Very friendly & accommodating service! I ordered a vegan icecream cake with Oreo filling. It was a huge hit at my family party, everyone (even the non vegans) loved it, and there was none left over! Very happy to find this establishment! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing ice cream served by awesome people. I highly recommend the flight of 5 flavors on your first visit. It is such a great deal to get 5 fairly large scoops of their fantastic flavor options. Their sundaes are also spectacular. Definitely my favorite place to get ice cream. Highly recommend.

Lock 24 is a great new local ice cream shop and we are lucky to have it in the community. We went in on a Friday night at 7ish with a rowdy soccer team of 8 year olds. The staff was friendly, fast and the ice cream was great. We had a great time and will be back!

I went for the silent book club. Good amount of seating, great selection of flavors and choices, and they had a selection of games (and maybe puzzles?) to choose from. It was a cool day, but even without people there for the book club they had a lot of customers.

Amazing atmosphere! Today, Baldwinsville lost power, but Lock24 Ice Cream remained strong, still providing service and warm welcomes to the many customers enjoying ice cream in the dark definitely a community point and an amazing store.

There was a good energy here. Definitely seemed to be more of a younger crowd here, but they were very friendly and helped us with directions while we were visiting Baldwinsville.

Highly recommend taking your 3 yr old here to reward them with chocolate ice cream and rainbow sprinkles after a haircut. 😉 Also the nanas banana pudding is SO good. Can’t wait to visit again in warmer months.

It was a very delightful and delicious experience! I had a brownie sundae it was absolutely scrumptious! So happy to have a ice cream parlor in Bville!🎉🍨

We like the ice cream options here, the service is hit or miss sometimes. We like that this place is close to home and offers different flavors. I just wish they were more consistent with the sizes of the ice cream cones. The sizes are all over the place. Sometimes they’re a good portion and sometimes they’re very small and for the price they should do better. I know they’re fairly new so I’ll give it time.
