while working on our plumbing”…. Moments later while waiting on my food order, a guy walks inside and ask cashier to use restroom, without hesitation she immediately ask store manager for key. Now I’m looking for the worker in picture (1) to ask why was I denied restroom service. The store manager in picture (2) starts laughing, now I’m becoming agitated. Especially as I see the first employee who refused me entry to restroom come behind counter thinking she was going to package my order…without washing her hands and visibly eating food with her bare hands behind counter. Not on my watch so again, I spoke up. The entire unprofessional staff should be fired or retrained. I suggest corporate install working cameras to monitor their employees behavior. The store manager is just as bad as her employees. They all goof around as if they are not paid to do a job.

They literally marked my wrapper with how I ordered it then still made it wrong on two of them. I then went back through the drive thur to get it fixed not even 5 mins later and they said they were outta meat an closed but Google says 24 hour also made me place my order on the app an not thur the drive thur and said they don't sell shakes but it's all over there menu lol!!! And now to get refunded I've gotta go through the app instead of dealing with humans absolutely absurd . DONT GO HERE EVER!!

Gross. The fries taste nasty they need to change their oil. I open the bag and the sandwich paper is ripped, sloppy ketchup everywhere and the bun is upside down. I am not eating this are you kidding. I went and got my $8 back…the fast food chains are starting to be so expensive, I’d rather take my $8 and go get a local burger.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to! The lady working drive thru was incredibly rude and seemed to not care about service. She rushed me through my order, got it incorrect and then refused to give me a receipt. Then I got my food which was warm at best. The photo is a spicy chicken sandwich. Last time I checked it doesn’t come with hot sauce (which is what it tasted like) and cheese. I’ve had this sandwich a few days before at the Burger King on Donell lee Howell and 285 and it was amazing then I come here and get food that is basically inedible. Gotta do better!
